중소기업의 IMS인증 취소 증가 원인에 관한 연구 (Causes Analysis of Increasing Revocation for IMS Certification in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises)

  • 본 논문은 정보화경영체제를 인증획득한 중소기업이 왜 인증을 취소하는 가에 대한 원인을 분석하여 중소기업의 정보화경영체제를 지속적이고 체계적으로 추진하도록 개선방안을 마련하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구결과 정보화경영체제의 인증이 정보화경영의 기본을 준수하고 기업의 정보화경영체제 정착을 위하여 필요한 기업이 인증받고 유지했으나 정보화지원사업의 변화에 따라 지원기관의 요구조건이 없어지게 되면서 인증유지의 필요성을 느끼지 못하는 경영진의 관심과 지원부족, 그리고 전사원의 협조부족으로 인하여 취소와 반납이 나타나게 되는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 원인과 연관되어 있는 요인으로는 '지속적인 문서화 작업'으로 인한 것으로 나타났으며 이러한 요인이 중소기업에서 정보화경영체제를 유지하는데 어려운 문제로 인식되고 있어서 이를 위하여 정보화경영체제 추진 담당자의 채용과 인증유지를 위한 심사비 등을 부담으로 느끼는 중소기업의 경영자가 인증을 유지하지 못하고 반납 및 취소를 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

부산 지역 중소기업의 해외수출 결정요인에 관한 사례 -중견과 중소기업을 대상으로- (A Case Study on Main Factors for Export of SMEs in Busan Region - Focused on Medium-sized and Small-sized Enterprises -)

  • Recently, the export for SMEs is the main issue as the successful key for enterprises. For this reason, Many SMEs want to try the export and the supports are provided by government. This phenomenon reflects that the export should be necessary to SMEs, even other enterprises. This study analyzes 6 enterprises (Enterprise of middle standing: 2, SMEs:4) to research the main factors for export using the interview and survey. The result provides 5 implications for the export of SMEs in Busan Region. In summary, we can provide 3 main proposes for the export of SMEs. 1) The differentiation of various support that can be a real help to SMEs, 2) The differentiation of education on exports. 3) The simplification for the complex administrative procedures about export.

The Effects of Policy Funds on the Investment and Management Stabilization Financing of Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises

  • This study empirically examines the impacts of policy funds from three different aspects using data on Daegu city's local government loans. First, we estimate the influence of policy funds on mitigating financial constraints affecting the investment decisions of Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), yielding inconclusive results indicating no significant discernible effects of policy funds. Second, we scrutinize the ramifications of policy funds on enterprise's management stability, revealing that these funds contribute to stabilizing the operations of small-scale enterprises. Third, we explore whether policy funds engender an unintended consequence of bolstering distressed enterprises, presenting empirical evidence that suggests a delayed exit of such enterprises.

공급자 부품품질 향상을 위한 품질보증시스템 개선방안 (Enhancement of Quality Assurance System for Improving the Quality of Suppliers' Product)

  • A prerequisite for improving the quality of a product is to enhance the quality of its parts supplied from outsourced enterprises. An enterprise certified by ISO 9001 Quality Management System is expected to develop their effective quality assurance system and maintain it through continuous control and improvement, thereby ensuring the good quality of products that they produce. However, it is reported that small and medium-sized enterprises certified by ISO 9001 have difficulty establishing an effective quality assurance system. This study aims to propose a new method of improving a quality assurance system that can be more effective in small and medium-sized enterprises. This study collectively considered requirements specified in several international standards on quality system and the results of expert group brainstorming to identify evaluation areas and items for assessing a quality assurance system. Based on these evaluation areas and items, a set of checklists for diagnosing and improving a quality assurance system was developed. In order to demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed method, this study applied it to ten small and medium-sized enterprises and could identify four approaches for improving their current quality assurance system. The presented improvement method, which consists of establishment of quality goals and quality innovation plan, defective products corrective activities, 4M and design change process, improvement of customer quality information management, is expected to be utilized as a useful tool for the enhancement of the quality assurance system of small and medium-sized enterprises.

  • A relay is the one of small electrical components for automobiles and used for industry widely. We have developed the automation system for relay assembly and test to make it improve the productivity and decrease the man power. In order to determine the objective process of automation, we investigated 6 small and medium sized-enterprises and 1 greate sized-enterprise producing relays. And, we selected 2 model enterprises of them. One of the two is the system to develop. The scope of our study is the analyse of the conventional workcell, the determination of the system specification, the design of the system layout, the determination of the system cycle time, the design of the system mechanism, and the development of the controller for the system. We think that the developed system may be solve the technical and the economical problems interrupted efficiential automation of domastic small and medium sized-enterprises, and improve the international competitive power.

  • SME's (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) have limited resources to build information systems on their own. We suggest what government need to do to support SME's, which includes establishing a one-stop service center, outsourcing of public service, and triggering strategy In order for the government support to be effective, it should serve SME's needs continuously and professionally.

