  • Wetlands are constantly affected by internal and external environments that make up the wetlands, and these effects make wetlands change. East Asia countries where about 15% of Ramsar's registered wetlands are located, is valuable conservation area due to various wetland types and biodiversity. However, due to climate change and other factors, the total area of wetlands has been reduced and biodiversity have been damaged. To mitigate these problems and to manage wetlands efficiently, it is important to identify the factors that change wetlands and to identify how each factor affects them. In this study, we conducted a wetland-related literature analysis in East Asia to derive factors that affect the changes in wetlands, and analyzed the relationships among the factors. Finally we presented research directions considering wetland change factors. In most of the East Asia countries, it was found that there is deficiency in research studies about extraction in direct factors and water-energy infrastructure, tourism & recreation in indirect factors. Also, we presented the necessity for future research using the result between connectivity & relationship analysis and indirect drivers of change and their influence on direct drivers of change. The results of this study could contribute to the establishment of an R&D cooperation system in East Asia region and strengthen wetland management.

  • The present study suggests a concept of resources circulation type agriculture and a concept of a livestock zone related to it and evaluated economical efficiency about a possibility of the resources circulation type livestock zone based on the concept. As a result, when the resources circulation type livestock zone is operated in an area of 1,300ha, it was evaluated that the profit of 11,244 hundred thousand won per year is generated, compared to the conventional agriculture. When light and heat expenses and roughage of Hanwoo production, production of TMR forage as well as income of the energy and composting business of livestock manure at the recycling center were considered in addition to that, it was judged that the present zone development bushiness has enough business feasibility. However, it is necessary that the support regulations, etc. is constructed so that all produced compost byproducts are used at farmhouses and the system related to facility investment assurance and assistance of operating expenses is maintained. It is thought that the complement of a system is also necessary so that energy or power generation expenses can be operated in the same conditions as other new & renewable energy, and the nation's purchase of carbon credits(CDM) is investigated and systemized in the early period, and construction of a revitalization plan of the business through budget securing of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry related to the trade of CDM and carbon emission rights is also a business that should be urgently developed. In the future, the change of an outside environment will further promote use of the energy. Also, as people, who don't know agriculture. farm village, increase day by day because of population concentration in a city, an opportunity that can new added value through experience tourism or educational programs utilizing them is increasing. Accordingly, if programs utilizing social characteristics, such as utilization as a space of tourism. leisure. experience, system construction of bio-energy and system construction that Micro Grid or Smart Grid as a dispersed storage and generation system is stabilized, are constructed, it can be said that revitalization or success conditions of the zone is further achieved.

  • Maesil began to grow in Gwangyang after the old Mr. Yulsan Kim Oh-cheon brought 5,000 trees of maesil(Prunes mume) from Japan in 1931. Today, Gwangyang maesil comprises approximately 25% of total national output. Gwangyang produces a variety of foods, manufactured foods and beverages using maesil. Besides, numerous tourists came to the 15th Gwangyang International Ume Flower Culture Festival to enjoy the festival and appreciate blossoming ume flowers. More than 1.9 million people visited Blue Ume Flower Farm in Gwangyang in the year of 2010. As many visitors came to the city simultaneously, however, there occurred confusion. So, it is thought that the following measures are necessary to enhance the tourism value of Gwangyang maesil. First, a symbolic story for Gwangyang maesil or maehwa(ume flower) needs to be created. Second, snack foods for sightseers need to be developed. Third, diverse attractive elements to prolong tourists' stays are worth developing. Fourth, it is necessary for Gwangyang to hold competitions for ideas to activate tourism through maesil. Fifth, Gwangyang needs to promote collaborative development of tourist items and collaborative tourism marketing in close cooperation with neighboring cities and counties. Finally, it is worthwhile for Gwangyang to host an international fruits and seeds exposition or exhibition and it needs to strengthen active promotion and marketing suitable for the Smart Age.

  • The regional development plan by the city of Andong in establishing the foundation for cultural eco-tourism in the cultural area of confucianism(2010-2020) consists of 2 leading projects (the World Confucian Scholar Culture Park, the Korean Culture Theme Park) and 2 strategic projects (the Confucian Scholars' Literature Park, the Sunsunghyun Culture Complex, the Traditional Bittarae Weaving Village). By inter-regional input-output analysis, their multiplier effects of output, value-added, income and employment are estimated respectively 990.2 billion won(multiplier 2.23), 318.2 billion won(multiplier 0.72), 187.7 billion won(multiplier 0.42), and 4,791 workers(multiplier 10.6 workers/billion won). The ongoing project has been, however, delayed due to various issues and has hit a ceiling towards achieving the original objectives of the familiarization, industrialization and globalization of Confucian culture. To overcome these problems, the associated plans of constructing the Korean SMART LINK LINE, of developing contents blending traditional culture and ICT, of establishing tourist complexes and infrastructure around Lake Andong, and of constructing interactive attractions of traditional culture were proposed as new growth-leading plans.

