플로팅 슬래브궤도와 일반 콘크리트궤도 접속부에서의 열차 및 궤도의 거동 분석 (Analysis of Behavior of Train and Track at Transition Zone between Floating Slab Track and Conventional Concrete Slab Track)

  • It is of great importance to assure the running safety and ride comfort in designing the floating slab track for the mitigation of train-induced vibration. In this paper, for this, analyzed are the system requirements for the running safety and ride comfort, and then, the behavior of train and track at the transition zone between the floating slab track and the conventional concrete slab track according to several main design variables such as spring constant, damping coefficient, spacing and arrangement of isolators and slab length, using the dynamic analysis technique considering the train-track interaction. The results of numerical analysis demonstrate that the discontinuity of the support stiffness at the transition results in a drastic increase of the vertical vibration acceleration of the train body, wheel-rail interaction force, rail bending stress and uplift force. The increase becomes higher with the decrease of the spring constant of isolators and the increase of the isolator spacing, but the damping ratio does not significantly affect the behavior of train and track at the transition. Therefore, to assure the running safety and ride comfort, simultaneously increasing the effectiveness of vibration isolation, it is effective to minimize the relative vertical offset between the floating slab and the conventional track slab by adjusting the spring constant and spacing of isolators at the transition.

  • 정말진동환경을 요구하는 혐진기기 하부의 콘크리트슬래브를 대상으로 하여 시간영역에서만이 아니라 진동수영역에서의 진동수준을 허용진동범위 이하로 제어하므로써 요구되는 진동환경을 조성하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 콘크리트슬래브에 대한 진동실험을 실시하여 진동수영역에서의 동적응답 및 가진점과 응답점간의 진동수응답함수를 구한다. 또한 실험적모드해석법에 의하여 콘크리트슬래브의 동특성을 분석한다. 이를 근거로 외부로부터의 가진진동수와 콘크리트슬래브의 고유진동수간의 공진현상을 피하기 위하여 계의 동특성을 변경하므로써 구조물의 동적응답을 제어할 수 있다.

  • An important source of noise from railways is rolling noise caused by wheel and rail vibrations induced by acoustic roughness at the wheel-rail contact. In the present paper, characteristics of rail vibration and radiated sound power from concrete slab tracks for domestic high speed train(KTX) is investigated by means of a numerical method. The waveguide finite element and boundary element are combined and applied for this analysis. The concrete slab track is modelled simply with a rail and rail pad regarding the concrete slab as a rigid ground. The wave types which contribute significantly to the rail vibration and radiated noise are identified in terms of the mobility and decay rates. In addition, the effect of the rail pad stiffness on the radiated power is examined for two different rail pad stiffnesses.

  • Recently the heavy weight impact noise transmitted slab vibration has been recognized as an important issue. The aim of this study is to find the path of vibration transmission, comparing the numerical analysis with the field test results. Additionally the effect of stiffening beam element under slab, as a method to increase the stiffness of slab, will be shown concerning natural frequencies.

  • In apartment buildings, floor-impact sound has been regarded as the major source that causes complaints from residents. It is mainly due to the use of light-weight structures and the lack of researches in terms of floor-impact sound. The purposes of this study are analyzing the characteristics of vibration response and sound radiation of 12type void slabs in the improvements void slab by impedance method and finding the fittest improvements void slab on the 12type void slab. The main results of this study are summarized as below: (1) In the $\frac{1}{3}$ octave band level of sound radiation, $\frac{1}{3}$ octave band levels, measured from four-divided improvement void slab(No.8) and eight-divided improvement void slab(No.12), are 10~25 dB lower than that of standard void slab(No.1) in the 1250 Hz. Especially, eight-divided improvement void slab(No.12) is the best void slab in terms of radiation efficiency of sound level. (2) In the correlation relation of acceleration and sound radiation, standard void slab(No.1), four-divided improvement void slab(No.8), SK standard four-hole void slab(No.10), and eight-divided improvement void slab(No.12) are positive correlation relation.

