마루.대청의 의미와 변용 (Meaning and Transfiguration of Maru/Taechong Space in the Modernization of Housing in Korea)

  • In the course of modernization coupled with industrialization and urbanization. Maru or wooden floor and Teachong or great hall of Han-ok or traditional Korean housing has experienced functional as well as physical changes to a remarkable degree. The author made an analysis of the transfiguration of Maru/Taechong space(M/T) with relation to: 1)Madang or yard. 2)Anbang or inner room, 3)Hyon-kwan or vestibule. 1) In relation to Madang, interiorization of M/T by way of setting sliding glass doors has begun to appear. 2) In connection with Anbang, division of role/function is being observed as far as family entertainment and reception of intimate friends is concerned. 3) Owing to wider acceptance of Hyon-kwan space as a buffer zone system, the advent of Keo-sil or living room is thought to be facilitated. The analysis, however, does not say that Keo-sil of modernized Korean housing might well be interpreted as the mere extension type of M/T of the vernacular housing.

통근형 지하철의 실내소음저감 (Interior Noise Reduction for Subway Railroad Vehicles)

  • In this paper, the intoner noise reduction for subway railroad vehicles was studied by improving transmission loss of carbody panels and side doors, and on-line tests were conducted to examine the exterior noise levels at various running conditions. Also the transmission loss for design candidates of the carbody specimen was measured in two reverberation rooms. From the results of the tests, side door gap is the most dominant factor affecting the Interior noise level of subway railroad cars with a sliding typed side door. The next one is revealed to transmission loss of a floor panel. To improve the transmission loss of the carbody, many activities were conducted such as, treatment of resilient and sound-absorbing materials and reducing the gap of the side door by adopting a brush and rubber, etc. The estimated interior noise level for modified car which is designed with improved carbody panels is lower than original car by about 5㏈.

  • 초기 도시철도는 수송수단으로서의 역할만 요구되었으나 지하 승강장에 체류하는 시간이 길어짐에 따라 하나의 생활 공간으로 환경개선이라는 문제에 직면하게 되었다. 이에 따라 스크린 도어의 근간이 되는 슬라이딩 자동문은 고객의 편의와 출입을 통제하는 방법의 편리성을 이유로 대형 유통매장, 병원, 음식점, 관공서 등에 광범위하게 사용되고 있다. 이에 따라 스크린 도어는 승객의 편의와 안전 확보, 쾌적한 역사 조성 및 에너지 절약을 목적으로 필요할 뿐만 아니라, 요소부품의 설계 및 신뢰성 확보를 통한 스크린 도어 시스템 최적설계기술개발이 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지하철 안전에 필요한 스크린 도어의 모터에 대한 설계 구동 강성을 검증하기 위해 구성 부품의 이론적 하중을 계산하고 해석 하였으며, 실험을 통해 검증하였다.

대구지역 일.양절충식 주거의 공간 변화과정에 관한 연구 (A study on the Process of Spatial Transfiguration for the Japanese-Western Eclectic Houses in Taegu province)

  • This study is to analyze the transfiguration of the plan of the Japanese-Western eclectic houses in the process of the change in the living style and modernization. Twenty four Japanese-Western eclectic houses. which were located in Teagu Province and constructed during the period from the end of 19th century to the year 1945. were surveyed and analized about the original plans and the process of their spatial tranfituration. The results of this study are as follews 1) In the original plans. the bathroom, toilet and entrance hall in the residential space and HUSMA(wooden sliding doors) for separation of the rooms had been installed. 2) After the Liberation. the rooms of the residential space had been transfigured from TADAMI. JASHIKI. kitchen and toilet etc. to ONDOL. ANBANG. kitchen and toilet etc of the Korean traditional style. From 1980's they composed of living room, dining room and entrance hall of the Western-style. 3) From the liberation to 1960's. each room of residential space had been transtigured greatly form the Japanese style into the Korean style. Thus as the entrance hall. bathroom and TADAMI has been disappeared. DNDOL and MARU reappeared. Since 1980's bathroom diningroom and entrance hall ef the Western-style have recomposed in their residential space. But ANBANG is still used as a major living space in the surveyed houses.

