The purpose of this study was to develop 'Silver Care Expert' STEAM Program for the elementary students and investigate the effects of the program on creative thinking activity, scientific attitude and leadership. Participants were 110 elementary school students. Before and after the program, the participants were asked to take the test about future time perspective, career awareness and scientific attitude. The major results of this study were as follows. First, the total score of experimental group's future time perspective and all 2 sub-domains was significantly improved than those of comparative group(p<.05). Second, total score of experimental groups' career awareness and all 4 sub-domains were significantly increased than those of comparative group after the STEAM program(p<.05). Third, the total score of experimental groups' scientific attitude and all 7 sub-domains were significantly improved than those of comparative group(p<.05). Fourth, according to students' post-program opinions, experimental group students showed very positive perception like that science class was very interesting and they became interested in science and technology. In conclusion, 'Silver Care Expert' STEAM Program was very effective to improve elementary students' future time perspective, career awareness, scientific attitudes.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify manpower acquisition strategies of nurse and nurse aide in long-term care Method: The study was proceed using following three stages: to explore workforce status and labor environment with database analysis, literature reviews, to explore the best practices, practical experiences with expert interviews, with focus group interview, to identify problems and present acquisition strategies Results: Acquisition strategies were increasing of pay, improvement of working condition, development of practical educational program, diversification of entry paths, establishing clear roles for nursing staffs, diversification of training program. Conclusion: We found that the acquisition strategies of nurse and nurse aide can be as an useful methods to increase manpower in long-term care for higher quality of services and care.

This research tries to study the effect that the welfare field training the course selection. Because of being the important place where the welfare field training trains the expert, the knowledge, value, and practical lodging tries to be identify instructed. In this aspect, we try to analyze about the extend of satisfaction of the actual training, that is the extent of desiring the link including the class of school subject extend of satisfaction of the department of social welfare engine, and etc. and factor about the actual training of the department of social welfare, because the welfare field training the technique is connected directly with the route. First, the individual characteristic of the social welfare and trainees is grasped. Second, the relationship of the social welfare and factor and course selection is investigated. Third, the social welfare and university (circle) lives look into whether the social welfare field training has an effect on the course selection or not.

This study was conducted with 50 elderly people each (5) participating in the cognitive rehabilitation treatment program at the Dementia Care Center in D City to derive the development direction and contents of a multidimensional therapeutic recreation program and a revitalization plan through analysis of the current status and actual conditions of the cognitive rehabilitation program at the Dementia Care Center. aperture) was selected, and 9 people were selected as the subject of expert group opinion collection. The collected data was SPSS ver. Using the 18.0 statistical program, descriptive statistics and the importance and priority of each component were analyzed by hierarchical structure analysis. First, unlike the needs of users, the cognitive rehabilitation support programs currently being provided are not sufficient and require considerable experience. It was found to be low, and the areas for improvement were the expansion of care and protection facilities and the development of various programs to meet the needs of users. Second, the importance and priority of each component of therapeutic recreation were categorized into 6 major categories: exercise therapy , middle category (16 items) behavior-centered approach to exercise therapy, small category (47 items) strength and brain gymnastics, and silver health gymnastics were the highest. This result shows that a multidimensional program plan that considers the priorities of each area must be made when developing a therapeutic recreation program.
