TV 홈쇼핑 모바일 애플리케이션의 고객화가 서비스 품질 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (The Impact of Customization of TV Home Shopping Mobile Applications on Service Quality and Customer Loyalty)

  • Purpose: We examine the impact of Customization of TV Home Shopping Mobile Applications on Service Quality and Customer Loyalty. Methods: We collect data by using survey and proposed relationships between latent variables using Structural Equations Modeling. Results: We find that Customization of TV Home Shopping Mobile Applications positively affect Service Quality and Customer Loyalty. In addition, service quality work as a mediate variable between Customization with Customer Loyalty. Conclusion: Our findings explain the significant relationships between each variables and hence it is necessary to consider Customization and Service Quality in order to achieve desired goal of enhancing business performance through mobile applications.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design a system for quality management and improvement of overall public services. Methods: Literature Review, Framework Design Method, Case Studies Analysis Results: Public Service Quality Management Principles, Definition of Public Services Quality Management Areas, Quality Management Guidelines, Service Quality Management Tools Conclusion: In this study, a study case of the public service quality management framework, which is a system that supports overall quality management and continuous quality improvement of public services, is presented. The management system was designed based on the existing research results and domestic and foreign cases of public service standardization, targeting the entire public service.

지각된 의료서비스 품질이 구전의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Perceived Medical Service Quality on Word-of-Mouth Intention)

  • Objectives : This study empirically verified the effects of service provided by medical service providers on customer satisfaction and favorable word-of-mouth intention. Moreover, it measured the mediation effects of customer satisfaction in the relationship between medical service quality factors and favorable word-of-mouth intention and proposed implications in terms of marketing. Methods : The research hypothesis was verified with a structural equation, and the Sobel test was used to analyze of customer satisfaction in the relationship between medical service quality factors and word-of-mouth intention. Results : From the hypothesis verification results, physical and human factors among the quality factors of medical service affected customer satisfaction.Additionally,customer satisfaction interacted as a factor influencing favorable word-of-mouth intention. Conclusions : Medical service providers should work to enhance the satisfaction of customers in terms of human and physical factors by providing quality medical service that is different from other providers and by improving the quality of medical service and the environment which could lead to effective word-of-mouth intention.

  • Since the provision of Permanent Affordable Housing in the early 1990's, it is confronted with the need to strengthen its welfare service due to aging of its facilities and the declining welfare system for its tenants. In addition, the aging population of tenants is on the rise, increasing the group of tenants that are in need of care. The local social community center has entered into the community of permanent affordable housing and takes partial responsibility in the tenant's social welfare. However, social community center is mainly responsible for providing welfare service to its local residents and thus limited in its ability to satisfy welfare service to tenants of permanent affordable housing. Therefore, it is required to renew the existing welfare system to better suit social demands of tenants according to its specific social group and the characteristics of housing complex. This study aims to propose methods that can strengthen welfare service and analyze the characteristics of welfare service by investigating the existing conditions of welfare system for the tenants in permanent affordable housing complex. For this purpose, this study presents with categories of service standards, by breaking down and codifying welfare service and propose applicable mixed-use service in pre-existing permanent affordable housing.

A Study on 5G Service Methods by using BOCR Model and ANP

  • Recently, South Korea preferentially allocated frequencies to build 5G networks as a core competitiveness of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Although the government recognize the importance of 5G construction and preoccupation, network operators have limited to some services, testing the possibility of practical use of 5G. They hesitated to actively build and to carry out the service of a complete 5G network. While 5G is being developed and standardized like this, no one is sure of this step exactly what 5G will be. Thus, following research questions are asked by various stakeholders of 5G market: What is an ideal service providing method for the practical use of 5th generation mobile network? And what are the critical elements to be considered when selecting the service providing method? Therefore, the study aims to investigate 5G service providing issues and elements to be considered and to provide most appropriate service providing method for the practical use of 5G. The results identify that 'Specialized Service' is most appropriate method at the aspects of benefit and opportunity as well as the aspect of risk. In addition, the outcomes imply that the experts replying to the survey not only expect the expansion of emerging market, but also concern the social risk and cost. Since the study dealt with economic, social and business issues in providing 5G service, it might contribute not only to practical research, but also to academic research regarding 5G service method.

