Presentation of budge sonance with small action on the body motion

  • This study was presented the small action by the budge sonance function. An estimation of budge sonance function was acquired displacements across all condition with a variation of small action. The budge sonance function was to be indicated to express the flow rate of body motion. Their function was suggested an issue of the action condition by budge sonance. This system was proposed a combination of the body motion and small action. The acquired sonance signal was to render the small action of body motion with budge sonance function. The analysis of budge function was generally realized a variation from displacements on the fast body motion. Budge sonance signal of action that vision condition was acquired to a variation of the $Vi-{\beta}_{AVG}$ with $(-4.954){\pm}(-5.42)$ units, that vestibular condition was acquired to a variation for the $Ve-{\beta}_{AVG}$ with $(-2.288){\pm}0.212$ units, that somatosensory condition was acquired to a variation for the $So-{\beta}_{AVG}$ with $(-0.47){\pm}0.511$ units, that CNS condition was acquired to a variation for the $C-{\beta}_{AVG}$ with $(-0.171){\pm}(-0.012)$ units. Budge sonance function was proposed the small action from axial action on body control. We know a body motion response from axial action was not only variation of budge sonance, but also body motion of fast body motion.

주민 참여를 통한 도시 소공원 설계 및 조성 (Community Participatory Small Park Design)

  • This paper presents a community participatory small-park design. It proposes that environmental planning and design can be understood as a communicative action that aims to achieve consensus among stakeholders through communication with the local residents. By studying the communicative action theory and communicative planning theory, three strategies were set for practicing small-park design as a communicative action: (1) stakeholders should how what data and actions are needed; (2) citizens should have access to the data and participate in the process; (3) the community's concerns should be consulted and their opinions heard. In applying the three strategies to the small-Park design, a council composed of experts, community members, and NGO's was established. All processes were then executed after careful deliberation. From interviews, the town-touring program and surveys, the design of the site was determined among the stakeholders. The site was subsequently designed based on the needs of the community and revised according to their suggestions. Finally, the small park was constructed. Even though the researchers experienced many limitations because the site is very small, the significance of this study can be outlined as follows: (1) the need to construct the park was suggested by the community rather than by the administration; (2) experts, members of the community, and NGO's constituted the council; (3) the design process involved deliberation among the members of council rather than a method previously established by experts; (4) the administration supported rather than led the entire process: (5) citizens discussed and reached a consensus by themselves.

  • To facilitate a better understanding of the benefits, problems, and issues associated with the use of Internet and (World Wide) Web in business, we conducted an exploratory study on the use of Internet and Web by Small and Medium Enterprise(SME) using the Action-Audience Model. The Action-Audience model categorizes business use of the Web: to provide information (Informational Web), to carry out business transactions (Transactional Web), and to support business activities (Operational Web). The model also recognizes different audiences of the Web. The study shows that SMEs are in the early stage of Web use.

Angiotensin Ⅱ의 이뇨작용(利尿作用) (Diuretic Action of Angiotensin II in Dog)

  • Angiotensin II, adminstered (infused or injected) intravenously, elicited the antidiuretic action with the decreased parameters of renal function at a small dose ($0.01\;{\mu}g/kg/min$), whereas, at a large dose (0.03, $0.1\;{\mu}g/kg/min$ and $5.0\;{\mu}g/kg$), it produced the diuretic action accompanied the increased amounts of sodium and potassium excreted in urine ($E_{Na}\;and\;R_K$). At this time, glomerular filtration rates (GFR) were weakened slightly and renal plasma flows (RPF) were reduced markedly, and then filtration fractions (FF) were increased. Angiotensin II, infused into a renal artery, exhibited antidiuretic action at a small dose ($0.003\;{\mu}g/kg/min$), and diuretic action at a large dose ($0.01\;{\mu}g/kg/min$), only in infused (experimental) kidney. The mechanism of the action was similar to the cases of the intravenous angiotensin II. The above results suggest that angiotensin II of a large dose produced diuretic action due to mechanism inhibiting reabsorption of electrolytes in renal tubules, mainly in proximal tubule in dog.

