최근 사용자 중심의 스마트시티 서비스에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 공간기반의 커뮤니케이션을 통한 스마트시티 서비스 시나리오 도출을 위해 공간정보유형을 검토하고, 사용자 중심의 체험요소 시나리오 도출을 위한 방향성을 마련하고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 향후 스마트시티 테스트베드에 적용 가능한 보행지도, 워킹맵으로서 시민이 스마트시티를 체험할 수 있는 공간시나리오를 제시하기 위한 기초자료를 제시하는 데 의의를 둔다. 특히 보행지도인 워킹맵을 통해 스마트시티 테스트베드 내 보행시나리오를 시뮬레이션 함으로서 사용자 요구사항을 기반으로 하는 서비스 방향을 실험하였다. 본 연구를 통해 기존 인프라를 통한 스마트시티 서비스가 다목적으로 활용될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 공간정보 및 체험요소 연계모델과 페르소나 모델을 통한 워킹맵은 추후 스마트시티 테스트베드에 적용 가능한 예비시나리오로서 활용될 수 있다.

국내 다양한 인구 사회적 변화를 반영하여 다양한 거주자들의 요구와 욕구를 충족시켜주기 위한 주거서비스 공급의 필요성이 점차 높아지고 있다. 특히 스마트기기의 개인 보급이 확산되고, 인공지능 및 사물인터넷 등과 같은 스마트 기술의 비약적인 발전은 이러한 주거서비스 기술을 보다 거주자들이 쉽고 편하게 접할 수 있는 스마트하우징을 뒷받침하고 있다. 하지만 AI, IoT 및 빅데이터 등 스마트 기술 및 기기와 연계된 스마트하우징 주거서비스의 보급 확산을 위해서는 이용자들의 인식을 개선하는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위한 방법으로 본 연구는 리빙랩을 활용하여 스마트하우징 주거서비스 기술에 대한 이용자들의 인식 변화를 관찰하였다. 그 결과, 리빙랩 체험 후 이용자들의 스마트하우징 주거서비스에 대한 인지도가 높아졌으며, 선호하는 주거서비스 기술도 리빙랩 체험 전 보다 더 구체화된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 스마트하우징 주거서비스 기술의 보급 및 확산을 위해 이용자들의 인식을 높이는 것이 중요하며, 이를 위해 리빙랩이 효과적인 수단이 될 수 있다는 것을 보여주고 있다.

유비쿼터스 스마트 헬스케어에서 융합기술 급격히 발달하고, 이동식 모바일 장치가 보급됨에 따라 사용자는 스마트 헬스 플랫폼을 통해 의료 정보를 손쉽게 얻을 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 급격한 산업화, 웰니스 케어, 고령화 사회, 정보화 사회, 질병양상 및 생활습관의 변화, 의약분업 실시 등에 따라, 사용자 중심의 건강관리 및 건강증진 콘텐츠가 제공되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트 헬스를 위한 마이닝 기반의 정신 건강과 혈압 관리 서비스를 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 마이닝 기반의 스마트 헬스 플랫폼에서 정신 건강관리 서비스와 혈압관리 서비스를 만성질환자를 위해 제공한다. 사용자는 PHR 기반의 스마트 헬스 플랫폼에서 시간과 장소에 구애 받지 않고 최적화된 건강관리 서비스를 제공받는다. 제안한 마이닝 기반의 정신 건강과 혈압 관리 서비스의 성능평가 결과, F-검증에서 우수한 성능을 보인다.

스마트-헬스케어 서비스(smart-healthcare service)는 최근에 급속히 보급되고 있는 스마트폰(smart phone)을 기반으로 예방적 건강관리와 웰니스(wellness)를 위한 수요자 중심의 능동적 서비스 제공을 목표로 하는 보건의료서비스이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 언제, 어디서든 손쉽게 접근할 수 있는 스마트폰을 바탕으로 한 디지털청진기 기반의 원격청진진료 스마트-헬스케어 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 환자가 자가 측정을 하기 위한 디지털청진기와 스마트폰, 환자를 진찰하기 위한 의사용 PC, 그리고 단말들을 연결해주기 위한 네트워크 웹서버로 구성되며, 단말들 간에 청진 데이터와 진찰 데이터를 주고받을 수 있는 프로그램을 통하여 환자와 의사간에 원격진료를 수행할 수 있다. 결과적으로 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템으로는 환자에게 시 공간적 제약 없이, 일상생활에 밀접히 접근하여 손쉽고 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 보건의료서비스를 제공 할 수 있었다.

