디지털 컨버전스는 정보통신 영역에서의 단위 기술들의 융합을 통하여 나타나는 새로운 상품이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 컨버전스 시대상황에 맞추어 정부에서는 10개 산업 군을 포함하는 "2025년 ICT 수요조사"를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 스마트 시티의 하나의 구성요소인 스마트 모빌리티에 대해 기술하였다. 이러한 스마트 모빌리티의 중심 역할을 수행하는 지능형 교통 시스템은 도로, 차량, 신호시스템 등 기존 교통시스템의 구성요소에 전자, 제어, 통신 등의 첨단기술을 접목시켜 교통시설의 효율을 높이고 안전을 증진하기 위한 교통시스템을 말한다. 본 연구에서는 우리의 일상적인 생활 공간속에서 접하고 있는 지능형 교통시스템에 대한 해외 각국의 사례들에 대해 기술하였다.

The concept of Smart-Homes is becoming more and more popular. It is anticipated that Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) technology will play a major role in such environments. We can find many previously proposed schemes that focus solely on: authentication between the RFID tags and readers, and user privacy protection from malicious readers. There has also been much talk of a very popular RFID application: a refrigerator/bookshelf that can scan and list out the details of its items on its display screen. Realizing such an application is not as straight forward as it seems to be, especially in securely deploying such RFID-based applications in a smart home environment. Therefore this paper describes some of the RFID-based applications that are applicable to smart home environments. We then identify their related privacy and security threats and security requirements and also propose a secure approach, where RFID-tagged consumer items, RFID-reader enabled appliances (e.g., refrigerators), and RFID-based applications would securely interact among one another. At the moment our approach is just a conceptual idea, but it sheds light on very important security issues related to RFID-based applications that are beneficial for consumers.

최근 스마트폰, 태블릿PC, 와이브로(WiBro), LTE 등 정보기술의 발전과 함께 스마트워크에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 스마트워크를 도입함으로써 나타나는 업무 비업무 경계 모호성의 근본 문제를 경계 이론에 통해 이해하고자 하였다. 국내 K사의 재택근무와 스마트워크센터근무 이용자를 대상으로 경계 이론에서 제시하는 핵심 개념인 침투가능성, 경계 강도, 간섭 등을 포괄적으로 고려한 실증 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과를 통해 스마트워크 이용자는 업무와 비업무 영역 간의 비대칭성을 지각하고 있다는 사실을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 스마트워크와 관련된 향후 연구에서 업무와 비업무 영역 간 양방향성을 전제하여 경계 관리 전략을 고려할 필요성을 제시하고 있다.

최근 국내 많은 지능형교통체계 사업에서 스마트교차로를 설치하고 있으나, 교통량 수집 및 통계분석 이외에 교통신호운영에 활용하는 사례가 미비한 상태이다. 하지만, 고질적인 교통혼잡에 대응하기 위해서는 스마트교차로에서 수집된 자료를 활용하여 효율적인 신호운영을 수행하는 방안이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 효율적인 교통신호운영을 위해 스마트교차로 자료를 활용한 실시간 교통신호제어 알고리즘 운영을 위한 절차를 수립하였으며, 기존 알고리즘을 개선하여 실제 스마트교차로에서 운영이 가능하도록 하였다. 효과 분석 결과, 교차로 지체가 감소하였고 옵셋 조정 시 구간 속도도 개선되는 효과가 나타나는 것으로 확인되었다.

This research, with the recent change in the paradigm of education, has its purpose on suggesting the direction of Japanese education that best suits the environment in Korea, by analyzing the education and information policy in Korea and Japan. As it is shown in Mackey's model, policy in language and education cannot be separated, and the 'smart education' policy as well as 'Education and Information Vision' that is implemented in Korea and Japan is likely to be connected with policies in language in the near future. Both of these policies has its goals on the spreading of information in education, and is predicted to lead to development in contents in regard to education of foreign language. When looking at recently developed smart-learning programs, it can be found that the credibility and authenticity is weak because in most of those programs, there was no participation of experts in Japanese education. Thus there is a need for expertise in Japanese education for development of these contents and also many attempts with application of 'smart-learning' collaboration of technology and academic knowledge in humanities and education is needed. At the same time, various support from the government is essential so that these policies can simultaneously work together, along with the field of foreign language education.

