일부 고등학생들의 일상생활특성에 따른 스트레스와 피로자각증상의 평가 (A Study on the Stress and Fatigue Symptoms of High School Students according to the Life Styles)

  • The present study was designed to evaluate the factors influential on stress and subjective fatigue symptoms based on school life environments and daily life styles among high school students. The self-administered questionnaires were delivered to 2,381 high school students of both sexes in Taejon Metropolitan city during the period from Mar. 1st to Jun. 30th, 2000. The analysis of study results revealed the following findings: 1. According to the magnitude of stress, the normal subjects were 3.1%, the groups with potential stress were 64.7%, and the groups at high risk for stress were 32.2%. Higher level of stress existed in the female than the male students, and in the third grader than the 1st and 2nd graders. According to the classification of typical constitutional symptoms of fatigue, category III (group with bodily projection of fatigue) was the most frequent and it was followed by category II (group with difficulty in concentration) and category I (group with dullness and sleepiness) in a decreasing order of frequency, which showed that the predominant pattern of fatigue arose from the body parts. 2. With regard to the school life characteristics and stress scores, the higher scores of stress were shown in the groups with the lower grades, with worse friend's relation and with the lower satisfaction with the school life. The scores for the subjective fatigue symptoms were higher in the male, in the low graders, in the better friend's relation, and in the satisfactory group than the respective counterparts. 3. Concerning home life characteristics, the higher scores of stress were associated with the students characterized by the recognized poor economic conditions, lower interests of parents, lack of satisfaction with the home life, the poor subjective health status. On the other hand, the scores for the subjective fatigue symptoms were higher in the student groups with good economic conditions, higher interests of parents, presence of satisfaction with the home life, and good subjective health status. 4. Concerning daily life styles, the higher scores of stress were in the students who had inappropriate sleep hours, skipped breakfasts, daily consumption of intermeal snacks, lack of exercise, daily smoking, normal indices of obesity, and lower indices of health habit. Conversely, the scores of subjective fatigue symptoms were higher in the groups who had daily breakfasts, no intermeal snacks, daily exercise, no smoking than their counterparts. 5. The factors exerting influence upon the stress included the satisfaction with school life, friend's relation, satisfaction with the home life, exercise, school grades, interests of parents, school year, sex, scores of health habit, degree of obesity, economic conditions of home. Those influencing on the degree os stress included stress, intermeal snacks, smoking, friend's relation and satisfaction with the home life.

Average Dietary Energy Intake does not Increase as BMI Increased in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey Data of Korea

  • Although the idea that obese people consume higher calorie diets is widely accepted, many dietary surveys have shown that obese people do NOT consume larger amounts of energy. We had an opportunity to study the relationship between calorie intake and obesity in Korea from the data contained in the '98 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey of Korea. The survey was executed nationwide for two months - from Nov. 1 to Dec.30 in 1998. The survey included 10,876 (aged >10 years) subjects of whom 9,771 underwent health examinations. Surveyors visited each household and checked health status, measured anthropometry and blood pressures, collected blood and urine samples, and interviewed from the health questionnaires. Well-trained dietitians evaluated the food consumption of 11,525 subjects over the age of 1 year with the 24-hour recall method. The number of subjects from whom a complete health examination and food consumption information was obtained was 8,004. Subjects were classified by BMI (< 20, 20-22, 22-24, 24-26, 26-28, 28 $\leq$) and into newly diagnosed patients with DM (FBS $\geq$ 126 mg/㎗), hypertension (SBP $\geq$ 140 mmHg or DBP $\geq$ 90 mmHg) and hyperlipidemia (Total cholesterol $\geq$ 220 mg/㎗ or TG $\geq$ 200 mg/㎗). Our main results were as following:1) their average energy intake was 2,029.6 $\pm$ 908.5 ㎉ and BMI is 22.6 $\pm$ 3.4 kg/$m^2$;2) a comparison of nutrient intakes by BMI level did not show a significant difference of energy intake even though BMI increased (BMI, < 20: 1,999 ㎉ ∼ 28 $\leq$: 2,028 ㎉);and 3) Even in newly diagnosed patients with diabetes, hypertension or hyperlipidemia, their energy consumption was not significantly increased as BMI increased (from BMI 20). There are several possible explanations for these results:1) Reduced physical activity caused the weight of obese people to increase even with the same energy intake;2) people underreported their energy consumption;or, people intentionally reduced their energy consumption due to self-image regarding their obesity. We might also hypothesize that there is a metabolic problem conceiving obese people, because calorie intake was not higher in obese people than in non-obese people in Korea. Further research is necessary for re-evaluating these current conclusions.

