서비스 제공자와 서비스 이용자 간의 서비스품질에 관한 인식 차이 연구 - 대학 행정서비스를 중심으로 - (A Study of Perceptual Difference about Service Quality between Service Providers and Users - Focused on the Administrative Services of University -)

  • A study for service quality is actively done but that for the quality level of the provided service recognized by the service provider for the same service, and for the difference in quality level of service use recognized by the service user is not relatively widely done. Thus, this study analyzed difference between the quality level of the provided service recognized by the service provider and the quality level of service use recognized by the service user, around administrative service as one of cores of the university service, and examined how difference between both service qualities have effect on business the business satisfaction level of the service provider. We measured the service level provided by the individual in charge of the administrative service of the A-university and examined the service quality in business by use of questionnaires. As the result, it was appeared that the quality level of the provided service recognized by the service provider for the same service quality was higher than the quality level of service use recognized by the service user. In addition, it was found that the quality level of the provided service recognized by the service provider had a significant effect on the service provider's business satisfaction level but the quality level of service use recognized by the service user had not effect on the business satisfaction level of the provider.

소비자 특성이 u-헬스케어 서비스 이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Consumer Characteristics on the Intention to Use U-healthcare Services)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the intention to utilize u-healthcare services in Korea. Specifically, this study attempted to identify the relationships among the intention to use u-healthcare, consumer's demographic characteristics, and personal information technology level. We conducted telephone interview and collected data from 406 householders 20 years old or older. The results showed significant differences in use intention of u-healthcare service by innovation, gender, and their interaction term. Residence area and average time of internet use had significant effect on the use intention of u-healthcare service. Also, the interaction term between innovation and education level had a significant effect on use intention. Based on the results we concluded that the consumer's characteristics and information technology level had a significant effect on the use intention of u-healthcare service.

보행만족도에 따른 보행서비스수준 지표개선 - 서울시 저층부 용도를 대상으로 - (A Study of Improvement on Pedestrian Level of Service by Pedestrian Satisfaction - Focused on Lower Floor Building Use in Seoul -)

  • 본 연구에서는 현재 우리나라에서 보편적으로 활용되고 있는 보행서비스수준은 보행의 질과 환경을 평가하기에 변별력이 없다고 판단되어 보행만족도를 연계하여 변별력 있는 기준으로 활용될 수 있도록 제안을 하였다. 공간적 범위는 서울시를 대상으로 1,157개 지점으로 선정하였으며, 선행연구 및 이론적 고찰을 통하여 보행과 관련된 지표를 선정하였다. 첫째, 개선된 보행서비스수준을 재분류한 결과 기존 A등급으로 치중되었던 결과와 달리 보행서비스수준이 전반적으로 고르게 분포되었다. 둘째, 개선된 보행서비스 수준 중 B등급과 C등급에서 보행만족도가 가장 높게 측정되었다. 이는 향후 보행로 계획 시 적정 물리적 시설이 충족되도록 설계하는 것이 적합하다고 판단된다. 셋째, 군집유형별로 개선된 보행서비스수준을 보면 각 등급의 보행교통류율이 다르게 측정된 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 보행로계획 시 보행서비스수준을 측정할 때 주변 시설의 종류에 따라 개선된 보행서비스수준을 적용하는 것이 적합하다고 사료된다. 본 연구에서 제안한 개선된 보행서비스수준은 도시개발사업과 보행계획에 있어 보다 현실적이고 변별력 있는 기준으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Analysis of Multi-Level Inventory Distribution System for an Item with Low Level of Demand

  • The main objective of this research is to analyze an order point and an order quantity of a distribution center and each branch to attain a target service level in multi-level inventory distribution system. In case of product item, we use the item with low volume of average monthly demand. Under the continuous review method, the distribution center places a particular order quantity to an outside supplier whenever the level of inventory reaches an order point, and receives the order quantity after elapsing a certain lead time. Also, each branch places an order quantity to the distribution center whenever the level of inventory reaches an order point, and receives the quantity after elapsing a particular lead time. When an out of stock condition occurs, we assume that the item is backordered. For considering more realistic situations, we use generic type of probability distribution of lead times. In the variable lead time model, the actually achieved service level is estimated as the expected service level. Therefore, this study focuses on the analysis of deciding the optimal order point and order quantity to achieve a target service level at each depot as a expected service level, while the system-wide inventory level is minimized. In addition, we analyze the order level as a maximum level of inventory to suggest more efficient way to develop the low demand item model.

