스마트폰 환경에서 웹 애플리케이션서비스 실패 요인 및 서비스 회복에 관한 연구 (A Study on Service Failure and Service Recovery in Web Application of Smart Phone)

  • 본 연구에서는 스마트폰 애플리케이션 사용자들이 서비스를 사용 후 실패한 경험을 통해 서비스 실패 요인 및 서비스 회복 전략을 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 공정성이론을 이용하여 신뢰에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 파악하였고, 이러한 신뢰 요인이 애플리케이션 서비스에 어떻게 영향을 주는지 파악하였다. 이를 위해, 본 연구자는 시나리오 기법을 통해 애플리케이션의 실패에 대한 경험을 확보하고자 하였다. 시나리오는 총 16개의 시나리오로 구성되었으며 각 사례별로 설문을 진행하였다. 연구결과, 공정성이론에서 사용되었던 상호작용적 공정성 요인 및 보상적 공정성 요인은 신뢰에 긍정적으로 영향을 주는 반면, 절차적 공정성 요인은 신뢰에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 회복된 신뢰는 서비스 품질에 긍정적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

The Influence of Quality of Physical Environment, Food and Service on Customer Trust, Customer Satisfaction, and Loyalty and Moderating Effect of Gender: an Empirical Study on Foreigners in South Korean Restaurant

  • To explore the impact of restaurant service quality for foreigners in South Korea on customer satisfaction, customer trust, and loyalty from three dimensions: quality of physical environment, food quality, and service quality and the influence of perceived price on satisfaction and loyalty, a survey was conducted by collecting 202 valid questionnaires and Amos 23 was used to examine the relationships between variables. The results show that the quality of physical environment, food quality, and service quality have significant positive effects on customer trust, but only food quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty and all three have no significant effects on customer satisfaction. In addition, customer trust has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, but the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty has not been verified in this study. At the same time, perceived price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, but no significant effect on customer loyalty. Then the study examined the moderating effect of gender by using the SEM multi-group analysis method, founding that there are no significant differences between male and female on the impact of the three dimensions of restaurant service quality on customer satisfaction, and no significant differences between male and female on the impact of perceived price on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction on loyalty, meaning that gender's moderating effects are not valid. These conclusions of this study are useful for restaurant operators to improve the quality of the physical environment, food quality and service quality, effectively improve customer trust, and thus customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • 정보기술 서비스에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되었음에도 불구하고 정보기술 서비스를 이용 후 서비스 실패에 대한 회복과정을 살펴본 연구는 거의 진행되지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 스마트폰 애플리케이션 서비스 이용자를 대상으로 서비스 사용 실패 후 서비스 실패에 대한 회복과정을 살펴보고자 한다. 뿐만 아니라, 서비스 유형에 따라 사용 목적이 달라지듯 서비스 유형에 따라 회복과정도 달라질 것이라고 예상되기 때문에 서비스 유형에 따른 서비스 회복과정을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 시나리오 기법을 통해 다양한 서비스 실패 유형을 선정하였고, 이를 기반으로 설문을 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 절차적 공정성과 상호 작용 공정성은 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 신뢰는 모든 사용 품질에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 정보 품질 및 서비스 품질의 경우 로열티에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났으며, 마지막으로 서비스 유형에 따라 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

북한이탈주민의 한국의료서비스 신뢰에 대한 결정요인 (Determinants of North Korean Refugees' Trust in South Korea Health Service)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the determinants of North Korean refugees' trust in South Korea health service. Methods: This study surveyed 168 North Korean refugees aged 19 and over living in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, and Gangwon. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, t-test, analysis of variance, and hierarchical regression analysis to analyze the effect on the trust of refugees. Results: The difference analysis showed statistically significant difference according to duration of residence and employment status. The determinants of North Korean refugees' trust in South Korea health services were duration of residence, basic communication skills, health communication skills, and experience of health service. Conclusion: In order to increase the trust of North Korean defectors in South Korea medical services, it is necessary to resolve communication problems and improve the satisfaction of health services. For this, the interpreter service should be activated. And specific education should be given to the North Korean refugees about the health care system and the utilization methods of health service in Korea.

보험회사의 서비스 품질, 사회적 책임활동과 고객행동의도 간의 관계에서의 신뢰 및 고객-기업동일시의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Trust and Customer-Company Identification(CCID) on the relationship between Service Quality, CSR and Behavioral Intention in Insurance Company)

  • 본 연구는 금융서비스 산업에서 고객의 신뢰를 중시하는 보험회사에서의 서비스 품질 및 사회적 책임(CSR) 활동과 고객 행동의도 간의 관계에서 고객신뢰와 고객-기업 동일시(CCID)의 역할에 대하여 실증 조사하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구의 표본은 전국 보험가입자들을 대상으로 설문조사 실시하였고 이들 설문자료를 바탕으로 AMOS 통계기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 보험회사의 CSR활동은 고객신뢰 및 고객-기업 동일시와 모두 정(+)의 유의한 관계가 존재하였으며, 단 서비스품질은 고객신뢰와는 유의한 관계가 있었으나 고객-기업동일시에는 유의한 영향을 주지 못했다. 둘째, 신뢰 및 고객-기업동일시(CCID)는 고객 행동의도와 정(+)의 유의한 관계를 가지고 있음을 발견하였다. 셋째, 서비스품질 및 CSR과 고객 행동의도 간의 상호관계에서 고객 신뢰 및 고객-기업 동일시(CCID)가 매개효과를 나타내고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과는 보험회사의 서비스 품질 및 CSR 활동이 고객신뢰 및 고객-기업동일시를 증대시키며 또한 이러한 서비스 품질 및 CSR 활동이 고객 신뢰와 고객-기업 동일시(CCID)에 의하여 매개되어 질 때 재구매, 긍정적인 구전활동 등의 고객행동에로 연결되어짐을 나타내 보여주고 있다. 또한 본 연구는 향후 서비스 마케팅과 CSR 관련 문헌 연구 및 향후 보험회사의 마케팅 전략수립에 기여할 것이다.

