Readout circuit is to convert signal occurred in a defector into suitable signal for image signal processing. In general, it has to possess functions of impedance matching with perception element, amplification, noise reduction and cell selection. It also should satisfies conditions of low-power, low-noise, linearity, uniformity, dynamic range, excellent frequency-response characteristic, and so on. The technical issues in developing image processing equipment for focal plane way (FPA) can be categorized as follow: First, ultraviolet (UV) my detector material and fine processing technology. Second, ReadOut IC (ROIC) design technology to process electric signal from detector. Last, package technology for hybrid bonding between detector and ROIC. ROIC enables intelligence and multi-function of image equipment. It is a core component for high value added commercialization ultimately. Especially, in development of high-resolution image equipment ROIC, it is necessary that high-integrated and low-power circuit design technology satisfied with design specifications such as detector characteristic, signal dynamic range, readout rate, noise characteristic, ceil pitch, power consumption and so on. In this paper, we implemented a $8\times8$ FPA prototype ROIC for reduction of period and cost. We tested unit block and overall functions of designed $8\times8$ FPA ROIC. Also, we manufactured ROIC control and image boards, and then were able to verify operation of ROIC by confirming detected image from PC's monitor through UART(Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter) communication.

Recently, the satellite industry has been paying attention to the private-led 'New Space' paradigm, which is a departure from the traditional government-led industry. The space industry, which is considered to be the next food industry, is still receiving relatively little attention in Korea compared to the global market. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore future signals that can help determine the market entry strategies of private companies in the domestic satellite industry. To this end, this study utilizes the theoretical background of future signal theory and the Keyword Portfolio Map method to analyze keyword potential in patent document data based on keyword growth rate and keyword occurrence frequency. In addition, news data was collected to categorize future signals into first symptom and early information, respectively. This is utilized as an interpretive indicator of how the keywords reveal their actual potential outside of patent documents. This study describes the process of data collection and analysis to explore future signals and traces the evolution of each keyword in the collected documents from a weak signal to a strong signal by specifically visualizing how it can be used through the visualization of keyword maps. The process of this research can contribute to the methodological contribution and expansion of the scope of existing research on future signals, and the results can contribute to the establishment of new industry planning and research directions in the satellite industry.
In order to design M/W(microwave) short backhaul above 10 GHz to meet the increase in mobile traffic demand, the rain attenuation as well as the atmospheric conditions such as Earth bulge and Fresnel zone should be considered. In this paper, the path lengths have been estimated theoretically in various frequency bands using the Korean standard rain rate, and an example of path profile has been analyzed in urban area utilizing spectrum management intelligence system (SMIS). These derived minimum path lengths in various frequency bands are compared to the foreign them, and then will be proposed to improve the Korean minimum path length unitized to 10 km. This paper will provide useful information for microwave engineers in designing a M/W access link, and be utilized to make an efficient usage of high frequency bands for the short mobile broadband backhaul.

A system software on-line spectral analysis of atomic emission spectrometer. The system program consisted of a control part for the optical instruments and the spectrum analysis part the artificial intelligence method to reduce nonlinear error of the wavelengths. McPHERSON 207 Monochromator controlled GPIB communication protocol, and the detector signal was measured from PMT by using A/D Amplifier that was made by Photon_Tek. co.. HNN(Hybrid Neural Network) of artificial intelligence technique was applied to the qualitative analysis of P, Cu, Fe, Cr, and that was accurately applied to the quantitative analysis of Cd with 10 ppb level better than the conventional methods.
Sixth generation will exploit satellite, aerial, and terrestrial platforms jointly to improve radio access capability and unlock the support of on-demand edge cloud services in three-dimensional (3D) space, by incorporating mobile edge computing (MEC) functionalities on aerial platforms and low-orbit satellites. This will extend the MEC support to devices and network elements in the sky and forge a space-borne MEC, enabling intelligent, personalized, and distributed on-demand services. End users will experience the impression of being surrounded by a distributed computer, fulfilling their requests with apparently zero latency. In this paper, we consider an architecture that provides communication, computation, and caching (C3) services on demand, anytime, and everywhere in 3D space, integrating conventional ground (terrestrial) base stations and flying (non-terrestrial) nodes. Given the complexity of the overall network, the C3 resources and management of aerial devices need to be jointly orchestrated via artificial intelligence-based algorithms, exploiting virtualized network functions dynamically deployed in a distributed manner across terrestrial and non-terrestrial nodes.

The neuromorphic technology has been researched for decades, which learns and processes the information by imitating the human brain. The hardware implementations of neuromorphic systems are configured with highly parallel processing structures and a number of simple computational units. It can achieve high processing speed, low power consumption, and low hardware complexity. Recently, the interests of the neuromorphic technology for low power and small embedded systems have been increasing rapidly. To implement low-complexity hardware, it is necessary to reduce input data dimension without accuracy loss. This paper proposed a low-complexity artificial intelligent engine which consists of parallel neuron engines and a feature extractor. A artificial intelligent engine has a number of neuron engines and its controller to process multimodal sensor data. We verified the performance of the proposed neuron engine including the designed artificial intelligent engines, the feature extractor, and a Micro Controller Unit(MCU).

Combined cycle power plants are often used to produce power. These days prediction of power plant output based on operating parameters is a major concern. This paper presents an approach to using computational intelligence technique to predict the output power of combined cycle power plant. Computational intelligence techniques have been developed and applied to many real world problems. In this paper, tree architectures of fuzzy neural networks are considered to predict the output power. Tree architectures of fuzzy neural networks have an advantage of reducing the number of rules by selecting fuzzy neurons as nodes and relevant inputs as leaves optimally. For the optimization of the networks, two-step optimization method is used. Genetic algorithms optimize the binary structure of the networks by selecting the nodes and leaves as binary, and followed by random signal-based learning further refines the optimized binary connections in the unit interval. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, combined cycle power plant dataset obtained from the UCI Machine Learning Repository Database is considered.

Linear motion robots are devices that perform functions such as transferring parts or positioning devices, and require high precision. In companies that develop linear robot application systems, human workers are in charge of quality control and fault diagnosis of linear robots, and the result and accuracy of a fault diagnosis varies depending on the skill level of the person in charge. Recently, there have been many attempts to utilize artificial intelligence to diagnose faults in industrial devices. In this paper, we present a system that automatically diagnoses linear rail and ball screw misalignment of a linear robot using transfer learning. In industrial systems, it is difficult to obtain a lot of learning data, and this causes a data imbalance problem. In this case, a transfer learning model configured by retraining an established model is widely used. The information obtained by using an acceleration sensor and torque sensor was used, and its usefulness was evaluated for each case. After converting the signal obtained from the sensor into a spectrogram image, the type of abnormality was diagnosed using an image recognition artificial intelligence classifier. It is expected that the proposed method can be used not only for linear robots but also for diagnosing other industrial robots.