현재 우리는 사회, 문화, 정치, 경제, 기술에 있어 국가 간의 경계가 무너지는 글로벌화와 다 분야 기술의 컨버전스 및 이종 서비스의 융합이 광범위하게 진행되는 시대에 살고 있고, 이러한 변화의 물결은 지식과 정보 사회를 넘어서 스마트 사회로의 진입을 재촉하고 있다. 과거에는 방대한 양의 지식과 정보를 생성하고, 가공하며, 축적하는 것에 집중했다면, 현재 사회는 이러한 축적된 지식과 정보를 시공간의 제약 없이, 보다 지능적이면서, 저렴하게, 융합된 형태로 제공될 수 있기를 기대하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트서비스의 개념과 다양한 사례를 살펴보고 지식 정보사회의 서비스 통합 패러다임을고려하여스마트서비스 제공을 위한 플랫폼으로서의 구현요소와 서비스플랫폼 현황분석, 관련기관별 주요역할, 구현요소확보방안 등 스마트 플랫폼 구현전략을 제시하였다.

Growing importance of online security on certification, many of the web-related security technology introduced day by day. Especially, using smart certificate (USIM) is recognized as one of the most safe and convenient method for the security of public certificate. The purpose of this study is to find the factors that affect the Intention of switching to smart certificate for the general public who use public certificate service. Based on migration theory, this study determined the relationship between pull factors, push factors and mooring factors which can affect the intention of switching to smart certificate. To empirically analyze the proposed hypothesis, the statistical analysis were conducted based on the response from 350 public certificate service users using SPSS 22.0 and Smart PLS 2.0. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, system quality, one of the pull factors has positive influence on perceived ease of use. On the other hand, the other pull factor, service quality has positive influence on both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Second, push factors, user experience and information security awareness have positive influence on perceived ease of use only. Third, mooring factor, switching cost does not have influence on switching intention while perceived usefulness has positive influence on. The results of this research can be used for whom has interest to the switching intention of public certificate service for online security and provide the proper understanding about smart certificate service mechanism.

정보통신기술의 발전은 인터넷뱅킹과 e-business의 활성화를 가져왔고 그 매체로써의 스마트카드는 전자서명 인증관리센터의 사용자인증용으로 전자화폐, 교통카드, 출입카드 등으로 널리 보급되어 보편화되고 있다. 정보통신 공중망을 이용하는 분야에서는 스마트카드에 대한 보안과 카드 소지자의 프라이버시 보호가 매우 중요하다. 스마트카드 보안의 핵심은 사용자 인증으로 스마트카드에 대한 안전한 사용이다. 프라이버시 보호를 위한 익명성 보장과 가용성을 위한 서비스거부공격에 대한 대책이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 Hwang-Li's, Sun's, L-H-Y scheme을 분석한 다음 일회용 해시함수를 사용하여 세션마다 안전하게 패스워드 확인자를 변경하고 익명성과 서비스거부공격에 안전한 보다 효율적인 새로운 스마트카드 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다.

직장이 아닌 곳에서 근무하는 스마트워크는 조직과 조직 구성원 모두에게 도움이 되는 미래지향적인 근무 방식으로 최근 화두가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 콜센터를 운영하고 있는 기업을 대상으로 직장근무자와 스마트워크 근무자간의 서비스풍토, 직무만족, 조직몰입, 서비스수행능력 등 조직 관련 주요 변수에 대한 인식 차이를 조사하였다. 분석 결과, 스마트워크 근무자들이 직장근무자들에 비해 서비스풍토에 대한 인식이나 직무만족이나 조직몰입, 서비스수행능력 등 모든 측면에서 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 스마트워크의 활성화를 위한 시사점과 정책 방안을 제시하였다.

In this paper, design of framework architecture of pervasive computing system providing seamless inter space interactions between private and public smart spaces is presented. The seamless inter space interaction issues are related to establishing user's service environment by allocating relevant resources in a new location where there are no prior settings for the user or where there are current users already being served in the new location. In the realm of pervasive computing, we can have different types of smart spaces, offering proactive and intelligent services, which are islands of smart spaces independent from each other. As users move about, they will have to roam from private smart space to public smart space and vice versa. When they enter a new island of smart space, they will have to setup their devices and service manually to get the same or different services they had at the previous location. Users might be living in a non-pervasive computing environment because this manual operation is inappropriate to its generic features of proactive and intelligent services of pervasive computing. The framework architecture will provide seamless inter space interactions initiated by changes in users' location to acquire negotiations of resources for new and current residents regarding service provision with limited available networked devices.

The number of smart phone users is rapidly growing due to recent increase in wireless Internet usage, development of a wide variety of applications, and activation of M2M (Machine to machine) services. Although the smart phone offers benefits of mobility and convenience, it also has serious security problems. To utilize M2M services in the smart phone, a flexible integrated authentication and access control facility is an essential requirement. To solve these problems, we propose a context-aware single sign-on and access control system that uses context-awareness, integrated authentication, access control, and an OSGi service platform in the smart phone environment. In addition, we recommend Fuzzy Logic and MAUT (Multi-Attribute Utility Theory) in handling diverse contexts properly as well as in determining the appropriate security level. We also propose a security system whose properties are flexible and convenient through a typical scenario in the smart phone environment. The proposed context-aware security system can provide a flexible, secure and seamless security service by adopting diverse contexts in the smart phone environment.
