Knowledge-based Service evolution and the e-business has emerged as a new economic activity and beyond the time and space limitations. But the Enterprises have been too inactive in their willingness and readiness to adopt e-business models and processes owing to the lack of the directions of e-business, the insufficient network infrastructures and capitals, etc., In this circumstance, as part of this research, This Papers have conducted a survey on the e-business and information conditions and status among the Enterprises. In Conclusions, this study Study on the Informationalization of the Enterprises and Knowledge-based Service Industry Enlarge Strategics for building competition of Enterprises. This study has suggested potential plans to reinforce based in the Knowledge-based Service.

The widespread use of smartphones with a variety of features has enabled mobile Internet-based services. One of these is online-to-offline (O2O) based services that connects online users with offline stores to add value. Applying this O2O strategy to local information retrieval induces online users to be linked to offline regions, thereby enabling the exchange of local-based information and helps create new value. This paper proposes and illustrates the implementation of O2O-based a local information providing service that utilizes photos of the local attraction. Also, we propose a fake-free ranking method to provide reliable local information to users and suggest its application of the service.

It is very important for performance of information system that we make an effort to raise user's satisfaction by continuously grasping user's requirement by evaluation of PMIS based on ASP service quality and reflecting this to information system. However, It is lack that developments of suitable evaluation index of PMIS based on ASP service quality. Hereupon, In this study, we propose the evaluation indicators. First, The evaluation area is classified by form the foundation of D & M IS Success Model (2003); system quality, information quality, service quality. Second, The detail evaluation item which include considerations which are gotten through investigation of the construction industry and PMIS based on ASP is grouping by form the foundation SERVQUAL which is a service quality evaluation tool proposed PZB(1988). It is suitable to evaluate PMIS based on ASP service quality in construction industry and able to evaluate various aspects.

Mobile network evolution and development of USN technologies introduce new business model based on context awareness. Cellular operators provide friend finding service using cell based location information and telematics service using GPS location information. Recently cellular operators provide yellow page service based cell based location information. In this paper, we develop mobile tour application on WIPI platform based on location information. Mobile tour information services provide the best information based on context awareness using user location information from LBSP (Location Based Service Platform), season, weather conditions, time from Web server, and personal preference information stored in database. Mobile tour information service application is developed on WIPI platform.

Because the difference between products and services are getting less and less, service and manufacturing companies' efforts are increasingly focused on utilizing services to satisfy customers' needs under today's competitive market environment. The value of services depends on service reliability that is identified by satisfaction derived from the relationship between customer needs and service providers. In this paper, we extend concepts from the fault tree analysis for reliability analysis of tangible systems to services. We use an event-based process model to facilitate service design and represent the relationships between functions and failures in a service. The objective of this research is to propose a method for evaluating service reliability based on service processes using service blueprint and FTA. We can identify the failure mode of service in a service delivery process with a service blueprint. The fuzzy membership function is used to characterize the probability of failure based on linguistic terms. FTA is employed to estimate the reliability of service delivery processes with risk factors that are represented as potential failure causes. To demonstrate implementation of the proposed method, we use a case study involving a typical automotive service operation.

This study assessed the water provisioning and climate mitigation ecosystem services of the urban forest in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The ecosystem service assessment is conducted based on natural function, natural function and population, and natural function and the beneficiary of the ecosystem service. Then, the impact of climate change on ecosystem services is analyzed to figure out the sensitivity of the impact on the beneficiary when the natural function of forest destroys under climate change. Gyeonggi-do has higher function-based water provisioning ecosystem service than Seoul. And population-based water provisioning ecosystem service appears to be higher in the densely populated area. On the other hand, beneficiary-based water provisioning ecosystem service by applying both natural water supply function and beneficiary distribution appears different with the result of population-based water provisioning service assessment. In other words, regions with high beneficiary population show higher ecosystem service than those with a low beneficiary population even though they have the same water storage function. In addition, climate change has a negative impact on the water provisioning ecosystem service. Under climate change, water provisioning service is expected to decrease by 26%. For climate mitigation service, regions close to the forest seem to have a low temperature, which indicates their high climate mitigation service. The center of the city with high beneficiary population shows high beneficiary-based ecosystem service. The climate change impacts the forest growth to decrease which affect the beneficiary-based climate mitigation ecosystem service to decrease by 33%. From this study, we conclude that beneficiary-based function and ecosystem service assessment is needed as well as the supply-based classification of forest function suggested by Korea Forest Service. In addition, we suggest that not only supply-based function classification and ecosystem service assessment but also beneficiary-based function classification and ecosystem service assessment is needed for managing the urban forest, which has been destroyed by climate change. This will contribute to revaluing cases where a forest with low natural function but high beneficiary-based ecosystem service, which is not considered under the current forest function-based assessment system. Moreover, this could assist in developing a suitable management plan for the urban forest.