조직 구성원의 기업 ESG 인식과 서비스 품질: 택배 서비스를 대상으로 한 다수준 분석 (The Relationship between Employees' ESG Perception and Service Quality: A Multi-level Analysis in the Korean Parcel Delivery Industry)

  • Purpose: This study examines the relationship between the environment, society, and governance (ESG) perception of service providers and service quality by considering job satisfaction as a mediator in the Korean parcel delivery context. Methods: This study uses a multi-level analysis by incorporating organizational and individual levels of analysis. It employs a survey method for measuring the ESG perception of parcel delivery persons and service quality ratings from the Korean government. A hierarch regression analysis with 241 responses was used to test hypotheses. Results: The results of this study provide evidence that the ESG perception, particularly its social dimension, of parcel delivery persons is positively associated with service quality. This study also finds the positive effect of the ESG perception on job satisfaction. However, the mediating effect of job satisfaction between the ESG perception and service quality was not confirmed. Conclusion: This study presents significant implications for scholars and practitioners. Parcel delivery companies should implement relevant ESG activities and communicate them with their service persons to improve delivery service quality. The ESG perception of employees plays a critical role in the moment of truth in parcel service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

빛의 굴절에 대한 초등예비교사의 개념이해와 지도계획의 어려움 분석 (Analysis of Elementary Pre-Service Teacher's Difficulties in Conceptual Understanding and Instructional Planning of Light Refraction)

  • 이 연구는 초등예비교사가 빛의 굴절 단원의 교사용 지도서를 읽을 때 생성한 질문을 분석함으로써 개념이해에 있어서의 어려움과 지도계획을 세울 때의 어려움에 어떤 것이 있는지를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 2015 개정 교육과정 6학년 1학기 '빛과 렌즈' 단원의 지도서를 읽고 초등예비교사 283명이 생성한 의미있는 질문은 총 592개였고 이 중 물리 개념이해를 위한 질문은 총 306개, 교육학적 질문은 총 286개였다. 분석 결과, 초등예비교사는 물리 개념이해 측면에서 굴절이 일어나는 원인, 빛을 산란시켜야 하는 이유, 볼록렌즈의 초점거리에 따른 상의 변화 원인 등 교과서에 제시된 현상이 일어난 '원인'의 개념 이해에 어려움을 가지고 있었다. 지도계획 측면에서는 개념의 설명방법에 대한 질문, 즉 초등학생에게 개념에 대한 설명을 하지 못하고 현상만을 지도하여야 하는 것에 대한 질문, 특정 개념에 대한 구체적인 설명방법, 실험 방법 등에 대한 질문 그 뒤를 이었다. 교사용 지도서에는 교사들의 개념이해를 돕기 위한 여러 가지 설명들과 보충자료가 포함되어 있음에도 불구하고 일부 개념에 대해서는 지도서를 읽고서도 의문이 해결되지 않는 초등예비교사가 많이 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 질문의 빈도가 높은 개념에 대해서는 좀 더 알기 쉽게 지도서를 작성할 필요가 있다. 지도계획에 있어서는 교수법과 실험방법에 대한 질문이 많았기 때문에 교사용 지도서에서 개념의 설명방법에 대한 예시와 구체적 실험방법을 좀 더 제공할 필요가 있다.

u-GIS 환경에서 OpenAPI와 매쉬업 가능 서비스에 대한 통합 검색 기법 개발 (Development Integrated Retrieval Methods for OpenAPIs and Mashup Capable Services in u-GIS Environments)

