  • The business is faced with the situation must improve a power in an increasingly competitive environment due to the recent rapid advance in information technology and the opening and expansion of global market, fast technological change, and various customer demand. The rapid change in information technology is having an effect on not only all the processes to develop products, but information contents that is provided for the purpose of customer value, and the appearance of products. In other words, the information technology is being recognized as a very important factor among other factors for companies to enhance their competitiveness. In addition, it is more efficient to focus on key factor to maintain the competitive advantage on the using of information technology by outsourcing information systems, rather than by operating the systems under their own. Since the global financial crisis, the long-term recession has been increasing companies who is ready to adopt outsourcing or adopted already. This study is to understand the environment and unique characteristics of outsourcing services and related industries focusing on information system operation and management in information outsourcing services, and is to set the concept needed through my theory that is connected to the service quality and customer satisfaction. A lot of business wiew the improvement of service quality and ensuring customer satisfaction as the major factors of business growth, and lots of ongoing studies have focused on service management in the Information outsourcing service industry. Yet few studies have ever concentrated on the quality of information system operation management service. This study, moreover, is to define the quality of service related with customer satisfaction from customer's viewpoint, measuring effects on customer satisfaction. The quality of outsourcing service on information system in this study is a great help to companies who are offering information outsourcing service, and company's managers and staffs who outsourcedto specialized company.

  • The location-based service is one of the most powerful services in the mobile area. The location-based service provides information service for moving user's location information and information service using wire / wireless communication. In this paper, we propose a model for personalized recommendation system which includes location information and personalized recommendation system for location-based service. For this service system, we consider mobile clients that have a limited resource and low bandwidth. Because it is difficult to input the words at mobile device, we must deliberate it when we design the interface of system. We design and implement the personalized recommendation system for location-based services(advertisement, discount news, and event information) that support user's needs and location information. As a result, it can be used to design the other location-based service systems related to user's location information in mobile environment. In this case, we need to establish formal definition of moving objects and their temporal pattern.

Visions and the Use of a Community Information and Communication Technology (ICT): Assessing the Effectiveness of the Delivery of Community Network Services

  • This study investigated the use of community information and communication technologies in light of its dual visions (i.e., serving as an affordable Internet service provider and a community building tool). Surveying the randomly selected users of a community network (n = 213), this study examined the influence of the community features on service use compared to that of Internet features. The present study found that the respondents were using the service mainly for general Internet features, such as email and web access. More than two-thirds of the respondents did not recognize community contents as available service. Community features of the service were found as significant predictors of use only among people who were aware of community contents but not among people who were not. Nonetheless, there was no difference in the amount of use between the two groups, indicating that the awareness of community contents itself did not increase use. Findings suggest that the service providers did not fully communicate the community aspect of the service with the users although the very aspect distinguishes the service from other Internet services.

사회서비스 이용자 정보가용성이 서비스 품질 및 만족에 미치는 영향: 재가노인복지서비스를 대상으로 (The Effects of Information Literacy of Social Service Users' on Service Quality and Satisfaction: Based on Elderly Home Care Services)

  • 본 연구는 재가노인복지서비스 이용자들 사이에 정보가용성의 차이가 있는지 확인하고, 정보가용성이 품질 및 만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 전라북도 지역 이용자의 응답자료 466부를 활용하여 차이검증과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스 이용자의 성별, 가구 형태, 거주 지역, 학력, 주관적 건강상태에 따라 정보가용성의 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 정보가용성은 서비스 품질과 만족에 유의미하게 영향을 미쳤다. 정보가용성의 하위요소 중 특히 서비스 내용에 대한 정보와 요구 가능한 내용에 대한 정보는 기타 정보가용성 하위요소 보다 서비스 품질 및 만족에 더욱 큰 영향력을 나타내었으며, 이는 각 이용자의 욕구와 상황을 기반으로 한 맞춤형 서비스의 중요성을 보여준다. 본 연구는 재가노인복지서비스 이용자들 사이의 정보가용성이 서비스 만족과 품질에 미치는 영향력을 확인하였고, 이러한 결과는 재가노인복지서비스 이용자 중 정보취약계층에 대한 효율적이고 능동적인 정보제공 방안이 필요함을 시사한다.

