Superimposition is a transforming technique that can facilitate the creation. Superimposition in previous studies, however, has only been fragmentary described as an expression technique, so the studies have not been conducted on the basis of its aesthetic value. The purpose of this study is to investigate how superimposition is applied and expressed in terms of forms of modern fashion based on multi-dimensional features of design processing. The codes of togetherness, ambivalence, sense of space and tension in dress were determined by using the expressional Superimposition. The forms of superimposition were limited to superimposition of clothing, superimposition of body and clothing and superimposition of body and Phenomenal body. This study found that superimposition has developed, in fashion forms/types, a new 'form' by overlapping various forms and thus provides a visual shock and a sense of mystery by using mismatched and arbitrary properties among the forms. Such a superimposition influences a methodology of fashion design through a designer's subjective tendencies, as well as influences a change in the view of the world. Also, a superimposition is expected to have a definite influence on new fashion trends.

The philosophers think that the increase of loneliness in technological society is caused by the reduced feeling to some extent. They started to think the integral feeling in terms of existentialism away from Visualcentrism. It is apparent that in architectural design a concrete feeling(sense) out of Visualcentrism of modern architecture is reflected in a architecture. In particular, the architects such as Herzog & de Meuron, Steven Holl, Peter Zumthor, Kuma Kengo think that the existential value of the objects is important and would like to reflect the existence of materials on architecture. This study is to analyze the common points and different points regarding how in these works sensible experiences are approached. The results show that these works have common features containing escape from visual formativeness in the space, pursuit of locational connection, study on pure essence of the materials, and reflectance of the feeling of depth and motility. In addition, the actual beings of the materials for this feeling were mainly used and showed some difference in terms of the usage of local materials, natural environment, five senses of body. This study is important in the point of view that there are few researches that compared with the characteristics of architects' works while there were many researched that treated architecture as sensible view.

In this paper, we have studied dynamics of fractional order mathematical model of malaria transmission for two groups of human population say semi-immune and non-immune along with growing stages of mosquito vector. The present fractional order mathematical model is the extension of integer order mathematical model proposed by Ousmane Koutou et al. For this study, Atangana-Baleanu fractional order derivative in Caputo sense has been implemented. In the view of memory effect of fractional derivative, this model has been found more realistic than integer order model of malaria and helps to understand dynamical behaviour of malaria epidemic in depth. We have analysed the proposed model for two precisely defined set of parameters and initial value conditions. The uniqueness and existence of present model has been proved by Lipschitz conditions and fixed point theorem. Generalised Euler method is used to analyse numerical results. It is observed that this model is more dynamic as we have considered all classes of human population and mosquito vector to analyse the dynamics of malaria.

Organization's innovation capability is strongly tied to its intellectual capital or knowledge utilization. Employees play a key role in generation of intellectual capital and utilization of knowledge in a firm. Thus, the importance of human resource management (HRM) system for enhancing competency of employees and facilitating knowledge sharing between employees is getting its significance. In this paper, we highlighted the effect of HRM implementation to explain the reason of performance differences among firms, adopting the same ideal HRM system. The successful implementation of HRM system as well as the contents of HRM system was critical to enhance firm performance through HRM system. To investigate the effect of HRM implementation on firm performance, we proposed the three components of HRM implementation (i.e.; TMT philosophy, HR department capability and communication) in perspective of sense making and sense giving theory. Then, we analyzed the moderating effect of HRM implementation on the high commitment HRM - firm performance relationship. Empirical results showed that each component of HRM implementation positively strengthened the relationship between high commitment HRM and firm performance. In addition, the composite index of HRM implementation calculated by average value of three components revealed more significant moderating effect between the two. Furthermore, We discussed the academical and practical implications, and suggested future research directions.

Recently, the concern of aging society is 'Healthy life' for the elderly and pre-elderly. Especially, realizing the 'Healthy life', it is very important for the elderly to establish living environment for holding and maintaining mental depression. Mental depression is related to dysfunction of sensory organ included physical functions. Therefore, the dysfunction of elderly's sensory organ is required to the guideline of environmental planning. In this study, among five senses, I focused visual sense due to the large proportion of environmental perception. The purpose of this study is to analyze the degree of geriatric depression and preference of simulated images applying preferable color for the elderly. This study conducted literature review and questionnaire survey. Firstly, the previous studies related with the melancholy, sense of isolation, self-regard for the elderly analyzed. Secondly, the questionnaire tool measuring the degree of geriatric depression developed. Thirdly, the tool investigating the preference for the simulated images applied main, sub, and accent colors produced. Applied preferable colors were used from the results previous study. Lastly, based on the result, the basic data of color planning were suggested. It was judged that this study is an useful as the basic guideline of color planning for the elderly's residential spaces and the potential value of considering geriatric depression and the color planning in terms of the elderly's visual sense.

This study aimed to identify factors that promote participation of rural women in community activities. A total of 466 rural women (effective recovery rate 84.6%) residing in rural areas from October 10 to October 14 in 2016 were surveyed. The main results of the study are as follows. First, the highest participation of rural women in community activities involved women farmers' organizations, which also showed the highest satisfaction. The purpose of their participation in community activities was for community service. Second, there were differences in participation among groups according to individual factors such as age, annual income, and occupation as well as value factors such as sense of community and life satisfaction. Third, with higher age and income and sense of community, rural women were more likely to participate in community activities.

The purpose of this study was to examine the meaning and structure of the experience of female college students. For this purpose, 22 female college students, regardless of age, participated in the interview three times in total. Interview data were processed through the analysis and interpretation process using the phenomenological research method, Giorgi method. As a result, 34 semantic units were derived, then divided into 14 subcomponents, and then divided into 6 categories. As a result of analysis, the spiritual value of female college students was composed of "family", "friendly person", "professional person", "empathy", "reflection" and "trust". Based on the above meaning, the structure of the spiritual value of female college students can conclude that they were a continuation of life that forms a strong sense of value and empathy and trust with patience with family and friends. Based on this, intervention on spiritual well-being of female college students suggests that intervention to form values based on empathy and trust based on family and close friends is implemented.

The purpose of this study is to pointed artistic representation design on fashion through observation, integrating of the formative arts. Above all, designing principle should be considered with trend, styling ,coloring. With such basic conceptions in mind. this study was aimed at reviewing the unique formative aesthetics of scarves for creation of modern apparel design. To this end, the drapeability of the rhythmically wrinkled fabric of scarf as well as its tying and enclosing representation were introduced into the apparel details and silhouette to create an apparel design flattering the moderns unique sense of aesthetics and emotion. In the same vein. threads were superimposed on the planar fabric to express a sense of volume and thereby, pursue a unique decorative effect of rich texture. Specifically. the objectives of this study are to highlight the practical use of scarf warming and its decorative formative aesthetics and thereby, apply it to apparel designs and develop an art fabric using the machine embroidery technique. and ultimately, suggest the possibility of unique but highly value-added apparel designs.

This study aims to establish an analogy of presenting facade of elementary school in order to express a formal manifest in accordance with children's aesthetic sense and also to provide a better visual environment for children. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Formal expression of elementary school should be carried out primarily on harmony and unity, and based upon these, ideas of the architect should be applied. 2) Formal meaning of volumes and spacious feelings that are analogized in facades and masses of elementary schools should consider factors like the number of classrooms, sitescale. Volumetric sense should be composed as to induct coziness, conciseness, corresponding with conscious characteristics classified by grade. 3) Characteristics of presented meaning should be based upon humanistic intimacy, at the same time visually expressing characteristics of sculptural value and rationality.
