청소년의 리더십생활기술과 개인특성의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Relations between the Sub-factors of Youths' Leadership Living Skills and Personal Features)

  • 이 연구는 청소년의 리더십생활기술의 하위요인간, 리더십생활기술의 하위요인과 개인특성(부모지지, 또래지지, 자기존중감, 자아효능감)의 관계를 파악하여 청소년의 특성을 종합적으로 알아보기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 이 연구의 결론 및 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년 생활리더십기술의 하위요인간 여러 가지의 상관관계를 보였으며 청소년기에 건강하고 종합적인 성장을 위하여 특히 학습능력기술, 자기이해기술, 그룹활동기술 향상 방안이 필요하다. 둘째, 자아존중감은 의사결정기술, 자기이해기술에 정적 상관을 보였으며 자아존중감의 향상을 통해 리더십생활기술의 점차적이며 긍정적인 향상 프로그램이 필요하다. 넷째, 또래지지 정도는 의사결정기술, 그룹활동기술과의 관련성을 보여 청소년기 또래집단의 중요성을 의미하며 또래집단 형성을 위한 다양한 방안이 필요하다.

치과기공사의 직업윤리의식이 직무만족도와 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 (The influence of dental technician's work ethic on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of dental technicians sense of work ethics on their organizational effectiveness such as job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Methods: A self-administered survey was conducted from August 25 to September 15, 2017, on 220 selected dental technicians. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS Win 19.0. Statistical data on frequency and percentage were obtained, and t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out. Results: When the subjects' sense of work ethics was analyzed, there were significant differences according to their field of work, position, dental technician career and monthly income(p<.05). Their average score in the items about a sense of work ethics was 3.80, which was a high score. As a result of analyzing the organizational effectiveness of the dental technicians, there were significant differences according to their field of work, position, dental technician career and monthly income(p<.05). The average score in job satisfaction items was 3.14, and that in organizational citizenship behavior items was 3.55. Conclusion : As a result of research, the above-mentioned findings of the study imply that as for the correlation between a sense of work ethics and organizational effectiveness, a better sense of work ethics led to better organizational effectiveness, as every variable had a significant positive correlation with each other. In addition, interpersonal relationships were identified as the factor that exerted the largest influence on both of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior.

부모의 방임과 아동의 학업성취의 관계 : 자기조절학습능력과 공동체의식의 매개효과 (The Relationship between Parents' Neglect and Children's Academic Achievement : Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Self-Regulated Learning Ability and Sense of Community)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effects on self-regulated learning ability and sense of community in the relationship between parents' neglect and children's academic achievement. The subjects used in this study were 2,218 6th grade elementary school students from the third wave sample of the 2012 Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS). For data analysis, the three-step mediated regression analysis by Baron and Kenny (1986) was performed and the Sobel test was carried out in order to verify the effectiveness of mediation effects. The main results of the present study were as follows. First, the self-regulated learning ability and sub-component factors of achievement value, mastery goal orientation, behavioral control, academic time-management revealed to have a partial mediation effect in the relationship between parents' neglect and children's academic achievement. Second, the sense of community also showed to have a partial mediation effect on the relationship between parents' neglect and children's academic achievement. The findings of this study provide a viewpoint to deeply observe the problem of parents' neglect in connection with children's self-regulated learning ability and sense of community, and can be used as practical data to develop various programs for the benefit of improving children's academic achievement.

학령기 아동의 방과후 자아존중감 프로그램 개발 및 참여효과에 관한 연구 (The Development & Effectiveness of an After-school Self-esteem Program)

  • The after-school self-esteem program developed for this study consisted of 53 40-minute sessions; its goal was to instill a sense of self-reliance, belonging to society, self-worth, self-control, independence, responsibility, and respect. The program was administered to 32 first, second and third grade elementary school children from April 2002 to September 2002. The data were analyzed by frequency, mean, and paired t-test, using the SAS program package. Results showed significant before and after differences in the degree of self-esteem among the participants in the after-school self-esteem program.

A Study of College Students Local Volunteering Activity Making Use of Software Creativity Donation

  • 본 연구는 소프트웨어 창의 나눔 수업을 통한 나눔 활동의 효과성을 분석하고, 관련 활동이 지속해서 이루어질 수 있는 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구를 위해 충남 소재 4년제 대학생 25명을 대상으로 자아존중감과 책임감, 공동체 의식 변화에 관한 사전・사후 설문을 시행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24를 사용하여 분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소프트웨어 창의 나눔 수업 사전과 비교해 사후에서 자아존중감이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 소프트웨어 창의 나눔 수업 사전과 비교해 사후에서 책임감이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 소프트웨어 창의 나눔 수업 사전과 비교해 사후에서 공동체 의식이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 따라서 소프트웨어 창의 나눔 수업이 자아존중감, 책임감, 공동체의식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 자료를 기초로 재능 나눔에 지속적 참여를 확대할 수 있는 방법을 제언하였다.

