The purpose of this study is to ethical review on the development and service with care assistance robot. An integrative review concept analysis method was used. We analyzed the classification and role of service robots, the concept of the robot ethic and the care ethic. And there were derived the development and service about care assistance robot in ethical viewpoint. For improving current care problem, government had support to developing four types care assistance robots. But there were provided carefully care service due to the limitations of robot technology and lack of overall social awareness with care robot. In addition, in order to be successfully application in the field, care assistance robots were developed to provide high-quality care service that can consider to personal culture and living environment with the development of artificial intelligence and robot technology, as well as ethical care service.

The aim of this research is to use a conceptual model to experimentally evaluate the mediating impact of government financial and training support on structural social capital and non-financial performance of family farms. Questionnaires were used to collect data from family farms in Guangxi, China, from August 25^th to September 8^th, 2021. There were 759 valid responses, accounting for 94.99 percent of the total number of respondents. The scales' reliability and validity, and the research's mediating effects and hypotheses, are tested using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 26.0. The findings suggest that the impact of government financial assistance on family farms' non-financial performance cannot be substantiated. The intermediary chain connection of financial and training support, on the other hand, has a significant mediating effect between structural social capital and family farm non-financial performance. Direct financial assistance could be thought to encourage family farms to rely too much on funding, making them less competitive in market competition, innovation, and long-term operations. According to the conclusions of the study, government assistance to family farms could take a variety of forms, including providing diversified skills training programs in farming practices, managerial skills, and other areas.

Background : Cancer is a disease that not only places a significant burden on patients clinically but also requires significant expense for diagnosis and treatment. Although the cancer coverage of health insurance has recently been expended, the need for financial assistance among cancer patients and their families is still expected to be significant. In this study, cancer patients' need for financial assistance in Korea was examined and its influence factors were analyzed. Methods : Target study subjects were those who are over 18 years of age and were diagnosed with cancer more than four months prior at the National Cancer Center and 9 Regional Cancer Centers in Korea during the period from July to August of 2008. Quarter sampling was conducted according to the ratio of the type of each cancer. A face to face interview survey was conducted. A total of 2,661 cancer patients finished the survey. Medical charts were reviewed in order to obtain the cancer type and SEER stage of cancer patients. An ordered logistic regression model was used to examine the level of need for financial assistance according to the demographical, clinical, and socio-economic variables of cancer patients. Result : The percentage of cancer patients who needed financial assistance was 69.0%, and 36.9% needed significant financial assistance. The need for financial assistance was perceived to be greater in males, younger age group, low income group, low education group, medical aid recipients, those who were diagnosed recently, those with a low level of quality of life measured through EQ5D, and those with decreased income after cancer diagnosis. Conclusion : In spite of the current policy to increase health insurance coverage, the majority of cancer patients and their families in Korea still need financial assistance due to cancer. In particular, there were more vulnerable groups, such as the low income, or low education group. In the future, policies that focus on the disadvantaged, which strengthen social security, should be considered for achievement of a substantially better quality of life for cancer patients and their families.

본 논문은 중증장애인 근로자들을 대상으로 근로지원인서비스에 대한 욕구 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하고자 했다. 먼저, 빈도분석을 통해 근로지원인서비스에 대한 중증장애근로자들의 욕구수준이 높을 뿐만 아니라 서비스 선정기준에 장애유형, 장애등급, 소득기준 등과 같은 변인들이 포함되어 있음을 알 수 있다. 다음으로 순위형로짓회귀분석과 다중회귀분석에 의해서 거주지역, 연령, 학력, 가족의 활동보조 정도 등과 같은 변인들도 욕구수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 실천적 함의와 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

본 연구는 사회적 기업의 제품 구매동기인 돕는 즐거움과 사회적 책임감이 기능적 가치와 감정적 가치 및 기업이미지와 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이들 관계를 검증하기 위하여 사회적 기엽의 제품 구매 고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 질시하였다. 178부의 설문으로 공변량 구조방정식 모델을 통하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 그 연구 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 사회적 기업 제품 구매동기인 돕는 즐거움과 사회적 책임감은 기능적 가치와 감정적 가치에 유의한 영향을 마치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기능적 가치와 감정적 가치는 기업이미지와 재구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업이미지는 재구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난다.

