인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 효율적인 상품 검색을 위한 가시화방법 (A Visualization Method for the Efficient Product Searching in Internet Shopping Mall)

  • 전자상거래의 규모가 증가함에 따라 제공되는 상품의 정보와 서비스의 내용도 점차 다양해지고 있지만, 기존 쇼핑몰은 사용자에게 상품 정보를 일괄적인 나열방식으로 제공하기 때문에 사용자가 원하는 상품을 선택하기 위해서는 많은 노력과 시간이 소요된다. 본 논문에서는 속성 탐색기(feature inquirer)와 평행좌표(parallel coordinates)를 이용한 정보 가시화 기법을 적용하여 사용자에게 편리한 인터페이스를 제공함으로써 원하는 상품을 쉽게 검색할 수 있도록 하고, 상품의 효율적인 비교 검색을 통하여 정확한 상품선택이 이루어지도록 하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안하는 검색 기법의 효율성을 검증하기 위해 피험자를 대상으로 검색 소요시간과 마우스 조작 횟수를 비교하여 타당성을 검증하였다.

Examining the Functions of Attributes of Mobile Applications to Build Brand Community

  • Mobile fashion apps present much opportunity for marketers to engage consumers, however not all apps provide enough functions for their targeted audience. This study aims to determine how mobile fashion apps can be used to build brand community with consumer engagement. Qualitative data on fashion mobile apps were collected from the Apple app store and Android market during the spring and summer of 2015. A total of 110 fashion mobile apps were collected;, 50 apps were identified as apparel brands that either manufacture or sell apparel to consumers, which we categorized as "brand" fashion apps, and the remaining 60 were categorized as "non-brand" fashion apps. The result of the study can be summarized as below. The 60 non-brand fashion apps were grouped into 5 app types: shopping, searching, sharing, organizational, and informational. The main functions are for informational use and shopping needs, since at least half (31 apps) are used for either retrieving information or for shopping. However, in contrast, social networking and location were infrequent and not commonly utilized by these apps. The most common type of non-brand fashion apps available were shopping apps;, many shopping apps enable users to shop from several different websites and save their items into one universal shopping cart so that they only check out once. Most of these apps are informational and help consumers make more informed decisions on purchases;, in addition many offer location services to help consumers find these items in store. While these apps perform several functions, they do not link to social media. The 50 brand apps were grouped into 5 brand types: athletic, casual, fast fashion, luxury, and retailer. These apps were also checked for attributes to determine their functionality. The result shows that the main functions of brand fashion apps are for information (82% of the 50 apps) as well as location searching (72% of 50 apps). Conversely, these apps do not offer any photo sharing, and very few have organizational or community functions. Fashion mobile apps and m-marketing elements: To build brand community, mobile apps can be designed to motivate consumer's engagement with brands. The motivations of fashion mobile apps are useful in developing fashion mobile apps. Entertainment motives can be fulfilled with multimedia attributes, functionality motives are satisfied with organizational and location-based features, information motives with informational service, socialization with community and social network, learning and intellectual stimulation from informational attributes, and trend following through photo sharing. The 8 key attributes of mobile apps can correspond to the 4 m-marketing elements (i.e., Informative content, multimedia, interactions, and product promotions) that are further intertwined with m-branding elements. App Attributes and M-Marketing aim to Build Brand Community;, the eight key attributes can impact on 4 m-branding elements, which further contribute to building brand community by affecting consumers' perceptions of brands preference and advocacy, and their likelihood to be loyal.

  • Today, because of the consumers who should constantly decide which to buy in a flood of information can't search for complete information by the limited time and the lack of the ability in evaluating the goods, the price being important as the information clue in consumers' goods or dependence on the price will be gradually increasing. The purpose of this study is to know how much price sensitivity recognized by consumers will have and effect on buying feeling of satisfaction in internet shopping mall. The result of this study is that the consumers' target-oriented behavior searching appropriate price for buying goods in internet shopping mall substantially elevates the price sensitivity and shapes the positive attitude toward the feeling of satisfaction. It is meaningful in that it has provided the base for studying the price sensitivity centering around some limited factors through actual proof of how the consumers respond to the price at this point of activating online transactions.