학교폭력 예방을 위한 중학교 가정과 교육 프로그램 개발 - 실천적 행동 수업 모형을 적용하여 - (The development of Home Economics Education program for the prevention of school violence in middle school : Based on the Practical Action Teaching Model)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 가정과 교육을 통해 학교폭력을 예방하기 위한 방안으로 실천적 수업모형을 적용하여 중학생 대상의 학교폭력 예방 교육 프로그램을 개발하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 ADDIE 모형을 토대로 재구성하여 분석, 설계, 개발, 평가의 과정에 따라 연구를 진행하였다. 분석 단계에서는 학교폭력 예방 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 연구를 수행하였다. 학교폭력 발생에 영향을 주는 위험요인과 보호요인, 국내외 학교폭력 예방 프로그램에 대한 핵심 구성요소, 구성 원리, 목표 및 실제 프로그램의 적용 방법 등을 파악하고, 프로그램 적용 모형으로 Laster의 실천적 행동 수업 모형(Practical Action Teaching Model)에 대한 선행연구를 고찰하였다. 설계 단계에서는 학교폭력 예방 프로그램을 위한 개발 방향 및 구성 개요를 설정하였다. 학교폭력 예방 보호요인과 가정교과 내용과의 관련성을 고려하여 프로그램의 내용요소를 선정하고, 국내외 학교폭력 예방 프로그램의 분석을 토대로 프로그램의 설계 방향을 설정하였다. 또한, 전체 프로그램의 목적 및 영역별 목표, 영역별 실천적 문제와 학습목표를 진술하고 주요 활동 내용을 설계하였다. 개발단계에서는 실천적 행동 수업모형을 적용한 주제별 교수 학습 과정안과 학습 자료, 교사용 참고자료 및 프로그램 타당도 검증을 위한 평가도구를 개발하였다. 평가 단계에서는 가정과교육 전문가 10인을 대상으로 프로그램 타당도 검사를 설문지를 이용하여 실시하였다. 개발된 학교폭력 예방을 위한 가정과 교육 프로그램은 학교폭력 인식변화, 자아존중감 향상, 타인과 관계 맺기, 배려와 나눔의 실천, 폭력예방 실천의지 다지기의 5개 영역으로 구성하였다. 또한, 이 5개 영역 당 1~2개씩 총 7개의 실천적 문제(서로 돕고 배려하는 친구관계 형성을 위해 나는 무엇을 해야 하는가?, 긍정적인 자아개념을 형성하기 위해 나는 무엇을 해야 하는가?, 원만한 관계를 형성하는 의사소통을 하기 위해 나는 무엇을 해야 하는가?, 갈등을 평화적으로 해결하기 위해 나는 무엇을 해야 하는가?, 배려와 나눔의 식생활을 실천하기 위해 나는 무엇을 해야 하는가?, 배려와 나눔의 의생활을 실천하기 위해 나는 무엇을 해야 하는가?)로 나누어 총 24차시로 개발되었다. 실천적 문제에 따라 문제인식, 실천적 추론, 행동, 평가의 4단계를 거치는 실천적 행동 수업 모형을 적용하였으며 각 단계마다 추론을 위한 질문을 제시하였고 실천행동이 이루어질 수 있도록 다양한 활동 과제를 제시하였다. 학습 자료는 학생용 자료와 교사용 참고자료로 나누어 개발하였다. 실천적 추론활동 과정에서 수업에 대한 이해를 돕고 흥미를 증진시키기 위해 개발된 학생용 자료는 활동지, 읽기, 동영상, 그림 자료 등으로 총 80편이 개발되었다. 교사용 참고자료는 관련 이론 및 신문자료, 동영상 자료 등으로 총 35편이 개발되었다. 실천적 행동 수업 모형을 적용하여 개발한 학교폭력 예방 가정과 교육 프로그램에 대해 현장교육의 유용성, 현장에서의 실행 가능성, 학습내용과 자료의 적합성 및 충실성, 교수 학습 과정안과 학습 자료의 내용타당도 검사를 실시한 결과 평균 4.36점 이상의 긍정적인 평가 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 이를 근거로 볼 때 본 프로그램은 학교현장에서 학교폭력 예방 교육에 효과적이며 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

블루투스의 스캐터넷과 임베디드 시스템을 이용한 텔레메트리 시스템의 구현 (Implementation of Telemetry System using Scatternet in Bluetooth Technology)

