The purpose of this study was to analyze the trend of domestic studies related to science teaching-learning methods. We reviewed articles published according to year, method, subjects and topic. The methods reported commonly in science education books were extracted. Experiment, cooperative learning, and discussion were methods which had been researched widely. Experimental study of them was utilized most. And next content analysis, survey, and case study were utilized much. The most object of experimental study was middle school students. These reviewed papers showed effects which were related to science achievement, attitude, inquiry ability and self-efficacy. As a result of this study we should research to apply and develop science teaching-learning methods variously. We ought to enlarge research direction to analyze context which applies science teaching-learning methods to educational field by qualitative study. We should try to study effects of teaching-learning methods longitudinally and latitudinally.

The fisheries resources control system in the Fisheries Act of Korea is introducing technical management method and input control method that controls fishing effort. Fishing effort control system of Korea aiming at realizing the maximum sustainable yield does not regulating the limitation of fishing quota and the limitation of fisheries object target fish. Therefore fishing operators who have fishing permit can use fishery resources without any restriction of fishing quota. But there are no rules that can controlling capacity of productivity of fishing by developing of fishing technic and fishing gear. For those reasons, productivity of fishing is superior to reproductivity of fisheries resources. Therefore, the Fisheries Act of Korea rearranges a legal basis for an introduction of fisheries resources management system by TAC, but the contents to be possible for a legal guarantee is not included and it is exceedingly defective as abstract and institutional devices. And that the affairs to be required for an enforcement of the said regime was placed in an administrative mandatory legislation and the danger to be degenerated is high in accordance with the bureaucratic self-righteous and/or the coercion of group's interest concerned and accordingly its substitute legislation system is keenly required. TAC system that is going to be introduced in our country is expected to enforce the Olympic fishing method and the individual quota method in parallel. This method is not certainly proper, because it occurs to overcapitalize and to compete fishing amounts between fishery operators. So as to prevent overcapitalization and fishing competition between fishery operators, and the exhaustion of coastal fisheries resources, individual transferable quota system should be introduced in Korean sea. Accordingly this thesis has attempted to constitute a view to improving problems of the traditional fisheries resources control system and introducing TAC fisheries resources control system.

Recently, an ALV (Automated Lifting Vehicle) is studied as an efficient transporter, which can reduce the waiting time during ship operation in a container terminal. There are little of studies on an ALV system considering dynamic factors after analysing the cooperation between equipments. The performance of an ALV depends on self-loading & unloading of an ALV, vehicle’s interference, and occupancy of an available transfer point under dynamic environment. So, it is very difficult to evaluate the productivity of a container terminal with an ALV system. Therefore the simulation model with operational rules that be apt for an ALV system must be developed. Also the model has to consider the characteristics of interface operations and vehicle traffic. Supposing an container terminal with perpendicular layout, this study analyses the process of container handling operation and proposes operational rules such as the ALV dispatching, routing algorithm and so on for a model. We developed a simulation model for a container terminal with an ALV system using object-oriented simulation software, Anylogic.

Police organization tries to recruit competent and young persons, but its concern for retiring persons is extremely little and it expels those who are not prepared to live in outside society. The studies on the management and support the retiring police officers who dedicated their lives to our society are very rare. The object of this study is to study the needs for reemployment in police officers and to develop retirement systems and vocational abilities. Finally, I suggest the establishment of the unit that fully takes charge of retirement management, the method of setting up the learning organization for self-development, the effective ways to get various licenses, the offer of informations on fields of reemployment, the development and management of preparing and support programs for retirement persons.

The purpose of this study is for the investigation into the education program and the reading guidance activity program of the Elderly Reading Assistant Program, which is operated by GyeongGi-Do. It is surveyed by material cooperation with the person in charge of the program in the GyeongGi-Do and by questionnaire the elderly who had participated in the GyeongGi Reading Assistant Education Program in 2011. The questionnaires are gathered based on general background, the participation object of education, the satisfaction of program, the improvement of the program by the elderly who had participated in the 138 beginner and the 166 intermediate course. As a result, it showed that the participation goal of the Elderly Reading Assistant Program is individual cultural activity or self-realization meaning such as the pleasure of working and the volunteer work, and the satisfaction in the education program and the reading guidance activity is high. It also presents the improvements of the program like professional education, the extension of activity period and the active cooperation from regional children's center etc.