전동차 전기식 플러그도어 출입문 제어 장치 개발 (Development of Door Control Unit for the Electric Plug-in Door of Subway Train)

  • 전동차 출입문은 포켓 슬라이딩 도어, 아웃 슬라이딩 도어, 플러그 도어로 구분된다. 현재 국내 전동차의 표준규격으로 제시되어 있는 포켓 슬라이딩 도어는 철도차량이 고속화됨에 따라 소음 및 외풍의 차단이 어려운 단점이 있으며, 아웃 슬라이딩 도어 역시 소음 및 외풍차단이 어려운 시스템이다. 반면에 플러그 도어는 최근 철도차량이 고급화됨에 따라 고속철도에 적용되던 출입문을 전동차에 적용하면서 쓰이게 된 도어시스템으로 승차감 개선에 소음이 중요한 위치를 차지함에 따라 소음에 강한 플러그 도어 시스템이 주목받고 있다. 이러한 이유로 차세대전동차에 적용할 목적으로 전기식 플러그 도어를 개발하여 시험 진행 중에 있다. 플러그 도어를 구성하는 하부 부품으로는 출입문 제어 장치 (DCU : Door Control Unit), 모터, 스크루 기어, 볼 너트, 레일, 리미트 스위치, 각종 전기 장치, 비상 수동 개폐장치, 코디네이션 바 등이 있는데 이중 DCU는 전동차 출입문을 개폐하기 위한 제어장치로 량당 8개인 전동차 출입문이 동시에 열리고 닫히기 위해서는 각 출입문간의 인터페이스가 필요하며, 승객의 승하차와 직접적으로 관련되어 있기 때문에 신뢰성 및 안전성 확보가 매우 중요한 시스템이다. DCU의 기능으로는 자동 문 여닫음 제어, 출입문 제어 및 장애 감지, 출입문 상태 제어, 저전압/고전압 감시 등이 있으며, 본 논문에서는 전기식 플러그 도어에 적용하기 위해 개발된 DCU의 기능, 개발요구사양, 시스템 구성 및 시험결과에 대해 논하고자 한다.

가변형 공동주택의 공간 요소 특성 연구 - 국내외 가변형 공동주택을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Spatial Elements of Flexible Apartments - Focusing on Local and Foreign Flexible Apartments -)

  • In this study, by comparing the development and the space types of local and foreign flexible apartments, basic data will be derived for the development of various flexible types of apartments in Korea. A total of 60 unit plans, including 30 domestic cases and 30 overseas cases of flexible apartments, are analyzed for this study. In terms of the unit plan types, Korean apartments usually had a wide front bay with shallow depth, placing more rooms on the front bay; whereas foreign apartments tend to have various unit plan types: (1) a narrow front bay with deep depth, (2) a wide front bay with shallow depth, and (3) variegated open-plan types. Many apartments in foreign countries had a double-layered structure with the. upstairs and downstairs areas. In terms of the flexible types, many Korean apartments achieved interior flexibility using non-bearing wall or sliding doors; whereas foreign apartments had a flexible space by separating the support elements and the infill elements. There was found to be a close relationship between the location of support elements and the variability of unit plans. Support elements can be placed largely into three locations: (1) Between the front side bay and the rear side bay, (2) in the center bay of a unit plan, and (3) others. Depending on the location of support elements, various types of flexible unit plans can be created. Through a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign apartments, basic data that can be used for developing various flexible unit plans was derived.

