The Effect of Laporte on Customer Reliability and Customer Satisfaction of Skincare Shop Workers -Focus on Women in Twenties and Thirties- (피부샵 종사자의 라포르가 고객과의 신뢰성과 고객만족에 미치는 영향 - 20·30대 여성을 중심으로-)

  • It is considered that a skincare shop is one of important places for skincare and beauty care. Due to increasing daily stress and environmental pollution recently, healthy skin is getting important and more people are visiting skincare shops. This study investigated the effects of laporte of skincare shop workers on customer reliability and satisfaction with a focus on women in twenties and thirties, and those of reliability on customer satisfaction, aiming at providing basic information for active management of skincare shops. For the purposes, this study used a questionnaire to collect the data and using SPSS 25.0. conducted a frequency test, an exploratory factor analysis, a descriptive statistical analysis, a correlation analysis and a reliability test to analyze the data collected. As a result of the study, it was discovered that laporte of skincare shop workers had a significant effect on customer reliability and satisfaction and reliability had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. It suggested that relationship between skincare shop workers and customers is very important for skincare shop management.

A Study on the Perceived Mediating Effect of the Customers in the Relationship between the Quality of Service of a Skin Care Shop and the Intent to Revisit (피부관리실 서비스 품질과 재방문의도의 관계에서 고객의 지각된 가치의 매개효과 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the service marketing data for skincare shops through analyzing the impact of the quality of service of skincare shops on perceived values and revisit intents. For this study, 397 middle-aged women who visited and experienced the services of the skincare shops in Seoul and the Gyeonggi region were surveyed. The data from the said survey were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The findings of this study were as follows; first, the formality, reliability, certainty, and empathy among the service factors of skincare shops had a significant impact on economic values, while trust, certainty, and empathy had an impact on emotional values. Second, the formality, reliability, and empathy had a significant impact on revisit intent for skincare shops. Third, among the perceived values on skincare shops, both economic and emotional values had a significant impact on the intent to revisit. Fourth, the perceived values were confirmed to have partial mediating effects in the relationship between the quality of service of skincare shops and revisit intent for each service quality type.

  • This study analyzes service scape and esthetic labor, emotional reaction, coustomer behavior intention that impacts skincare coustomers' behaviors and extracts relationships of cause and effects. Using 280 surveys were conducted to estheic shop visitors in Ulsan and Geyongnam area in recent 3 months. Using 257 surveys out of the 280 surveys, the writer did actual proof analysis. The data sample is analyzed in multiple regression analysis using Statistical power analysis with 2.1 analysis. Then the statistical processing is done with SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. It is proven that customer satisfactions from that positive reactions also increase revisit intentions by creating positive ripple effects. Through discoveries of structural relationships of predisposing factors of satisfactions in esthetic and revisit intentions, this study extracts scholastic and operational implications to have positive impacts. Expanded analysis is required in further researches with consideration of various age group and regional targets.
