현대패션의 그로테스크젝 특성에 관한 연구-1990년대 이후를 중심으로- (A Study on the Characteristics of Grotesque in Contemporary Fashion -Focused on since the 1990's-)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of Grotesque in Contemporary Fashion. The study selected the 1990's or after fashion material by the material of both $pr{\hat{e}}t-{\grave{a}}-porter$ collection and haute couture collection based on Europe. These days, the characteristics of grotesque have been categorized into four groups based on the theory of representative scholars of the Post Modernism era. The results are as follows. ${\cdot}$ The devilism creates shocking and destructive cruelty and fear by using frightening object and mysterious and devilish motif which symbolize the death of fashion ${\cdot}$ Hatred produces physical destroy of human body, anatomical expression inside human body, cruelty by naked sex expression, pains, cruel treatment, disillusion and unpleasantness, which have been caused by the disturbance and ideological confrontation of the society, and is said to be a kind of self-confession against dislike and fear of the disclosure of human existence. ${\cdot}$ Playfulness distorts and exaggerates clothes and human body forms, and produces abnormality and mystery because of vague sex identity. The playfulness of fashion can open fixed and closed world and lead it flexibly. ${\cdot}$ Heterogeneity is divided into both primitiveness and virtuality The primitiveness distorts or transforms human body through the human body decoration of primitive race, and expresses a grotesque form combining human being and other animals. It gives a question to the existence of alienated and suppressed life through the world. in which everything is mixed and not separated. The virtuality introduces not only cyborg form combining human being and machines but also state of the art technology factors, so that it emphasizes non-mechanical and non-human grotesque images.

Hordein 분석을 통한 보리 국가목록등재품종의 품종식별 (Hordein Fingerprinting for Cultivar Discrimination in National List of Barley)

  • 보리 국가목록등재 48품종의 hordein 밴드패턴의 다양성을 보고 이러한 hordein 밴드패턴을 D/B화하여 기존(참고)품종으로 관리, 활용하면서 품종구별 및 출원품종과 비교될 대조품종의 선별 가능성에 대하여 검토한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 보리 48품종의 hordein SDS-PAGE 결과, 총 22개의 hordein polypeptide밴드를 읽을 수 있었으며 다양한 15종류 의 hordein 밴드패턴을 볼 수 있었다. Hordein 밴드패턴에 따라 48품종을 집괴분석한 결과, 전체 유사도지수 0.54∼1.00 범위에서 3개군으로 분류되었고 주로 보리의 조성에 따라 분류되었다. Hordein polypeptide 밴드패턴 자체가 보리품종의 형태적 특성을 나타내는 유전적거리와 반드시 비례하는 것은 아니므로 현재의 UPOV관점과 마찬가지로 품종보호권 설정에 직접적인 근거를 제공할 순 없다고 판단되었지만 hordein polypeptide 밴드패턴 그 자체를 신품종의 구별성에 대한 보완적 자료로 이용할 수 있으리라 사료되었다.

NIO를 이용한 범용 웹 캐시 구현 (General Web Cache Implementation Using NIO)

  • 최근의 웹 환경은 스마트폰과 같은 모바일, 페이스북과 같은 소셜 네트워크의 증가로 인하여 네트워크의 트래픽이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 WAS(web application server)의 애플리케이션에서 기존 자바의 단점인 I/O의 블로킹(blocking)과 버퍼에 가비지 컬렉션 (garbage collection)으로 인한 CPU 성능 감소 등의 문제를 NIO (non-blocking IO)의 다이렉트 버퍼와 DMA (direct memory access)를 이용하여 기존 시스템의 웹 응답 속도를 향상시켰다. 우선순위 변동 등으로 상대적으로 데이터 순환이 많은 키값은 조작이 용이한 해시맵에 담아 캐시 우선순위 변경 알고리즘을 적용한다. 용량이 큰 응답 데이터는 속도가 빠른 다이렉트 버퍼에 분리 저장하여 성능을 높인다. 캐시 적중 시와 적중이 안 될 경우의 여러 상황에서의 실험을 통해 본 논문에서 제안한 NIO를 이용한 방법이 많은 성능 향상을 보여줌을 확인할 수 있다.

