The article is devoted to the formation of approaches to improving the system of administration of customs payments in modern conditions. It is established that important components of the administration of customs payments are customs expertise, customs value assessment, and control over the declaration of goods to ensure the completeness and timeliness of customs duties payments to the budget. It is found that the practice of customs administration shifts the emphasis of foreign trade regulation to the use of the principles of work implying the use of the latest technologies for the preliminary electronic exchange of information, remote customs clearance of goods without the physical presence of an official, and consistent application of risk management. It is established that an important place in the structure of the state authorities regulating the foreign economic activity is given to the customs service. Furthermore, the existing problems in the implementation of international trade operations necessitate the improvement of approaches to the customs regulation of export-import activities of enterprises.

Calonectria pseudonaviculata and C. henricotiae are two closely related fungal species responsible for boxwood blight disease of ornamental shrubs (Buxus spp.) in the U.S. and Europe. A previous study has shown isolates of the latter species, which is restricted to Europe, to be less sensitive to tetraconazole, an azole fungicide. In this study, we have analyzed the CYP51 paralogs for polymorphism in 26 genomes, representing geographically disparate populations of C. pseudonaviculata (n = 19) and C. henricotiae (n = 7), from the U.S., Europe, Asia, and New Zealand. The presence of a CYP51A pseudogene and lack of a functional CYP51A paralog in all C. pseudonaviculata genomes examined is a novel discovery for fungi and could have implications for the evolution of resistance to antifungal chemicals.

LBlock-s is the core block cipher of authentication encryption algorithm LAC, which uses the same structure of LBlock and an improved key schedule algorithm with better diffusion property. Using the differential properties of the key schedule algorithm and the cryptanalytic technique which combines impossible boomerang attacks with related-key attacks, a 15-round related-key impossible boomerang distinguisher is constructed for the first time. Based on the distinguisher, an attack on 22-round LBlock-s is proposed by adding 4 rounds on the top and 3 rounds at the bottom. The time complexity is about only 2^68.76 22-round encryptions and the data complexity is about 2⁵⁸ chosen plaintexts. Compared with published cryptanalysis results on LBlock-s, there has been a sharp decrease in time complexity and an ideal data complexity.

In this paper, the state-of-the-art IVEF Service based on e-Navigation System was represented. The unification of the data exchange format among maritime-related systems is one of vital user-needs of e-Navigation, advantageous in bringing maritime safety and security. This paper propose the method to exchange marine information in IVEF, as recommended by the IALA, between VTS centers and Korea's GICOMS as well as the government-related agencies. To achieve this, a system data flow was designed which it acts as client and server. It enables the sending and receiving of Radar and CCTV images in accordance with the IVEF recommendation document of IALA.

We analyze a single server bulk input queue with optional server vacations under a single vacation policy and balking phenomenon. The service times of the customers as well as the vacation times of the server have been assumed to be arbitrary (general). We further assume that not all arriving batches join the system during server's vacation periods. The supplementary variable technique is employed to obtain time-dependent probability generating functions of the queue size as well as the system size in terms of their Laplace transforms. For the steady state, we obtain probability generating functions of the queue size as well as the system size, the expected number of customers and the expected waiting time of the customers in the queue as well as the system, all in explicit and closed forms. Some special cases are discussed and some known results have been derived.

The purpose of this study is to identify the present state of training system for mental health professionals. There are some topics which must be improved in the training system, like as reinforcement of qualification of the trainers, introduction of assessment system of the training, and other the quality improvement measures for the training system. Finally, the speciality and capability of mental health professionals will be promoted by supplements of the problematic matters and these efforts will be directly helpful to the people who has mental illnesses.

VoIP service is the transmission of voice data using SIP protocol on an IP-based network. The SIP protocol has many advantages, such as providing IP-based voice communication and multimedia service with low communication cost. Therefore, the SIP protocol disseminated quickly. However, SIP protocol exposes new forms of vulnerabilities to malicious attacks, such as message flooding attack. It also incurs threats from many existing vulnerabilities as occurs for IP-based protocol. In this paper, we propose a new virtual proxy to cooperate with the existing Proxy Server to provide state monitoring and detect SIP message flooding attack with IP/MAC authentication. Based on a proposed virtual proxy, the proposed system enhances SIP attack detection performance with minimal latency of SIP packet transmission.

This study was performed to examine the distribution of dermatophytes in asymptomatic 454 dogs and 106 cats and in 19 dogs with skin lesions in Taegu. The results obtained were summarized as follows ; 1. The isolation rates of dermatophytes were 10.1% (46/454) in asymptomatic dogs and 33.0%(35/106) in asymptomatic cats. 2. The isolation rates of dermatophytes in dogs and cats were lower at house than that at pet cannel and animal care center, and that in females were higher than that in males, 3. From dog, 43(93.5%) of M canis and 3(6.5%) of M gypseum, and from cats, 33(94.2%) of M canis, 1(2.9%) of M gypseum and M nunum were isolated.

There is an intuitive connection between signcryption and key agreement. Such a connector may lead to a novel way to construct authenticated and efficient group key agreement protocols. In this paper, we present a primary approach for constructing an authenticated group key agreement protocol from signcryption. This approach introduces desired properties to group key agreement. What this means is that the signcryption gives assurance to a sender that the key is available only to the recipient, and assurance to the recipient that the key indeed comes from the sender. Following the generic construction, we instantiate a distributed two-round group key agreement protocol based on signcryption scheme given by Dent [8]. We also show that this concrete protocol is secure in the outsider unforgeability notion and the outsider confidentiality notion assuming hardness of the Gap Diffie-Hellman problem.

The goal of hyperspectral pansharpening is to combine a hyperspectral image (HSI) with a panchromatic image (PANI) derived from the same scene to obtain a single fused image. In this paper, a new hyperspectral pansharpening approach using adaptive weighted regression and guided filter is proposed. First, the intensity information (INT) of the HSI is obtained by the adaptive weighted regression algorithm. Especially, the optimization formula is solved to obtain the closed solution to reduce the calculation amount. Then, the proposed method proposes a new way to obtain the sufficient spatial information from the PANI and INT by guided filtering. Finally, the fused HSI is obtained by adding the extracted spatial information to the interpolated HSI. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach achieves better property in preserving the spectral information as well as enhancing the spatial detail compared with other excellent approaches in visual interpretation and objective fusion metrics.
