산불의 영향을 고려한 산지사면의 안정성 평가 (Safety Evaluation of Mountain Slopes Considering the Effect of Forest Fire)

  • 최근의 엘리뇨와 라니냐 등 이상기온현상과 이에 따른 산불발생빈도의 증가는 산지사면의 안정성에 대한 산불의 영향을 고려해보게 되는 계기가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 산불로 인한 식생의 파괴에 따른 자연사면 안정성에 미치는 정도를 규명하고, 산불에 따른 사면의 안정성을 평가하는 방법을 제시하여 산불로 인하여 발생될 수 있는 피해를 최소화하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 논문에서는 산불로 인한 산지사면 식생의 변화가 사면 안정성에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 분석하였고, 그 결과로 산불의 영향을 고려한 사면안정도표를 제안하였다.

  • 봉화 북지리 마애여래좌상은 거대석불로 중립질의 복운모화강암으로 구성되어 있다. 불상에 대한 비파괴 정밀진단 결과, 표면박리 박락, 입상분해 등 다양한 표면손상이 확인되며 물성 또한 취약한 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 사면안정성 평가 결과 전도파괴, 평면 및 쐐기파괴 등의 가능성 제기되었다. 따라서 과학적 보존처리를 통해 암석 물성 강화와 구조적 안정성을 회복시켰으며 기존 보호각이 통풍이 원활치 못한 점과 누수문제 등이 확인되어 이를 보완할 수 있는 보호각으로 개축하였다.

Radiative Transfer Model of Dust Attenuation Curves in Clumpy, Galactic Environments

  • The attenuation of starlight by dust in galactic environments is investigated through models of radiative transfer in a spherical, clumpy interstellar medium (ISM). We show that the attenuation curves are primarily determined by the wavelength dependence of absorption rather than by the underlying extinction (absorption+scattering) curve; the observationally derived attenuation curves cannot constrain a unique extinction curve unless the absorption or scattering efficiency is specified. Attenuation curves consistent with the Calzetti curve are found by assuming the silicate-carbonaceous dust model for the Milky Way (MW), but with the $2175{\AA}$ bump suppressed or absent. The discrepancy between our results and previous work that claimed the Small Magellanic Cloud dust to be the origin of the Calzetti curve is ascribed to the difference in adopted albedos; we use the theoretically calculated albedos whereas the previous ones adopted empirically derived albedos from observations of reflection nebulae. It is found that the model attenuation curves calculated with the MW dust are well represented by a modified Calzetti curve with a varying slope and UV bump strength. The strong correlation between the slope and UV bump strength, as found in star-forming galaxies at 0.5 < z < 2.0, is well reproduced if the abundance of the UV bump carriers is assumed to be 30-40% of that of the MW-dust; radiative transfer effects lead to shallower attenuation curves with weaker UV bumps as the ISM is more clumpy and dustier. We also argue that some of local starburst galaxies have a UV bump in their attenuation curves, albeit very weak.

악관절 기능장애환자의 교합력에 관한 연구 (A Study of Bite Force of the Patients with TMJ Dysfunction)

  • A Kinematical study of bite force during voluntary isometric contraction was investigated in 20 Korean women with TMJ dysfunction and 50 Korean women a normal subject, ranging from 19 to 29 years old. The author observed maximal bite force, slope of bite force graph, curve index and duration of maximal bite force by way of the foil strain guage(MPM-3000) and Dymograph(Beckman). The obtained results were as follows : 1. Maximal bite forces were 26.48kg and 21.38kg for left and right side of normal subject and 12.85kg and 20.70kg for affected and mon-affected side of TMJ dysfunction patients. 2. The slope of bite force graph were 64.69。and 63.83。 for left and right side of normal subject and 53.14。and 69.57。for affected and non-affected side. 3. The curve indexes were 0.54 and 0.80 for left and right side of normal subject and 2.30 and 0.60 for affected and non-affected side. 4. The duration of maximal bite force were 383.12 msec and 393.60 msec for left and right side of normal subject and 345.30 msec and 312.25 msec for affected and non-affected side.

  • The purpose of this study is to estimate the soil loss amount with Geographic Information System according to the land use change of Buju mountain area in Mokpo city. To estimate the soil loss, Universal Soil Loss Equation which is the most proper technique to predict soil loss in this site condition is adopted and IDRISI, a raster GIS software, is used. GIS application with USLE is very efficient to estimate soil loss accurately and fastly. In order to decide value and to find application method of USLE factors, we used existing rainfall erosion index, soil erodibility analysis, slope length, slope steepness, vegetation management and practices, which are rated by GIS through the analysis of various studies related USLE. The result of this study was compared with the previous other researches to verify our method of constructing numerical data of USLE's factors. The result of verification of our way showed significance for the soil loss in forest area. But the result of verification for the soil loss in forest area. But the result of verification for the soil loss of cultivated area showed some errors. It seems that this result was due to local variation of topographical map.

  • 산업의 자동화에 따라 PI 제어기에 의해 제어되는 직류 서보 전동기는 정밀한 제어가 요구된다. 하지만 시스템의 특성이 변화하면 정밀한 제어는 어렵게 된다. 이를 해결하기 위한 한 방법으로 본 논문에서는 전동기 속도제어 시스템을 위한 규칙기반 자동동조 PI 제어기를 제안하였다. 규칙은 Ziegler-Nichols의 계단응답과 전문가 지식을 기초로 하였다. 제어 매개변수는 오차, 기울기, 가장 큰 기울기의 점, 허용 오버슈트에 의해서 결정된다. 제어의 정밀성은 시뮬레이션에 의해 확인하였다.

