현재 실적공사비 단가는 한국건설기술연구원에 의해 발표되고 있으며, 대규모 공사에서 수집된 공사비 자료를 분석하여 작성되고 있다. 따라서 소규모 공사의 경우 현행 실적공사비 단가를 적용함에 있어 불합리한 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 분석하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 대 소규모 토목, 건축, 기계설비공사에 대한 실적공사비를 상호 비교하였다. 그 결과, 소규모 공사의 실적공사비는 대규모 공사에 비해 평균적으로 26.6%가 높음을 확인할 수 있었다. 한편, 노무비에 의한 대 소규모 공사의 실적공사비 차이는 18.4%이고, 재료비 경비에 의한 차이는 8.18%인 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 본 연구에서는 이를 시정하기 위한 소규모 공사의 실적공사비 보정방안을 제안하였다.

In the SW industry, the diversification of global markets and technology trends are changing due to the emergence of new services, and IT companies are in need of strategic change different from the previous one. In this study, SWOT analysis was performed by extracting the internal environmental factors and external environmental factors through the previous studies to improve the project performance competence of small IT companies, and the SWOT Matrix was reconstructed through the pairwise comparison. Based on this, the purpose of this research was to propose the project performance competency improvement plans for small IT companies based on importance and priority, and the following four strategies were derived from the result of SWOT-AHP analysis. SO strategy was drawn in direction to invest R & D in new SW industry to enhance technology competitiveness of SMEs in order to develop SMEs, and in order to secure competitiveness of SW industry, WO strategy is drawn the cultivation of professional technical manpower through SW policy. ST Strategy presented technical management through SW system improvement policy to improve SW environment, and WT Strategy presented awareness training on the construction and necessity of project management system construction. Using the strategies presented in this study, it is expected that the managers of small IT firms will be presented as references to measure the performance competence factors of current organizations and company organizations.

팀의 규모에 관한 연구 결과 전문가들은 일반적으로 업무를 수행하는데 규모가 작은 팀이 큰 팀 보다 좋다는데 동의하고 있다. 또한, 항상 최소한의 실질적인 팀 규모를 구성하는데 목표로 하고 있다. 그러나 "작은"이 얼마를 의미하는지가 문제가 된다. 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 인도율과 인도속도와 같은 생산성 측도를 도입하여 이상적인 팀 규모를 결정하였다 300개 프로젝트를 대상으로 데이터 집합을 2개의 서브 그룹인 개발 프로젝트와 유지보수 프로젝트로 분류하였다. 실험결과 가장 성공적인 프로젝트는 최대 5명으로 수행하는 경우였으나, 본 논문은 실제 개발 된 프로젝트들을 대상으로 생산성-기반 이론을 접목시켜 이상적인 팀 규모를 판단하는 지침을 제공한다. 지침을 제공한다.

지금까지 수학적 의사소통과 수학적 태도에 관한 선행연구는 주로 쓰기 활동을 통한 자료 수집을 통해 많이 이루어져 왔다. 또한 프로젝트 활동이나 소집단 토의 활동에 대한 연구는 여러 차례 있었으나, 이를 수학적 의사소통 영역과 수학적 태도면에서 연관시켜 분석한 선행연구는 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학생들을 소집단으로 구성하여 프로젝트형 문제를 해결하는 과정을 촬영하여 살펴본 후, 그 속에서 수학적 의사소통은 어떻게 전개되고 있으며, 수학적 태도의 측면에서는 어떤 현상이 관찰되는지 알아보고 그 시사점을 추출해 보고자 하는데 연구의 목적이 있다.

The JAXA's TechCLEAN project(2003-present) is summarized, with the interim technical achievements. TechCLEAN is collateral program with the NEDO engine project to accelerate R&D work of small passenger aircraft engine as well as to develop innovative environment technologies applicable to the future improvements. In the project NOx reduction, CO2 reduction and noise reduction are targeted. Component level researches and system demonstrator validation are planned with test facility renovation and demonstration base engines.