Variations of Yield Components and Anthocyanin Contents in Soritae and Yakkong Black Soybean Landraces Collected from Different Areas

  • In this study, we cultivated 115 Soritae and 86 Yakkong black soybean landraces collected from ten different locations in Korea. Then, the variations of three yield components (one-hundred seeds weight (HSW), number of seeds per pod (SPP), and yield per plant (YPP)) and three anthocyanins (cyanidin-3-O-glucoside (C-3-O-G), delphinidin-3-O-glucoside (D-3-O-G) and petunidin-3-O-glucoside (Pt-3-O-G)) were investigated according to landrace type and collection area. Both yield components and anthocyanin contents significantly varied between the soybeans demonstrating genetic differences. Soritae landraces had the highest average HSW and TAC, whereas Yakkong landraces displayed the highest average SPP irrespective of collection area. Relatively, Yakkong landraces from Gyeongsangnam-do (1697.29 mg/100 g) and Soritae landraces from Gyeonggi-do (2340.94 mg/100 g) had the highest average TAC. Principal component analysis clearly separated Soritae and Yakkong landraces. Moreover, TAC and C-3-O-G showed positive and significant associations in both Soritae (r = 0.972) and Yakkong (r = 0.885) landraces, while yield components showed negative or weak correlations with each other. Overall, ten landraces were identified as important resources owing to their high yield (>150 g/plant) and high level of TAC (>2300 mg/100g). This study could lay foundations to molecular level investigations and reinforce the use of Yakkong and Soritae landraces during cultivar development.

폐기물매립장의 사면차수체계 안정화 연구 (The Slope Stabilization of Solid Waste Landfill Liner System)

  • 폐기물매립장에서 토목합성재료의 사용은 점토, 모래 등 자연골재 수급의 어려움으로 해마다 증가하고 있다. 특히, 우리나라의 폐기물매립지는 곡간지형이나 해안매립지에 건설하는 경우가 많아 지반공학적으로 매우 불리한 조건이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 폐기물매립장에 사용되는 토목합성재료의 마찰특성을 평가하였고, 현장모형실험, 수치해석을 통해 토목합성재료가 사용된 폐기물 매립장의 사면안정성에 관하여 연구하였다. 현장실대형 실험을 통한 토목합성재료와 사면의 파괴 거동을 분석한 결과 일체형과 분리형 지오컴포지트는 자체의 변형 뿐만아니라 하부 지오멤브레인의 응력 및 변형율에도 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 일체형이 설치된 사면이 분리형이 설치된 사면에 비해 약 50% 적은 변형을 나타내었다. 사면의 전방변위와 침하량은 분리형이 설치된 사면이 일체형이 설치된 사면이 비해 약 3배 이상의 침하량과 변위를 나타내었다. 토목합성재료와 지반, 토목합성재료와 쓰레기, 토목합성재료사이의 불연속면을 인터페이스요소로 모델링하여 수치해석을 수행한 결과, 현장 실대형실험 결과와 잘 부합되는 것으로 판명되었다. 이는 토목합성재료의 상호간 변위를 확인할 수 있어 인터페이스요소로 모델링하는 것이 토목합성재료가 사용된 폐기물 매립장의 사면안정해석에 적절한 것으로 판단되었다.

Triboelectrostatic Separation System for Separation of PVC and PS Materials Using Fluidized Bed Tribocharger

  • A triboelectrostatic separation system using a fluidized bed tribocharger for the removal of PVC material in the mixture of PVC/PS plastics is designed and evaluated as a function of electric field strength, air flow rate, and the mixing ratio of two-component mixed plastics. It consists of a fluidized-bed tribocharger, a separation chamber, a collection chamber and a controller. PVC and PS particles can be imparted negative and positive surface charges, respectively, due to the difference in the work function values of plastics suspended in the fluidized-bed tribocharger, and can be separated by passing them through an external electric field. Experimental results show that separation efficiency is strongly dependent on the electric Deld strength and particle mixing ratio. In the optimum conditions of 150 Ipm air flow rate and 2.6 kV/cm electric field strength a highly concentrated PVC (99.1%) can be recovered with a yield of more than 99.2% from the mixture of PVC and PS materials for a single stage of processing.