2차원 정상상태 전열해석을 통한 교육시설의 알루미늄 창호 열관류율 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Thermal Transmittance Performance of Aluminum Alloy Window Frame of Educational Facility considering 2 Dimensional Steady-state Heat Transfer)

  • 본 연구에서는 대학 캠퍼스의 기존 교육시설에 설치된 알루미늄 합금 창의 2차원 정상상태 전열해석을 통한 열관류율(U-value) 평가를 수행하였다. 교육시설의 주요 창호 재료로 적용된 알루미늄은 열전도율이 175 $kca{\ell}/m^2h^{\circ}C$ 정도로 플라스틱 소재의 창틀과 비교할 때, 매우 불리하여 기존 교육시설에 설치된 알루미늄 창호는 열교를 통한 열손실의 주요인으로 지적되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 점에 착안하여 충남 서산지방에 위치한 대학건물의 알루미늄 알로이 합금 창호의 열관류율 평가에 관한 연구를 수행하여 다음의 해석 결과를 도출하였다. (1) 2차원 정상상태 전열해석을 위한 경계조건은 국토해양부고시 건축물 에너지절약설계기준의 남부지방 냉난방장치의 용량계산을 위한 설계 외기온 기준과 실내온도 기준을 적용하여 여름철 실내 $27^{\circ}C$, 실외 $31.3^{\circ}C$, 겨울철 실내 $21.0^{\circ}C$, 실외 $-9.6^{\circ}C$ 로 설정하고 시물레이션을 통한 해석 결과 열관류율은 알루미늄 합금 창호 U= 9.631 W/$m^2K$, 복층유리 U= 2.382 W/$m^2K$로 여름철과 겨울철 동일한 해석 결과치가 산출되었다. (2) 열관류율 해석결과를 "건축물의 에너지절약설계기준"의 열교차단재가 적용되지 않은 금속제 창의 단열성능 중 일반 복층창 단열성능기준인 U=4.0 W/$m^2K$와 비교할 때, 알루미늄 창틀을 통하여 225%의 열손실이 발생됨을 보여 주고 있다.

거주 후 평가(P.O.E)에 의한 공공실버주택의 거주환경 분석 (An Analysis of Dwelling Environment of Public Retirement(Silver) Housing Based on Post Occupancy Evaluation)

  • Due to the rapid demographic and structural changes, Korea has faced a variety of social issues and quickly entered the aged society since the 2000s. In order deal with this reality, diverse types of welfare policies are emerging in the society as a whole. The government began to supply domestic public silver housing in 2016 to provide against the quickly growing aged society and now, the government is planning to supply approximately 50,000 housing by 2022 for quantitative growth of aged society, by selecting 1st and 2nd designated areas for the project additionally. This public retirement(silver) housing combines 'space' with 'service'. The lower floors are a public silver welfare Facilities and the upper floors are a housing spaces. This type of housing is to deal with requirements of rental housing residents by combining physical space with supporting service. Based on barrier-free design, the complex and unit house have safety handles and alarm bells in the bathroom, undulating washstands, bathroom sliding doors, corridor safety handles, and emergency safety exit lamps in each housing unit so the aged and the disabled can use easily and conveniently. Also, hand rails are installed and stepped pulleys are removed to promote convenience. Currently, the government is planning to increase the supply, focusing on low-income groups, such as beneficiaries of national basic livelihood and the working poor. Recognizing that the public retirement(silver) housing project is at its early stage, this study examined satisfaction, based on evaluations of real residents. This study aimed to obtain more empirical research data and apply them to public retirement(silver) house space analysis. For analysis, this study targeted Wirye public retirement(silver) housing and Magnolia public retirement(silver) housing that are in operation, and literature review, previous research review, and field survey were conducted to examine the present state. Using the questionnaires consisting of four large classification items; Block Layout, Housing Unit, Welfare Facilities, and Barrier-free Design, and sub-details, a survey was conducted to analyze residents' satisfaction. In conclusion, it is anticipated that this study would serve as basic research data about public retirement(silver) housing to increase continuously in future by analyzing public retirement(silver) housing spaces, on the basis of the analyzed data.