Among all industries, the construction industry still remains a traditional one with low productivity due to its labor-intensive and field-dependent production system, its supplier-oriented industrial structure, and the disruption of the information flow between participants. In addition, the construction industry in South Korea has recently been required to transform itself according to social trends such as aging, the reduction of skilled workers, and the shortening of working hours, and the disaster and death rates in the industry, which are more than twice as high as those in other industries, are making it more necessary to solve chronic safety problems. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to grasp the actual condition of safety management on construction sites in South Korea and analyze cases of K-smart technology utilization for preventing safety accidents on construction sites. The study investigated and analyzed the following. First, construction sites in South Korea were analyzed by type of safety accident, by type of construction, and by construction contract amount. Second, the current status of accidents on small-sized construction sites with a high fatal accident rate and cases of safety accidents on construction sites were investigated. The results of the study are expected to contribute to the dissemination and spread of smart safety technology for not only identifying major factors in safety accidents that occur on construction sites but also preventing workers from suffering accidents.

최근 스마트폰을 비롯한 스마트 기기와 스마트 홈 등 스마트 공간들이 다양한 형태로 발전되어 등장하고 있다. 이러한 기술의 발전은 공상과학이나 영화에서나 존재하는 것이 아닌 우리의 일상생활에서 현실화되 고 있다. 바야흐로 지금은 "스마트" 용어의 시대이다. 하지만 짧은 기간 동안 스마트라는 용어가 무분별하게 다양한 분야에 적용되면서 스마트시티에 대한 개념적 혼선이 이루어짐을 알 수 있었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트시티에 대한 명확한 개념 정립과 향후 스마트시티가 나아가야할 방향 등 정책적 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 즉, 스마트 용어가 도시 및 공간에 적용되고 있는 스마트시티에 대하여 살펴보고 스마트시티의 발전 방안을 찾고자 하였다. '스마트' 용어의 적용사례를 분석한 결과, 스마트란 용어는 '지능화, 첨단적'의 개념을 가지고 있으며 다양한 분야에서 다양하게 사용되고 있지만, 스마트시티의 정의는 다양한 견해로 보이는 걸로 나타났다. 그러므로 스마트시티는 단순히 '스마트(smart) + 도시(city)'를 의미하는 것이 아니라 도시를 스마트하게 만들고자 하는 의미로 사용되어야 하는 것으로 보는 것이 옳다고 할 수 있다.

Korean government has been implementing a smart grid testbed in Jeju Island for the low-carbon green growth. As smart grids are in the early stage of their diffusion, strategic guidelines and related measures are needed to spread them successfully. In general, the successful diffusion of new technologies or new products are mostly determined in its early stages. With the introduction of smart grids, the electricity market paradigm will be transformed into user-oriented from provider-oriented. Thus, a study on the diffusion of smart grids from the perspective of users is necessary. This paper examines factors affecting the adoption and diffusion of smart grids from users' perspectives and provide strategic guidelines for diffusing the smart grid. Researchers conducted in-depth interviews with 41 people who have been already using smart grids in the Jeju testbed. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The interviews were recorded on a digital voice recorder memory and subsequently transcribed verbatim. A total of 133 pages of transcripts were obtained from about 10 hours interviews. 97 concepts, 47 sub-categories and 19 categories were identified through open coding of grounded theory. We suggested a paradigm model for diffusing smart grids and total of seven propositions as strategic guidelines.

Purpose: The goal of this research is to identify the planning techniques of Smart Green City with Ubiquitous method and carbon-neutral city planning techniques and to induce the main planning techniques through the analysis of relative importance and practical adaptation. Method: First of all, eighteen planning techniques were derived and categorized into three organization systems and six sectors through literature review and FGI analysis considering the applicability of Ubiquitous service for carbon-neutral city planning techniques. Secondly, based on expert surveys and AHP analysis, the importance of Smart Green City planning techniques was evaluated. Thirdly, using case study, six cases related to Smart Green City were analyzed for the current status of application of planning techniques. Lastly, considering the importance of planning techniques and practical aspects, the characteristics of Smart Green City and its implication were estimated. Result: Energy, Resource and Waste and Transportation sector were identified as important sectors for Smart Green City. In addition, 'Construction of Smart Grid', 'System for Utilization of New & Renewable Energy', 'Smart Resource Circulation Management System', 'Establishment of Public Transportation Information System basis', 'Construction of Pedestrian / Bicycle oriented Road Environment' are essential planning techniques to create Smart Green City.

공공기관과 일반 기업에 스마트워크 도입이 확산됨에 따라 스마트워크 시스템을 어떻게 효과적으로 구축할 수 있는지에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있다. 지금 까지 스마트워크는 모바일 오피스를 주제로 업무의 효율성과 신속성에 중점을 두어 왔지만 창조와 혁신이 요구되는 새로운 경영환경에 맞는 새로운 시스템 구축 전략이 필요하며 이를 스마트워크 2.0 이라고 정의하고자 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존의 구축방법론과 사례를 참조하여 스마트워크 2.0을 정의하고 성공요인 도출과 이에 대한 솔루션을 정리하여 새로운 환경에 맞는 스마트워크 구축 방법론을 제시하고자 한다.