  • TMI와 월성 사고 이후 PORV를 통한 Small LOCA는 원자력 발전소 리스크의 중요한 요소로 부각되었다. 본 논문에서는 이 계통을 통한 Pressurizer Surveillance System의 설제와 그에 따른 영향을 확률론적 리스크 평가(PBA) 방법으로 해석하였다. 마이크로 컴퓨터는 계통의 고장(Malfunction)을 공정 확인 방법(Process Checking Method)으로 진단하고 그 진단에 따른 후속 동작(Backup Action)을 자동으로 수행한다. 이러한 개선에 따라 운전원의 빠르고 정확한 판단이 어려웠던 “Spurious Opening”, “Fail to Reclose” 및 “Small Break LOCA” 등의 진상(Symptom) 이 정확히 진단되고, 후속 동작의 자동화로 인하여 인간 실수 확률이 기계적 실수 확률로 감소하게 되었다. 결국. 이러한 개선은 계통의 신뢰도 증가로 Small LOCA 확률의 감소를 가져다 준다.

토끼 십이지장구의 운동성에 미치는 dopamine의 영향 (Role of Dopamine on Motility of Duodenal bulb in rabbits)

  • dopamine이 십이지장구를 포함한 소장의 운동성에 미치는 영향, cholecystokinin이 dopamine의 작용에 미치는 영향 그리고 이들 작용의 신경성 기전을 알아보고자 다음과 같은 실험을 실시하였다. ether로 마취한 토끼 54마리에서 십이지장구, 십이지장, 공장 그리고 회장을 적출하고 절편(길이 1cm)을 만들어 Krebs-Ringr 용액이 채워진 기록 용기에 넣고 자발적인 등장성 수축을 기록하였다. Krebs-Ringr 용액에는 5% $Co_2$를 함유하는 $O_2$를 계속 공급하였으며, 용액의 온도가 $37^{\circ}C$를 유지하도록 하였다. 자발적 수축이 시작하고 20분이 경과한 다음 dopamine($10^{-4}M$), CCK-8($10^{-8}M$), dopamine($10^{^6}M$)등을 투여하면서 수축성을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) dopamine은 소장의 모든 부위에서 자발적 수축성을 억제하였으며, 이러한 dopamine의 작용은 회장을 제외한 다른 부위에서 tetrodotoxin에 의하여 유의하게 감소하였다. 2) domperidone은 소장의 모든 부위에서 dopamine의 억제작용에 길항적으로 작용하였으며, tetrodotoxin을 전처치하면 회장을 제외한 다른 부위에서 domperidone의 길항작용은 완전히 소실되었다. 3) CCK-8는 소장의 모든 부위에서 dopamine의 작용을 감소시켰으며, tetrodotoxin을 전처치하면 CCK-8의 작용은 유의하게 감소되었다. 이상의 결과로 미루어 보아 dopamine은 십이지장구를 포함한 모든 소장의 수축성을 억제하며, CCK-8는 dopamine의 억제 작용을 감소시키는데, 이러한 작용들은 장관내 신경계를 거쳐서 간접적으로 일어나는 것으로 생각된다.

소기업의 기업간 전자적 연결 도입 의도에 관한 연구: 기대 가치와 거래 관계 특성의 관점 (Small Firms' Adoption Intention of Inter-Firm Electronic Linkages)

  • Small firms are considered as the last mile in electronic networks of business enterprises. Since small firms lack in their resources and capabilities for IT deployment, it seems a challenging project to make them electronically linked to their trading partners. This study aims to investigate the factors that influence the intent of small firms to adopt electronic linkage to their trading partners. This study considers the context where small firms already have transaction relationships with partner firms and where their adoption of electronic linkage may influence the nature and performance of the transactional relationships. This study considers the expected value of electronic linkage and the joint actions of the trading firms as the major factors. Its research model also includes traditional factors such as influences from the industry and the trading partner, the support of CEO, and the readiness of the trading partner. Based on the survey data from more than 1000 small firms, the present study performs regression analysis and finds that all but one factor are significant in explaining the variations in the adoption intention of small firms. The exception is the joint action, which is shown to decrease the intention. Based on the results, this study offers business and policy implications that would be useful to business managers and policy makers.