안전지향형 노변방송서비스 체계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Safety Oriented System Design of Highway Advisory Radio Service)

  • The objective of this study is to develop highway advisory radio service for road safety oriented system design of the point by regional groups or geographical distributions. To develop these highway advisory radio service, traffic information provided service areas, responds for incident and accident, and road condition in service sections based on traffic information of highway advisory radio service. This study contributes to service of traffic information for safety driving, which is transport congestion areas and recognition of traffic congestion status in advanced traffic information service. As result of this study, systematic design of the advanced highway and traffic safety guides to management systems by highway advisory radio service.

  • In this paper, we developed those Directory Services based on the Web-Service, because Web-Service environments provide a suitable method to gather requested information in an appropriate way. The proposed architecture cooperate with other OpenLS(Open Location Service) Core Services ( Location Utility Service and Router Determin ation service) and is an interoperability one - it ident ifies those global elements of the global Web-Services network that are required in order to ensure interoperability between Web-Services. In this paper, a new architecture of Directory Service with OpenLS Core Services is proposed and tested in OpenLS Core Services environments.

모바일 관광정보 서비스특성이 지각된 가치 만족도 및 이용의도에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effect of Mobile Tourism Information Service Features on Perceived Value, Satisfaction, and Using Intentions)

  • Purpose - Due to the rapidly changing environment, the needs of information distribution are emphasized more than ever before. As information changes to cater to diversity, professionalism, and detailed segmentation, this information is produced exponentially. Many researchers working in intelligence agencies are feeling the need to establish a comprehensive information management and information distribution system in a systematic and more effective manner. Mobile marketing is based on communication when consumers can access information using GPS systems whatever their location may be when they are on a trip. Until recently, Korean companies have been struggling to perform well in the larger mobile tourism information service (MTIS) for Chinese tourists, which is regarded as a blue ocean area. The principal dimensions of the characteristics of a mobile tourism information service were analyzed, and the influence on perceived value and satisfaction was identified. Moreover, the relationship among the variable satisfaction and using intentions was empirically analyzed. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examined the structural relationship among mobile tourism information features, perceived value, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions. It is based on analyzed data from questionnaires involving advanced research. A questionnaire survey targeting Chinese students using a mobile tourism information service in Korea was conducted. A total of 230 questionnaires were circulated, and 221 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis, excluding invalid data. The data were analyzed with structural equation modeling with SPSS 21.0 statistic package reliability analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis were implemented, and the effects of the mobile tourism information service features on perceived value, satisfaction, and using intentions were presented. Results - First, mobile tourism information service features have a direct positive effect on the practical value, and do not affect the hedonic value. Second, perceived value has a statistically positive effect on satisfaction. Third, perceived value has a positive effect on behavioral intentions. Fourth, satisfaction has a direct positive effect on behavioral intentions. Conclusion - MTIS (mobile tourism information service) involves personal, social, and technical characteristics. We have analyzed the effects of mobile tourism information service on perceived value, and on satisfaction and using intentions. First, the study shows that the characteristics of mobile tourism information service and perceived value in relation to mobile tourism information service usage are important for marketing in the Chinese market. Moreover, after using a mobile tourism information service, the effect on practical value is more than on hedonic value. We could not analyze the program for tourism information service extensively, and used only questionnaires from Chinese students in Korea. In the future, there should be research on the programs for a tourism information service. We expect to study the MTIS program in greater detail, and to improve the quality and reputation of MTIS through the analysis of its program. We hope that this research will allow an evaluation of the relationship between Korea and China regarding MTIS.

