Recently, industrial accidents rate has been gradually decreasing due to the development of safety management methods, but until now, the accident rate in the construction sector is higher than other industries. Large-scale construction sites are operating systematic safety systems to reduce industrial accidents. However, small and medium sized construction sites do not have systematic safety system and lack safety management ability, so that disaster is not reduced compared with large scale construction site. As a result, disaster prevention technology instruction system has been implemented to reduce the disasters of small and medium scale construction sites. However, in the case of a small construction site less than 2 billion won, there is little decrease in the accident rate, and in some cases, the accident rate increases. After the technical guidance system has been implemented, it is necessary to identify the performance and problems of implementation and to improve its effectiveness. In this study, we suggest the improvement plan to improve the efficiency of the technical guidance system by analyzing the problems and actual conditions of technical guidance operation in small and medium sized construction work sites.

In this paper, we investigated the relationship between the variables related to manufacturing environment and industrial accident. Also we wish to analyze how much these variables influence in production result of company: the manufacturing performances such as production quantity, quality, cost and delivery. For this investigation, we collected the real data from 16 small/medium-sized manufacturing companies by performing a questionnaire survey and one-site interview with the workers. Sixteen companies were made up of the following four industries: metal processing, machinery manufacturing, chemical products manufacturing and electronic products manufacturing, The data analysis was made using SPSS PC+. Based on the result of the analysis, we came to the conclusion that most of variables related to manufacturing environment and industrial safety were connecting with industrial accident occurrence and also influenced in manufacturing performance.

Taiwan's economy has been characterized by the strong existence and continuous creation of small and medium-sized enterprises. This phenomenon is commonly regarded to be the result of a culturally embedded strong entrepreneurial spirit. In the process of developing a high-technology industry in southern Taiwan, linking a newly established science park with existing local industries was one of the major challenges. This article reviewed the development history of Tainan Technopolis. Following a concise review of Southern Taiwan Science Park's struggle against becoming an assembly of spillover establishments from Hsinchu Science Park, the authors focused on the efforts of incubating startups. Although only an initial study, the authors demonstrated the roles of National Cheng Kung University and Southern Taiwan Science Park Administration in introducing a two-track incubation system based on collaboration between the two institutions and startups.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present a plan to expand the employment of the elderly in Small business as one of the ways to solve the problem of the supply and demand of the company due to the aging population and the problem of the elderly poverty. Research design, data and methodology: The method of this study is a qualitative research method, and the researcher visited a small and medium-sized company directly and collected data by conducting an in-depth interview with a business owner. The interview period was conducted on a total of 15 business owners from November 5, 2013 to November 18, 2013. Results: First, the reason why companies hire the elderly is because they are suitable people, and the reason why they are not employed is because the elderly are not suitable. Second, it was found that the most recruiting paths continued to work after retirement. Third, the strengths of the elderly in their businesses were diligence, integrity, leadership, wisdom, warmth, and skill. Disadvantages the elderly in their businesses include wanting to be treated as an adult, poor productivity, poor accuracy, and health risks. Fourth, in case of hiring the elderly, they were considering convergence with young employees, and it was suggested that there are no difficulties in being an elderly because the companies hiring the elderly use the elderly according to the characteristics of the elderly. Fifth, It is realistic to actively utilize the employment system after retirement. Sixth, it was found that, unlike young people, it is not easy to recruit people on the Internet, so it is necessary to improve the system. Lastly, some industries clearly distinguished between the jobs of the elderly and the jobs of the young, but in many industries, it was desirable to create jobs for the elderly by harmonizing the main and secondary jobs. Conclusion: Ultimately, the work of the elderly in small and medium-sized enterprises should be reborn as a high-quality job that can solve the poverty of the elderly by working as a regular worker in the enterprise, rather than simply working for the elderly.

동남권 경제구역은 중소·중견 제조업 중심이었으나 산업변화와 코로나19로 지역경제 침체의 원인이 되었다. 본 연구는 동남권 지역경제 활성화를 위해 항공특화산업과 연관 기업들의 애로사항 제시 및 지역 경제 활성화 방안을 제시 하였다. 첫째, 항공특화부품 기업들은 수동적인 산업의 구조적 문제를 개선하기 위해 다양한 지원이 필요하다. 둘째, 동 산업 분야는 국제적 표준에 부합하는 제품과 기술을 개발하고 체계적 프로젝트 수행을 위해 전문 인력을 양성하여 안정적인 인력 수급을 지원하도록 국제적 인증 교육을 수행하는 체계적 교육시스템이 필요하다. 셋째, 동 산업분야는 고도의 표준화 기준을 충족시킬 수 있는 기술 및 제품 개발을 위해 정부의 재정적, 행정적 지원이 필요하다. 이외에도 중소·중견기업들의 거래처 발굴과 확대, 원가절감을 위한 투자지원 등 기업이 안고 있는 한계와 애로사항을 체계적으로 개선하기 위한 지원이 필요하다.

본 논문에서는 최근 4차 산업혁명을 통해 최신 ICT 기술을 접목하여 대한민국의 항만, 해운, 조선 및 기자재 산업이 물샐틈없는 완벽 공조를 통한 가치 사슬, Seamless Value Chain이 Smart Seamless Value Chain 성공적인 구축을 위한 산업 간의 협력관계를 정의하고, 이들 산업의 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 핵심 요소가 무엇인지를 고찰해 보았다. 이를 통해 오늘날 디지털화를 통한 탈탄소화를 실현하여 ESG 경영 달성을 위한 방향도 제시하였다. 그리고 특히 중소기업의 관점에서 미래시장을 대응하기 위한 방안으로서의 디지털화의 중요성과, 특히 중소 기자재 업체가 실현하는 디지털 화가 산업계 전반에서 어떤 역할을 하는지 중점적으로 고찰하였다. 이를 통해 산업 간의 연계 상태와 가치 사슬이 원활한 관계를 반드시 유지해야할 필요 사유를 동시에 보여준다. 그리고 대한민국의 산업에서 얻은 실패 사례를 통한 교훈으로 발판 삼아 향후 지능형 연결의 전략적 통로를 만드는 초석을 구축하는 방향성도 제시하였다.

