풋감의 저장 중 성분변화 (Changes of Composition in Immature Green Persimmons during Storage)

  • 풋감을 30일간 저온저장(7$^{\circ}C$) 및 냉동저장(-2$0^{\circ}C$) 하면서 성분의 변화를 조사하였다. 수분, 단백질, 지질, 탄수화물 등의 일반성분은 저장방법이나 저장기간에 따른 변화가 없었으며, 조섬유 함량은 냉동저장 시는 거의 변화가 없었으나 냉장저장 시는 저장기간이 길어짐에 다라 약간씩 감소하였다. 폴리페놀 함량은 냉장, 냉동저장에서 모두 증가하였으나 냉동저장의 경우 증가폭이 매우 컸다. 총 펙틴 함량은 저장기간이 연장에 따라 감소하였고 수용성 펙틴 함량은 증가하였는데 냉동저장인 경우는 그 증가나 감소 정도가 매우 적었다. 탄닌 함량은 냉동저장 시는 거의 변하지 않았으나 냉장 저장한 경우는 크게 감소하였다.

  • Natural convection from a slightly inclined circular cylinders immersed in quiescent cold pure water was studied experimentally. The experiment was carried out for circular cylinders with uniform heat flux ranging from $100W/m^{2} to 800 W/m^{2}$ and inclined angle ranging from horizontal $({\phi}=0^{\circ}) to 15^{\circ}$. The flow fields around cylinder were visualized and heat transfer characteristics investigated by measuring the surface temperatures for each case. As the results, it is shown that flow patterns are changed consecutively through the sequence of steady state downflow, unsteady state flow and steady state upflow with increasing heat flux. At the same inclined angle, as heat flux increases, the average Nusselt number decreases and then increases. At the same heat flux, as inclined angle increases, the average Nusselt number decreases.

생쥐 난자의 Cold-culture에 따른 체외 발생 능력 (In Vitro Developmental Ability of Mouse Oocytes following Cold-culture)

  • This research was performed to investigate the developmental ability of mouse oocytes following cold-culture(4$^{\circ}C$) in vitro. When the oocytes were fertilized after 10 hour cold-culture in D-PBS or Ham's F10 with 0.3% BSA, the cleavage rage of the oocytes was not different in the rate of oocytes fertilized in vitro without cold-culture(126/189, 66.2% vs 88/133, 66.7%) and also the rate of embryos developed to blastocyst did not(123/189, 65.1% vs 82/133). But, when the time of the cold-cultre was extended from 10 to 24 hours, the rate of embryos developed to blastocyst was slightly decreased(73.5% vs 52.2%). However, when the oocytes were cultured for 10 and 24hours at 37$^{\circ}C$, the rate of oocytes developed to blastocyst was significantly decreased than that of oocytes following cold-culture. By the results of this study, it'll be possible to utilize effectively the cold-culture of the oocytes when in vitro fertilization is delayed.

제주산 흥진조생 온주밀감의 저온저장 (Cold stroage of Citrus unshiu Marc. var. okitsu produced in Cheju)

  • The conditions of cold stroage of Citrus unshiu Marc. var. okitsu produced in Cheju were investigated. The changes of peel moisture contents soluble solids, total sugar, vitamin C and density were slightly occured, and decay ratio was below 20% on keeping freshness relatively till late of March during cold storage. After thats decayed citrus fruits were increased gradually mainly from cold injury with lower temperature and high humidity. The loss of fruit weight, decrease of fruit hardness, and decrease of acid content were occured gradually during cold stroage. Because of the difficulty of long term storage for Citrus unshiu, the conditions and periods of cold storage would be determined after considering the physicochemical properties of fruits every year.

Powder Characteristics of Fly Ash Beneficiated by Cold Plasma and Heat Treatment

  • Cold plasma and heat treatment were selected as technologies to reduce unburned carbon in fly ash to less than 1.0%. Both cold plasma and heat treatment made it possible to eliminate unburned carbon to less than 1.0%. In the case of fly ash, which almost entirely eliminated unburned carbon with an ignition loss of 0.5%, heat treatment caused adhesion among particles and the BET specific surface area rapidly decreased as the mean particle size increased. On the other hand, with cold plasma, unburned carbon elimination caused the BET specific surface area to decrease and, as no adhesion occurred among particles, the mean particle size became small. Also, cold plasma treatment allowed small spherical particles confined within the unburned carbon particles to be released with the elimination of the unburned carbon frame, so that the quantity of fine particles had a tendency to slightly increase.

  • 본 논문에서는, cold-HEMT의 게이트에 핀치오프 전압보다 약간 낮은 전압을 가함으로써 게이트 손상문제로부터 자유로우며 부가적인 DC 측정을 필요로 하지 않는 새로운 HEMT 소신호 모델링 방법을 제시한다. 제시된 방법에 의해서 모델링된 회로의 S-파라미터 이론치는 49개의 동작 바이어스점에서 측정치와 62GHz까지 뛰어난 일치를 보였다.