어머니를 위한 상담활용 부모교육(CUPEM) 프로그램의 효과 (The Effectiveness of the Counseling-Utilized Parent Education for Mothers(CUPEM))

  • The purpose of this research was to evaluate the effectiveness of the Counseling-Utilized Parent Education for Mothers (CUPEM). CUPEM was developed based on Developmentally Appropriate Practices, Solution-Focused Therapy, Satir's Experiential Family Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. The subjects were 51 mothers of 4 and 5 year old children and randomly assigned either to the intervention group (n=26) or the comparison group (n=25). Mothers in the intervention group had 10-2 hour intervention sessions while those in the comparison group received the intervention after this study was completed. Both groups received pre-and post-test evaluation, and a follow-up test. The data were analyzed by t-test and paired t-test. The results showed that participanting mothers' parenting stress was lessened while sense of parenting competence and positive maternal behaviors during mother-child interaction were increased significantly. Second, these mothers' self-confidence and maternal attitude toward childrearing were improved. Third, this effect lasted for at least one month after the termination of this program.

창의적리더십이 군(軍) 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 - 자기효능감의 매개효과와 조직신뢰 조절효과 중심으로 - (- The Effect of Creative Leadership on Military Organizational Effectiveness - Self-efficacy for mediated effect & organizational trust for moderate effect)

  • There is no absolute leadership through East and West. Just as past and present conditions are not the same, it is not easy for past leadership to apply to the present. The best leadership will be the leadership that can represent and lead the changing situation. In that sense, the creative leadership is the most appropriate leadership required by the present age. In the society, research on creative leadership is actively conducted in schools and companies, but there is no research on creative leadership in the military. This is the first study in the military about creative leadership. It is meaningful to understand the understanding of creative leadership and the applicability of the military and to provide a basis for future research. First, we measured the organizational effectiveness of creative leadership. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, the organizational effectiveness of creative leadership and organizational goals and achievement were measured, and it was found that there was significant influence on the relationship between creative leadership and organizational effectiveness. I could confirm some. This would be meaningful in that it suggested the possibility of applying the leadership of the creative leadership to lead the change of society and to implement the military command.

실직가정 자녀의 적응유연성 증진을 위한 멘토링 프로그램 효과 : 멘터(mentor)와 멘티(mentee)에게 미친 상호적 발달 효과를 중심으로 (Effectiveness of Mentoring Program for Increasing Resilience of Children from Unemployed Families)

  • Although it has been noted that mentoring program is viewed as a effective way of intervention for the youth at-risk and vulnerable, few empirical studies have documented the benefits of mentoring program on youth. This research focused on effectiveness of campus-based mentoring program for children of unemployed families. It examined psychosocial benefits of mentoring program on mentor and mentee using the experimental design, posttest-only control group design. Significant differences were found between the control and intervention group. Children who have participated in mentoring program marked higher scores than control group in various psychosocial aspects including interpersonal skills, self-efficacy, sense of plan and motivation of schooling. Also university students who have participated as mentors marked higher ego-strength score than not. On the basis of these findings, this study recommended campus-based mentoring program as a effective growth-oriented program for the university students as well as the children of unemployed families.

독서에 의한 인격형성 (Character building through reading)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness and value of reading, the role of reading for character building and reading education for the character building instruction. A great book can change a person's life and future. Especially, reading in the juvenile period is important because of their intellectual curiosity and sensitivity. The results of the study were as follows. (1) In order to solve the problem of the dehumanization, and the confusion of the sense of value among young adults, we should enrich and cultivate the character of young adults through the reading education. (2) The effects of reading for personality are verbal effects, experimental effects, cultural effects, reformational effects and recreational effects etc. (3) The value of reading in the past were inspiration, information and recreation. But, in recent times, the interest in therapeutic value of reading is increasing. The theraputic value of reading is identification, catharsis and insights of one's problem through the character in the works. (4) The role of reading for the character building are the assistance of self-realization, the promotion of self-regulation and the assistance of self-understanding. (5) Psychological needs causing reading activity are the desire to escape from reality, better socialization, recreation and pleasure. (6) The mechanism of character building through the reading are the enlargement of experience, better adjustment to the environment and the society. (7) Reading education for the solution of developmental tasks of the young adults is important. The standard reading lists of Japan Reading Society, the list compiled by Lee Kyung-Sik and the list of Park Yong Doo are the example of the selected reading list for the solution of developmental tasks.

만성질환 노인에서 임파워먼트 이론에 근거한 다학제적 자기관리 프로그램의 효과 (Effects of a Multi-disciplinary Approached, Empowerment Theory Based Self-management Intervention in Older Adults with Chronic Illness)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a multi-disciplinary self-management intervention based on empowerment theory and to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention for older adults with chronic illness. Methods: A randomized controlled trial design was used with 43 Korean older adults with chronic illness (Experimental group=22, Control group=21). The intervention consisted of two phases: (1) 8-week multi-disciplinary, team guided, group-based health education, exercise session, and individual empowerment counseling, (2) 16-week self-help group activities including weekly exercise and group discussion to maintain acquired self-management skills and problem-solving skills. Baseline, 8-week, and 24-week assessments measured health empowerment, exercise self-efficacy, physical activity, and physical function. Results: Health empowerment, physical activity, and physical function in the experimental group increased significantly compared to the control group over time. Exercise self-efficacy significantly increased in experimental group over time but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: The self-management program based on empowerment theory improved health empowerment, physical activity, and physical function in older adults. The study finding suggests that a health empowerment strategy may be an effective approach for older adults with multiple chronic illnesses in terms of achieving a sense of control over their chronic illness and actively engaging self-management.