서비스실패 회복을 위한 복합적 보상 믹스 연구 : 재서비스와 보상적 할인을 중심으로 (A Theoretical Study of Service Recovery Strategies)

  • 효과적인 서비스실패 회복 전략을 모색하는 기업이 증가하면서 복합적 서비스회복 전략을 사용하는 기업이 종종 목격되고 있다. 그런데 서비스실패 회복 전략에 관한 대부분의 연구는 단일 회복 전략에 집중하고 있어 현실 세계에서 목격되고 있는 보상적 할인과 재서비스 등 서로 다른 비용구조를 지닌 복합적 서비스회복 전략을 충분히 조명하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제의식을 토대로, 이 연구에서는 기존고객에 대한 인센티브를 조명한 Biyalogorsky, Gerstner, and Libai(2001) 모형을 서비스실패 회복 인센티브를 조명한 Zhu, Sivakumar, and Parasuraman(2004) 모형과 접목한 게임모형을 통해 서비스실패 상황에서 서비스회복을 위한 보상적 할인과 재서비스 등 서로 다른 인센티브의 적절한 배합구조는 어떻게 형성하는 것이 유리한지, 서비스실패 심각성이나 재구매에 필요한 최소만족요구수준이 달라질 때 이러한 균형은 어떤 영향을 받게 되는지 등을 살펴보는 이론적 연구를 시도하였다. 이 연구의 주요 발견점은 다음과 같다: (1)서비스업체는 서비스실패 회복 전략으로 보상적 할인과 재서비스 함께 고려함으로써 이윤을 증대시킬 수 있다. (2)서비스업체가 서비스실패 회복을 통해 고객 유지를 도모하는 경우, 서비스실패 심각성이 일정 수준 이하일 때는 서비스실패에 따른 효용감소가 심할수록 보상적 할인과 재서비스 수준을 늘리는 것이 바람직하지만, 서비스 실패 심각성이 일정 수준 이상일 때는 서비스실패에 따른 효용감소가 심할수록 보상적 할인만 늘리고 재서비스 수준은 줄이는 것이 바람직하다. (3)고객 유지에 필요한 최소만족수준이 높을수록 총 보상 수준을 높이되, 총 보상 중 보상적 할인 비중을 높이는 것이 바람직하다.

The Effects of Chatbot Anthropomorphism and Self-disclosure on Mobile Fashion Consumers' Intention to Use Chatbot Services

  • This study investigated the effects of the chatbot's level of anthropomorphism - closeness to the human form - and its self-disclosure - delivery of emotional exchange with the chatbot through its facial expressions and chatting message on the user's intention to accept the service. A 2 (anthropomorphism: High vs. Low) × 2 (self-disclosure through facial expressions: High vs. Low) × 2 (self-disclosure through conversation: High vs. Low) between-subject factorial design was employed for this study. An online survey was conducted and a total of 234 questionnaires were used in the analysis. The results showed that consumers used chatbot service more when emotions were disclosed through facial expressions, than when it disclosed fewer facial expressions. There was statistically significant interaction effect, indicating the relationship between chatbot's self-disclosure through facial expression and the consumers' intention to use chatbot service differs depending on the extent of anthropomorphism. In the case of "robot chatbots" with low anthropomorphism levels, there was no difference in intention to use chatbot service depending on the level of self-disclosure through facial expression. When the "human-like chatbot" with high anthropomorphism levels discloses itself more through facial expressions, consumer's intention to use the chatbot service increased much more than when the human-like chatbot disclosed fewer facial expressions. The findings suggest that chatbots' self-disclosure plays an important role in the formation of consumer perception.

소매서비스업에서의 고객참여행동 수준에 관한 연구 (The Level of Customer Participation in Retailing Service)

  • 소매서비스업은 고객서비스의 제공을 통해 차별화를 시도하면서도 서비스의 생산 및 전달과정에 참여하는 고객의 행동을 관리할 필요가 있다. 소매서비스업에서 고객참여행동을 적절히 활용하기 위해서는 소매서비스업에 따른 고객참여행동의 수준을 보다 면밀히 파악하고 알아야 할 필요가 제기된다. 본 연구에서는 국내의 주요한 소매서비스업을 선별하여 고객참여행동의 수준을 파악해 보고자 한다. 4가지 소매서비스업 유형(접촉의 정도와 참여행동 수준의 정도에 따라 구분된 패밀리 레스토랑, 미용서비스, 병원서비스, 교육서비스)에 따라 고객참여행동의 하위차원 (적극성, 소통성, 교감성, 순응성)이 어떤 수준의 차이를 보이는 지를 실증적으로 확인하고자 한다. 연구의 결과, 적극성과 소통성에 있어서는 소매서비스 유형별로 유의하게 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 교감성의 경우에는 집단 간의 차이가 유의하지 않았고, 순응성의 경우에는 한계수준에서 집단 간의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 네 가지 소매서비스 유형중 가장 고객참여행동의 수준이 높은 소매서비스는 병원서비스이며, 다음으로 패밀리레스토랑, 교육서비스, 그리고 미용실서비스로 나타났다. 이로써, 본 연구는 소매서비스업 유형에 따라 고객참여행동의 내용과 양이 다르다는 것을 실증하였으며, 소매서비스업 유형별 고객참여행동의 수준을 확인하고 이를 고객참여행동 유도전략에 활용할 수 있는 계기를 마련하였다.

