The study which it sees probably is the tourist' from the tourist resort, a emotional response and the change of stay hour and the follows in crowding perceived degree and it examines it does. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, carried out literature study of a related field and set up a study model. We used one method. The first method was directly distributing questionnaires to tourist' by use of one researcher who has been trained in tourist site, in order to confirm hypothesis established according to a theoretical background. And as the site of study, chose Mureung Valley which are located in the East Sea region which is one of the largest domestic vacation destinations. Through these methods, we were able to obtain participation of 450 people from across the country. Using 408 responses(42 responses removed). we derived statistics by means of Win SPSS Version 10.0 statistics program package. The analysis results ara as follows: First, Perceived Crowding affects tourists' Emotional Response and the Stay hour change. Specially, perceived Crowding is from in the Emotional Response factor it is joyful with there is relationship of excitation relationship effect. Second, There is relationship of effect even to sentimental reaction and stay hour change. This also is from in the Emotional Response factor it is joyful with there is relationship of excitation relationship effect. Finally, we discuss the results of analysis and suggest research limitation and future and future study.

Incheon Bridge, 18.4 km long sea-crossing bridge, will be opened to the traffic in October 2009 and this will be the new landmark of the gearing up north-east Asia as well as the largest & longest bridge of Korea. Incheon Bridge is the integrated set of several special featured bridges including a magnificent cable-stayed girder bridge which has a main span of 800 m width to cross the navigation channel in and out of the Port of Incheon. Incheon Bridge is making an epoch of long-span bridge designs thanks to the fully application of the AASHTO LRFD (load & resistance factor design) to both the superstructures and the substructures. A state-of-the-art of the geotechnologies which were applied to the Incheon Bridge construction project is introduced. The most Large-diameter drilled shafts were penetrated into the bedrock to support the colossal superstructures. The bearing capacity and deformational characteristics of the foundations were verified through the world's largest static pile load test. 8 full-scale pilot piles were tested in both offshore site and onshore area prior to the commencement of constructions. Compressible load beyond 30,000 tonf pressed a single 3 m diameter foundation pile by means of bi-directional loading method including the Osterberg cell techniques. Detailed site investigation to characterize the subsurface properties had been carried out. Geotextile tubes, tied sheet pile walls, and trestles were utilized to overcome the very large tidal difference between ebb and flow at the foreshore site. 44 circular-cell type dolphins surround the piers near the navigation channel to protect the bridge against the collision with aberrant vessels. Each dolphin structure consists of the flat sheet piled wall and infilled aggregates to absorb the collision impact. Geo-centrifugal tests were performed to evaluate the behavior of the dolphin in the seabed and to verify the numerical model for the design. Rip-rap embankments on the seabed are expected to prevent the scouring of the foundation. Prefabricated vertical drains, sand compaction piles, deep cement mixings, horizontal natural-fiber drains, and other subsidiary methods were used to improve the soft ground for the site of abutments, toll plazas, and access roads. Light-weight backfill using EPS blocks helps to reduce the earth pressure behind the abutment on the soft ground. Some kinds of reinforced earth like as MSE using geosynthetics were utilized for the ring wall of the abutment. Soil steel bridges made of corrugated steel plates and engineered backfills were constructed for the open-cut tunnel and the culvert. Diverse experiences of advanced designs and constructions from the Incheon Bridge project have been propagated by relevant engineers and it is strongly expected that significant achievements in geotechnical engineering through this project will contribute to the national development of the longspan bridge technologies remarkably.