  • Recently, the use of biaxial hollow slab is increased to reduce noise and vibration of the floor slab. Therefore, an efficient method for the vibration analysis of biaxial hollow slab is required to describe dynamic behavior of biaxial hollow slab. A finite element analysis is one of the method to analyze the biaxial hollow slab. It is necessary to use a refined finite element model for an accurate analysis of a floor slab with an effects of the hollow shape. But it would take a significant amount of computational time and memory if the entire building structure were subdivided into a finer mesh. Thus the proposed method uses equivalent plate model in this study. Dynamic analyses of an example structure subjected to walking loads were performed to verify the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method.

표준실험동에서의 소음.진동 특성 (Noise and Vibration Characteristics of Floor Impact in a Test Building)

  • In this study, Heavy-weight floor impact sound and vibration in concrete structures with different slab thickness have been measured in a test building. It was found that natural frequency increased according to increases of slab thickness, and acceleration level decreases. Results also show that the measurements in the 210 and 240mm slab structures are complied with the result from finite element analysis but the In and 180mm slab structures are not because the structures are constrained to the ground. Therefore, in modelling process the condition of sub-structures should be examined in relation to the boundary conditions.

  • Finite element analysis of concrete slab system in apartment building was executed using the tables of orthogonal arrays, and optimal design process was proposed. At first, experimental results show that sound peak components to influence the overall level and the rating of floor impact sound insulation were coincident with natural frequencies of the reinforced concrete slab. Finite element model of concrete slab was compared with experimental results, and well corresponded with an error of less than 10%. The tables of orthogonal arrays were used for finite element analysis with 8 factors. 3 related to material properties and 5 related to slab shape parameters and its results were analyzed by statistical method, ANOVA. The most effective factor among them was slab thickness, and main effect factor from slab shape parameters was different from each natural frequency. The interaction was found in the higher mode over $3^{rd}$ natural frequency. From main effect plot and interaction plot, the optimal design factor to increase the natural frequency was determined.

  • 건설 재료와 기술의 발달로 건축물이 장스팬화 ·경량화 되어 가고 있다. 이로 인해 건축물 바닥의 고유진동수(Frequency)와 감쇠비(damping ratio)가 감소함에 따라 거주자들의 바닥판의 수직진동에 대한 문제가 발생하고 있다 그러나 현행 사용성 기준은 바닥판의 최대 정적 처짐에 의해 결정하고 있다. 하지만 선행연구(Han et al., 2003)에서 현행 기준을 만족하는 바닥이 수직진동에 대한 사용성 기준을 만족하지 못하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 거주자들의 뒤꿈치 충격하중에 대한 수직진동 사용성 기준을 만족하는 바닥 두께를 제안하고자 하였다. 슬래브 재료의 특성과 뒤꿈치 충격하중 및 마감 고정하중의 불확실성을 고려하기 위해 Monte Carlo Simulation을 사용하여 확률적으로 접근하였다. 그 결과 4변 단순지지의 경우 두께가 스팬 길이의 $1/14\~1/17$에서, 4변 고정지지의 경우 스팬 길이의 $1/18\~1/25$인 경우에 초과 확률이$0\%$에 도달하였다.

  • 장스팬 구조물은 사용하중 하에서 바닥진동 문제가 발생할 가능성이 크다. 따라서 구조물 바닥판의 진동성능을 향상시키기 위한 가장 일반적인 방법은 슬래브의 두께를 증가시키는 것이지만 기존의 구조시스템에서 슬래브의 두께를 증가시키면 슬래브 자중의 증가로 건축물 전체의 효율성이 떨어지게 되는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 슬래브의 두께를 증가시키면서도 자중은 크게 증가하지 않는 바닥판 시스템으로 중공슬래브에 관한 관심이 커지고 있는 상황이다. 이에 부력방지능력 및 시공성 향상을 위하여 데크플레이트와 경량성형재를 결합한 형태의 중공슬래브를 개발하였고, 이 중공슬래브를 적용한 실물(mock-up) 건축물에 대한 사용성 검증을 위한 진동성능 평가를 수행하였다. 측정된 결과값을 분석한 결과, 일본건축학회의 "건축물의 진동에 관한 거주 성능 평가지침"에 의하면 1등급인 거실, 침실에 사용해도 될 수준으로 평가되었다.