국립디지털도서관의 정보서비스 정책 수립에 관한 연구 (A Study on Establishment of Information Service Policy of National Digital Library)

  • 국립디지털도서관(NDL)이 국가대표 디지털도서관으로서 본연의 기능을 수행하기 위해선 최신의 정보환경인 IT 및 유비쿼터스 환경을 고려한 정보서비스 정책이 수립되어야 한다. 본 연구는 전술한 필요성에 의거하여 포커스그룹 인터뷰와 이용자 및 사서를 대상으로 한 설문조사 분석을 통하여 NDL의 정보서비스 정책을 수립하였다. 또한, 수립된 정보서비스 정책의 타당성을 제고하기 위하여 국립중앙도서관 관계자들을 대상으로 한 중간 평가와 외부 전문가 및 자문단을 통한 1, 2차 검증을 통하여 최종적으로 NDL 정보서비스 정책의 비전, 사명 목적, 목표, 전략 등을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 제시된 NDL의 정보서비스 정책은 초유의 연구사례로서 향후, 정보서비스 정책을 수립하고 세부지침을 마련하고자 하는 다른 디지털도서관에게도 경험적 사실과 근거를 제시하여 줄 것이다.

유비쿼터스 관광 정보서비스 구축 현황 및 사례 분석 (Analysis on Current State and Development Cases of Ubiquitous Tourism Information Service)

  • 최근 유비쿼터스 기술이 발달하고 일상생활에 접목되면서, 관광 정보 서비스에 유비쿼터스 기술 도입이 추진되고 있다. 그러나 유비쿼터스 기술을 적용하고 관광 콘텐츠를 개발하는데 있어 각 지자체는 선례나 기준이 없어 개별적이고 독자적으로 구축, 서비스하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 향후 가속화될 유비쿼터스 관광정보 서비스의 표준적이고 효과적인 구축 방안을 수립하기 위한 기초단계로서 현재 국내에서 구축, 서비스되고 있는 유비쿼터스 관광정보서비스의 사례를 수집, 분석하고자 하였다. 먼저, 문헌 조사를 통하여 관광정보서비스에 활용 가능한 다양한 유비쿼터스 기술 동향에 대해 살펴보고, 유비쿼터스 관광정보서비스의 대표적인 사례들을 수집하여 유비쿼터스 적용기술, 디바이스 활용, 서비스 콘텐츠의 내용과 형식 등 네 가지 측면에서 현황과 문제점을 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 종합하여 향후 유비쿼터스 관광정보 서비스의 개괄적인 구축에 대한 시사점을 네 가지 각 항목에 따라 토의하였다. 본 연구는 각 지자체가 개별적이고 독자적으로 구축하고 있는 유비쿼터스 관광 콘텐츠의 총괄적인 현황과 문제점을 파악할 수 있게 하며, 전국적인 표준안을 마련하여 통합, 구축 및 운영에 대한 필요성을 역설하고 구축을 위한 개괄적인 방향을 시사한다는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다.

웹 서비스 적용을 위한 IoT 정보 수집 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Collection Method of IoT Information for The Adaptation of Web Services)

  • 사물인터넷은 4차 산업 전반에 적용할 수 있도록 다양한 환경 요구사항에 맞는 서비스 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문은 웹 서비스를 대상으로 공급자 중심 서비스 제공 환경에서 사용자 중심 서비스 제공 환경 구축을 위한 IoT Devices 정보 추출 방법을 제시한다. 사물인터넷 환경 기반 IoT Devices 정보를 활용하여 사용자에게 적합한 웹 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 서비스 목록을 제공한다. 기존 서비스 환경은 제공자 서비스 정보를 활용하여 서비스 선정이 이루어지는 방법에 집중되어 사용자 중심의 서비스 검색 방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 전통적으로 제공되는 제공자 정보에 IoT Devices에서 추출된 정보를 추가하여 서비스 목록을 사용자에게 제공한다. IoT 정보 수집은 IoT Devices와 사용자간의 정보, Device 간의 이벤트 정보 등 컨텍스트 정보를 식별자를 통해 구분하여 정보를 생성한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 IoT 정보를 통해 사용자에게 필요한 서비스 목록 제시하여 사용자 중심 서비스 환경을 구축한다.