PURPOSE: The present study was aimed at providing political basic data for introduction home-based physical therapy service through conducting In-depth interviews with professionals for complementing the survey of previous studies. METHODS: we conducted In-depth interviews to 10 professionals with their consent after describing the intent and purpose of the study. RESULT: Interviewees has significant recognition of home-based physical therapy service, and were sympathetic to the need for the introduction of the home-based physical therapy service. They suggest that it should be required to public relations, incorporation home-based physical therapy into the regular curriculum and research the foreign cases. Also home-based physical therapy system service should be include therapeutic exercises, education for families & caregivers and providing the rehabilitation of the team approach. Most professionals think the sooner Home-based physical therapy service introduction, the better for public. Also they propose that hospitals and clinics under the national and local government become a principal and operate in conjunction with the health center. CONCLUSION: Home-based physical therapy service should be conducted in early for relieving the physical, mental and social discomfort of patients, physical therapists and caregivers, also providing the quality of physical therapy to chronically ill patients. It is necessary to efforts of the physical therapy association and physical therapist and government`s political supports. In addition, we must be prepared on the basis of policy development and operation through continuously converging the opinions of experts who have been associated with home-based physical therapy service.

Based on the radio wave measurement of korean ocean-based DGPS by season, in this paper, the service coverages of ocean-based DGPS reference stations were analyzed according to the climate and season. The signal strengths and signal-to-noise ratios in the land service areas that are provided by ocean-based DGPS reference stations were measured. The ocean-based DGPS reference station except reference stations on the mountainous terrain and the low ground conductivity provide more than 68% service area in comparison with the designed land service coverage providing by the ocean-based DGPS reference stations. To provide the designed service area that is unrelated to a season, it is necessary to install and operate the DGPS reference station with good ground conductivity and high efficiency antenna. Also, the poor service regions which is generated by obstacles of electric wave on pathway can be resolved by the double service area providing by land-based DGPS reference stations.

IoT is the foundation technology that the things share the information through connected with Internet to provide service based on these information. It is applied to various fields such as personal, public and industry. Therefore, the service development is required to meet the requirement of the various service environments. The IoT service environment will be developed as the participation IoT service environment which increase the value and efficiency such as the Broadcasting and web services changed from the service provider environment to the user participation service. The user can directly reflect their requirements using the user participation IoT service environment. So, the types of IoT services will diverse and accelerate the spread of IoT service. In this paper, we derive the IoT service element through the analysis of various service scenarios, and propose the participation IoT service model and modeling mechanism. It provides the sequential service model and the relation based service model according to the service modeling proficiency of user. The proposed environment provides the web-based user interface that is implemented by the participation IoT service brokering platform.

There have been enormous efforts to develop an innovative public transport bus service for enhancing its operational efficiency based on Automated Vehicle(AV). However, since the vehicle operating environment in the public transport system varies with the purpose and method of mobility service, it is necessary to preferentially evaluate the current roadworthiness for an effective way to introduce the AV. Therefore, this study classified and redefined AV-based mobility service based on literature reviews. This research conducted the roadworthiness test for checking the feasibilities of the AV-based mobility services. Furthermore, we suggested some deployment strategies of the AV-based mobility service considering the Level-Of-Service (LOS) of road infrastructure based on the results of roadworthiness tests. The proposed direction would have a great potential to introduce the AV-based public transport system in the near future.