This paper aims at analyzing the practice of job rotation in the Korean government and putting forward policy suggestions. The Korean government is often accused of low capacity and weak competitiveness, which mainly result from the low expertise of public officials. Considering the high quality of human resources flowing into the public sector in Korea, solutions should be found from the structure of the system. This paper regards frequent position changes due to excessive job rotation as a key factor undermining the accumulation of expertise and conducts in-depth analyses. The current practice of frequent rotation shows that the average tenure period of government officials at director level and above is only about one year, far shorter than those in major developed countries, which causes many problems such as low efficiency, lack of accountability and policy consistency, and low opportunity for accumulating expertise. Simple models are set up to analyze job rotation and other alternative personnel management systems. Analyses find that it would be desirable to have each individual experience various positions during the initial rotation period to find his/her own aptitude, and then accumulate expertise by settling in at a certain specialized field for a prolonged period of time based on the revealed aptitude in mid and high positions. This turns out to be in line with the structure of the Career Development Program which is being introduced. The model-based analysis of this paper distinguishes this study from preceding ones conducted in the traditional framework of personnel management study. Practical measures to mitigate the problems of frequent job rotation include rotating within the area of specialty, narrowing the scope of transfer, and reinforcing the minimum tenure period. However, since the current frequent rotation is fundamentally attributable to the rank system based on seniority, the present civil service classification system needs to be converted into a position classification system in the long run.

Second, through port function reorganization, it is required to create a synergy by port function clustering. Third, through effective connection traffic network expansion for moving T/S cargo effectively, it is required to develop Busan Port for T/S cargo-focused port. Fourth, it is required to develop port hinterland logistics zone for creating container traffic through connection development of New Port-BJFEZ. Finally, it is required to build SCM system for creating container traffic among shipper, carrier, freight forwarder and related institution.
The purpose of this paper is to clarify the movement of customer satisfaction factor of port like marketing and customer support factors and set up new strategy for customer satisfaction with the factors of control by Port Authority. It was researched to Terminal operation and shipping companies of main clients of Container Terminals of Busan Port. The Score of customer satisfaction is 4.62, it is almost average score to consider Likert Scale 7 for Research measurement. For Customer satisfaction measurement score, the factor is named Port Facility, Port Cost, Marketing Activity and Customer Support with 20 elements. It is verified suitable model by Structural Equation Method. It is effect customer satisfaction by Marketing Activity and Customer Support factor instead of Port Facility and Port Cost. So Port Authority has to plan new strategy for customer satisfaction to consider its effect factors.

This paper discusses 5G IOT, Augmented Reality, Cloud Computing, Big Data, Future Autonomous Driving Vehicle technology, and presents 5G utilization of Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games and Jeju Smart City model. The reason is that 5G is the main artery of the 4th industry.5G is the fourth industrial aorta because 5G is the core infrastructure of the fourth industrial revolution. In order for the AI, autonomous vehicle, VR / AR, and Internet (IoT) era to take off, data must be transmitted several times faster and more securely than before. For example, if you send a stop signal to LTE, which is a communication technology, to a remote autonomous vehicle, it takes a hundredth of a second. It seems to be fairly fast, but if you run at 100km / h, you can not guarantee safety because the car moves 30cm until it stops. 5G is more than 20 gigabits per second (Gbps), about 40 times faster than current LTE. Theoretically, the vehicle can be set up within 1 cm. 5G not only connects 1 million Internet (IoT) devices within a radius of 1 kilometer, but also has a speed delay of less than 0.001 sec. Steve Mollenkov, chief executive officer of Qualcomm, the world's largest maker of smartphones, said, "5G is a key element and innovative technology that will connect the future." This research aims to empirically investigate into the relationship between venture entrepreneurs' social network and their social competence to utilize the network, which is known to help overcome the weaknesses of small-and-medium-sized ventures. An analysis was made of SEM set up with 211 entrepreneurs' responses, and the following are the findings from the analysis. First, venture entrepreneurs' networking ability has a significant, strong and positive effect on weak tie of their social network(${\beta}$=.527, C.R.=3.626), strong tie(${\beta}$=.594, C.R.=3.969), and the network centrality(${\beta}$=.418, C.R.=4.884). Second, their social astuteness also has a significant and positive effect on weak tie(${\beta}$=.192, C.R.=1.701), strong tie(${\beta}$=.269, C.R.=2.509) and the network centrality(${\beta}$=.228, p=2.283). Third, their interpersonal influence has a significant but negative effect only on strong tie(${\beta}$=-.264, C.R.=-1.862) and the network centrality(${\beta}$=-.394, C.R.=-2.914). Lastly, their apparent sincerity has no significant effect on the subordinate factors of social network. This research has not just empirically analyzed the relationship between the entrepreneurs' social network and their social competence. But also, results of the research provide practical and detailed information to entrepreneurs of small and medium ventures. Moreover, the research is significant in that it has suggested and empirically analyzed the concept of political competence, which is a concrete substance of social competence, and that it has offered theoretical foundations for future researches, which will tackle the issue of the entrepreneurs' competence in the sphere of entrepreneurship.