IT서비스품질과 경영교육의 성과 (IT Service Quality, Business Education Service Quality and Its Outcomes)

  • Since the competition of higher education is more and more critical, the improvement of educational services is importantly considered. Despite the current situations, there are few studies addressing the relationships between education service quality and its outcomes. As educational service quality plays a key role in improving student satisfaction, universities provides a high level of educational services for students and reinforce their competitiveness through student satisfaction. This research investigates the relationships among IT service quality, business education service quality, trust, student satisfaction and student loyalty. In so doing, the current study establishes a theoretical model to test the proposed relationships. The results further suggest that the indirect effect of the IT service quality and the business education service quality enhances its impact of student satisfaction, trust, student loyalty. Finally, the authors draw conclusions and further research directions.

핀테크 지급결제 서비스 수용 저항요인 연구 : 혁신저항이론과 현상유지편향이론을 중심으로 (The Study of User Resistance to Fintech Payment Service: In the Perspective of Innovation Diffusion And Status Quo Bias Theory)

  • Purpose Global fintech industry is proliferating. Although domestic investment in fintech service is also increasing fast, user acceptance of fintech payment service seems slower than expected. Previous fintech literature mainly focuses on overall characteristics and technical aspects of fintech including security issues and explores factors affecting the service adoption. This study aims to examine crucial factors affecting user's resistance intention to fintech payment service adoption. The research model was formulated based on innovation diffusion theory and status quo bias theory and validated empirically. Design/methodology/approach The proposed research model was empirically validated with 149 responses from college students who have used fintech payment service. The component-based SEM was employed for data analysis. Findings The significant findings are as follow. First, compatibility has significant negative effect and complexity, and perceived risk has a positive effect on user resistance. Second, institutional trust does not show a significant effect on user resistance but has an indirect effect through the mediation of trust in service provider. Finally, trust in service provider shows the significant negative effect on user resistance.

유료실버타운 급식서비스의 만족과 신뢰에 관한 연구 (A Study on Billed Silvertown Residents' Satisfaction and Trust with Foodservice)

  • This study focused on the attribution factors affecting billed Silvertown residents' satisfaction and trust in relation to foodservice. Residents living in 'N' charged Silvertown were randomly selected for the study. Among them, 27 did not complete the survey, and a total of 143 questionnaires were analyzed. Data analyses were carried out using the frequency, factor analysis, cross tabs, and regression procedures of the SPSS 12.0 package. The results were as follows. First, for prospective Silvertown residents, among all the service offered, meals and medical services were of primary importance. Second, for Silertown foodservice, menu variety and taste were the most important aspects. Third, in the factor analysis for effects of foodservice on satisfaction and trust, the factor were restaurant facilities, food taste and quality, and restaurant operations. Fourth, in the relationship between the restaurant operation and residents' satisfaction levels, restaurant equipment, food taste and quality, and the resident's level of trust were significant. Finally, foodservice satisfaction and trust significantly affected residents' satisfaction with living in Silvertown.

Users' Adoption of a Convergent Service: A Case of Interactive TV-based Auction Service (T-auction)

  • This paper Introduces an electronic auction service to be provided on Interactive TV (T-auction). This converged service is expected to much enhance the quality of the service to current online auction users through vivid visualization and live Interactive experience. Our study focuses on how the characteristics of the interactive TV-based shopping platform can affect users' attitudes towards the converged service. To develop our proposed research model, we extended the technology acceptance model and integrated it with a hedonic factor, or perceived enjoyment to reflect the dual characteristics of the converged system. We also adopted the variable of intermediary trust In the service as a critical mediating determinant for a successful commutations-mediated commerce. The research model was verified with an empirical study conducted on 970 Korean online auction users. Results show that both trust and perceived usefulness positively affect user adoption of the service. Trust had not only a direct effect on users' attitudes toward T-auction but also an indirect one by mediating the service quality, information quality, perceived enjoyment and ease of use. Meanwhile, the hedonic factor of T-auction contributes to increasing both the level of the intermediary's trust and its perceived usefulness. Users' enjoyment also was found to help form a positive attitude toward T-auction services. Theoretical and practical implications of this study for current e-auction service providers and potential t-auction service providers are also discussed.

기업 내의 관계형성과 경영성과의 구조적 인과관계 (Structural Causal Relations with Formation of Relationship in Internal Organization of Enterprises and Management Performance)

  • 본 연구는 기업 내 서비스신뢰, 직무몰입, 고객서비스행동, 경영성과 간의 관계를 검증함으로써 종업원의 기업에 대한 신뢰가 어떻게 경영성과에 영향을 미치는가를 확인하고 설명하는데 있다. 본 조사의 설문은 국내 주요 제약사의 판매원으로부터 자료를 수집하였으며, AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 구조방정식모형분석으로 제기된 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 기업 내 서비스신뢰는 직무몰입과 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 반면, 고객서비스행동에는 부정적인 영향을 주었다. 그리고 고객서비스행동은 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기업 내 서비스신뢰는 경영성과에 직접적인 영향을 주었고, 또한 직무몰입과 고객서비스행동을 통해 유의한 영향을 주었다. 결론적으로 정리하면, 종업원이 자신이 속한 조직에서 직무에 헌신할 때 고객에 대한 서비스행동이 높아지며 경영성과도 성취될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 판매를 통한 높은 수준의 경영성과를 성취하기 위해서는 종업원의 직무에 대한 몰입을 강화해야 할 것이다.
