중소규모업체가 한 나라의 경제에서 차지하고 있는 비중과 영향력은 매우 크다. 지금까지 경제시장에서 과소평가되어 온 많은 중소규모업체들이 제조업을 중심으로 한 해외시장에서 큰 두각을 나타내면서 기존의 이러한 시각에 큰 변화를 주고 있다. 특히, 국내시장의 한계를 벗어나려는 중소규모 건설업체 입장에서 급속도로 글로벌화 되고 있는 해외건설시장에서의 발전 가능성은 매우 잠재력이 크다. 그러나 아직까지 해외건설시장에 중소규모업체의 역할은 매우 미미한 수준이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 중소규모 건설업체의 해외진출을 활성화하기 위해 가능성과 의지가 있는 중소규모 건설업체를 그룹 별로 분류하여 해외진출 활성화 방안을 각 그룹 별로 제시하고자 한다. 1996년부터 2005년까지 ENR(Engineering News Record)지에 등록된 해외 선진건설업체의 해외공사 비중을 분석하고 해외건설시장에 기 진출한 국내 건설업체의 해외공사 비중과 법적 근거를 반영하여 국내 중소규모 건설업체의 분류 기준을 새롭게 제시하였다. 마지막으로 전문가 인터뷰 방식을 실시하여 새롭게 정의된 국내 중소규모 건설업체들의 각 그룹 별 해외진출 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

Small & Medium construction firms have been faced with demand of environmental changes. construction firms have been required to improve their structures to reinforce the competitiveness. so, these firms are making desperate efforts, which are reorganization, renovation, improvement. this study would be emphasized the Quality Management in construction work. For this, It must be supposed a plan to improve a construction organization. The Construction Firm would be executed Quality Management learning, leadership, understanding of Quality Management to construction workers.

International construction market has been open to other countries, and it derives the development of our overseas construction industry quantitatively as well as qualitatively. Until now, the major companies have an absolute majority in the overseas construction market, and the small and medium enterprises have had difficulty to get a leadership in the international construction market because of the lack of the technical expertise and the capital strength. Especially in the Middle East Asia, our construction companies has touched off a boom, so our market share also has grown, which derived from the up toward ratchet oil prices and a worldwide boom in real estate development. The small and medium enterprise minority have recognition that the overseas construction market is the major company's native territory. But Data from the existing researches and many statistics indicate the most companies tend to underestimate the capacity and international competitiveness of the small and medium enterprises. As a matter of fact, hundreds of small and medium enterprise cut a conspicuous figure in overseas market. Consequently, it is indispensable to overcome the international financial crisis by revitalizing our overseas construction industry which obtains excellent results in international market. this study suggested the ways to expand overseas bonding capacity of Korean financial institution. This study proposed the Korean government to allow Construction Guarantee (former Korea Construction Financial Cooperative) to deal with foreign exchange so that Construction Guarantee will underwrite the overseas construction bond.

Mainly in construction liens to four contractors do not receive your order is caused by construction. This construction does not receive construction compunction to protect the contractor, I guess. On the other hand, the medium and small construction companies and contractors that could threaten the order four can be a problem. In this study, small construction companies to the lien of the lien claim on the issue of case studies have looked for the study. Small construction companies, in your case through the litigation between the lien of the lien litigation perspective, the cause of four orders after the analysis step by step construction was listed in chronological order. Identifying problem was the result of a lien. This study to previous studies regarding the lien on the issue through case studies of one kind of lien was derived for the problem. A follow-up studies and more case studies and interviews are considered necessary in the study.

Product liability(PL) is the producer's compensation to customers for damage incurred by product defects. This paper studies on the organizational culture, promotion process, system construction, system level, product safety review, product safety assurance, system operation, and its effectiveness and necessity of recognition for the PL system of small and medium-sized firms in Gangwon-Do province. The results show that the firms have product safety regulations, but the number of firms which its employees understand the regulations is less than the number of firms which do not understand. Also the number of firms which is preparing PL prevention and insurance, and counterplan for accidents seems to be not in large numbers.

