Purpose: We aimed to identify the awareness and reporting obligation attitude toward child abuse among paramedic students who will become paramedics in the future and play an important role as those with an obligation to report child abuse. Methods: Data were collected from the paramedic students after consent to this study through online. The period of data collection was from July 10 to August 2, 2023 and 142 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 program. Results: 79.6% of the subjects knew who was required to report child abuse, but only 46.5% knew the reporting agency, and 30.3% knew the reporting procedure. Additionally, 83.8% were willing to report child abuse when discovered. Awareness of child abuse was 4.58±0.29 points out of 5. The reporting obligation attitude toward child abuse was 3.53±0.74 out of 5. Awareness of child abuse was determined by whether one was required to report child abuse (p<.05), whether one was aware of the reporting procedure (p<.05), and whether one was willing to report child abuse (p<.05), there appeared to be a significant difference. Attitude toward reporting obligation regarding child abuse was determined by gender (p<.05), whether one was aware of the obligation to report child abuse (p<.05), and willingness to report upon discovery of child abuse (p<.01), it was found that there was a significant difference. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop realistic educational content that can be linked to suspected abuse sites in hospitals and out of hospitals so that students who will become paramedics in the future can play an active role as mandatory reporters of child abuse.

본 연구에서는 동물병원 창업을 중심으로 국내 기존 펫(pet) 창업자의 특성이 창업성공에 미치는 영향을 평가해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 동물병원 창업자의 배경적 특성과 심리적 특성, 그리고 창업준비과정 특성, 동물병원 서비스요인 특성들이 창업성공 요인, 즉 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 재무적 성과 및 비재무적 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 서울 경기 지역 동물병원 150곳에 대하여 설문을 통한 조사연구를 수행하였으며 다음과 같은 주요 결과를 도출하였다. 우선, 창업성과 요인 중 재무적 성과에 대한 연구모형의 분석 결과, 창업자의 배경특성변인 중 학력 요인은 동물병원의 재무적 성과에 부정적인 영향력을 미치며, 창업자의 심리특성 중 통제위치 요인이, 창업준비과정 변인 중에서는 자금조달 요인이 전체적인 재무적 성과에 긍정적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 창업성과 요인 중 비재무적 성과에 대한 연구모형의 분석 결과, 창업자의 창업준비과정 변인 중 위험감수성향, 서비스품질 중 무형서비스품질이 비재무적 성과에 긍정적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

모바일 아이피는 무선 모바일 노드의 이동성에 따른 기존 아이피 주소 체계의 고유성 보장 문제를 해결하고자 제안되었다. 네트워크 레이어에서의 핸드오프는 모바일 광고 메시지를 수신하게 됨으로써 완료되는데, 메시지 광고 주기는 지연 시간과 밀접한 관련을 가지게 된다. 일반적으로 평균 500ms의 큰 지연시간을 발생시키게 되며 인터넷 전화나 멀티미디어 스트리밍 서비스와 같은 경우에 치명적인 문제로 작용할 수 있다. 기존의 기법에서는 최근의 모바일 광고 메시지를 저장하고 있는 캐싱 에이전트의 리플레잉 정책에 의하여 핸드오프 지연 시간을 감소시켰지만, 모바일 아이피 등록 과정 동안의 패킷 손실과 지연 시간 증가의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 위와 같은 문제를 해결하고자 캐싱 에이전트를 개선해 핸드오프 완료 전에 데이터 포워딩이 가능하도록 하였고, 또한 빠른 모바일 아이피 등록을 위해 CoA풀을 도입하여 핸드오프 지연 효과를 감소하는 기법을 제안하였다.

최근 중저속 환경에서 인터넷서비스를 제공하는 WiMAX는 현재 Wi-Fi보다 그 기능 및 범위가 넓어지고 있다. 네트워크 범위가 넓어지면서 WiMAX는 가입자의 핸드오버시 발생할 수 있는 보안문제를 가입자 재인증 과정을 통해 해결하고 있지만 전력소모와 지연문제를 발생하면서 WiMAX 보안 문제가 추가적으로 발생되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 Mobile WiMAX에서 대두되고 있는 지연문제와 처리량 문제를 해결하기 위해 인터 도메인간 가입자의 재인증 처리절차를 간소화하면서 핸드오버상에 발생할 수 있는 보안 문제를 예방하는 핸드오버 메커니즘을 제안한다. 제안된 메커니즘은 유연성과 보안성을 향상시키기 위해 PKI 구조와 협력할 수 있고, 가입자의 끊김 없는 서비스 제공을 통해 네트워크 재진입 과정이나 재인증 과정을 최소화 할 수 있다. 실험 결과 제안기법은 기존 IEEE 802.16e 표준보다 이동 가입자 수에 따른 처리량이 9.5% 낮았고, 핸드오버시 발생하는 man-in-the-middle 공격과 reply 공격에 안전함을 증명하고 있다.

There are many queueing systems where customers wait for service up to a certain amount of time and leave the system if they are not served during that time. This paper considers a finite capacity multi-server queueing system with Poisson input and Erlang service time, where a customer becomes a lost customer when his service has not begun within an exponential patient time after his arrival. Performance measures such as average queue length, the average number of customers in service, and the proportion of lost customers can be obtained exactly through the proposed numerical solution procedure.

Currently, the VHE (suggested for global roaming user to provide personal service environment) implementation scenario is being proposed to realize 3G network requirements. However, developing VHE scenarios are focused on signal flow between node and network, and network and network. this case may result in weakness to protect subscriber's privacy in 3G network which commonly uses visited network. In this paper, we reanalyze a several VHE implementation scenarios for user profile protection, indicate a problem concerning user privacy, and finally, design a procedure to cope with vulnerability in VHE implementation scenario.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the influences of service experience and brand reputation on intention by word of mouth(WOM) when consumers get experiences at beauty salon. We made 2(valence of service experience: positive/negative) ${\times}$ 2(brand reputation level: high/low) subjects experimental design in order to find reason that there is a significant difference of intention by word of the mouth between positive experience condition and negative experience condition. Also we tried to find the interaction of two factors. To test our hypothesis, an experiment was performed on 68 university students in seoul area. Specifically, we used 2-way ANOVA and planned contrast method through SPSS 12.0 procedure. As a result, a two-way ANOVA demonstrated a significant main effect of service experience, which means that people more intend to make WOM when they experience a negative service than a positive service. Also the ANOVA showed a significant interaction effect between service experience and brand reputation, which represents that people more intend to make WOM for high-reputed(low-reputed) brand than low-reputed(high-reputed) brand when they encounter negative(positive) services.

Arguments in favor of cyclic servicing, as opposed to random servicing, in connection with machines which stop in a random manner, are not conclusive because hitherto no general formular has been available for calculating the results which may be expected from cyclic servicing. The aim of the following paper is to help in evaluating the cyclic procedure by presenting a formular for calculating the standard efficiency of a group of semi-automatic machines assigned to one operator who will service them on a cyclic pattern.

Efforts to apply augmented reality (AR) technology in the medical field include the introduction of AR techniques into dental practice. The present report introduces a simple method of applying AR during an inferior alveolar nerve block, a procedure commonly performed in dental clinics.

A binary linear integer program is formulated for the problem of expanding the capacity of a fiber optic network and routing the traffic to deliver new interactive multimedia services. A two-phase Lagrangian dual search procedure and a Lagrangian heuristic are developed. Computational results show superior performance of the two-phase subgradient optimization compared with the conventional one-phase approach.
