간호대학생의 MBTI 성격유형에 따른 스트레스 정도, 스트레스 대처방식 및 학교적응 (Stress, Stress Coping, and School Adaptation according to Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI) Personality Type in Freshmen Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to describe stress, stress coping, and school adaptation according to Myers-Briggs type indicator(MBTI) personality type in freshmen nursing students. Methods: This study was a cross sectional survey and the data was collected from 267 freshmen nursing students by means of self reported questionnaires from March 3 to 30, 2012. Collected data were analyzed on SPSS win 18.0. Results: 16 personality types were all seen in this study participants. There were no significant differences in stress, stress coping, and school adaptation according to 4 functions and 4 temperaments of MBTI. Conclusion: Nursing students show various personality types and we need to understand their diversity and reflect it to a school curriculum or education program development. Further study is required to identify the effects of self-understanding program on stress management and school adaptation.

고혈압환자의 폭염 적응력 증진을 위한 프로그램 효과 (Effects of an Extreme Heat Adaptation Program in Hypertensive Patients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of an extreme heat Adaptation Program on the blood pressure, stress response, self-efficacy, and knowledge of management of hypertension and extreme heat of patients who suffered from hypertension. Methods: A quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. The data collection period was between July 2 and August 20, 2012. Thirty-seven patients participated in the study (18 in the experimental group and 19 in the control group). Data were analyzed using $X^2$-test, t-test, and Cronbach's alpha coefficients with SPSS/WIN 19.0. Results: Patients who participated in the program showed statistically significant improvements in systolic blood pressure (SBP), self-efficacy, and knowledge of management of hypertension and extreme heat. Conclusion: The results indicate that this extreme heat adaptation program can be utilized for patients suffering from hypertension in order to reduce their SBP and to increase self-efficacy and knowledge of management of hypertension and extreme heat. Therefore, it is recommended that this program be used for elderly patients suffering from chronic disease.

여성 한부모의 사회적응력 향상을 위한 교육프로그램 개발 및 효과 (The Development and Effectiveness of an Educational Program for Improving Single Mother's Adaptation)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an educational program that enhances a single mother's social adaptation (self-esteem and sociality) based on the precedent studies. The subjects of this program were seven single motherswholive in C city in Chung Cheong Namdo. Paired-Sample t-test, individual change and group processing description data, and behavior observation record data were analyzed. Research results are as follows based on the research questions. First, a group of 8 single mothers who participated in the program showed an improvement of their social adaptation. Therefore, the effectiveness of the educational program was verified. Second, as the group session went on, the cohesion among the group members was solidified and their will to participate in the program was increased. Third, generally, individuals' understanding, acceptance, and adaptation toward themselves and others were enhanced. On the whole, the educational program for improving single mother's social adaptation was verified. We need to develop and implement more programs that enhance single mother's social adaptation in the future.

적응적 전송률 기법을 이용한 이더넷에서 트래픽 패턴이 에너지 절약률 및 지연 시간에 미치는 영향 (Impact Analysis of Traffic Patterns on Energy Efficiency and Delay in Ethernet with Rate Adaptation)

  • 최근 녹색 IT(Green IT)에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 많은 연구자들이 적응적 전송률(Rate adaptation)을 이용한 에너지 효율적 이더넷(Energy Efficient Ethernet: EEE)에 관심을 보이고 있다. 그러나 적응적 전송률은 트래픽 패턴에 따라 다른 에너지 효율성 및 전송률 변화에 따른 지연 시간의 편차를 보일 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 적응적 전송률 기법을 이용한 이더넷에서 트래픽 패턴이 에너지 절약 및 지연 시간에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 OPNET Modeler를 이용하여 다양한 트래픽 패턴 생성을 위한 포아송(Poisson) 프로세스 기반 및 파레토(Pareto) 분포 기반의 ON-OFF 트래픽 생성 모델과 적응적 전송률을 이용한 이더넷 노드를 구현하여 시뮬레이터를 설계하였다. 구현된 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 총 전송률 변화 횟수, 전송율 절감, 에너지 절약율, 평균 큐 지연 시간 관점에서 시뮬레이션을 수행하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 적응적 전송률은 자기유사성을 갖는 IP 트래픽 패턴이 총 전송률 변화 횟수, 전송률 절감 및 에너지 절약율에 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었으며 높은 전송률 변화로 인한 오버헤드의 발생을 보였다.

대학생의 자아정체감과 대학생활 적응과의 관계 (Relationship between Self-identity and College Life Adjustment on College Students)

  • 청년기에는 사회 생활에의 적응을 위하여 독립적인 자아형성을 추구하고 자아정체감을 발달시켜 나가고 있다. 아울러 한국의 경우 고등학교를 졸업하고 사회진출을 위해 거쳐 가는 곳이 대학이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자아정체감의 형성시기인 대학생을 대상으로 하여 자아정체감과 대학생활과의 영향관계를 살펴봄으로써 향후 사회진출을 위한 자아정체감의 중요성에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 연구결과 첫째, 자아정체감은 학업적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 세부적으로는 목표지향성이 학업적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자아정체감은 정서적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 세부적으로 살펴보면 자기수용성, 미래확신성, 목표지향성은 정서적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 자아정체감은 대학만족에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

장애학생이 받는 재택순회교육과 지역사회복지서비스가 사회적응행동 및 자아효능감에 미치는 효과 (A Qualitative Study on the Effect of Residential and Itinerant Education on the Social Adaptation Behavior and Self-efficiency of Disabled students)