  • 웹의 양상이 '웹 2.0'으로 변화해감에 따라, '웹 2.0'의 핵심요소인 OpenAPI의 사용이 늘어가고 있다. OpenAPI란 자신들의 사이트에서만 이용할 수 있는 서비스를 외부에서도 이용할 수 있도록 공개한 프로그래밍 인터페이스이다. u-GIS 국토정보도 이러한 OpenAPI를 활용하여 여러 벤더들이 제공하는 서비스를 매쉬업하여 제공할 수 있다. 하지만, OpenAPI는 이미 많이 존재하며 빠르게 증가하기 때문에 사용자가 원하는 서비스를 정확하게 찾는 것은 어렵게 되었다. 또한 여러 개의 OpenAPI를 연결하여 새로운 서비스를 만드는 매쉬업 서비스를 위한 서비스 검색에 어려움이 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 서비스 검색의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 웹서비스 검색 엔진을 확장하여 통합서비스 정보모델을 정의하고, 정보모델을 바탕으로 통합 검색과 매쉬업 가능 서비스 검색 기법을 개발하였다. 또한 개발한 검색 기법을 관계형 데이터베이스와 JSP를 통해 구현함으로써 유사도 기반의 순위화 된 검색 결과, OpenAPI 통합검색, 카테고리 검색, 매쉬업가능 서비스 검색을 제공함을 확인하였다.

국내 2018년 의약품 소비량 및 판매액 통계 산출 및 국제 비교 (A Critical Evaluation and International Comparison of Pharmaceutical Consumption and Sales Statistics)

  • Background: Health statistics of pharmaceutical use and expenditure are essential to make and implement evidence-based pharmaceutical policy. This study aims to demonstrate the methods and results of pharmaceutical consumption and sales in 2018 according to the sources and methods given by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Methods: The medication list contains 39,346 medicines both reimbursed and non-reimbursed by the National Health Insurance in 2018. We used the therapeutic categories based on Anatomic Therapeutic Chemical Classification of World Health Organization. This study analyzed National Health Insurance claims data and supply data generated from wholesalers to health care facilities. The indicators are defined daily dose (DDD), per 1,000 inhabitants per day and US$ per capita. Results: In South Korea, the number of medications to which DDD were assigned was 18,055 and it was 45.9% of the total number of medications on the list. The consumption in anti-infective for systemic use (J) and musculo-skeletal system (M) was higher than the mean consumption among the OECD countries. The pharmaceutical sales per person in Korea was also higher than the mean sales per person across the OECD countries. Conclusion: We sought to explain the methods to produce pharmaceutical consumption and sales statistics which we had submitted annually to OECD. Considering the characteristics of pharmaceutical statistics, a direct comparison should be approached with caution. Since the growth in pharmaceutical spending has greatly increased over the past decade, we need to monitor pharmaceutical consumption and expenditure consistently.

한의학 연구에 있어 의료서비스연구가 갖는 의의 고찰 (Study on the Significance of Health Services Research Methods for Studying Traditional Korean Medicine)

  • Objectives : Many researchers in western societies raised questions on methodological limitations of randomized controlled trial (RCT) for studying Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM), and they have tried to find alternatives to RCT. Some of them recently have interest in health service research as one of the alternatives. Discussing the significance of health services research in CAM studies will be helpful to guide the researchers in Korea who are also interested in developing an appropriate research methodology for traditional Korean medicine. Methods : Previous studies on methodological issues of studying CAM and health service researches published in western societies until 2009 were searched mainly from Pubmed. The definition, main research domains, and research methods of health service research and the significance of it for researches on CAM were summarized. Results & Conclusions : Health service researches are important in two aspects. First, health service researches evaluate the actual practice of CAM, including the individualized diagnosis as well as treatment and interaction between practitioners and patients. Second, when evaluating the outcomes, they put an emphasis on subjective evaluation by patients as well as objective evaluation by doctors. Thus, it can reflect the treatment goals of CAM which is improving the overall quality of life and the physical and psychological health. Therefore, health services researches such as descriptive studies, qualitative studies, outcomes studies including economic evaluation, and whole systemic research should be more utilized in order for studying traditional Korean medicine.