본 연구는 주요국 정책을 토대로 중소 제조기업의 디지털 전환 현황과 문제점을 진단하고, 이에 대응하기 위한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 디지털 전환은 비대면 경제 및 디지털 기술에 대한 요구가 부상하면서 산업 패러다임이 변화하였다. 이에 주요국들은 디지털 전환 관련 정책을 추진중에 있으며, 우리나라도 한국형 뉴딜 정책을 시행중에 있다. 다만, 한편, 우리나라는 주요국의 디지털 전환 정책 전략을 그대로 차용하고 있어 우리의 강점 활용 및 단점 보완을 할 수 있는 한국형 모델이 결핍되어 있다. 따라서 한국의 독자적인 표준화 작업이 시급히 진행되어야 한다. 또한 기존에는 스마트공장 보급 및 확산, 즉 양적 정책에 초점이 맞춰서 진행되었다면, 앞으로는 데이터의 활용 및 성과창출을 지향할 수 있는 질적 정책으로의 전환이 필요하다. 즉, 스마트공장 지원정책의 고도화 정책을 통하여 질적 수준을 제고시킬 수 있는 정책적 보완이 필요하다. 이에 사업의 유기적인 연계와 효율적 지원을 위하여 기관별로 추진하고 있는 정책을 공유할 필요가 있다. 따라서 사업의 유기적인 연계와 효율적 지원을 위하여 기관별로 추진 중인 정책을 공유할 필요가 있다. 중소기업의 디지털 전환에 대한 인식 수준을 제고하고 중장기적으로 기술 및 솔루션 개발을 지원해야 한다. 따라서 향후 중소 제조기업의 디지털 전환 정책은 중소기업의 질적 수준시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다는 것을 제시함 점에서 실무적인 의의가 있다.

This study is an empirical research to find out the effect on the management performance of hidden champions of food manufacturing companies when using blue ocean strategy for new product development. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey on hidden champions in the domestic food manufacturing industry and proceeded empirical analysis. When small and medium-sized enterprises in food manufacturing industries develop a new product, searching for non-customer, rebuilding the market boundary, and linking the external networks have a significant impact on their management performance. However, the fair procedure did not have a significant effect on the management performance. In terms of relative influence, rebuilding the market boundary was most affecting, followed by searching for non-customer and linking the external networks. On the other hand, this study implicated the management performance of hidden champions of food manufacturing industries when new products is developed by using the blue ocean strategy. Obtained results are as follows. If small and medium-sized enterprises of food manufacturing industries develop new products, it will be able to improve the management performance by utilizing strategies such as searching for non-customer, rebuilding the market boundary, and linking the external networks. In particular, the rebuilding the market boundary among the blue ocean strategies has a relatively high impact on management performance.

중소기업을 대상으로 경쟁력의 주요 결정요소 중 하나인 인적자원관리 실태를 살펴보았다. 제조업을 비롯해 4개 업종에 속한 763개의 대구지역 중소기업을 대상으로 인적자원관리 여건과 인력관리 애로사항에 관해 분석하였다. 전체 응답 기업 중 2%에만 노조가 결성되어 있었으며, 43%가 고용여건이 어려운 것으로 평가하였다. 그리고 자사의 보유인력이 타사에 비해 경쟁우위에 있다고 평가한 기업은 39% 정도였다. 인센티브 규정, 고충처리제도, 제안제도, 고용안정성 보장제도, 업무수행결과 평가제도, 그리고 정기적 교육 훈련 등의 인적자원관리 제도 실시 여부와 활용 정도를 살펴보았다. 전체 응답 기업들에서 실시되고있는 비율이 가장 높은 제도는 정기적 교육 훈련이었으며, 업무수행결과의 평가제도의 도입 비율이 가장 낮았다. 그리고 도입한 인적자원관리 제도 중 활용 정도가 가장 높은 것은 고용안정성 보장 제도인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이런 결과의 시사점과 앞으로의 연구방향이 제시되었다.

본 연구는 중소기업 CEO의 리더십 유형(변혁적 리더십, 거래적 리더십, 서번트 리더십)이 종업원의 조직유효성(조직몰입, 조직시민행동)에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 국내 중소기업 전기, 전자, IT업체 종사자를 대상(573명)으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 이를 바탕으로 통계분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 변혁적 리더십의 카리스마, 개별적 배려, 서번트 리더십의 감정적 치유, 지혜, 청지기 정신은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 변혁적 리더십의 카리스마, 거래적 리더십의 예외적 관리, 서번트 리더십의 지혜, 청지기 정신은 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 여향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 분석결과를 바탕으로 CEO는 종업원의 조직몰입과 조직시민행동 향상을 위해 적절한 의사소통과 애로사항, 문제 등에 필요한 요구사항들을 적극 검토하고, 이를 CEO 리더십 역량 강화에 포함하여 시행해야 한다. 또한 종업원이 자신과 함께 일하고 있다는 자긍심을 가질 수 있도록 가치관이나 신념 등을 강조하고, 장래 비전을 제시해 주며, 최종적으로 CEO와 종업원이 같은 공동목표를 갖는 공동체라는 것을 인식시켜 줄 필요성을 시사한다.