  • Nowadays, there is a huge need of an extensive study to understand features and behavior modes of consumers who have an indefinite potential of purchase and to make EC a bullish market, Recently, the flow construct has been proposed as important for understanding consumer behavior on the cyber space. The purpose of this study is threefold. To investigate (1) the effect of the flow experience when navigating Internet shopping-mall sites and Internet on purchase intention and relational factors of this (2) the difference in the flow experiences between during the time of navigating Internet and during the time of navigating Internet shopping-mall sites. (3) the difference in purchase intention and relational factors of this between an experiential flow and a purposeful flow. The results show that (1) increase of the purchase intention on EC (or relational factors of this) in proportion to the degree of cognition of users' flow experience (2) By the separate motive of searching Internet shopping-mall sites, the flow experiences during the time of navigating Internet lead to different results (3) Although the difference in the purchase intention on EC between subjects is nonsignificant, it suggests that we need to focus on the fact that the correlation between the purchase intention on EC and the purposeful flow experience on Internet shopping-mall sites is greater than any other correlation. In the end of this study, The theoretical and practical implications of the study, limitations of the study, and future research implications are discussed.

  • 본 연구에서는 전략적 마케팅을 위한 지능형 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 설계하고 구현하기 위해 고객들의 접속 기록과 상품 구매 기록 및 신상정보를 데이터마이닝 기법에 의해 통계적으로 분석하고 고객을 세분화하여, 고객이 상품에 대한 인기도에 따라 상품 진열을 자동적으로 구성할 수 있는 알고리즘 향상에 관한 연구이다. 본 시스템을 통하여 쇼핑몰 관리자의 주관적인 판단에 의해 수작업으로 이루어지는 기존의 쇼핑몰 관리 업무를 자동화 할 수 있으며, 또한 최근에 급격하게 증가하고 있는 전자상거래 시장에서 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 마케팅 기법을 제시할 수 있다.

디지털세대 남성소비자의 의복쇼핑성향에 따른 패션트렌드 수용도와 패션정보원 (Fashion Trend Acceptance and Fashion Information Sources according to Clothing Shopping Orientation among Digital Generation Male Consumers)

  • The purpose of this study were to examine fashion information acceptance and fashion information sources and to analyze the difference according to clothing shopping orientation among digital generation male consumers. The subject were 349 male who were belonging to digital generation as the digital era's new consumers familial with internet and various kinds of digital media. A self-administrated questionnaire was developed based on the results of previous researches. The data were analyzed by using frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, Duncan test, $\chi^2$ test, multiple regression analysis by SPSS WIN 12.0 package. The results of this study are as follows: First, clothing shopping orientation of digital generation males were classified into 6 factors: fashion oriented, impulse buying, aesthetic pursuit, individuality pursuit, practical type and reasonable economy. Based on the factor scores, 3 clusters were identified; independent, unconcern, high involvement. Second, the high involvement shopping group utilized various information sources. On the other hand, the unconcerned shopping group was passive in utilizing information sources. Third, the fashion information acceptance of digital generation was classified into 5 factors: searching, leading, following, non-accepting, and delaying acceptance. All fashion information acceptance factors were affected by the information and communication media. Finally, The high involved type of shopping group accepted fashion information at its most and actively.

