The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship with self-efficacy and social support and organizational commitment of kindergarten and child care teachers. The subjects were 257 kindergarten and child care teachers. The data were analyzed by Path Analysis, Multiple Regression(using SPSS 15.0 and Amos 6.0). Major findings were as follows: (1) The self-efficacy was significantly associated with organizational commitment of kindergarten and child care teachers. And social support was significantly associated with organizational commitment of kindergarten and child care teachers. (2) The self-efficacy was significantly associated with social support of kindergarten and child care teachers (3) The self-efficacy was not significantly associated with organizational commitment of kindergarten and child care teachers, controlled by social support. That result showed the social support was more important variable affecting organizational commitment of kindergarten and child care teachers than the self-efficacy.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was by understanding the correlation between the depression, social support and self-care of tuberculosis patients and by identifying the factors that influence the self-care. Methods: The study subjects were 119 outpatients who were diagnosed with pulmonary and respiratory tuberculosis at a university hospital in D city. The survey questions measured depression, social support, self-care. Using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program, the collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlations and multiple regression analysis. Results: As a result of correlation analysis, there was a statistically significant negative correlation between self-care and depression (r=-.53, p<.001), and there was a significant positive correlation between self-care and social support (r=.68, p<.001). Factors affecting self-care of the subjects were social support (β=.51, p<.001), depression (β=-.32, p<.001), drug discontinuation experience (β=-.30, p<.001) and drug resistance (β=-.14, p<.001). These factors explained 62% of the variance. Conclusion: In order to improve the self-care ability of tuberculosis patients, it is necessary to develop education and nursing intervention programs that can lower patients' depression and strengthen social support.
The purpose of this study was to identify and assess influential social adjustment factors in children who live in child care institutions. To do this, correlation and regression analysis in Structural Equation Model were carried out on 326 children from 12 child care institutions. The findings are as follows; Social adjustment in children living in child care institutions were deemed better based on higher self-esteem, more maintenance of contact with parents, more positive caring environment within institutions, higher support of fellow school children, and more pro-social charactes of school peers. Participants were 191 child care teachers from 19 corporate-sponsored child care centers. Data was analyzed using Pearson's productive correlation and hierarchical multiple regression tests. Important findings were as follows: First, the overload of task was the dominant factor in causing job stress. Secondly, social support correlated negatively with child care teachers' job stress. Thirdly, child care teachers' problem-focused coping strategy was also found to be related to their job stress. Finally, the effect of social support on child care teachers' job stress was partially mediated by their problem-focused coping strategy.

For this study, it was investigated the space role and funtion, the service program, the usage characteristics, the room satisfaction of social workers. In sum, the useful data were collected, analyzed, and colligated by case study. It could be used in the design criteria of domiciliary care unit for the social welfare center in small city.
This investigation studied 1)the correlations among pre-service child care teachers' behavioral characteristics, social support and self-efficacy, and 2)the mediating effects of pre-service child care teachers' behavioral characteristics and social support on self-efficacy. The subjects were 240 pre-service child care teachers working at S-center for nursery teacher education or I-center for nursery teacher education in the Incheon area. The findings are as follows. First, the relationships among pre-service child care teachers' behavioral characteristics, social support and self-efficacy were examined by showing correlations. Second, we found that in terms of the mediating role of social support in the relationship between pre-service child care teachers' behavioral characteristics and self-efficacy, type D and type S show self-efficacy; they also have a direct impact on the social support indirectly affected through. Thus, social support can be seen as having a partial mediating effect.
