In the postal delivery service, both the standardization of business process and the workload measurement is very important part of saving the cost and improving the efficiency. However, these are not easy to apply to real situation because of the labor-intensive and diversification of delivery environment. In this study, we develop the methodology for the standardization of business process and workload measurement model of the postal delivery service. Firstly, we introduce the work factor analysis on the postal delivery process. Then, we propose the methodology workload measurement model based on diversification of delivery environment.

It is expected that standardization framework for urban rail transit system will contribute to more convenient and safe traffic service and ensure higher reliability and availability of urban rail transit rolling stock and infrastructure. Since 1995, Korea Railroad Research Institute has been performing the project for standardization and development of urban rail transit technology to improve performance, safety and operational efficiency. Communication system in urban rail transit consists of various subsystems, such as radio communication system, digital transmission system, integrated monitoring system and broadcasting system and its standardization will be implemented based on these subsystem. Broadcasting system is to provide information related to operation and emergency to passengers and operators. In this paper, we suggest standardization scheme for urban rail transit broadcasting system through analysis on present state of the system.

이 연구의 목적은 KISTI의 정보유통 관련 부서들이 채택하고 있는 지식정보의 표준 및 기술 활용실태와 문제점을 파악하여, 향후의 국가 지식정보 표준화 기반구축의 기반자료를 수집하는 것이다. 데이터의 수집은 설문조사와 인터뷰를 통하여 수행되었고, 주요한 분석의 내용은 데이터 관리, 교환 및 통신 네트워크 운영의 표준화의 측면에서 검토되었다. 총 50종의 원내 DB 운영 체제 및 소프트웨어 활용과 표준의 활용 현황 분석에서 시급히 추진할 표준화의 과제는 과학기술분류, 메타데이터, 데이터 모델링, 데이터 포맷 및 DBMS, 과학기술용어, 검색프로토콜 등으로 나타났다.

학습자 정보의 표준화는 원격교육기관간의 원활한 학습자 정보 교류와 학습자 정보의 체계적 관리를 통한 학습자 중심의 이러닝 서버스를 제공하기 위해 반드시 필요하다. 기존의 학습자 정보 표준화 모형은 시스템간의 교류에 중점을 두는 경향이 있었으나, 학습자의 개별 특성에 따른 맞춤식 교육을 위해서는 교육적 관점에서 학습자 정보의 표준화를 다를 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 학습자 정보 표준화 모형에 대한 선행 연구를 바탕으로 학습자 성향 정보와 학습 성과 정보 등 교육적 목적을 위한 구체적인 표준화 항목을 도출하여 전체 3개 영역의 33개 항목으로 구성된 학습자 정보 표준화 모형을 개발하였다. 또한 이러닝의 운영 경험이 있는 26개 대학을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 학습자 정보 표준화 모형을 위한 필수 정보와 선택 정보를 구분하였다. 표준화 모형은 그 적용 범위와 목적에 따라 각 요소들의 중요도가 달라지는데, 본 연구에서는 표준화 모형의 적용 범위를 대학을 중심으로 한 고등교육 영역으로 한정하였다.

인천 영흥도 낚시어선 충돌사고와 같이 해양사고는 한 번 발생할 경우 많은 인명피해와 재산피해를 야기할 수 있다. 인천시는 이러한 해양사고를 예방하기 위해 해양사고 예방 안전관리 정책을 시행하고 있으며 특히, 차량용 무선통신기술(WAVE)기반 선박안전운행시범사업을 추진하여 충돌사고 예방을 위한 선박간 충돌경보 서비스를 주요 서비스로 제공할 예정이다. 하지만, 이러한 서비스를 사용자에게 제공하기 위해서는 구체적인 서비스 형태, 구성, 체계 등 표준화 방안 개발이 필요하고 이는 사용자 요구분석을 기반으로 분석이 되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 해당 서비스의 대상이 되는 선박운항자와 유관기관 관계자의 요구분석을 통해 WAVE 통신기반 충돌경보 서비스 표준화 방안을 개발하여 제시하였다. 이는 실증사업에서 도출된 데이터와 더불어 지속적인 개선과 표준화를 위한 노력을 통해 서비스의 질적 향상, 전문성 및 신뢰성 확보 등에 기여하고 결과적으로 해양사고 예방에 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.