  • This research aims to identify the role that small and medium enterprises (SMEs) can play in achieving the economic goals of the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030. The study relied on descriptive analysis, designing a standard model, and analyzing it using the Eviews9 program. The study also adopted the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The study area covered Alkharj and Hawtat Bani Tamim governorates. The sample size of the study was 142 participants. The study's results confirmed the existence of a significant impact of changes in independent variables (X1, X2, X3, X4), which are (GDP, non-oil exports, number of employees, and public revenues), respectively. The dependent variable (Y) represents the number of small and medium-sized businesses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Additionally, it was found that 61.3% of small and medium-sized enterprises in the governorates of Al-Kharj and Hawtat Bani Tamim operate in the commercial sector. Most study participants concur that SMEs significantly lowered the unemployment rate and helped boost the GDP rate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The obstacles and difficulties facing the establishment of these enterprises were financial problems, marketing problems, and corporate monopoly. Furthermore, most of the small and medium l enterprises faced financing problems.

The Contribution of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in the Economic Growth of the Southeast Region of Vietnam

  • This research was conducted to check the impact of factors related to the small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) on the economic growth in the Southeast region of Vietnam, over the years from 1996-2019. This paper applies a combination of FEM, DKSE, GMM, and RIDGE-FEM regression methods to estimate the influence of independent variables on the economic growth of the whole Southeast region with the panel data collected from GSO; and applying the OLS regression model for each province. The study finds that all variables have a statistically significant positive impact on the economic growth of the study area. Accordingly, the importance of the variables is in the following order: (1) the proportion of workers by professional and technical qualification (SMEH), (2) the number of vocational training schools (LnTSCH), and educational level of workers (LnSchool), (3) the number of SME enterprises (LnSME); (4) The average number of years in the schooling of employees in the enterprise (LnSchool); (5) Enterprise capital (LnCAP); and (6) the average number of employees of SME (LnSMER). The research results also show that factors related to the quality of labor resources have a more positive influence on growth than both the labor size and financial capital of SMEs.

철도차량부품 제조 중소기업의 기술사업화 촉진요인에 대한 상대적 중요도 분석 (A Relative Importance Analysis of Promoting Factors for Technological Commercialization of Small and Medium Enterprises Manufacturing Railway Car Parts)

  • 국내 철도차량부품 제조 중소기업은 250여 개의 관련업체가 있으며 자체 기술력을 보유하기 보다는 외국 기술과 제품을 수입하여 철도차량의 부품을 제작 납품하는 형태로 생존하고 있다. 이로 인해 철도 핵심부품 산업은 해외 의존성이 높은 상황이다. 이에 정부에서는 철도차량부품 제조 중소기업 지원을 위해서 다양한 정책적 지원을 강화하고 있지만, 정부의 지원 정책이 철도차량부품 제조 중소기업이 안고 있는 문제점과 애로사항을 충분히 해결하지 못하고 있다. 철도차량부품 제조 중소기업이 국가경제의 경쟁력 강화에 기여할 수 있고 이들을 효과적으로 지원하기 위해서는 기술사업화 과정에서 중요한 촉진요인이 무엇인지 명확히 파악할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 철도차량부품 제조 중소기업의 기술사업화를 촉진하는 10개의 요인을 추출하였으며, 이들 지표의 중요도를 AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 이용하여 분석하였다. AHP 분석결과, 기업내부 요인이 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났으며, 그 하위 항목으로는 '사업화 능력'이 가장 중요한 항목으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 내용과 결과는 공공 연구기관 및 철도차량부품 제조 중소기업 지원 기관인 철도 운영기관의 기술사업화 지원 프로그램 기획과 지원 정책을 수립할 때 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Factors Affecting Employee Loyalty: A Case of Small and Medium Enterprises in Tra Vinh Province, Viet Nam

  • The study aims to identify the factors affecting employee loyalty in the case of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Tra Vinh province, Viet Nam and to find out critical factors affecting the loyalty of employees in SMEs. This is implemented with the method of collecting primary data of 320 employees working at SMEs in 5 districts including: Cau Ngang, Tra Cu, Chau Thanh, Cang Long, Tieu Can) and Tra Vinh City, Viet Nam. Using the multivariate regression method, the researchers have found 6 factors affecting employee loyalty: colleagues, leaders, job characteristics, remuneration policies, organizational culture, and working environment. Particularly, learning opportunities may not be not statistically significant for employees' loyalty towards small and medium-sized enterprises in Tra Vinh province. From the above research results, the authors have proposed implicational piolicies such as: focusing on colleague relationships, improving leadership of business owners, attaching importance to appropriate work arrangement, having appropriate remuneration policies for laborers, building effective organizational culture and working environment to improve employee loyalty at SMEs. From the above policy implications, helping business owners realize the aspirations of workers in small and medium-sized enterprises more closely in the future, in order to sustainably develop the business system in Vietnam.