  • 이 연구는 장애학생이 받는 재택순회교육과 지역사회복지서비스가 사회적응행동과 자아효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 효과성 연구를 하였다. 이를 위하여 2018년 3월 6일부터 9월 5일까지 6개월 동안 7명의 장애학생으로 구성하여 사전조사와 개입까지 참여하였으나 건강상의 이유로 2명의 장애학생이 끝까지 참여하지 못하여 사후검사에서는 5명의 장애학생이 참여하여 연구를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재택순회교육을 받으며 지역사회서비스를 받은 장애학생들은 사회적응행동 영역에서 사회인지, 대인관계, 사회적응, 직업기능과 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 지역사회복지서비스에 참여함으로서 자아효능감이 높아진 것으로 분석되었다. 즉 자신의 과제능력에 대한 자신감 및 신뢰감이 긍정적으로 평가되었다. 또한 본 연구에 참여한 재택순회교육 교사, 지역사회복지서비스를 진행했던 연구자, 장애인복지관 종사자, 자원봉사자, 장애학생의 가족 등이 긍정적으로 인식하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 재택순회교육과 지역사회복지서비스를 연계하므로 장애학생의 사회통합을 위하여 사회적응행동 프로그램이 다양화 되어야 함을 기초자료로 제시하였다.

Micro-CT evaluation of internal adaptation in resin fillings with different dentin adhesives

  • Objectives: The purpose of present study was to evaluate the internal adaptation of composite restorations using different adhesive systems. Materials and Methods: Typical class I cavities were prepared in 32 human third molars. The teeth were divided into the following four groups: 3-step etch-and-rinse, 2-step etch-and-rinse, 2-step self-etch and 1-step self-etch system were used. After the dentin adhesives were applied, composite resins were filled and light-cured in two layers. Then, silver nitrate solution was infiltrated, and all of the samples were scanned by micro-CT before and after thermo-mechanical load cycling. For each image, the length to which silver nitrate infiltrated, as a percentage of the whole pulpal floor length, was calculated (%SP). To evaluate the internal adaptation using conventional method, the samples were cut into 3 pieces by two sectioning at an interval of 1 mm in the middle of the cavity and they were dyed with Rhodamine-B. The cross sections of the specimens were examined by stereomicroscope. The lengths of the parts where actual leakage was shown were measured and calculated as a percentage of real leakage (%RP). The values for %SP and %RP were compared. Results: After thermo-mechanical loading, all specimens showed significantly increased %SP compared to before thermo-mechanical loading and 1-step self-etch system had the highest %SP (p < 0.05). There was a tendency for %SP and %RP to show similar microleakage percentage depending on its sectioning. Conclusions: After thermo-mechanical load cycling, there were differences in internal adaptation among the groups using different adhesive systems.

인터넷 게임동기 유형에 따른 대학적응과 인터넷 게임중독 (College Adaptation and Internet Game Addiction by Internet Game Motivation Types)

  • This study examined internet game addiction and college adaptation(academic, social, personal-emotional, institutional attachment) by Internet game motivation types. The 475 subjects (235 male and 240 female college students) responded to the newly developed self-report measure, Internet Game Motivation Scale (IGMS). Cluster analyses of IGMS data identified 5 types of Internet game motivation: Active I, Active II, Moderate I, Moderate II, Passive. Active (I, II) types had the highest scores in Internet game addiction while the Passive type yielded the lowest. Except for academic adaptation, all aspects of college adaptation varied as a function of Internet game motivation types. Overall, Moderate II showed highest whereas Active I showed lowest academic adaptation scores.

간호대학생의 자살생각과 자아존중감에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Suicidal Ideation and Self-esteem of Nursing Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of suicidal ideation and self-esteem of nursing students. The subjects of the study were 438 nursing students. The period of data collection was from September 1 to 30, 2012. The data was analyzed by SPSS 19.0 program. The result are as follows; First, the average of suicidal ideation was 1.74 and self esteem was 3.48 points. Second, suicidal ideation was significantly different according to economic status, health status, friendship, personality, adaptation of environment, satisfaction on school, satisfaction on nursing major, score, and bully. Self-esteem was significantly different according to economic status, health status, personality, adaptation of environment, satisfaction on school, satisfaction on nursing major, score, and bully. Third, suicidal ideation was correlated with positive self esteem negatively and negative self esteem positively. Forth, the influencing factor in suicidal ideation of participant were self esteem, friendship and satisfaction on school, $R^2$=.370. Thus, development of guidance program to decrease suicidal ideation of nursing students is recommended.

격려 중심의 학급 운영이 초등학생의 학교생활 적응력 및 자기격려에 미치는 효과 (The Influence of Encouragement-centered class Management on Elementary Students' Adaptation to School Life and Self-Encouragement)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 격려중심 학급운영이 초등학생의 학교생활적응과 자기격려에 미치는 효과를 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 다양한 격려중심학급운영방안이 아들러의 개인심리학 이론에 기초하여 개발되었다. 연구대상은 광주광역시 A 초등학교 5학년 2개반이며, 한 반은 실험집단(n=28), 다른 한 반은 통제집단(n=31)이었다. 자료는 학교적응검사(강해련, 2008)와 자기격려척도(기채영, 홍경자, 2008)를 통해 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 공분산분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통제집단보다 실험집단에서 학교적응점수가 유의미하게 증진하였다. 둘째, 통제집단보다 실험집단에서 지기격려점수가 유의미하게 증가하였다.
