청소년 또래집단 내 커뮤니케이션 능력과 긍정적 자아개념과의 관계에서 스포츠활동 만족도의 조절효과 (The Moderating Effect of the Sports Activity Satisfaction in the relationship between Adolescents' Communication Skills and Positive Self-concept within Peer Group)

  • 본 연구는 청소년 또래집단 내 커뮤니케이션 능력과 긍정적 자아개념과의 관계에서 스포츠활동 만족도의 조절효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서, 2016년 05월 경기도에 소재한 4개 남자고등학교에 재학 중인 학생 중 스포츠 활동에 참여하고 있는 250명의 학생을 집락무선 표집방법을 통해 설문지를 수집하였으며, 수집된 설문지 중 불성실하게 응답하거나 조사 내용 중 일부가 누락되어진 무성의한 자료 18부를 제외한 총 232부의 실제 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 조절회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 스포츠활동 만족도의 하위요인인 사회적 만족, 신체적 만족, 환경적 만족 그리고 교육적 만족은 청소년 또래집단 내 커뮤니케이션 능력과 긍정적 자아개념의 관계에 있어서 중요한 조절효과가 있다. 다시 말하면, 청소년 또래집단 내에서 커뮤니케이션 능력은 긍정적 자아개념에 중요한 변인이지만 스포츠활동 만족도가 조절변인으로 투입되었을 때 청소년 또래집단 내 긍정적 자아개념은 훨씬 더 향상되어진다.

병원코디네이터의 역할갈등 및 자기효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Role Conflict and Self Efficacy on Job Satisfaction for Hospital Coordinators)

  • This study analysed what effects conscious role conflict and conscious self-efficacy have on job satisfaction for hospital coordinators working in medical institutions. In order to study this issue, questionnaires were distributed to 154 hospital coordinators. The results from analysing the effects of role conflict and self-efficacy on job satisfaction are as follows: 1) Role conflict and job satisfaction are negatively correlated. The mean score for hospital coordinators' role conflict was 2.82, which was lower than average. Among subfactors for role conflict, personal role conflict had a significant effect on job satisfaction, while role ambiguity had no effect on job satisfaction. 2) The mean score for hospital coordinators' self-efficacy was 3.42, which was slightly higher than average. Other mean scores were as follows: job attitude 3.83, interpersonal skills 3.54, administrative knowledge 3.30, and medical treatment knowledge 3.02. Among subfactors for self-efficacy, job attitude and adminstrative knowledge had significant effects on job satisfaction, while interpersonal skills and medical treatment knowledge had no effect on job satisfaction (p < 0.01). In conclusion various hospital administration techniques, related job training and education needs to be given when introducing a hospital coordinator in order to strengthen the competitiveness of medical institutions. The hospital coordinators need to clearly understand their role so that they can settle into the system at the hospital and develop their job environment.

수퍼바이저의 지지가 초심상담자의 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향 : 역전이 관리능력의 매개효과 (The Effects of Supervisor Supports on Novice Counselor's Psychological Burnout : The Mediating Effects of the Countertransference Management Ability)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 수퍼바이저의 사회적 지지가 초심상담자의 심리적 소진에 영향을 미치는지 알아보고 역전이 관리 능력 및 각각의 하위요인들(자기통찰, 자기통합, 공감능력, 불안관리, 개념화 기술)이 매개 역할을 하는지 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 상담경력 3년 이하의 슈퍼비전 경험이 있는 초심상담자 202명을 연구대상으로 하였으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수퍼바이저의 사회적 지지는 역전이 관리 능력 및 5개의 하위요인 모두와 정적 상관을 나타냈고, 수퍼바이저의 사회적 지지, 역전이 관리능력, 5개 하위요인 모두는 심리석 소진과 부적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 수퍼바이저의 사회석 지지가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향에서 역전이 관리능력의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 역전이 관리능력이 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수퍼바이저의 사회적 지지가 심리석 소진에 미치는 영향에서 역전이 관리능력의 하위요인들에 대한 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 자기통합, 공감능력, 불안관리는 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기통찰, 개념화 기술은 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 역전이 관리능력이 수퍼바이저의 사회석 지지와 심리적 소진 사이에서 강한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 끝으로 본 연구의 시사점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

수산·해운계 고등학교 학생의 직업기초능력 요소 개발 (A Development of the Elements on Occupational Basic Competencies of Fisheries and Maritime High School Students)

  • The aims of this study are to analysis the elements associated with a occupational basic competencies of fisheries and maritime high school students. Fisheries & maritime key competencies were defined as the abilities that include the essential knowledge, skills, attitude, and experiences required for the workforce on the fisheries and maritime job condition. This research collected preliminary data from 177 fisheries & maritime high school teachers. Data were analyzed to obtain item quality, reliability and validity analysis. The results of the study were as follows; First, largely, fisheris & maritime key competencies were divided into two parts; basic vocational skills and fisheries-maritime job skills. Second, fisheries & maritime key competencies were consisted of communicative competence, numeracy skills, thinking skills, English communication skills, self-management skills, interpersonal competency, selection & application of alternative, marine technology & information skills, marine consciousness and maritime professional ethics. Third, each key competency consisted of 2-9 sub-competencies.