AHP 기법에 의한 농업용 저수지의 상태평가 기준 설정 (Establishment of Condition Assessment Criteria in Agricultural Reservoirs by AHP)

  • In this study, in order to establish the criteria for evaluation of importance by the type of facility specialized for agricultural reservoirs, an expert group consisting of a total of 167 members who were in management, or specialized in the fields of design, research, and diagnosis were organized, and the importance for facilities was set with application of the AHP technique. The importance of dam body, spillway, and intake structure composing a reservoir were set at 59%, 24%, and 17%, and the importance of dam crest, upstream slope, and downstream slope constituting a dam body was set at 32%, 31%, and 37%, respectively. In addition, the importance of approach channel, regulated channel, chute channel, and stilling basin consisting a spillway was set at 15%, 44%, 26%, and 15%, and the importance of inclined conduit and outlet conduit consisting an intake structure was set at 35% and 65%, respectively. The safety grade of the reservoirs evaluated by applying the newly presented importance values in this study showed the rearrangement of the grades with a change of 11% compared to the previous grades. In this way, the newly established criteria are expected to be utilized as basic data with strategic importance in reservoir safety management and disaster prevention as well as the operation of systems in the future.

중국(中國) 길림성(吉林省) 수전촌(水田村)의 조선족(朝鮮族) 주거(住居)와 한족(漢族) 주거(住居)의 비교(比較) (A Comparative Study on the Architetural Characteristics of Traditional Korean-Chinese and Chinese Dwellings of Sujoenchon Village in Jilin Province of Northeast China)

  • This paper, based on the filed survey conducted from August 14 to 21, 2000, examines the architectural characteristics of traditional dwellings of Sujeonchon(수전촌, 水田村) village. Sujeonchon village is located on the northen slope of Changbaishan Mt., Andohyun(안도현, 安圖縣) of jilin Province(吉林省), a province in the northeastern region of China. The village was established between late 1940's and early 1950's by the Korean-Chinese. Later on, some of the Korean-Chinese residents moved out of the village and presently, the residents are composed of both the Korean-Chinese and the Chinese consisting about fifty-fifty. Since the cultural background and the living custom are different from each other ethnic group, that is, the Korean-Chinese and the Chinese, their dwellings reveal some differences between them. Through the study, the architectural characteristics and distinctions of the Korean-Chinese and Chinese dwellings are found and summarized as follows: 1.The way of building layout is different between them: the Chinese mainly follows the north-south direction of building layout, while the Korean-Chinese considers the surrounding environmental condition. 2.The floor level of kitchen is different between them: that of the Chinese house is same as the outdoor earth level, while that of the Korean-Chinese is lower than the outdoor level. 3.The way of providing the kitchen space is different between them: the kitchen of the Chinese house is consist of one separate room, while that of the Korean-Chinese is open to the living area. 4.The way of heating system is different between them: the Chinese house has kang only at the sleeping area, while the Korean-Chinese install whole under-floor heating of gudeul in the living area. 5.The attitude to the way of building is different between them: the Chinese are easily adapt to the new building materials and construction method, while the Korean-Chinese are showing strong attachment to the traditional way of building. 6.The houses of the Chinese and the Korean-Chinese have their own traditional ornaments and talismans on and in the building.

  • 비탈면의 유실, 붕락사고 등 비탈면에 대한 안정성을 파악하기 위해서 지층의 구성상태, 역학적 특성 등의 지반정보 파악이 필요하다. 이러한 지반정보를 파악하기 위해서 일반적으로 표준관입시험(SPT) 및 콘 관입시험 등이 널리 이용되고 있다. 대부분이 급경사로 이루어지고 진입로가 없는 비탈면에 대한 접근성 문제로 표준관입시험이 널리 활용되지 못하고 있다. 이러한 단점을 보완할 수 있는 있는 휴대용 장비인 Drop Cone Penetrometer(DCP)를 이용한 조사도 여러 가지 문제로 제한적으로 사용되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 비탈면 현장접근이 용이한 휴대용 시추기와 동적콘관입시험 모듈을 개발하고, 개발된 동적콘관입시험기를 이용한 결과와 동일 현장에서 수행한 표준관입시험값과 상관성을 분석하였다. 에너지전단율로 보정된 동적콘관입시험과 표준관입시험간의 상관식은 Nd' = 3.13 N'으로 나타났다.

  • 어떤 조건이 주어져 있을 때 펌프의 일률, 관내유출률, 관경 등이 보통 관로설계에서 요구되는 사항들이다. 여러 연구자들의 연구 덕택으로 이제 수리조건이 주어지면 관마찰계수는 양해법으로 바로 산정할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 많은 관로설계에 있어 관내 조면이 귤일하게 분포되어 있다 하더라도 기존방법을 사용하여서는 수리조건을 미리 결정할 수 없다. 이러한 경우 정확한 해를 구하기 위하여는 흔히 여러번 반복시산하여야 되는 어려움이 따른다. 본고는 균일조도관인 경우이러한 반복과정을 거치지 않고 유출률과 관경 등을 바로 결정하는 방법을 제시하였다. 전개과정중 새로운 무차원수, 동력관경수, 동력유출수와 유출경사수등을 도출하였음을 밝히며, 이로부터 양해법 산정식을 개발할 수 있었다.