의복쇼핑성향에 따른 온라인 구전 정보탐색행동에 관한 연구 (A study on online WOM search behavior based on shopping orientation)

  • Since consumers have become more comfortable with providing and receiving information online, 'online word of mouth' has been gaining consideration as one of the major information sources. Also, the shopping orientation of consumers has been proven to be an important determinant of consumer behavior. Therefore, the study investigated the differences in online WOM behavior based on shopping orientation. Hedonic, loyal, and syntonic styles were the types of shopping orientation considered, and the study focused on information retrieval tendencies, the motivation of online WOM search, searching online WOM sources, and the contents for the online WOM behavior. The research conducted an off-line survey targeting females in their twenties. The total number of data sets used in the empirical study was 125, and these were analyzed by SPSS 20.0: factors analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, k-means cluster, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, Kruskal-Wallis, Mann-Whitney, and Bonferroni correction. The participants were divided into 3 kinds of shopping orientation groups named 'trend-pursuit', 'passive', and 'loyal'. As a result, there were significant differences in online WOM behavior discovered between the groups. Firstly, the 'trend-pursuit' group had the highest number of ongoing searches while the 'loyal' group had the highest number of pre-purchase search. Secondly, the 'trend-pursuit' and 'loyal' groups both had the motivations of online WOM search, hedonic and utility, whereas the 'passive' group had the lowest motivations for both motivations. Thirdly, the 'loyal' group frequently referred to reviews on shopping malls as online WOM sources. The research provided a better understanding of the online WOM behavior of present consumers and suggests that fashion related corporations map out marketing strategies with the understanding of these behaviors.

온라인 상품검색사이트의 이용후기 특성과 친숙성이 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Online Product Reviews Attributes and Site Familiarity on Consumers' Loyalty in Online Product Searching Site)

  • 최근 온라인 상품검색기능을 제공하는 여러 사이트에서는 단순하게 특정상품을 검색하거나 신제품에 대한 소개 및 검색 기능뿐만 아니라 가격별 정렬, 제조사별 정렬, 출시일별 정렬 기능을 통해 상품을 판매하는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사이트로의 연결기능과 함께 상품에 대한 주요 기능설명과 이용자들의 구매후기 등과 같은 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있어, 온라인 쇼핑을 즐기는 소비자들에게 구매를 위한 준거점으로서 양질의 정보를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 온라인 상품 검색사이트에서 제공하는 이용후기의 역할을 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 온라인 상품검색사이트의 이용후기 특성으로 정보제공성과 유용성을 각각 설정하고, 온라인 상품검색사이트의 친숙성과 함께 사이트 신뢰, 만족, 충성도에 미치는 영향력 과정을 확인하기 위해 8개의 연구가설을 설정하였으며, 175명으로부터 자료를 수집, 이를 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 검증하였다. 그 결과 친숙성과 이용후기의 정보제공성, 유용성 등이 사이트 신뢰, 만족을 경유하여 충성도에 유의적인 영향력을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 온라인 상품검색사이트 이용자의 충성도를 높이기 위해서는 사이트 친숙성을 높이는 전략, 제공되는 이용후기의 정보제공성을 높이고 유용성을 높이기 위한 운영전략의 마련이 필요하다 하겠다. 본 연구의 이러한 결과들이 향후 온라인 상품검색사이트를 운영하는 기업에게 많은 도움이 되었으면 한다.

전자상거래를 위한 규칙 및 사례기반 추론 에이전트 (Electronic Commerce Using on Case & Rule Based Reasoning Agent)

  • With the gradual growth of the electronic commerce various forms of shopping malls are constructed, and their searching methods and function are studied many ways. However, the recent outcome is still inadequate to search for goods for the tastes and demands of customers. To construct the shopping mall on the electronic commerce and help customers with purchasing goods, the efficient interface for the customers to contact the shopping malls should be founded and the customers should be able to search the goods they want. Therefore, in this paper, we designed the Intelligent Integration Agent System (IIAS) using the multi-agent formed by the integration agent which integrates the case based reasoning(CBR) and the rule based reasoning(RBR) and the user agent which manages users' profiles. IIAS performs the rule based reasoning on the subject issue first, then provides the unsatisfying search results from the rule-base reasoning to the customers through the user agent, which enables the search of the goods most similar to the ones that meet the tastes and demands of the customers. That is, the accuracy and the speed has been improved by reasoning with the similarity adjustable integration agent which can pick out the goods of customers wants by modifying the weights of properties according to those of the customers.