It is said that customers buy not products but brands embedded in their mind, so that they are used as a key tool of strong marketing strategy. The present paper is a study on service brand equity, on which much research has not been conducted. The purpose of the present study is to propose the way to manage service brand equity which is essential to gaining competitive superiority by examining the effect of the factors of marketing communication on it. The researcher presented a research model by inquiring into existing researches on marketing communication and service brand equity and set up a research hypothesis. Internet service was chosen as the subject of the study. The reason for this is that it is the most intangible and there is no difference in price and quality, so that it is actively being marketed. The present positive study verified the relation between the factors of marketing communication such as advertising, public relations, sales promotion, and word-of-mouth advertising and brand recognition, brand image, and brand loyalty. The results of the positive study are as follows. Advertising, sales promotion and word-of-mouth advertising had an effect on brand recognition. Public relations, sales promotion and word-of-mouth advertising had an effect on brand image. Brand image and brand recognition affected brand loyalty.
Roads in Korea can be classified into four types according to their responsible authorities. For example, Motorway is constructed, managed, and operated by the Korea Highway Corporation. Ministry of Construction and Transportation is in charge of National Highway, and Province Roads are run by each province government. Urban/county Roads are run by corresponding local government. This study analyses the trends of road accidents for each road type. For this purpose, the numbers of accidents, fatalities, and injuries are compared for each road type for last 15 years. The result shows that Urban/County Roads are the most dangerous, while Motorways are the safest, when we simply compare the numbers of accidents, fatalities, and injuries. However, when we compare these numbers by dividing by total road length, National Highway becomes the most dangerous while Province Roads becomes the safest. In the case of road accidents, fatalities, and injuries per vehicle km, which is known as the most objective comparison measure, it turns out that National Highway is the most dangerous roads again. This study also developed time series models to estimate trends of fatalities for each road type. These models will be useful when we set up or evaluate targets of national road safety.
In this study, standard model of medical radiation dosage quality control system will be suggested and the useful of this system in clinical field will be reviewed. Radiation dosage information of modalities are gathered from digital imaging and communications in medicine(DICOM) standard data(such as DICOM dose SR and DICOM header) and stored in database. One CT scan, two digital radiography modalities and two mammography modalities in one health promotion center in Seoul are used to derive clinical data for one month. After 1 months research with 703 CT scans, the study shows CT $357.9mGy{\cdot}cm$ in abdomen and pelvic CT, $572.4mGy{\cdot}cm$ in brain without CT, $55.9mGy{\cdot}cm$ in calcium score/heart CT, screening CT at $54mGy{\cdot}cm$ in chest screening CT(low dose screening CT scan), $284.99mGy{\cdot}cm$ in C-spine CT and $341.85mGy{\cdot}cm$ in L-spine CT as health promotion center reference level of each exam. And with 1955 digital radiography cases, it shows $274.0mGy{\cdot}cm2$ and for mammography 6.09 mGy is shown based on 536 cases. The use of medical radiation shall comply with the principles of justification and optimization. This quality management of medical radiation exposure must be performed in order to follow the principle. And the procedure to reduce the radiation exposure of patients and staff can be achieved through this. The results of this study can be applied as a useful tool to perform the quality control of medical radiation exposure.