This study performed an economic analysis and tested the viability of a public computerization project to create a comprehensive information system for public e-procurement for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The study found that the estimated costs of the project included 4.3 billion won to build the system and 710 million won per year to maintain the system once it is built. The project's estimated total benefits amounted to 6.66 billion won per year, including 5.871 billion won per year in increased convenience for SMBs that use the system, 406 million won per year in benefits for public institutions, and 383 million won per year in benefits for the institution "A" to adopt the system. We used the contingent valuation method (CVM) to estimate the benefits to SMBs, which would be the main participants of the project. The survey found that the SMBs were willing to pay an average fee of 170,136 won. we conducted an economic analysis by applying a 5.5% social discount rate over an analysis period of 10 years and found a benefit-cost ratio of 5.02 and a net present value of 40.201 billion won, which indicated a very high economic viability of the project. The results of this study can be an important reference when deciding whether to pursue computerization projects in the public sector.

IT중소기업(Small and Medium-size Enterprises)의 기술개발은 대학, 출연연구소 및 대기업의 기술 개발과는 달리 인력, 재원, 규모 둥에서 환경이 매우 열악하다. 중소기업들이 열악한 환경은 정부가 지원하는 기술개발 출연사업에 대한 과열경쟁을 불러오고, 기술개발 규모는 과제당 3억원 내외로 적은 예산을 다수의 기업에 나누어 지원하는 현상이 발생하고 있다. 다수 소액과제를 지원관리하면서 연구개발 내용보다는 기업의 부실화 둥 기술개발 외적인 관리에 치중하게 된다. 따라서 실태조사 등 불필요한 현장 감사가 진행될 수밖에 없는데, 감독목적의 실태조사보다 기술개발을 주관하는 중소기업의 기술애로 해소 및 상업화 등 노하우 지원이 시급한 실정이다. 따라서 중소기업의 실질적인 기술개발 지원을 위해서 대학이나 연구소 등에 근무하는 기술개발 및 상용화 전문가들을 중소기업의 기술개발 지원 전문가로 활용하는 방안을 제안한다.

서술형 평가가 실시됨에 따라 학생들의 수학적 성향이 어떻게 변화되었는지 살펴보았다. 학생들이 서술형 평가를 처음 접하였을 때 어렵게 생각하고 부담을 느끼고 있었으며, 풀이과정을 쓴다는 것이 불필요하다고 여기는 학생들도 있었다. 하지만 연구를 진행하는 동안 학생들은 곧 서술형 평가에 익숙해졌다. 서술형 평가를 통해 학생들은 수학을 자신의 글로 표현하는 경험을 하게 되었고. 수학적 개념이나 원리에 관심을 가지고 되었다. 또 풀이과정을 논리적으로 전개하려는 경향이 나타났다. 또 서술형 평가를 통해 학생들은 문제에 대한 자신의 생각을 논리적으로 서술하는 경험을 하게 되었고, 자신이 푼 문제에 대하여 반성하는 과정을 거칠 수 있었다. 또한 학생들은 새로운 형태의 서술형 문항을 접하면서 서술형 평가에 대한 호기심도 나타내었다. 그러나 어려운 문제를 풀어야 하는 경우에는 부담스러워 했으며, 자신만의 방법으로 문제를 풀기보다 교과서에 제시되었거나 교사가 알려 준 방법대로 풀려는 경향이 강하여 수학적 융통성은 다소 떨어지는 것을 알 수 있었다.

This paper suggests a new approach to IT project management based on a regular project meeting results to consider the recent project environment. The greater part of recent IT projects are related to e-business transformation. Transforming to e-business is a new problem very different from those they have been worked, in several point of views. Under e-business era, therefore any IT project is being implemented in more complex, dynamic and uncertain environment than traditional. That is, project leaders must consider more factors to control projects including resources, quality, risks, and technologies, and human resources. The project organizations and software corporations thus need to develop and establish new concepts or methodologies to manage e-business projects. In this point of view, an entropy model in this study is introduced for estimating and managing the uncertainty in project control using multi-attributes of project meeting. This paper proposes a new frame work based on entropy model using project meeting results to consider eIT project environment with a small pilot study.

This paper evaluates the economic effect of the IT SoC Industrial Foundation Composition Project. The evaluation was done in three steps. The first step was to estimate the contribution effect of the fabless small and medium venture business' sales. The step includes interview with all the CEOs of the firms under the support of the Enterprise Incubation System, The second step was to apply input-output analysis and then estimate the production inducement effect. The last step was to compare the results of estimation with the costs of the project. We have concluded this project had achieved 6.3 times greater economic effect compared to the budget. The reason for the large economic effect is that the project provided various infrastructures to the small and medium venture businesses.