사회복지서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인 - 일반계층과 저소득층의 비교연구 - (A comparative study on factors of social welfare service utilization between general and low-income group)

  • 본 연구에서는 사회복지서비스의 이용여부에 영향을 미치는 요인과 이용수준에 영향을 미치는 요인을 소인성 요인, 가능성 요인, 욕구요인으로 구분하여 각각의 영향관계를 살펴보고 이를 일반계층과 저소득층으로 나누어서 비교해 보았다. 분석결과, 사회복지서비스 이용여부에 있어서는 일반계층과 저소득층 모두 배우자가 있는 경우, 동거가족이 많을수록, 건강이 안좋다고 느낄수록, 만성질환이 없는 경우에 사회복지서비스를 이용할 가능성이 높았다. 사회복지서비스 이용수준에 있어서는 배우자가 없는 경우, 가구소득이 일반계층에서는 적을수록, 저소득층에서는 높을수록, 동거가족수는 많을수록, 건강이 좋지 않다고 느낄수록, 만성질환이 있는 경우가 사회복지서비스 이용수준이 높았다. 이 외에 저소득층에서는 여자보다 남자일 경우, 연령이 적을수록, 고졸이상보다는 중졸이하 집단이, 취업자보다는 미취업자가, 거주지역이 서울 광역시일 경우, 생활만족도가 낮을 경우 서비스 이용수준이 높아졌다. 이상의 연구결과는 각 계층별 특성과 욕구가 다르며, 서비스의 목적과 내용에 따라 잠재적인 대상자들의 욕구조사를 통해 보다 체계적이고 적절한 서비스를 제공할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

유료노인장기요양보호서비스 이용의사 결정요인 (Determining Factors of Intention to Actual Use of Charged Long-term Care Services for the Aged)

  • Objectives : To help develop strategies to cope with the changes arising from the rapid aging process by predicting the determining factors of intention to actual use of the charged long-term care services for elderly as perceived by the middle aged who play the major role of supports. Methods : Subjects were the parents (men 177, women 507) in their 40s of the students selected from a university of Busan city. A questionnaire survey was conducted for 4 weeks in October 2003 about the knowledge for long-term care service, the intention of actual use, and the preferences about the type of service suppliers. Data analysis was performed with frequency, chi-square test, and t-test using SPSS program (ver 10.0K), along with data mining using decision tree of Enterprise Miner V8.2 by SAS. Results : About half of the subjects (53.7%) had the actual experiences of elderly supports. Intentions to use the charged services were relatively high in home visiting nursing care service (40.1%) and long-term care facilities service (40.4%), and were influenced by previous knowledge about the services. The intentions were stronger in women, those with higher education, and those with greater income levels. Actual elderly supports were mostly (80%) done by women, and the perceived burdens for the supports were bigger in women and those of lower socioeconomic level. Desired charges were about 10,000 won for the bath service, 20,000 won for the rests services per day, and about 500,000 won for the long-term care facilities service per month. From the result of decision tree analysis, the job professionalism was the most important determining factor of intention to actual use of the services with validation as $63{\sim}71%$. Health and welfare mixed type facilities were preferred, and the most important consideration was the level of professionalism. Conclusions : Intention to actual use of the charged services was largely determined by the aspects of time and cost. Polices to increase the number of service suppliers and to decrease the burdens perceived by actual supporters were strongly recommended.

숙박공유서비스 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors that Affect Intention to Use Accommodation Sharing Service)

  • Purpose The sharing economy is the most important keyword that is changing the paradigm of the world economy and management, and it was selected as one of 10 ideas to change the world in 2011 in Time magazine. The purpose of this study is to verify the structural relationship between perceived value and risk, network effect, usefulness, trust, and intention to use of accommodation service. In addition, the effects of utility and trust, and the experience of using accommodation service are controlled by the effect of empirical value and reciprocal value among the perceived value of sharing economic service, The purpose of this study is to propose a plan to activate the accommodation sharing service. Design/methodology/approach This study was designed to investigate the structural relationship between perceived value, perceived risk, network effect, usefulness, trust, and intention to use. Empirical analysis was done using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 Findings Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions can be drawn. First, it was concluded that the higher the economic value of the accommodation sharing service is, the more useful and reliable the service is. Second, the higher the experiential value of the accommodation sharing service is, the higher the usefulness and reliability of the service are. Third, it was concluded that the higher the value of the mutual benefit of the accommodation sharing service is, the higher the trust level of the service is, but not the usefulness of the service. Fourth, it was concluded that the higher the perceived risk of accommodation sharing service is, the lower the service trust level is, but the service usability is not affected. Fifth, it was concluded that the larger the network effect of the accommodation sharing service is, the more useful the service is, but it does not affect the reliability of the service. Sixth, it was concluded that the higher the overall reliability of the accommodation sharing service is, the higher the usefulness of the service is. Seventh, it was concluded that the higher the overall usefulness and reliability of the accommodation sharing service are, the higher the intention to use the sharing service is. Finally, in order to test the effect of the experience on the use of trust and usefulness of the accommodation sharing service, multiple group analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between trust and usefulness, It is shown that there is a moderating effect in the path.
