대부분의 학교에서 운영하고 있는 홈페이지는 대외적으로 교육활동을 홍보하고 대내적으로는 업무의 효율성과 학습자료 탑재를 위해 사용되고 있다. 그러나 각 학교의 특색 있는 교육정보나 자료의 공유는 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 각 학교의 교육 활동 및 특색 사업들을 무선인터넷과 RSS를 이용하여 지역 교육청 홈페이지에서 종합하여 안내할 수 있는 학교 간 유무선 통합커뮤니티 시스템 CUBE를 설계하고 구현하였다. 현재 CUBE는 경남 산청교육청 내 13개 초등학교의 교사들과 학생들이 이 시스템 내에서 정보를 교환하고, 참여할 수 있도록 구축하여 시험운영 중에 있다.

본 연구는 예비초등 수학교사의 수업목표 공유 활동을 고찰하고 이를 통해 수업목표공유에 대한 시사점을 제공하기 위해서 이뤄졌다. 이를 위해서 G시에 소재한 교육대학교 3학년 학생들 중 4주간의 교생실습에 참여한 82명의 예비교사를 대상으로 수학수업을 비디오로 녹화하고 이를 전사하여 그 자료를 분석하였다. 구체적으로 수업목표를 설정하는 방법과 이를 학생들과 확인하고 공유하는 방법을 살펴봄으로써 이후 수학수업을 위한 시사점을 제공하려고 하였다.

The sharing economy has significantly changed the way of living for years. The emergence and expansion of sharing economy empowered by the mobile information technologies and intellectual algorithms reconfigure how people use transportation means. In this paper, the bike sharing phenomenon is highlighted. Combining a big data set provided by the Seoul government about user logs and air quality data set, the empirical findings reveal that temperature change is tightly associated bike sharing activities. Also, the concentration of particulate matter is weakly related to bike sharing, but the trend should be carefully examined. By considering external environmental factors to bike sharing businesses, this work is differentiated. To further understand empirical data, data mining methods and econometric approaches were adopted.

Given the large investment and prevalence of knowledge management (KM) in organizations, it has become important to analyze the effects of KM activities on organizational performances. A theoretical framework is proposed to investigate the impact of KM activities on innovation capabilities in the IT service industry. This study considers KM activities as the major determinant that enhances absorptive capacity. KM activities enhance employees'ability to obtain external knowledge, resulting in increasing intellectual capital. Thus, this study proposes that absorptive capacity plays a mediating role between KM activities and innovation capability. Additionally, this study investigates the key antecedents of KM activities that promote employees' knowledge sharing. Based on prior studies on KM, this study posits KM team activities and top manager support as KM activities. The proposed research model was tested by using survey data collected from 556 employees in the IT service industry. PLS (partial least squares) was employed for the analysis of the data. The findings of this study showed that KM activities and absorptive capabilities play a significant role in enhancing service innovation and process innovation in the IT service industry. The results also shed light on the mediating role of absorptive capacity between KM activities and innovation capability. Moreover, both KM team activities and top manager support serve as the salient antecedents of promoting employees' knowledge sharing.

여러 국가들에서 산업클러스터 개념은 지역과 국가경제의 발전을 위한 전략으로서 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 산업클러스터는 특정 지역 내 기업과 관련 기능의 입지를 통한 상호작용과 각 주체 간 지식의 교류를 통한 기업의 혁신촉진과 관련된 개념으로서 기본적으로 지식경영의 개념과 연관돼 있다. 지식교류촉진활동은 산업클러스터에서 협회, 정부지원기관, 리더 기업 등에 의해 이루어지는 지식경영활동 중 가장 중요한 활동으로서 실제로 많은 산업클러스터들에서 이런 목적의 활동이 계획적으로 전개가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 이런 지식교류촉진활동의 성과에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악해 보는데 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 1) 지역, 산업의 지식공유의 문화, 2) 지역 내 리더십 존재, 3) 체계적 촉진 활동, 4) 정보시스템 이용, 5) 인적 접촉 경로 등의 요인이 지식교류촉진활동의 성과에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 기업 임직원들에 대한 직접 설문조사와 수집된 자료의 통계적 분석을 통해 이루어졌다. 분석을 위해 상관분석, 다중회귀분석, 정준상관분석 등의 통계적 분석기법이 이용되었다.

