The purpose of this research was to re-illuminated the artistic value of costume designs that had shared identical history with human beings through the formation and the progress of the newly introduced Russian avant-garde art. This resulted from the fact that the Russian avant-garde art changed the human esthetic sense through the trend of art that Natalia Goncharova introduced in the early 20th century. The research method defined the formation and progress of the development of the Neo-Primitivism centering the works of art by Natalia Goncharova. Based on this method, Goncharova designed the set and the costume designs for the Ballets Russes of Serge Diaghilev and studied the molding characteristics of the costumes worn in the performing art. The result were as follows. First of all, Goncharova's costume designs were all manufactured based on the theme of Russian folk art and genesis. In other words, Goncharova represented the Spanish passion, the Russian folk art Lubok, and Goldern cockerel or religious Icon-paintings in her costumes. she pursued straight lines and abstract shapes in her costume designs. her design displayed the Neo-Primitivism influence through the separation between the lines and the surfaces, which defined the costumes as a decorative art experiment. Therefore, the study of Goncharova had one realize that Neo-Primitivism was not only an art form of Avant-garde, but it also became the basis of the molding character of all the artworks. Natalia Goncharova reflected the miracle of the transformation of the early 20th century in their costume designs.

This study examined the effects of CSR characteristics on company image, CSV, customer satisfaction, customer citizenship behavior for customers using mobile phones of Samsung, LG, Apple, and Pantech in domestic market. 213 questionnaire samples are used to test 10 hypotheses using structural equation model with AMOS. Results of testing are as follows: First, economic responsibilities, law-ethical responsibilities and philanthropic responsibilities factors of CSR influence positively to company image. Second, economic responsibilities does not influence to CSV. Third, company image influence positively to customer satisfaction and customer citizenship behavior, but CSV does not influence to customer satisfaction This study shows that CSR, company image, CSV are important for customers' increasing customer satisfaction and customer citizenship behavior. Implications and limitations of this study also suggested.

Key escrow is a default property that is inherent in identity-based cryptography, where a curious private key generator (PKG) can derive a secret value shared by communicating entities in its domain. Therefore, a dishonest PKG can encrypt and decrypt ciphers or can carry out any attack on the communicating parties. Of course, the escrow property is not completely unwanted but is acceptable in other particular applications. On the other hand, in more civil applications, this key escrow property is undesirable and needs to be removed to provide maximum communication privacy. Therefore, this paper presents an escrow-free identity-based key agreement protocol that is also applicable even in a distinct PKG condition that does not use pairings. The proposed protocol has comparable computational and communicational performance to many other protocols with similar security attributes, of which their security is based on costly bilinear pairings. The protocol's notion was inspired by McCullagh et al. and Chen-Kudla, in regard to escrow-free and multi-PKG key agreement ideas. In particular, the scheme captures perfect forward secrecy and key compromise impersonation resilience, which were lacking in McCullagh et al.'s study, as well as all other desirable security attributes, such as known key secrecy, unknown key-share resilience and no-key control. The merit in the proposed protocol is the achievement of all required security requirements with a relatively lower computational overhead than many other protocols because it precludes pairings.

With the increases of requirement for user identification in Internet services, we should let the service companies know my personal information. If the shared personal information with them are used in not-allowed area or delivered to un-authorized persons, we may have practical harms in several fields such as financial related operations. Korean Government has introduced new management method for personal information, but it is not hard to find the personal information management issues from Korean news papers. The proper measurement should be delivered to related companies to help them to decide investment for security. This paper review the indirect measurement method of demages by check the stock prices of related company for personal information management issue. We check the relationship between change of stock price and the information management issue. The result shows there are no changes in stock market. Korean government added strong regulations for personal information management though. To prevent further personal information issues, we should recognize the indirect damages properly and let the company pay higher reparations for any personal information abuse.

Integrating corporate culture in a merger enterprise is considered as one of the most important variables to decide M&A success. This study established a conceptional model according to the preceding study on integrating corporate culture and organizational effectiveness, and formulated a hypothesis on the interrelation between a seven factors of corporate culture proposed by Pascale & Athos and Peters & Waterman and organizational effectiveness. The result of applying multi-regression analysis to test the hypothesis is as follows; firstly, all of a merger enterprise's cultural factors have meaningful influence on job involvement among organizational effectiveness; secondly, all of them have sincere influence on job satisfaction among organizational effectiveness except shared value; and thirdly, all of them except skill have significant influence on organizational harmony among organizational effectiveness. This is a significant empirical and exploratory study to ascertain the variables of corporate culture factors, and to verify their effects on organizational effectiveness.

