The government is in the process of pursuing various resident-driven rural development projects for rural development. Accordingly, the government is promoting various software projects to enhance social capital in order to effectively involve residents in rural development projects. However, residents' participation in rural development projects is still passive, while passive residents' involvement creates various problems such as conflicts among residents in the process of project implementation and poor operation after project implementation. This study is intended to be a basis for inducing voluntary community participation in rural development projects by disclosing the intention of residents to participate in the community's internal solidarity with social capital and connection with external communities. According to the analysis of 195 rural residents, three groups were divided according to the level of social capital awareness. While individualist groups with low integration and social capital were 25.1%, they were more integrated, but the average family-oriented group was 42.5%, and social-development groups with high integration and linked social capital were 32.3%. This study is meaningful in that it revealed that the social capital of the resident community is an important factor in both the internal solidarity (integrity) and the external community connection (connectivity) in the rural area development project.

Fisheries resources, due to their intrinsic biological -density dependent, and socio- economic -common property nature, might yield the sustained benefits to the society involved, depending on the degree to which the social management scheme, pursuing the optimum yield from each of them, is framed. And besides, the success or failure of the management on them would, with no doubt, lead parallelly to the direction on scientific study of "Natural Resource Economics." Thus the objectives of the management, to ensue the best use of these society's resource, should underlie the technical, economic, ana social efficiency all together to meet the maximization of society's benefits from yields, taking account of managerial efficiency. And those multiple conflicts need communications between biologists, social scientists, and managers given tile mandate, tobe coordinated to arrive at a unique value weighed, through the well-ordered system approach and resulting timely decision-making which accommodates dynamical fisheries aspects and varying social purposes. purposes.

This study examines family relationship among North Korean migrant families in early adaptation (approximately, up to $5{\sim}6$ years after arrival in the South). Family cohesion, communication, power relationship, and conflicts and domestic violence among family members were examined by the perceptions of 67 male and female householders and their spouses. In the four areas of family relationship, the subjects have quite positive perceptions and shows no critically significant difference on the perceptions between before and after arrival. However, positive perception on family relationship gradually decreases as the length of time of in the South increases with linear or nonlinear patterns according to subcategories of family relationship. These findings suggest several social work practice implications in resettlement assistance for the North Korean migrant families.

This paper reviewed the effects of job characteristics(role conflicts, emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy) on satisfaction and stress, and the moderating effect of social support. Based on 2,982 questionnaires among raw data of Korea Safety and Health Agency's national survey, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) role conflict effect negatively on job satisfaction, and emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy effect positively on job satisfaction. 2) role conflict effect positively on stress, and emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy effect negatively on stress. 3) social support moderates positively 2 relationships-between role conflict and job satisfaction, between job autonomy and job satisfaction, but moderates negatively between job autonomy and stress.

This study investigated interactions of two-year-old toddlers in peer conflicts caused by disputes over objects. Thirty pairs of same-gender peers were recruited from 10 child care centers. The age of these toddlers ranged from 24 to 36 months. The data were collected by experimental observation. The interaction processes between the pairs of subjects were recorded by video camera. 24 pairs displayed peer conflict over objects. The data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively employing content analysis and the SPSSW in 6.0. Major findings showed that when the toddler was in conflict with a peer for toys, (1) he or she interacted actively with the other child, employing both non-verbal and verbal strategies to resolve the conflict; (2) behaviors and statements reflected an egocentric tendency; (3) they recognized ownership of toys; and (4) he or she employed some prosocial strategies which could provide a basis for developing social skills in a conflict situations with peers.

The Purpose of this study was to develop a lesson proposal about the aging for 7th glade middle school students in the class of home economics. It is expected to have effects on decrease the generation gap and conflicts between older and younger people based upon mutual understanding. And it is anticipated that this Proposal will be valuable for many adolescents to have provision about future senior citizen's society and various older adults-related professions .

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate conflicts and the experiences of conflict resolution of hospital nurses. Methods: This qualitative study used phenomenological methodology. The research participants were 8 nurses of C hospital. Data were collected through in-depth individual interviews from November 2016 to February 2017. The data analysis method was based on Colaizzi's approach. Results: The study results showed that the experiences of nurses consisted of 15 themes and 6 theme clusters: 1) Ambiguous role, 2) Recognizing lack of competence, 3) Difficulty maintaining relationships, 4) Unsatisfactory work environment, 5) Efforts to resolve conflicts, and 6) Conflict resolution process through labor union. Conclusion: The findings of this study recommend that hospital organizations and managers should pay attention to improving the work environment and organizational culture of members. The results of the present study can improve the understanding of various aspects of the daily life of hospital nurses.

Until recently, dentistry did not show notable social conflicts with other medical professionals. This means that conflicts did not surface as medical doctors took the dominant position even though areas of intervention have been overlapped. The recent conflict between medical professionals, which began with clashes in the area of oral and maxillofacial surgery, have been embodied in the Supreme Court ruling on the use of Botox by dentists and the court ruling on the use of oral devices in oriental medicine. We look discuss at each case in detail to seek a solution to the problem of interprofessional conflict. We present professional duty of self-development and interprofessional education as a way to resolve disputes between medical professionals, which would be a major problem in the future of dentistry and medicine.

Conflict in public construction projects has increased for the last decades. It not only entails enormous social and economic costs but also makes stakeholders suffer from unnecessary expense and time waste. This study defines the the conflict index for public construction projects based on news data, and calculates conflict index for representative past and current public construction projects that has been deepened conflicts at the national level. The result indicates that the major conflict issue of the 2nd Jeju Airport Project are the environment and location whereas that of the Gaduk New Airport Project are the safety, location and necessity. This approach is expected to enable construction project managers to manage conflicts quantitatively based on comparing with past cases.

The conflict is gradually increasing and becoming more serious in Korea. Especially, there are many conflict among stakeholders in public construction projects and its economic, social effects are enormous. This negatively affects the performance of construction projects, such as schedule delay and increasing construction costs. Complaints are often extended to public conflicts so that complaints have to be considered for conflict management. However, complaints and conflicts were distinguished and have been studied differently in previous studies. In this research, the literature that analyzed complaints and conflict factors was reviewed, and the complaint that included the conflict factors were categorized and derived.