지역 중소건설업체의 주요 문제점은 업체수의 급격한 증가 추세와 이로 인한 심각한 수주경쟁 및 수익성 악화에 기인한다. 공공 공사의 대부분을 차지하는 대규모 토목공사와 지방자치단체 발주 공사 수주에 있어 대형 업체가 지방으로 진출함에 따라서 중소업체는 경쟁력 취약, 공사관리 시스템 부재 및 품질관리능력 미흡 등으로 어렵다. 또한 기술능력의 전문성 부족, 우수한 기술인력의 확보능력 및 기술 인력의 개발/관리능력 미흡, 자금조달의 어려움으로 인한 자체사업 및 개발사업 등의 사업확대 불가능, 발전 및 성장을 위한 기업의 특화된 전략과 목표가 취약하다. 지역 중소건설업체의 주요 개선방안은 첫째, 최고 경영자의 의식 변화를 통한 경영혁신이 필요(중소업체의 경우 대형업체보다 최고 경영자가 경영 성과에 미치는 영향이 매우 크게 나타나고 있다)하다. 둘째, 전문적인 기술력과 특화된 전문분야를 확보하여 차별적인 경쟁력을 구축해야 한다. 셋째, 전문 기술인력의 확보 및 확보된 내부인력을 관리 육성하기 위한 시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 넷째, 재무관리 능력의 개선 및 자금조달 능력 향상을 통한 경영 차원의 개선과 개발사업, 자체사업 등으로의 사업영역 확대 등이 요구된다. 도출된 문제점과 개선방안을 토대로 살펴보면 강원지방 중소건설업의 성장전략은 다음과 같은 것이 중요하다. 공공부문과 민간부문 그리고 자체사업 분야의 성공적 확대를 위해서 가장 필요한 성장전략은 품질 확보와 가격경쟁력이다. 현재 공공 및 민간부문의 수준확대를 위해서 확대해야 할 기반분야는 발주기관과의 유대관계 확립과 기술경쟁력 확보 그리고 정보시스템의 도입 등이다. 향후 수행하여야 할 사업에서 주력해야 될 사업경쟁요소는 품질, 기술, 가격 등이다. 향후 중소건설업체의 성장을 위한 사업경쟁 요소는 최우선적으로 기술과 품질로 이의 개선을 위한 정보화 기반의 구축과 확대가 필요하다.및 24시간 전에 조사하였던 UVB의 영향인 것으로 생각된다. 24시간 간격으로 10분간씩 3회 조사했을 때 중족골의 Ca 함량은 점차 증가되어 96시간에 최고치 24.18%를 보였고 P함량은 역시 96시간에 최고치 7.29%를 나타내었으며, 회분 함량은 240시간까지 계속 증가되어 45.73%에 이르렀다. UVB조사 후 경과시간에 따라 살펴보면 중족골의 Ca와 P 함량은 UVB 조사후 96~144시간에 최고치에 도달했으나 회분함량은 240시간까지 계속 증가하는 모습을 보였다. 다음 UVB의 조사방법에 따라 종족골의 Ca함량을 봤을 때 무간격으로 조사시 240시간까지 계속 증가하였고, 12시간 간격으로 조사시 144시간에 최고치를, 24시간 간격으로 조사시에는 96시간에 최고치를 나타내었으며 회분 함량을 봤을 때 12시간 또는 24시간 간격으로 조사하였을 경우가 무간격으로 조사하였을 때보다 더 높은 수준을 보였으므로 24시간 간격으로 10분간씩 조사하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 생각되었다.를 미루어 볼 때 과산화된 지질의 섭취는 생체내 대사 이상을 유발할 가능성이 인식되었고 카테킨의 투여는 신선한 어유를 섭취한 경우 뿐만 아니고 이미 과산화된 어유를 섭취한 경우 뿐만 아니고 이미 과산화된 어유를 섭취한 경우에도 생체내에서 과산화 억제작용을 어느 정도 효과적으로 수행하는 것으로 나타나 앞으로 이의 효과적인 활용이 기대된다.다.nsidered to be due to the different food habits and environmental condition of the invertebrates.재강조될 필요가 있다. 이 두 역할개념 들을 교육을 통하여 효과적으로 가르칠 필요가 있다고 본다. 이 두 개념들이 간호사의 바람직한 간호행 위에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 요소로 나타났기 때문이다. 또한, 본 연구결과에 따르면, 경험이 많을수록

The government has strengthened the system of restricting participation of large corporations to limit participation in national information system construction projects and to increase participation of SME software companies. This study analyzes the financial performances of small and medium sized IT firms in Korea three years prior and 3 years after the restrictions on participation of large firm. A sample of 121 small and medium-sized IT services firms were classified into 3 groups and statistical techniques (T-test and one-way ANOVA) were used for the purpose of the analysis. In the three years after the restriction of participation of large corporations, the total assets and sales of the medium and small IT service firms were positive, but the operating profit and net profit were negative. There were many worries about the introduction of the restriction on the participation of large corporations, but many were stabilized. However, the negative impact was more pronounced for SMEs. Therefore, the reduction effect of SME IT service companies is different from the first legislative purpose of enforcing the restriction system of large enterprises, so we propose to revise the policy.

The construction industry is a significant component of many economies and typically contains a high proportion of small and medium enterprises. However, it is generally understood that this industry is fragmented, adversarial, not highly innovative and not quick to respond to change. At the same time, the industry is under pressure to continue to embrace new technologies and methods, and to adapt better to current and emerging global issues such as sustainability. In order to meet these challenges, firms in the industry need to understand the issues involved and manage their practices accordingly. This paper describes exploratory research into the role of innovative and environmentally sustainable design and construction practices in one group of construction firms, viz., smaller residential building firms in Queensland, Australia.

This paper presents the safety performance of domestic small-sized construction companies including the characteristic and current status of safety management actions of the firms. Safety performance both at the head office and job sites of each construction companies, which are divided two groups by construction capacity ranking, are investigated. The investigation results on the small-sized construction companies in this study was compared with those of on the large and medium-sized construction companies studied in existing papers. General recognition that there is a wide difference of safety performance among domestic construction companies by construction capacity ranking was companies by this study. Especially, Data analysis shows that the safety performance of the small-sized companies has the larger difference than large and midium-sized companies.

This paper introduces the public-oriented e-Hub construction for strategic alliances in the community. The public-oriented e-Hub can link with all Participating internet firms on the ba business models, and consequently help them share their core competence, management resource Based upon this perspective, this paper presents the procedures corresponding with social network strategic alliances of small and medium internet firms. In addition, this paper tries to analyze th among degree of competition, potential of strategic alliance, and financial performance.
