The development of information communication technology leads the growth of logistic industry including delivery service as well as electronic commerce. The researchers predict that it will be still improving for the next several years. The logistic information system of railroad courier has been growing for a long time with small-package delivery transportation which is similar to the land-road delivery system. Despite of the long-time growth, it is recently in pain of the great loss since the 1990's, due to the failure to satisfy the customer's need for door-to-door delivery service. But the logistic information system of railroad still has the great potential. There are so many benefits such as timeliness, Punctuality, speed, multi-node storage base, transportation efficiency, energy frugality, environmental sociability, and so on. If the railroad logistic system plays a role of a portion of the nation-wide logistic with other logistic system, the synergy through the balancing logistic will also get much of international competitive advantages. So the objective of this research is to design the model and prototype of the web-based logistic system from which railroad service provider(Korean National Railroad), delivery service providers, and the customers can share the best effective delivery information.

Shock and vibration inputs are transmitted from the transporting vehicle through the packaging to the fruit during the parcel delivery service. The vibration causes sustained bouncing of fruits against each other and the container wall. The steady state vibration input may cause serous fruit injury, and the damage is particularly severe if the fruits are bounced at its resonance frequency. The determination of the resonance frequencies of the fruits and vegetables may help the packaging designer to determine the proper packaging system providing adequate protection for the fruits, and to understand the complex interaction between the components of the fruits when they relate to expected transportation vibration inputs. To analyze the vibration properties of the apples for optimum packaging design during transportation for parcel delivery service, random vibration tests were carried out. In the random vibration test, the resonance frequency and PSD of the apples in packaging system for parcel delivery service in the test were in the range of 13 to 99 Hz and $0.0143{\sim}0.0923G^2/Hz$.

최근 들어 국내외에서 '여성복지'에 대한 관심의 증가와 더불어 사회복지정책이나 서비스를 성인지적(gender-sensitive)관점에서 분석하는 작업이 시도되고 있다. 그러나 아직도 클라이언트로서의 여성에 대한 관심은 그리 많지 않으며 여성을 서비스의 주 이용자로 하는 여성복지서비스 전달체계에 관한 연구 또한 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 여성복지서비스 전달체계의 현황을 개괄하고, 전달체계의 기능이 서비스 효과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 여성복지담당 공무원인 여성복지계장과 여성복지상담원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했다. 이들의 주관적 평가내용에 기초하여 통합성, 접근용이성, 지속성, 적합성, 노력성, 전문성의 6가지 원칙으로 여성복지서비스 전달체계의 기능을 평가하고, 직무만족도와 업무효과를 중심으로 전달체계의 서비스효과를 측정하였다. 분석결과를 정리하면 1)여성복지계장과 여성복지상담원 모두 전달체계의 기능 중 노력성(재정과 인력의 충분성)이 미흡하다고 지적하였다. 2)업무효과에서는 여성복지계장의 경우 대부분 긍정적인 평가를 하고 있으나 여성복지상담원은 업무내용에 따라 비교적 긍정적인 평가와 부정적인 평가가 엇갈렸다. 3)직무만족도에서는 여성복지계장과 여성복지상담원 모두 동료나 지도감독자, 상담소 이용자 등과의 인간적인 관계에 있어서는 만족하고 있으나 업무수행과 관련된 부분에서는 불만족스러워하고 있었다. 4)전달체계 기능 중 업무효과에는 전문성(계장)과 접근용이성(상담원)이, 직무만족도에는 노력성(계장), 통합성, 접근용이성, 적합성(상담원)이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 집단에 따라 상이한 결과를 보이긴 했어도 전달체계의 접근용이성, 적합성, 통합성, 노력성 및 전문성이 부분적으로 서비스의 효과와 만족도에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 것은 전달체계의 기능과 서비스의 효과성간에 유의미한 관계가 있음을 어느 정도 뒷받침해주고 있다.

이 연구는 대부분의 병원에 있어 구성원 수가 가장 많을 뿐 아니라 서비스 제공 과정에 고객과의 직접적인 접점이 가장 빈번한 간호사의 전문직업성이 직무만족과 고객지향성 및 서비스 제공 수준 간에 미치는 영향과 구조적 관계를 분석하여 구성원으로 하여금 양질의 서비스를 제공하는데 필요한 전략적 방안을 도출할 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구를 위해 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 서울지역의 6개 전문병원의 간호사 142명으로부터 자료를 수집하여 크론바흐 $\alpha$와 SPSS 2.0K를 이용한 요인분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 전문직업성은 고객지향성과 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나 서비스 제공 수준에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 고객지향성은 서비스 제공 수준에 정(+)의 영향을 미친 반면에 직무만족은 서비스 제공 수준에 정(+)의 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 간호학과의 교과과정에 고객만족과 서비스의 중요성을 강조하는 과목이 포함되어야 하며, 전문병원도 재직 중인 간호사를 대상으로 고객관리의 중요성을 지속적으로 교육하는 것이 필요할 것이다.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze various nursing services of delivery room nurses by hospital level, and identify importance and frequency to provide baseline data to establish delivery room nurses' roles. Methods: Through DACUM analysis technique, service descriptions, duties, and tasks were derived from the literature. A survey was done of 242 nurses from delivery rooms of hospitals, general hospitals, superior general hospitals, and special hospitals. Importance and frequency of each service were measured using a 4point scale, and results were analyzed using SPSS. Results: Nursing services for delivery room nurses consisted of 18 duties and 86 tasks. Duties with the highest importance were 'labor support' and 'infection management', and those with lowest importance were 'collaborative care' and 'communication'. The duty with the highest frequency was 'labor support', and lowest frequency was 'communication'. There were differences between importance and frequency depending on the size of hospitals. Conclusion: Results of this first study on nursing services of delivery room nurses. delivery room nurses are performing a wide range of nursing services and the various types are clarified including importance and frequency.