자본주의가 인류사회의 행복과 공동번영에 기여하는 경제체제로서 역할을 다하려면, 자본주의 역시 시대의 변화에 맞추어 진화해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 새 시대에 걸 맞는 자본주의의 대안을 논의하고자, 저자 이재윤이 창시한 깨달음경영학(MOSEE; Management Of allSelves' Enlightenment and Empowerment)의 새로운 과학적 학문연구를 통해 새로운 실현성 영역을 추구하는 동시에, 깨달음경영의 새로운 5차원 요소인 영적 자원 및 자산(SRA: Spirit Resource and Asset)과 본질적으로 무(無)에서 유(有)를 창조하는 창조경영(MOC: Management Of Creation)에 대한 연구 및 인간의식 성장 방법론에 대하여 발표 하고자 한다. 따라서 깨달음경영학(MOSEE)에 관한 고유한 철학, 고유한 탐구 영역, 이론, 방법, 기법, 도구, 운영 원리 및 활용 분야 등을 체계적으로 설명하는 것이 목적이다. 이로써 현대의 주요한 여러 경영철학들 예컨대 CSV(마이클 포터) SI(개리 함멜) 복잡계 철학 미덕(美德)경영 등의 내재된 구조적 제약들을 분석 평가하고 한계를 극복하는 방안들을 제시함으로써 이들을 5차원의 깨달음경영학(MOSEE)의 의식(영성)경영철학으로써 통섭을 고찰하고 21세기 우주 인류 신문명 창달을 위한 5차원의 깨달음경영 혁명을 성취하고자 한다. 즉 2040년 전에 지구 인류의 고도 영성 초 과학기술 문명을 넘어서 우주 인류의 초 영성 초 과학기술 문명 창달을 선도하는 학문연구 교육 인류 사회활동을 지속적으로 해갈 것이다. 위와 같이 21세기 우주 인류의 영원한 평화 자유 지속적 번영을 이루고자 한다. 본 연구는 통섭 고찰 제1회로 마이클 포토의 공유가치(CSV: Creating Shared Value)의 통섭을 고찰한다.

Recently, the operator modules to control external devices are concerned about automatic management system to process continuously changed signals. These signals are the stream data of which characteristics are several numbers. a short report interval and asynchronous report time. It is necessary that the system brings about high accuracy and real time process for stream data. The typical queries of these systems consist of the current query to search the latest signal value, the snapshot query at a past time, the sliding window query from a past time to current. In this paper, we propose the efficient method to manage the above signals by using a file structured database in small-size operating systems. We also propose a query model to accommodate various queries including the sliding window query. The file database in the QNX adopts a delta version and a shared memory buffering method for the resource limit of a small storage and a low computing power.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the flood control capacity of the agricultural reservoir based on state-of-the-art climate change scenario - SSP (Shared Socioeconomic Pathways). 18 agricultural reservoirs were selected as the study sites, and future rainfall data based on SSP scenario provided by CMIP6 (Coupled Model Intercomparison Project 6) was applied to analyze the impact of climate change. The frequency analysis module, the rainfall-runoff module, the reservoir operation module, and their linkage system were built and applied to simulate probable rainfall, maximum inflow, maximum outflow, and maximum water level of the reservoirs. And the maximum values were compared with the design values, such as design flood of reservoirs, design flood of direct downstream, and top of dam elevation, respectively. According to whether or not the maximum values exceed each design value, cases were divided into eight categories; I-O-H, I-O, I-H, I, O-H, O, H, X. Probable rainfall (200-yr frequency, 12-h duration) for observed data (1973~2020) was a maximum of 445.2 mm and increased to 619.1~1,359.7 mm in the future (2011~2100). For the present, 61.1% of the reservoirs corresponded to I-O, which means the reservoirs have sufficient capacity to discharge large inflow; however, there is a risk of overflowing downstream due to excessive outflow. For the future, six reservoirs (Idong, Baekgok, Yedang, Tapjung, Naju, Jangsung) were changed from I-O to I-O-H, which means inflow increases beyond the discharge capacity due to climate change, and there is a risk of collapse due to dam overflow.

The sharing economy is considered as a collaborative consumption which enables customers to share unused resources. This study investigated the key factors affecting consumer loyalty in the context of sharing accommodation. Emotions, perceived value and self-image consistency were posited as key antecedents of enhancing customer loyalty. Authentic experience, home amenities, and price fairness were also considered as Airbnb's selection attributes. Airbnb was selected a survey target because it is the largest company in the domain of shared accommodation market. The research model was analyzed for 294 Airbnb customer through structural equation models. Additionally, this paper examine Airbnb customers' experiences by topic modelling method posted on the Naver blog. Based on the understanding of the key factors affecting customer loyalty to sharing accommodation, the analysis results contribute to establish effective marketing and operation strategies by enhancing customer experience.

This study aimed to explore the life experiences of middle-aged and older women with disabilities using the photovoice method. Six middle-aged and older women with physical disabilities or brain lesions selected four themes through group discussion and shared their experiences using photos they took that reflect the four themes: my worsening health and the way I manage my health (identifying red flags for ill health, trying to coping with poor health), my leisure life (my limited leisure activities, enjoying my own leisure time), my social participation (participating in social activities that give me pleasure, participating in social activities to help make a better society), and my later life (worryingabout financial hardships and being alone in my later life, hoping for happiness in my later life). Study findings indicate the value of services and policies for middle-aged and older women with disabilities that provide guidance for health management and psychological counseling, extend opportunities for leisure and community participation, and provide skill training and educational programs for promoting financial and emotional independence in later life.