ODA projects such as multi-purpose dam, industrial complex, road construction etc. have resulted in environmental damage and resident relocation including destruction of site of living. Even the grandiose developments as ODA projects have made clear the value clashes between development and environmental conservation, and have brought about conflicts between public interests and public environmental right, and the discordance between public interests and private property rights in the recipient country. This study summarizes and analyses the Korea's ODA projects and will suggest the public participation and governance system based on Saemaul Movement, Strategic Environmental Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment based on the guideline of OECD DAC, and emphasize Strategic Environmental Assessment and Social Impact Assessment in the procedure of ODA projects. In the future the ODA project should be implemented for the overcome of poverty and response to climate change based on the experience and trial and errors of Korea's compact growth and past ODA projects.

본 연구의 목적은 한국의 공공부조제도에서 근로연령대 빈곤인구의 빈곤 탈출과 노동시장에 통합을 촉지 또는 저해하는 요인이 무엇인지를 실증적으로 분석하는 데 있다. 한국보건사회연구원의 복지패널 자료를 활용하여 분석한 결과, 한국의 근로연령대 기초생활보장수급자들의 기간 의존성이 나타나고 있지만, 이는 수급기간이 길어짐에 따라서 복지의존성이 강화되었기 때문이라기보다는 장기 수급의존층의 경우 수급 탈출에 취약한 조건들을 가지고 있기 때문이라는 점을 확인하였다. 특히 수급자들이 빈곤으로부터 탈출해서 노동시장으로 이행하는 데 장애로 작용하는 요인들을 분석한 결과, 인적자본이나 사회적 자본과 같은 특성보다는 청년피부양가구구성원의 존재 여부나 직업알선서비스 참여 여부가 빈곤탈출에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 수급으로부터의 탈출이 교육-의료 서비스가 수급여부와 연계되어 있다는 수급제도의 특성이나 적극적 노동시장프로그램의 성격과 같은 제도-정책의 요인이 크게 작용하고 있다는 것을 의미한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a walking assistance system with mobility support and life support functions so that the elderly with reduced physical ability and patients who are uncomfortable when moving can move comfortably indoors and outdoors, and help social life. An obstacle recognition sensor module that can be applied indoors and outdoors is installed on a lightweight walking aid. An obstacle recognition sensor module that can be applied indoors and outdoors is installed on a lightweight walking aid. It is a system structure of an integrated actuator and brake system that can avoid obstacles in consideration of the safety of the elderly and is easy to install on the device. In this paper, the design of a lightweight walking aid was designed to increase the convenience of the socially disadvantaged and the elderly with reduced exercise ability. In addition, in order to overcome the disadvantage of being inconvenient to use indoors due to the noise and vibration of the motor during operation, an In-Wheel type motor is applied to develop and apply a low noise, low vibration and high efficiency drive system.

본 연구는 공공부조를 지원받고 있는 대상자를 중심으로 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 한국보건사회연구원과 서울대학교 사회복지연구소에서 조사한 한국복지패널(Korea Welfare Panel Study) 7차년도(2012년) 자료를 사용하였으며, 분석방법은 자살생각에 대한 영향의 정도를 파악하기 위해 이항 로짓모형을 이용한 회귀분석(binary logistic regression analysis)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 중졸인 경우, 기혼인 경우, 자아존중감이 높을수록, 공공부조 만족도가 높을수록 자살생각을 할 가능성이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 우울이 있는 경우, 중년층인 경우 자살생각을 할 가능성이 높았다. 빈곤층에게 신체적, 심리적 요인만이 아닌 공공부조 만족도 역시 자살생각에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것을 증명하였다. 따라서 지원을 받는 대상자들의 만족도를 측정하는 것도 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인 중 하나일 수 있음을 시사한다.

본 연구는 활동보조서비스(신체활동지원, 가사활동지원, 사회활동지원) 이용이 가족부양부담에 영향을 미치는지와 활동보조서비스와 가족 부양부담감 간에 가족탄력성(가족신념체계, 가족응집력, 상호작용)이 조절효과를 나타내는지를 파악하여 장애인복지의 실천적 개입 방안을 모색하는 근거자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 연구목적을 위하여 경기도를 동부, 서부, 남부, 북부 지역으로 나누어서 2013년 4월 1일~5월 15일까지 활동보조서비스를 이용하는 1급, 2급 장애인가족 부양자 200명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 자료분석은 spss 19.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석 그리고 위계적 회귀분석을 기초로 한 조절적 다중회귀분석(Moderated Multiple Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 연구결과는 첫째, 활동보조서비스 중 신체활동지원을 이용하는 경우 장애인가족의 부양부담 감소에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 활동보조서비스가 가족부양부담과의 관계에서 가족탄력성 중 가족신념체계와 가족응집력에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.