The 4th Industrial Revolution, the characteristics of the landscape industry and urban regeneration were considered and the methodology was established and studied including the technical classification system suitable for systematic research, which was selected as a framework. First, the 4th Industrial Revolution technology based on digital data was selected, which could be utilized to increase the value of the virtuous circle for the landscape industry. From 'Element Technology Level', and 'Core Technology' such as the Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Robot, 'Peripheral Technology', Virtual or Augmented Reality, Drones, 3D 4D Printing, and 3D Scanning were highlighted as the 4th Industrial Revolution technology. It has been shown that it is possible to increase the value of the virtuous circle when applied at the 'Trend Level', in particular to the landscape industry. The 'System Level' was analyzed as a general-purpose technology, and based on the platform, the level of element technology(computers, and smart devices) was systematically interconnected, and illuminated with the 4th Industrial Revolution technology based on digital data. The application of the 'Trend Level' specific to the landscape industry has been shown to be an effective technology for increasing the virtuous circle values. It is possible to realize all synergistic effects and implementation of the proposed method at the trend level applying the element technology level. Smart gardens, smart parks, etc. have been analyzed to the level they should pursue. It was judged that Smart City, Smart Home, Smart Farm, and Precision Agriculture, Smart Tourism, and Smart Health Care could be highly linked through the collaboration among technologies in adjacent areas at the Trend Level. Additionally, various utilization measures of related technology applied at the Trend Level were highlighted in the process of urban regeneration, public service space creation, maintenance, and public service. In other words, with the realization of ubiquitous computing, Hyper-Connectivity, Hyper-Reality, Hyper-Intelligence, and Hyper-Convergence were proposed, reflecting the basic characteristics of digital technology in the landscape industry can be achieved. • The 2018 Seoul Zero Pay is a policy actively promoted by the government as an economic stimulus package for small business owners and the self-employed who are experiencing economic depression due to COVID-19. However, the controversy over the effectiveness of Zero Pay continues even after two years have passed since the implementation of the policy. Zero Pay is a joint QR code mobile payment service introduced by the government, Seoul city, financial companies, and private simple payment providers to reduce the burden of card merchant fees for small business owners and self-employed people who are experiencing economic difficulties due to the economic downturn., it was attempted in the direction of economic revitalization for the return of alleyways[1]. Therefore, this study intends to draw implications for improvement measures so that the ongoing zero-pay can be further activated and the economy can be settled normally. The analysis results of this study are as follows. First, it shows the effect of increasing the income of small business owners by inducing consumption in alleyways through the economic revitalization policy of Zero Pay. Second, the issuance and distribution of Zero Pay helps to revitalize the local economy and contribute to the establishment of a virtuous cycle system. Third, stable operation is being realized by the introduction of blockchain technology to the Zero Pay platform. In terms of academic significance, the direction of Zero Pay's policies and systems was able to identify changes in the use of Zero Pay through big data analysis. The implementation of the zero-pay policy is in its infancy, and there are limitations in factors for examining the consumer image perception of zero-pay as there are insufficient prior studies. Therefore, continuous follow-up research on Zero Pay should be conducted.

  • Recently, many interests in the economic contribution of performing arts for the city's tourist attractions have been increasing, and the policy projects supporting surtitle for foreign tourists are expanding. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the acceptance process of subtitle systems using the TAM(Technical Acceptance Model) to understand the influential relations of factors affecting the viewing of the performance of subtitling service by foreign tourists. Data for empirical analysis were collected in a survey of foreign tourists who had experienced performance subtitles with smart pads in three languages. The results of this study are as follows. First, the higher the information system quality of the performance subtitles, the higher the perceived usefulness of the subtitles. Second, for Korean performances, the decreasing level of both the performance-based risk and the psychological risk has a positive influence on the viewing intent. But, the decreasing level of the financial risk has a negative influence on the viewing intent. Third, the decreasing level of performance risk has a positive influence on the perceived usefulness, while the decreasing level of psychological risk has a negative influence on the perceived usefulness. Finally, the psychological risk has the moderating effect of the viewing intention, which it has a negative influence on the perceived usefulness.
