5G goes beyond people to serve indoor and outdoor companies and industries, as well as campuses such as halls, industrial complexes, educational institutions, stadiums, dense urban areas, rural areas, and government institutions. Therefore, a new approach to small cells is needed. Accordingly, 3GPP and Small Cell Forum are researching 5G small cell architecture; 3GPP, Small Cell Forum, and 5G Alliance for Connected Industries and Automation are also researching private networks tailored to meet the specific requirements of various companies and local governments. In particular, in the UK, a small cell-based technology is required for realizing the Joint Operator Technical Specifications-Neutral Host In-Building specification to cost-effectively secure indoor coverage. Further, the research on the SON(Self-Organizing Network) technology for small cells in 5G, where commercialization has begun, is required. The 5G-based small cell structure, private network, and Neutral Host In-Building and SON reviewed in this study are at the initial research stages; therefore, additional research is needed to secure the competitiveness of the small cell technology in 5G and Beyond 5G.

This study deals with problems of technical assistance through accidents analysis and questionnaires on small-sized construction sites which are difficult to understand real condition and administrate legally and indicated following efficient methods of technical assistance. (1) Ensuring access to the small-sized construction sites. (2) Delegation technical assistance service to civilian and supporting selected. (3) Raising of the person's safe consciousness concerned with the small-sized construction sites. (4) Safety consulting for the head office of small-sized construction sites.

In this paper, we proposed that the synchronization method for build small world. In order to build a small world, we used Chua's oscillator which well represent the chaos dynamics and composed several stage with Chua's oscillator by using coupled synchronization method. This paper shows a synchronization result in the small world network using coupled synchronization method. Not only time series and phase plane are implemented but also degree of synchronization in the small world network is presented.

In Korea small - medium companies constitute 96.6% of all of the mining and manufacturing industries, about 35.2% of the total production of value added business, an average of 35% of the actual export of industrial goods，and 47.7% of employment at the end of 1979. Now then small - medium industry companies organization style constitutes 82.1% of private companies and 82.7% of the total on an small scale under 50 persons in regular empolyees. Small - medium industry Companies have growing problems and bottle-necks in their physical conditions. Total Quality Control is contributed by small - medium industry company for more growth than present conditions. But now, Small - medium industry company do not use systematic application of Quality Control Method, the small - medium business compay products quality is not better as compared with big business Company. Specially, TQC is needed for Small - medium company for imperishable enlargement.

Small hydropower, one of renewable energies, is the clean energy which emits no carbonic acid gas. It has noting to do with global warming. It is a useful resource to contribute to the dispersion of power. Because of ballooning oil prices, the need for small hydropower is increasing. Recently small hydropower development using dams, small rivers, reservoirs, water pipes, sewage treatment plants and cool ing water of thermal power plants is conducting. The small punch test have been developed to evaluate the material strength of the power plant components. This small punch test specimen is very small than the conventional strength test specimens. Korea Electric Power Research Institute (KEPRI) have been applying this test to assess accurately the life of thermal power plant and enhancing the reliability. The small punch test for gas turbine blades is under development. It's possible to compare the relative strength among the same materials having different operation histories. In this paper, the strength reductions of gas turbine materials are investigated by the small punch tests. All materials shows the almost same strength and deformation with the allowable deviation. At the same test temperature, the damaged material has the maximum load value. The strength reduction is not shown in this small punch test results.

The Purpose of this writing is a presentation of small turbine efficiency measuring method, applicable new technology, and several analysis result for real turbine. Measurement methods of hydraulic efficiency written in here are extracted from small turbine applicable international code(IEC, ASME). It includes brief synopsis of 'Current meter method' and 4 other methods and ASFM as a new small turbine applicable technology. And several analysis of test result are for recently performed domestic small turbine result in korea. Through this presentation of extracted code, I hope that it make other small turbine concerner be familiar to perform an efficiency test. for small turbine. And, some analysis of that, make other to feel the importance of efficiency test.

Purpose - This study aims to suggest appropriate policies and performance indicators for financial aid recipients. It analyzes the existing regular government policy funds support project, especially its propriety and reasonability. Research design, data, and methodology - When financial aid is effective, it should be able to predict small enterprise business results. Additionally, there should be an evaluation, checking before and after performance rates so that the rate of achievement and outcome can be measured. This study's contribution for small enterprises is in researching the best way to improve this support system. Results - The Small Enterprise and Market Service (SEMAS), currently designated as a support organization for implementing the government financial aid project, has assessment indicators. However, these focus mainly on quantitative indicators and survey results. Conclusions - In the future, there is some need to draw up measures, setting the right direction for developing policies for the small enterprise fund loans and improving the management of the plans. Eventually, this effort will dispel concerns about the present support policy, which is considered to be weakening small enterprises.

In this paper, it is intended to study about deferences of design and operation properties between large and small hydro-power house's turbine which type is reaction. In generally, turbine of large hydro-power has a more safe and effective energy output mechanisms than small hydro-power's because the turbine of small hydro-power is more sensitive to hydraulic losses. But, it is more effective for the all energy market to improve the capability and efficiency of small hydro-power in the present status of increasing construction of small hydro-power than large hydro-power. Therefore, we intend to investigate and introduce the way to enhance the efficiencies of reaction turbine adopted to small hydro-power.

In this study, I analysed the Direction of Progress for the Korean Export Insurance upon Export Support for Its Small-Middle Company, investigated Korean Export Insurance focussing on the Export Support for Its Small-Middle Company since Korea Export Insurance Coporation(KEIC)'s establishment and sought for the measures overcoming problems therewith. In my research I started from a basic model analyzing the Korean Export Insurance for Its Small-Middle Company using added several variables that have effect on such export relative price, world income and the amount of the Korean Export Insurance for Its Small-Middle Company. As a result, amount of the Korean Export Insurance for Its Small-Middle Company, world income and export relative price showed expected responses and were significant. Also world income showed expected responses but was not significant. In case of amount of the Korean Export Insurance for Its Small-Middle Company was statistical significance.
