실험계획법을 이용한 전자부품 위치정렬장치 최적 운영조건 사례연구 (A Study on Optimal Operation Conditions for an Electronic Device Alignment System by Using Design of Experiments)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design a systematic method to estimate optimal operation conditions of design variables for an electronic device alignment system. Method: The 2-level factorial design and the central composite design are used in order to plan experiments. Based on the experiment results, a regression model is established to find optimal conditions for the design variables. Results: 3 of 5 design variables are selected as major factors that affect the alignment system significantly. The optimized condition for each variable is estimated by using a sequential experiment plan and a quadratic regression model. Conclusion: The method designed in this study provides an efficient and systematic plan to select the optimized operation condition for the design variables. The method is expected to improve inspection accuracy of the system and reduce the development cost and period.

  • The hydraulic cylinder is used for actuating a sluice gate which controls the volume of water in the reservoir. Generally, the one cylinder type is used to operate the sluice gate. In order to reduce the required cylinder force to operate the sluice gate significantly, the sequentially operated-hydraulic cylinders type is designed and the optimal locating points of cylinders are searched using the complex method that is one kind of constrained direct search method.

  • In this paper, it is intended to introduce a method to solve multi-objective optimization problems and to evaluate its performance. In order to verify the performance of this method it is applied for a vertical roller mill for Portland cement. A design process is defined with the compromise decision support problem concept and a design process consists of two steps: the design of experiments and mathematical programming. In this process, a designer decides an object that the objective function is going to pursuit and a non-linear optimization is performed composing objective constraints with practical constraints. In this method, response surfaces are used to model objectives (stress, deflection and weight) and the optimization is performed for each of the objectives while handling the remaining ones as constraints. The response surfaces are constructed using orthogonal polynomials, and orthogonal array as design of experiment, with analysis of variance for variable selection. In addition, it establishes the relative influence of the design variables in the objectives variability. The constrained optimization problems are solved using sequential quadratic programming. From the results, it is found that the method in this paper is a very effective and powerful for the multi-objective optimization of various practical design problems. It provides, moreover, a reference of design to judge the amount of excess or shortage from the final object.

  • LMTT는 항만 자동화를 위한 수평 이송이 가능하도록 설계된 셔틀카와 격자구조의 레일에 부착된 스테이터 모듈(stator module)로 구성된 PMLSM(Permanent Magnetic Linear Synchronous Motor)에 의해 구동된다. 본 연구에서는 순차적 표본방법에 기초하여 구성된 크리깅 근사모델을 이용하여 이동체의 구조최적설계를 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 셀 요소로 유한요소 모델링된 이동체(mover)의 경량화 설계를 위하여 강도기준을 고려하고, 설계변수로는 가로빔, 세로빔, 휠 빔의 두께로 설정하였다. 순차적 크리깅모델에 의하여 구해진 최적해를 상용프로그램인 GENESIS를 이용하여 구해진 최적해와 비교, 검토하였다.

This method is difficult to design block control system, and we often make mistakes. In this paper, we propose the method that we design block control system and we analysis the difference of the method used this paper from conventional method.

다차원 범위 질의를 위한 순차 색인 기법 (A Sequential Indexing Method for Multidimensional Range Queries)

  • 이 논문은 다차원 범위 질의를 위한 순차 색인 기법인 세그먼트-페이지 색인(SP-색인)이라는 새로운 색인 기법을 제안한다. SP-색인의 목표는 (1) 다차원 색인 기법에서의 범위 질의의 성능 향상, (2) 과도한 색인의 재구성 없이 색인의 클러스터링이라는 두 가지로 요약된다. 오랜 동안의 데이타베이스 연구 결과로 다양한 다차원 색인 기법이 개발 되었지만, 대부분의 연구가 데이타 레벨의 클러스터링에 초점을 맞추었고, 색인 자체의 클러스터링에는 거의 관심을 두지 않았다. 따라서 대부분의 관련된 색인 노드가 디스크에 분산되고, 질의 처리 시에 많은 무작위 디스크 접근이 발생한다. SP-색인은 관련된 노드를 연속적인 디스크 페이지로 구성되는 하나의 세그먼트에 저장하여 노드들의 분산을 피하고, 세그먼트 내에서의 순차 접근을 통해 질의 처리 성능을 높인다. 실험 결과에 따르면 SP-색인은 페이지 기반의 전통적인 색인기법에 비해 수행 시간 면에서 수 배의 성능 향상을 보이고, 단순히 큰 페이지를 사용에 따른 디스크 대역폭 낭비를 줄인다.

분할타설되는 콘크리트 슬래브의 소성수축균열 특성에 대한 해석적 연구 (A Numerical Study on the Characteristics of Plastic Shrinkage Cracking on Concrete Slab with Sequential Placement)

  • 이 논문에서는 참고문헌(곽효경 등, 2004; 곽효경 등, 2005)에서 제안된 소성수축균열 해석모델을 바탕으로 분할타설되는 콘크리트 슬래브의 소성수축균열 해석방법을 제안하였다. 이 해석방법을 이용해 슬래브의 분할타설이 소성수축균열에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았고 분할타설방법에 따른 소성수축균열 발생 특성을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 나아가 콘크리트 배합과 외기조건 및 분할타설방법을 변수로 하여 수행한 소성수축균열 해석으로부터 얻어진 해석결과를 바탕으로 슬래브의 표면 건조시기와 먼저 타설된 콘크리트의 표면 건조를 방지하기 위한 임계 타설시간간격에 대한 모델식을 제안함으로써 슬래브에 소성수축균열이 발생하지 않도록 분할타설방법을 계획하거나 소성수축균열의 제어를 위해 적절한 시기에 양생을 시작할 수 있도록 하였다.

순차적 반응표면법을 이용한 상용 트럭 아마추어 코어 경량화 설계 (Light Weight Design of the Commercial Truck Armature Core using the Sequential Response Surface Method)

  • The armature core is a part responsible for the skeleton of the steering wheel. Currently, in the case of commercial trucks, the main parts of the parts are manufactured separately and then the product is produced through welding. In the case of this production method, quality and cost problems of the welded parts occur, and an integrated armature core made of magnesium alloy is used in passenger vehicles. However, in the case of commercial trucks, there is no application case and research is insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to develop an all-in-one armature core that simultaneously applies a magnesium alloy material and a die casting method to reduce the weight and improve the quality of the existing steel armature core. The product was modeled based on the shape of a commercial product, and finite element analysis (FEA) was performed through Ls-dyna, a general-purpose analysis program. Through digital image correlation (DIC) and uniaxial tensile test, the accurate physical properties of the material were obtained and applied to the analysis. A total of four types of compression were applied by changing the angle and ground contact area of the product according to the actual reliability test conditions. analysis was carried out. As a result of FEA, it was confirmed that damage occurred in the spoke area, and spoke thickness (tspoke), base thickness (tbase), and rim and spoke connection (R) were designated as design variables, and the total weight and maximum equivalent stress occurring in the armature core We specify an objective function that simultaneously minimizes . A prediction function was derived using the sequential response surface method to identify design variables that minimized the objective function, and it was confirmed that it was improved by 22%.