Nepal산 Pseudo Ginseng 성분이 암독소 호르몬-난의 체지방 분해작용에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Nepalese Pseudo Ginseng Components on Lipolytic Action of Toxohormone-L from Cancerous Ascites Fluid)

  • This study was divised to observe an Inhibitory effect toward a lipolytic action of toxohormone-L from large root and small root Nepal pseudo ginseng (NPG ; Nepal products) components by water extract and ethanol precipitate in vitro. Toxohormone-L is known to be a lipolytic factor that was partially purified from the ascites fluid of Sarcoma 180-bearing mice and of patients with hepatoma. The inhibitory effect that inhibited the lipolytic action of toxohormone-L by ethanol Precipitate component of large root NPG (mean 55.5%) was higher (mean 1.37 times) than that of water extract component in final reaction concentration of 500 and 1, 000ug/ml, on the other side inhibitory effect of water extract component in small root NPG (mean 55.5%) was higer (mean 1.14 times) than that of ethanol precipitate component. In a way inhibitory effect of precipitate component In large root NPG(47.6%), when final reaction concentration of sample were 1, 000ug/ml, was about 40% lower than that of Korean red ginseng.

Effect of Double Replacement of L-Pro, D-Pro, D-Leu or Nleu in Hydrophobic Face of Amphipathic α-Helical Model Antimicrobial Peptide on Structure, Cell Selectivity and Mechanism of Action

  • In order to investigate the effects of the double replacement of $\small{L}$-Pro, $\small{D}$-Pro, $\small{D}$-Leu or Nleu (the peptoid residue for Leu) in the hydrophobic face (positions 9 and 13) of amphipathic ${\alpha}$-helical non-cell-selective antimicrobial peptide $L_8K_9W_1$ on the structure, cell selectivity and mechanism of action, we synthesized a series of $L_8K_9W_1$ analogs with double replacement of $\small{L}$-Pro, $\small{D}$-Pro, $\small{D}$-Leu or Nleu in the hydrophobic face of $L_8K_9W_1$. In this study, we have confirmed that the double replacement of $\small{L}$-Pro, $\small{D}$-Pro, or Nleu in the hydrophobic face of $L_8K_9W_1$ let to a great increase in the selectivity toward bacterial cells and a complete destruction of ${\alpha}$-helical structure. Interestingly, $L_8K_9W_1$-$\small{L}$-Pro, $L_8K_9W_1$-$\small{D}$-Pro and $L_8K_9W_1$-Nleu preferentially interacted with negatively charged phospholipids, but unlike $L_8K_9W_1$ and $L_8K_9W_1$-$\small{D}$-Leu, they did not disrupt the integrity of lipid bilayers and depolarize the bacterial cytoplasmic membrane. These results suggested that the mode of action of $L_8K_9W_1$-$\small{L}$-Pro, $L_8K_9W_1$-$\small{D}$-Pro and $L_8K_9W_1$-Nleu involves the intracellular target other than the bacterial membrane. In particular, $L_8K_9W_1$-$\small{L}$-Pro, $L_8K_9W_1$-$\small{D}$-Pro and $L_8K_9W_1$-Nleu had powerful antimicrobial activity (MIC range, 1 to $4{\mu}M$) against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa (MDRPA). Taken together, our results suggested that $L_8K_9W_1$-$\small{L}$-Pro, $L_8K_9W_1$-$\small{D}$-Pro and $L_8K_9W_1$-Nleu with great cell selectivity may be promising candidates for novel therapeutic agents, complementing conventional antibiotic therapies to combat pathogenic microorganisms.
