Text mining (TM) is most widely used to process the various unstructured text documents and process the data present in the various domains. The other name for text mining is text classification. This domain is most popular in many domains such as movie reviews, product reviews on various E-commerce websites, sentiment analysis, topic modeling and cyber bullying on social media messages. Cyber-bullying is the type of abusing someone with the insulting language. Personal abusing, sexual harassment, other types of abusing come under cyber-bullying. Several existing systems are developed to detect the bullying words based on their situation in the social networking sites (SNS). SNS becomes platform for bully someone. In this paper, An Enhanced text mining approach is developed by using Ensemble Algorithm (ETMA) to solve several problems in traditional algorithms and improve the accuracy, processing time and quality of the result. ETMA is the algorithm used to analyze the bullying text within the social networking sites (SNS) such as facebook, twitter etc. The ETMA is applied on synthetic dataset collected from various data a source which consists of 5k messages belongs to bullying and non-bullying. The performance is analyzed by showing Precision, Recall, F1-Score and Accuracy.
Purpose: This study was conducted to explore male nurses' experiences of gender discrimination at the workplace using qualitative research methods. Methods: Participants responded to a survey using an online link, and were asked to describe their overall experiences by responding to the question "Please freely describe your experiences of workplace gender discrimination". The qualitative data collected from 118 participants were analyzed using Krippendorff's technique. Data collection was caried out from June 11, 2019, to August 3, 2020. Results: Eleven themes and 24 subthemes were extracted from a total of 277 meaningful statements. Male nurses' experiences of workplace gender discrimination, reasons of gender discrimination, and improvement strategies were presented through the key themes. Conclusion: Male nurses experienced workplace gender discrimination from patients, colleagues, and institutions. Furthermore, strategies to improve gender stereotypes and to emphasize the strengths of male nurses are necessary in order to increase the number of male nurses in the female-dominant nursing field and to reduce job turnover. An online social network is a platform that is continuously expanding, which enables groups of people to share their views and communicate with one another using the Internet. The social relations among members of the public are significantly improved because of this gesture. Despite these advantages and opportunities, criminals are continuing to broaden their attempts to exploit people by making use of techniques and approaches designed to undermine and exploit their victims for criminal activities. The field of digital forensics, on the other hand, has made significant progress in reducing the impact of this risk. Even though most of these digital forensic investigation techniques are carried out manually, most of these methods are not usually appropriate for use with online social networks due to their complexity, growth in data volumes, and technical issues that are present in these environments. In both civil and criminal cases, including sexual harassment, intellectual property theft, cyberstalking, online terrorism, and cyberbullying, forensic investigations on social media platforms have become more crucial. This study explores the use of machine learning techniques for addressing criminal incidents on social media platforms, particularly during forensic investigations. In addition, it outlines some of the difficulties encountered by forensic investigators while investigating crimes on social networking sites.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relevance of discrimination and violence experienced by persons with disabilities to suicidal ideation of persons with disabilities. The study data used the 2014 national survey of the disabled persons and 6,332 people were included in the analysis. Suicidal ideation was defined as whether or not suicide was actually attempted in the last year. The reference group was a group without suicidal ideation and logistic regression analysis of violence discrimination and experience was performed. The study found that 18.5%(n=1.171) of people with disabilities had suicidal ideation. The risk of suicidal ideation was higher when there was language violence and mental violence because of being disabled. When adolescents experienced sexual harassment, sexual abuse, and sexual violence, the risk of suicide was 16.7(CI=4.22-66.18) times higher. The risk of suicidal ideation was 5.8(CI=2.34-14.6) times higher for those who did not know the violent offenders and 4.08(CI=2.05-8.12) times higher for coping strategies that ignored or tolerated violence. The risk of suicidal ideation was 1.60(CI=1.24-2.08) times higher in the case of discrimination experienced at the time of marriage and it was 2.73(CI=4.22-66.18) times higher when they had always felt the discrimination due to disability. The suicidal ideation that comes from experiences of violent experience and discrimination can appear as actual suicide. Therefore, it is necessary to support the suicide prevention program at the community level, along with the care and consideration of the family and society of the disabled for the well-being of the disabled.
The research is aimed at finding out the relationship between vocational stress and willingness to engage in vocational stress, which measures vocational stress and the ability to cope with the job, and how the job stress relates to job mobility. First of all, the job stress and willingness to transfer jobs related to sexual harassment related agencies have a positive correlation, while self-exploitation, job stress, and willingness to move jobs have shown negative correlation. Second, the self-assessment of self-assessment of ego resilience has served as a complete parameter in relation to the relationship between employee motivation and willingness to leave the job, which is the job of occupational duties. Based on this study, it is important to note that self-reference is an important factor in determining the role of job stress in the workforce because of its self-reference of job stress and motivation in relation to job stress.

The self-administered mailing survey was conducted to identify the factor structure of the health education topics and to analyze the conceptual properties with exploratory factor analysis and multidimensional scaling analysis in SPSS 12.0. Results: A total of 31 health education topics were generated from the preliminary survey. The five factors were determined: 'health promotion behavior and management', 'injury and sexual harassment prevention', 'bulling and aggression prevention', 'public regularity and safety perception' and 'smoking and drinking prevention'. The mean score of health education needs was between medium to high and 'public regularity and safety perception' had the highest score of education need. The two-dimensional cooperates were generated for the 31 health education topics and the two dimensional properties which divided the conceptual space were 'disease-injury' for one and 'public/environmental/individual/personal' for the other. Conclusions: Health education curriculum and its textbook should be developed considering teachers' needs and field environments for health education in every school.