  • 본 논문에서는 각 가정이나 사무실에 설치된 전기, 수도, 가스 등 계량기의 사용량을 종합하여 검침원 호변방문 없이 외부에서 검침할 수 있도록 블루투스와 임베디드 시스템을 이용하여 원격 검침시스템을 구현하였다. 블루투스란 2.4GHz 대의 무선 주파수를 사용하는 근거리 무선 통신 기술로서 저전력 특성과 고속의 주파수 호핑 방식에 따른 높은 신뢰성 및 자체 에러 정정 기술을 지니고 있다. 이는 기존의 무선 모뎀보다 데이터 전송에 있어서 높은 신뢰성을 얻을 수 있게 해준다. 그리고 자체 네트워크망을 형성하므로 손쉽게 다른 기기와의 통신을 가능케 한다. 또한 무선 모뎀은 무선 단말기 소형화에 따른 제약을 받고 있으나 블루투스를 사용함으로써 저전력 특성과 더불어 휴대용으로의 기능에 부합시킬 수 있으며, 모듈의 원칩화가 진행됨에 따라 작은 크기로의 가능성이 제시된다. 또한 임베디드 시스템의 이동성을 이용하여 검침원이 외부에서 이동을 하면서 검침이 가능하며 시스템을 저전력의 ARM 프로세서를 이용함으로서 오랜 시간 장비의 효율적 사용이 가능 할 것이다.

  • The recent globalization of the consumer market has highlighted the importance of a brand; subsequently, brand extension is strategically used to launch of various products and services. Especially, various and new services based on information and communication technology for the convenience of consumers have been provided continuously. This study examined consumer's evaluation for brand extension centered on the brand extension as a mobile payment service through consumer propensity and familiarity as well as attitude toward a brand. The research is as follows. First, it shows that self-efficacy and implicit theories among consumer characteristics positively influence familiarity and attitude toward a brand. Second, it shows that the planned consumption tendency among consumption characteristics of a consumer positively affect familiarity toward a brand. Third, it is confirmed that the brand extension on parents brand affects the attitude towards brand extension, and the attitude towards brand extension is connected to a willingness to recommend through the purchase intention. This study empirically confirms the importance of consumer propensity, the consumer's perception, and evaluation towards the brand extension of the company as well as the continuous efforts and required company activities to build and form a positive attitude and familiarity of consumers for the brand. This study can be used as basic data for the strategy development of brand extensions in service companies.

스마트 그리드를 위한 홈 에너지 절감 시스템의 IEC 국제표준화 및 구현 (International Standardization and Implementation of Home Energy Saving System for Smart Grid)

  • 가정 및 빌딩에서의 에너지 소비 절감 및 효율 향상을 위한 에너지 절감 시스템(ESS)의 새로운 구조와 기능 요구사항을 정의하는 신규 국제표준 제안서를 2009년에 IEC TC 100에 제안하고 최종 IEC PT 62654라는 신규 프로젝트로 채택이 되었다. 최근 표준 발간을 위한 최종 투표에서 만장일치로 통과함에 따라 2012년 8월 IEC TS 62654 규격이 발간되었다. 표준의 검증을 위해 ESS 서버, ESS 클라이언트, 휴대용 ESS 터미널로 구성되는 ESS 시스템의 프로토타입을 표준화 과정과 병행하여 구현하였으며, 또한 ESS 서버와 클라이언트간 통신을 위한 EPCM 프로토콜을 구현하였다. EPCM 프로토콜은 ESS 네트워크의 자동 구성, 전력 소비 모니터링, 원격 전원 제어 및 지능적인 에너지 절감 서비스를 위한 부가 기능들을 지원한다.

HAS에 의한 대학생의 금전에 대한 태도와 외식 행동에 관한 연구 (Study on the Attitude toward Money by MAS(Money Attitude Scale) and the Dining-out Behavior of Undergraduates)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine the attitude of undergraduates toward money and the differences in dining-out behavior among three groups of subjects divided by attitude toward money. Self-administrated questionnaires were completed by 387 undergraduates and data were analysed by frequency analysis, chi-square, t-test, one-way ANOVA, factor analysis, reliability analysis, duster analysis and discriminant analysis. Results of study were as follows. There appeared six different attitudes of money among the undergraduates investigated: money as a means of seizing power, money as a life pursuit, money as a tool for rational consumption, money as a barometer of success, money as a cause of anxiety, and distrust. The undergraduates showed several different attitudes of money according to gender, major, age and pocket money. Cluster analysis divided subjects into three groups by attitude toward money : low dependent group, moderately dependent group and high dependent group. Three groups of subjects classified by attitudes of money were different from one another in dining-out behavior as well. The low money-dependent group mainly spent less than 5,000 won on a dining-out, and relied on their own experience and recommendation from others on a dining-out information. In contrast, the high money-dependent group spent 20,000 won or more on dining-out, and the distribution of subjects acquiring dining-out information from various channels in that group was significantly higher than other groups.