한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)에서 운영하고 있는 국가과학기술정보센터(National Discovery for Science Leaders)에서는 논문, 특허, 연구보고서, 표준 등에 대한 원문제공서비스(Document Delivery Service)를 수행하고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 이러한 원문제공서비스를 다른 기관의 홈페이지를 통해 공동 활용할 수 있도록 OpenAPI를 설계하고 구현하였다.

본 연구는 국내 도입단계에 있는 드론 물류배송서비스에 있어, 최종 사용자의 수용 태도와 활용의도를 검증 하였다. 본 연구목적을 위해 드론 물류배송서비스의 사례와 문헌연구를 바탕으로 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였고 설문조사를 통해 획득한 데이터를 SPSS 22.0을 활용해 검증하였다. 이에 확장된 기술수용모델(TAM)을 이용하여 새로운 기술 서비스의 영향관계 검증 결과, 드론 물류배송서비스 이용자의 개인 혁신성, 경제성, 편의성은 해당 기술의 수용 태도 및 활용의도에 인과 관계가 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 하지만 지각된 위험은 인과관계가 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 이에 드론 물류배송서비스 최종 사용자들의 수용태도와 활용의도에 관한 연구결과를 토대로 드론 배송서비스 도입 시 고려해야 할 사항 등에 대한 드론배송 서비스 사업화를 위한 마케팅시사점을 제공하였다.

Most existing studies on broadcast services in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems have focused on how to allocate the transmission power to the subcarriers. However, because a broadcasting system must guarantee quality of service to all users, the performance of the broadcast service dominantly depends on the channel state of the user who has the lowest received signal-to-noise ratio among users. To reduce the effect of the worst user on the system performance, we propose a joint delivery scheme of unicast and broadcast transmissions in OFDM systems with broadcast and unicast best-effort users. In the proposed joint delivery scheme, the BS delivers the broadcast information using both the broadcast and unicast subcarriers at the same time in order to improve the performance of the broadcast service. The object of the proposed scheme is to minimize the outage probability of the broadcast service while maximizing the sum-rate of best-effort users. For the proposed joint delivery scheme, we develop an adaptive power and subcarrier allocation algorithm under the constraint of total transmission power. This paper shows that the optimal power allocation over each subcarrier in the proposed scheme has a multi-level water filling form. Because the power allocation and the subcarrier assignment problems should be jointly solved, we develop an iterative algorithm to find the optimal solution. Numerical results show that the proposed joint delivery scheme with adaptive power and subcarrier allocation outperforms the conventional scheme in terms of the outage probability of the broadcast service and the sum-rate of best-effort users.

이용자의 요구에 의해 타 도서관 소장 자료를 복사해 주는 학술정보센터의 원문복사서비스는 저작권법상 저작권 제한 규정에서 그 법적 근거를 찾을 수 있다. 그러나 정보유통 기술의 발달과 함께 해외 저작물의 디지털 전송에 대한 이용자 요구가 증가하면서 보다 적극적인 정보서비스가 요구되고 있다. 이에 이 연구는 해외 저작물의 원문복사서비스에 대한 법적 근거 검토와 함께, 해외 정보서비스 기관의 저작권 권리처리 사례를 살펴봄으로써 해외 저작물의 디지털 복제 전송이 가능한 저작권 권리처리 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 갈수록 첨예해지고 있는 저작권 분쟁 시대에 저작권자의 권리를 보호하는 한편, 학술정보센터 이용자의 다양한 정보요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 새로운 서비스 모델을 기획할 수 있을 것이다.

This paper proposes a novel framework for virtual content delivery networks (CDNs) based on cloud computing. The proposed framework aims to provide multimedia content delivery services customized for content providers by sharing virtual machines (VMs) in the Infrastructure-as-a-Service cloud, while fulfilling the service level agreement. Furthermore, it supports elastic virtual CDN services, which enables the capabilities of VMs to be scaled to encompass the dynamically changing resource demand of the aggregated virtual CDN services. For this, we provide the system architecture and relevant operations for the virtual CDNs and evaluate the performance based on a simulation.