전신질환자 중 치주질환자 구강관리 효과 (Oral health care effects of periodontal disease patients with systemic diseases: case report)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate dental care effects of periodontal diseases patients with systemic diseases. Methods: The study subjects were ten patients. The study consisted of direct examination and interview survey. Direct examination comprised pocket depth, bleeding on the brush, O'Leary plaque record, salivary flow rate, and oral bacterial culture for three months. Results: The number of diabetic patients was eight. Four patients xerostomia and one of them had 0.7 mL per minute of salivary flow rate, decreased O'Leary plaque record, and bleeding in the brush. Those who received education were able to take control of plaque management. They recognized the need for oral care and had good self-management of oral care skills. Conclusions: The professional dental care and oral health education improved periodontal health and self-management skills of plaque in periodontal disease patients with systemic diseases.

  • The purpose of this study was development and verification of the emotional intelligence program for children. Developed program was labeled "Increasing the Power of Mind." This program consists of four parts-sensitivity, self-esteem, motivation, and communication skills. Each parts consists of eight activities. The program was practiced at susung elementary school in Jung up. The subjects were 79 sixth-grade children. The effectiveness of the program has been evaluted by taking pre and past tests. The test results suggest that the program has been effective in improving the children's emotional intelligence on all of the following areas, such as sensitivity, self-esteem, motivation, and communication skills.

An Exploratory Study on Gender Differences in Marital Preparation Skills of College Students

  • The purpose of this study was to highlight the importance of 'marital preparation skill' by focusing on more substantial and tangible skills in marriage life, and to conduct an exploratory research to examine the current conditions and gender differences in marital preparation skills of college students. Data were gathered through a self-administered questionnaire in four universities located in Seoul and Gyeong-gi areas in the spring of 2013, and a total of 332 senior students chosen were used for data analysis. Based on the instrument used in Olson & Olson's(2000) PREPARE/ENRICH Program, the present study sought to suggest a measurement tool with the moniker of 'marital preparation skill' that included seven domains: conflict resolution skill, sexual relationship skill, household labor skill, financial management skill, leisure management skill, parenting preparation skill, and parental role skill. Each domain consisted of four items and thus, a total of 28 items were utilized for this study. Descriptive statistics were analyzed in order to examine the degree of marital preparation skills, and t-tests were conducted in order to assess the gender differences in marital preparation skills. The main results of this study are as follows: First, overall the degree of marital preparation skills of male students was higher than that of female students. Particularly, female students were lower than male students in the skills of financial management and conflict resolution. Second, regarding the basic household labor skill related to clothing and housing life, male students showed higher than female students, implying the impact of military life. Third, even though the degree of consciousness about appropriate preparation of parenthood and parental role seemed to be heightened, the actual degree of readiness of college students revealed to be insufficient. Male students had a much higher degree of confidence and sacrifice acceptance about parenthood, and understanding about their parents' child-rearing style than female students, while the mindset of child-rearing participation of male students was lower than that of female students. Findings of this study can be used as basic data for developing more effective and differentiated educational programs of marital preparation skills for men and women.

  • Purpose: This study aims to identify the distribution of skill evolution for accounting personnel during the health crisis and investigate the impact of accounting skills in developing resilience among accounting personnel. Research design, data, and methodology: A total of 131 respondents of accounting personnel participated in a self-administered survey questionnaire. This data is analysed using the partial least square structural equation modeling. Results: The results show that accounting skills, digital skills, and writing skills have a significant impact on developing accounting personnel's motivation, subsequently leading to resilience. Conclusions: This study adds to the literature on the new requirements and future profiles of Malaysian organisation and the accounting profession. This will be a good reference for the practitioners to identify the relevant skills required for accountants after the pandemic. Furthermore, this study includes encouraging motivation and skills to improve resilience in the Malaysian context further to understand the push factors on skills evolution among the accountants. Higher education institutions with accounting courses would consider the potential future skills of accountants to meet market demands on time when updating the institutions' curricula program. Hence, the relevant skills required can be developed and practiced at the education level, especially secondary and tertiary levels.

초등학생의 자원봉사활동과 자기개발 활동이 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향과 리더십 생활기술의 매개효과 검증 (The effect of elementary school students' volunteer activities and self-development activities on subjective happiness and the mediating effect of leadership life skills)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생의 자원봉사활동과 자기개발 활동이 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 리더십 생활기술의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 조사대상자는 청소년 활동 참여 실태조사로 한국청소년 정책 연구원에서 2018년 조사한 자료로 초등학교에 재학 중인 2,739명 중 무응답 및 결측치를 제거하고 최종 1,978명을 선정하였다. 분석방법은 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 SPSS WIN 25.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 그리고 매개효과검증은 Baron&Keeny(1986)의 3단계 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 초등학생의 봉사활동과 주관적 행복감의 관계에서 리더십 생활기술은 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 자기개발활동과 주관적 행복감의 관계에서도 리더십 생활기술은 완전매개하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 초등학생의 주관적 행복감을 높이기 위해 리더십 생활기술인 커뮤니케이션과 조직관리기술을 향상할 수 있는 실천기술을 개발하기 위한 방안을 논하였다.

학습기술과 인지기능과의 관계 연구 (A Study on Relationship between the Learning Skills and the Cognitive Functions)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between learning skills and cognitive functions on elementary school students. In this study CAS and Learning Skills Test(LST) were administered with 3 to 6 grade, 60 students from 5 elementary schools. The data were analyzed according to Pearson's correlation and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The results are as follows. Firstly, girls and older students showed significantly higher ability than boys and younger students on the learning skills. And girls significantly outperformed boys on the planning function and attention function and on the simultaneous cognitive function was the other way round. Secondly, learning skills were explained 41% by two variables that the planning function and the successive function which are sub factors of the cognitive function. And then, planning and successive processing effected to self-management, attention and planning to test-taking skills, successive processing and attention to class-participation skills, and successive processing to information processing.