서지학적 고증을 통한 고려인삼의 정체성 : 기미(氣味), 효능을 중심으로 (Identity of Korean ginseng through bibliography - Focusing on Kimi(property) and efficacy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 서지학적 기록을 통하여 인삼의 기미(氣味)변화를 고찰하고자 한다. 한국 산양삼(山養蔘) 재배는 A.D. 1000년 경 고려시대로부터 시작되었다. 그 후, A.D. 1500년-1600년 경 조선시대에 인삼재배 기술이 확립되었다. 이 무렵 집 근처 밭에서 인삼을 재배하기 시작하였고, 이를 가삼(家蔘)이라고 기록하고 있다. 가삼재배는 A.D. 1790년 경 전국으로 확대되었다고 정조실록에 기록되어 있다. 한편, 인삼의 기미는 A.D. 250에서 A.D. 1600년까지 대부분 동양의학서적에 미한(微寒)으로 기록되어 있다. 그러나, A.D. 1600년 이후에는 미온(微溫) 또는 온(溫)으로 기록하고 있다. 이와 같은 인삼의 기미변화를 인삼재배역사 기록을 통하여 고찰해보면, A.D. 1600년 경 이전의 미한(微寒)의 기미 인삼은 산삼 또는 산양삼으로 인식할 수 있고, A.D. 1600년 경 이후의 미온(微溫) 또는 온(溫)의 기미 인삼은 가삼으로 인식할 수 있다. 또한, 기미를 미한(微寒)으로 표기하였던 한의서의 효능은 오장을 주로 보하고, 정신을 안정시킨다는 효능을 위주로 하였으나, 온(溫)으로 표기한 1600년대 이후의 한의서의 효능은 원기를 보하고, 진액을 생성시킨다는 효능이 주로 또는 추가된 것을 알 수 있다. 이와 같은 결과는 재배환경이 산에서 들로 바뀌면서 인삼의 성질(기미)과 효능의 변화가 온 것으로 판단된다. 향후, 재배환경에 따른 성분변화가 효능차이에 미치는 연구가 고려인삼의 정체성 확인에 필요하다고 생각한다.

Cold Stress로 유발된 생쥐의 혈중 corticosterone 농도변화에 대한 사군자탕(四君子湯) 구성약물의 효능 (Effect of Each Constituent-Herb of Sagoonja-Tang on the Change of Corticosterone Level induced by Cold Stress in Mice)

  • This study aimed to investigate the effects of each constituent-herb of Sagoonja- Tang on the plasma corticosterone level in mice exposed to cold stress. Sagoonja-Tang is composed of Ginseng Radix, Atractylodis Radix, Poria, and Glycyrrhizae Radix. Each constisuent-herb(0.5g/kg, 1.0g/kg) was administered intragastrically to mice 1hr prior to expose to forced cold water swimming($4{\circ}C$, 3min) before measuring the change of plasma corticosterone level of mice. The results were as follows: 1. At 30 minutes after the cold stress for 3 minutes the most significant increase of corticosterone level was shown. 2. Ginseng group(PGR group) didn't show any significant changes. 3. Atractylodis group(AR group) showed significant decrease at 0.5g/kg dose (P<0.01). But it didn't show significant changes at 1.0g/kg dose. 4. Poria group(P group) didn't show significant changes. But it showed slightly increase at 1.0g/kg dose. 5. Glycyrrhizae group(GR group) didn't show significant changes. These data revealed that Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma might have the anti-stress effect through the control of plasma corticosterone level and the dose of herbs had a different effect on the plasma corticosterone level in mice exposed to cold stress.

  • The effect of cold reduction ratio on magnetic properties of 45% Ni-Fe permalloy was studied. To know the relationship between the crystal orientation and the magnetic properties, the pole figure was measured by X-ray diffraction method. In the case of single rolled reduction, the coercive force decreased with cold reduction ratio monotonically, but the maximum permeability, induction and squreness increased drastically. In the case of double rolled reduction (total reduction ratio is 90%), the saturation and residual induction increased slightly with secondary reduction ratio, but the maximum permeability and the coercive force had the maximum and the minimum value at the 50/50% reduction ratio respectively. And strong {100} <100> pole was developed by increasing the cold reduction ratio.

  • Vital pulpotomies by conventional method were done in 120 male and female cases between the ages of 20 and 60 who visited to SNUDH. The pulpotomized surfaces were covered by FR paste and clinical symptoms were carefully examined 1 week and 4 weeks later. The results were as follows; 1. There was no distinct difference between male and female as a whole, and pain to cold and hot or percussion was increased by aging. 2. Incidence of pain to cold and hot or percussion in group examined 4 weeks later was slightly increased than in group examined 1 week later. 3. There was no case of pain to cold and hot or percussion over all ages after 1 week, but were 5 cases (male 2, female 3) in 40 age, and were 3 cases (male 1, female 2) in 50 age after 4 weeks. 4. In 20 and 30 age, there was no case of pain to cold and hot or percussion after 4 weeks, also.