This study is intended to observe the meaning, aesthetic formative characteristics of the human body which is introduced and applied to the fashion design. The analysis of the modern fashion design describing the human body refers to the extracted fashion design which expresses the human body appearing in domestic & foreign fashion magazines as well as publications associated with it and published since 1990. The analysis of the way of expression, the image and the design elements in these fashion design works, has had to formative characteristics in each of the three parts. The pursuit of formative characteristics through simplifying the expression of the human body, uprising of anatomical expression, and metaphorical expression with the help of personification and objectification can be thought of as characteristics of expressing pattern. And the op-art, optical illusion by virtue of pointillism, the use of non-woven molding, and action painting technique can be described as expression tools to recognize the human body. Images are presented in the characteristics of being grotesque, humorous, erotic, futuristic and mysterious. The characteristics of designs are expressed in creative detail, trimming, pattern and accessory using the form of human body itself as an item of clothing tends to show the unity of human body and clothing. The human body in the modern era reflects the post human image as well as its meaning as a medium and tool. It is also perceived as a specific object to be self-conscious of in this reality with the loss of humanity, alienation and the confusion of identity. The analysis of the image and way of expression of human body in the fashion design, and the meaning of human body will play an important role of identifying tole viewpoint about human body as well as prospecting what the human being will be in the future.

The challenge shop is a means of countermeasure for empty store at downtown in Japan and takes effect all part of the city from 2000. Local self-government, chamber of commerce and industry or other organizations introduce the challenge shop with the object of a nurture talent. Raises the talented man can be the commencement of an enterprise to empty store from the area. It will reduce the empty store. But it is hard to accomplish purpose of business only by the founder of recruitment in manage challenge shop. Even though the challenge shop is not making more active only one time that is contributing to business district. This study focuses on the key success factor based on the way of managing challenge shops in Japan and draws the conclusion from the domestic challenge shop of Anyang Central market and Daejeon underground Central market that one market-on-one university exclusive charge system produces founders of new business.

The purpose of this study is to develop FVU, which enables teachers effectively to construct self-page on the screen, to reduce the size of file for teaching, and to correct many different kinds of event which was already made in the previous. The instrument used in the development of this Editor is UML(Unified Modeling Language), which is object-oriented methodology. The Authoring tool developed in this study is named FVU. The first page which is needed in class can be constructed by using VUEditor in FVU. Using VUEditor can get Instructional Syllabus exported into VUAuthor through Vector-transformation. Through this procedure, the size of image file comes to be reduced into forming low band width, which results in solving the problem of network traffic. Also, Instructor can create image, shape and text, and delete and correct errors or mistakes which make in the course of constructing materials for teaching. In conclusion, this VUEditor enables program designer to construct the first page, even without using such applied program as Image Tool and Power Point. This VUEditor makes instructor to make some contents for teaching easily.

The subject of this study were 7th grade three students in a school in Seoul, Korea. They discussed the inquiry problem to be investigated during summer vacation. We analysed the process of how the inquiry problem is revised and improved to more investigative one in the discussion. Student always discussed the method in the light of problem and the existence of the method of a problem affect the endurance of problem. The main subject of a problems are in everyday context, which is the object of critics in discussion. Student respond to the critics in many ways. Main types of reaction to the critics are two kinds. One is a person who change their views to the critics, the other is a person who kept their ideas.

Recently, business integration and interoperability of between the heterogeneous applications are requested by rapid growth of web. Web Services that self-contained for platform and programming language is appeared used to XML of standard data format. Such amid Fast Web Services attract attention at fields necessary to bring rapid communication like Mobile and RFID. In this paper, we inquired about ASN.1 of ITU-T and IS0/IEC standard that a central role of data transform. And we studied encoding process of between ASN.1 and XML for transform SOAP massage of a massage transfer mode of Web Services to binary data.