The metadata for urban meteorological observation is standardized through comparison with those established at the World Meteorological Organization and the Korea Meteorological Administration to understand the surrounding environment around the sites exactly and maintain the networks and sites efficiently. It categorizes into metadata for an observational network and observational sites. The latter is again divided into the metadata for station general information, local scale information, micro scale information, and visual information in order to explain urban environment in detail. The metadata also contains the static information such as urban structure, surface cover, metabolism, communication, building density, roof type, moisture/heat sources, and traffic as well as the update information on the environment change, maintenance, replacement, and/or calibration of sensors. The standardized metadata for urban meteorological observation is applied to the Weather Information Service Engine (WISE) integrated meteorological sensor network and sites installed at Incheon area. It will be very useful for site manager as well as researchers in fields of urban meteorology, radiation, surface energy balance, anthropogenic heat, turbulence, heat storage, and boundary layer processes.

스마트 농업에 대한 기준 모델, 서비스 능력, 네트워크 능력에 대한 기술 표준화 과정을 추진해 오는 과정에서 현안으로 떠오르는 내용이 병충해, 전염병과 같은 위기상황이 가져올 수 있는 영향에 대한 우려였다. 동물의 감염요인인 구제역, 조류 인플루엔자 등의 위기요인들은 경제적 손실은 물론 인간의 사회활동에도 많은 제약을 가져와 국가경제에 막대한 영향을 끼치게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 인적요인, 자연재해 및 동물 감염 등의 위기로 인한 ICT 해결 방안인 네트워크 기반에서의 위기완화 서비스의 표준화 로드맵을 제시하여 표준기술을 적용 이러한 문제를 해결하는데 긍정적 요소로 작용할 것으로 판단된다.

우주개발은 각국의 우주 기관에 의해 독자적으로 진행되어 왔다. 이는 기능별 중복 개발을 야기하여서 자원의 낭비를 초래한다. 이에, 국제기관 간 상호 합의 하에 표준화, 규격화를 위한 IOAG(Interagency Operations Advisory Group)가 설치되었으며, 상호 기관 간 교차지원(cross support)을 통해 우주 자원을 우주 기관 상호 간에 효율적으로 사용할 수 있다. IOAG는 네트워크 레이어에 따라 Catalog#1, #2, #3으로 각각 정의되어 있다. 본 기술서에서는 IOAG Service catalog의 배경과 주요 내용, 그리고 국내 우주기술개발에의 적용 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop an information system for home care service based on RAI(Resident Assessment Instrument). The standardization of service providing process was conducted using the steps of need assessment, triggers, application of CAPs, and care plan. The structure of MDsoft-HC was composed by MDS-CAPS system and system management system. A database on home care clients was accumulated by putting data, respectively, in general information, MDS-item, and MDS-result. Based on this data, the list of CAPs for the client was selected and monthly and annual statistics were calculated by problem result counts. It was suggested that standardization of a care plan would be integrated and short form of need assessment would be developed in the next stage.

Extended reality (XR) provides an immersive virtual experience by using various media. The XR virtual environment enables interactions between the real and virtual worlds in virtual, augmented, and mixed reality scenarios. XR is being used in various areas such as industry, medical care, road transportation, gaming, education, and culture. XR and multimedia enhancement are important business scenarios for fifth-generation (5G) mobile networks. As users' demand for emerging media services gradually increases, enhancements in networks should be implemented for delivering multimedia services such as XR. We describe related standardization trends and requirements of the XR service in 5G mobile networks. We also discuss technological enhancements for 5G mobile networks as specified by the 3GPP SA2 working group.