울산지역 주부의 녹색식생활지침에 대한 인식 및 실천 (Perceptions and Practices for Core Action Message on Green Dietary Life: The Case of Homemakers in Ulsan, Korea)

  • The Ministry for Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs developed a program called "Core Action Massages for Green Dietary Life" to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption and improve health. This study examines the degree of perceptions and practices with respect to these massages by considering a sample of 245 homemakers in Ulsan, Korea. The questionnaire consisted of questions about perceptions and practices of Core Action Massage and its three parts of detailed massages: , , . The data were analyzed with cross tabulation analysis, Tukey analysis after ANOVA. The score of agreement to Core Action Massage was 4.57(range 1-5). The score of perception about showed significant differences in age(p<0.01) and income(p<0.05). The score of perception about and showed significant differences in age(p<0.05). The score of practicing showed significant differences in age(0.001), education(0.01), housing style(p<0.01), and region(0.01). The score of practicing showed significant differences in age(p<0.001), education(0.05), and region(0.05). The frequency of practices for was low. As to the results of the study, education on green dietary life must be provided to homemakers, especially young homemakers. Opportunities to experience of farming to appreciate others' efforts to obtain food should also be provided.

소비자보호를 위한 기업마아켓팅의 방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Manufacture's Marketing for Consumer Protection)

  • The consumer affair is one of the rapidly evolving problems in the process of recent economic growth. As the society and its economy changes, the nature and the scope of the consumer affairs also changes. while the main concept of the consumer affaires originated from the market mechanism, it is now expanding beyond the market mechanism to include everyday lives of consumers. In solving the problems which arise form the status difference between the manufacturer and the consumer the manufacturer's action is no less important the consumer's self-improvement of its status. The manufactures with the purpose of getting maximum profits from the consumers are conducting the consumer oriented managerial marketing, but this sis done form the manufacturer's point of view with the consumer's position being neglected. It is the purpose of this paper to investigate the nature and direction of the marketing from the consumer's position being neglected. It is the purpose of this paper to investigate the nature and direction of the marketing from the consumer's point of view. For this study a couple of pre-investigations were done. First, I surveyed the changing consumers with economic growth the developing process of marketing, and the cause and characteristics of the today's consumer affaires. Second, I studied the concept change of the modern marketing, and the concept of the consumerism which was materialized by this concept change. I further studied, with the consumer's point of view, the socioecological marketing which is based on the consumerism. The conclusion of this investigation is that the manufacturers should convert the in humanized marketing to the more human and environment conscious socioecological marketing because the consumer affairs which arise from the mass consumption of the modern days are expanding to include everyday's problems. This conversion naturally should be based on the human concept based consumerism. To be more effective, the manufactures should assume more social responsibilities and conduct the socioecological marketing voluntarily and willingly.

우리나라 식생활 개선 정책의 시대적 변화에 대한 고찰 (Evaluation on Food Policy classified by period on Korean)

  • The change in the police concerning food and dietary life were analyzed in order to provide bases of establishing policy of food and dietary life properly. The last half one century was divided into six periods as follows ; The period since liberlation from Japanese rule(1945-1949) the 1950's (1950-1959) 1960's (1960-1969) 1970's (1970-1979) 1980's (1980-1989) 1990's (1990-1992). Dietary life by 1960's were a life of distress and policies coducted by government took on an relief supply of food at this period. Movement about 'intake of mixed rice with barley and foods from flour' to supress rice consumption were encouraged by government. And Korean recommended dietary allowance was made and the national nutritional survey was practived in the first place by the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs. Dietary life of the country begin to improve sharply along with rice self-sufficiency since 1975 With the growth of food and eating out industry intake of instant food processed food and fast food has increased at the 1980's To ministry of Health and Social Affairs drove campaign of 'Joo-Moon Sik Dahn Je' for dietary life improvement at 1981 The Ministry of Education made and announced a 'School Feeding Law' at 1981 The government that is the Office of Permier and the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs developed compaign for improvement of dietary life and drove 'Jo Eun Sik Dahan Je' with Association of restaurant jointly. Policy on food and dietary life conducted by government up to data were planned mainly dependent on food production supply and demand of food. Infectious diseases continue to decrease with increasing of degenerative diseases which will be required proper management of dietary life. In the future more aggressive intergrated food policy are needed to maintain the public health. Aoso dietary improvement movement should be drived actively.