Electrostatic Beneficiation of Coal Fly Ash Utilizing Triboelectric Charging with Subsequent Electrostatic Separation

  • A triboelectrostatic separation system for removing unburned carbon from coal fly ash is designed and evaluated. Fly ash from a coal-fired power plant is used as an accepted additive in concrete where it adds strength, sulfate resistance and reduced cost, provided acceptable levels of unburned carbon are maintained. Unfortunately, unburned carbon in coal fly ash absorbs some of other additives and reduces the concrete strength. This paper describes to investigate dry triboelectrostatic process to separate unburned carbon from coal fly ash and utilize it into economically valuable products. The laboratory-scale triboelectrostatic separation system consists of a particle feeding system, a tribocharger, a separation chamber, and collection systems. Particles of unburned carbon and fly ash can be imparted positive and negative surface charges, respectively, with a copper tribocharger due to differences in the work function values of the particles and the tribocharger, and can be separated by passing them through an external electric field. Results showed that fly ash recovery was strongly dependent on the electric field strength and the particle size. 70wt% of fly ash containing 6.5wt% of carbon contents could be recovered at carbon contents below 3%. The triboelectrostatic separation system showed a potential to be an effective method for removing unburned carbon from coal fly ash.

  • Waste plastics amount is more than 3.5 million tons and 30% of industrial waste in 1998, Korea but recycling rate of industrial waste plastics is quite low because the material separation technology from the mixed waste plastic powders is not commercially available so far. This study covers the triboelectrostatic separation of polyvinylchloride (PVC) materials collection chambers and controllers. PVC and PET powders can be imparted negative and positive surface charges, respectively, due to the difference of triboelectric charging series between particles and particles in the fluidized bed tribocharger, and can be separated by passing them through an external electric field. The extract content and yield of PVC separation from the mixed PVC and PET plastic powders are 90.0% and 98.2%, respectively. The electrostatic separation system using the fluidized bed tribocharger shows the potential to be an effective method for removing PVC materials from other mixed plastics.

  • Decomposition promoting factors and decomposition mechanism in the zinc decomposition process of waste hard metals which are composed mostly of tungsten carbide and cobalt were evaluated. Zinc volatility amount was suppressed and zinc valatilization pressure was produced in the reaction graphite crucible inside an electric furnace for ZDP. Reaction was done for 2 h at $650^{\circ}C$, which 100 % decomposed the waste hard metals that were over 30 mm thick. As for the separation-decomposition of waste hard metals, zinc melted alloy formed a liquid composed of a mixture of ${\gamma}-{\beta}1$ phase from the cobalt binder layer (reaction interface). The volume of reacted zone was expanded and the waste hard metal layer was decomposed-separated horizontally from the hard metal. Zinc used in the ZDP process was almost completely removed-collected by decantation and volatilization-collection process at $1000^{\circ}C$.

벚나무 빗자루병균 Taphrina wiesneri의 유전적 특성 (Genotypic Characterization of Cherry Witches' Broom Pathogen Taphrina wiesneri Strains)

  • 자낭균인 Taphrina wiesneri는 한국의 공원과 가로수에 주로 식재되는 왕벚나무에 빗자루병을 일으키는 병원균이다. 한국과 일본에서 분리한 13개의 병원균에 대해 18S rDNA 염기서열 분석을 통한 계통학적 분석과 rDNA-IGS 영역에 대한 RFLP 분석을 실시하였다. 18S rDNA 염기서열 분석을 통한 계통도 분석결과 병원균은 2그룹으로 분류되었다. Hha I 제한효소를 이용한 rDNA-IGS 영역에 대한 RFLP 분석결과 B, C, D, G 4개의 패턴으로 나타났으며, 그중 G 패턴은 새로운 패턴이었다.