This study develops a scale to measure the practice of consideration and sharing by adolescents. This data as an object of high school students in regards to items generated from the content validity test and preliminary study stage based on the consideration scale, literature review and expert for elementary school students on a 5-point Likert scale. The factor analysis of the collected data using SPSS 20.0 2 indicated the final fators. The three fanal factors designated by the measuring items are: 'practice of consideration and sharing', 'recognition of consideration and sharing', and 'self-recognition'. As a result of analyzing students' individual variables, this study found that family relationship satisfaction and school life satisfaction had positive relationship in self-recognition, recognition of consideration and sharing, practice of consideration and sharing, and total personality score. The measurement tools developed in this study, are expected to act as valid tools to develop a program that can increase the practice of consideration and sharing activities.

본 연구는 중앙행정기관 공무원들을 대상으로 한 실증분석을 통해 평가 및 보상이 지식관리 활동에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하고, 지식관리 활성화를 위한 평가 및 보상체계의 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 실시한 공분산구조분석결과, 평가는 보상과 지식창출 활동에 유의미한 영향요인으로 검증된 반면, 지식공유에 대해서는 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 보상은 지식공유에만 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 지식창출 활동은 지식공유 활동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 지식관리 활동에 대한 평가 및 보상체계의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 소프트웨어 창의 나눔 수업을 통한 나눔 활동의 효과성을 분석하고, 관련 활동이 지속해서 이루어질 수 있는 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구를 위해 충남 소재 4년제 대학생 25명을 대상으로 자아존중감과 책임감, 공동체 의식 변화에 관한 사전･사후 설문을 시행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24를 사용하여 분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소프트웨어 창의 나눔 수업 사전과 비교해 사후에서 자아존중감이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 소프트웨어 창의 나눔 수업 사전과 비교해 사후에서 책임감이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 소프트웨어 창의 나눔 수업 사전과 비교해 사후에서 공동체 의식이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 따라서 소프트웨어 창의 나눔 수업이 자아존중감, 책임감, 공동체의식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 자료를 기초로 재능 나눔에 지속적 참여를 확대할 수 있는 방법을 제언하였다.

혁신클러스터는 산, 학, 연 기능 간 그리고 입주기업 간 지식공유와 교류활동을 통한 기업의 혁신추구와 밀접하게 관련된 개념이다. 그러나 개인간 기업간 지식 공유와 교류활동은 그 주체가 소속된 조직 또는 지역의 문화적 특성과 밀접하게 관련돼 있다. 따라서 지식경영을 위한 관리활동은 조직, 또는 지역의 문화적 특성에 따라 다르게 적용될 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 혁신 클러스터에서 지역, 산업의 문화적 특성과 지식교류촉진활동 성과 간의 관계를 연구해 본다. 연구를 위해 지역, 산업의 문화적 특성을 반영한 요인을 추출해 내고 이들 요인과 지식교류촉진활동 성과 간의 관계를 통계적 분석기법을 이용해 파악해 본다.

The purpose of this study was to develop field programs to activate family volunteering and thereby promote healthy family life. The programs were based on a review of family ecological theories of family volunteering activities. A focus group interview was conducted about satisfaction of the program with five volunteers who were experiencing the same family life cycle. The results of study showed that growing sprouts, which are environmentally friendly activities in family, and family volunteer activities lead to family leisure, table, community sharing cultures and cooperation culture between the family and the community. These effects can ultimately contribute to the creation of a healthy family culture.
