이 연구의 목적은 공항특수경비원들의 보안서비스가치가 고객만족 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2013년 6월 인천소재 공항시설 이용자들을 모집단으로 선정한 다음 집락무선표집법을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였으며, 최종 분석은 460명이 활용 되었다. 연구에 사용된 설문지는 사회인구학적 특성 6문항, 보안서비스가치 6문항, 고객만족 6문항, 고객충성도 4문항 등 총 22문항으로 구성하였으며, PSSWIN 18.0 을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중 회귀분석, 경로분석 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 ${\alpha}$=.809 이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보안서비스가치는 고객만족에 영향을 미친다. 화폐적가치를 증대시켜준다면 서비스구성만족은 높다. 둘째, 보안서비스가치는 고객충성도에 영향을 미친다. 화폐적가치, 시간적가치를 증대시켜 준다면 지속적이용의사, 타인추천의사는 높다. 셋째, 고객만족은 고객충성도에 영향을 미친다. 서비스구성만족, 이용결정만족을 증대시켜 준다면 지속적이용의사, 타인추천의사는 높다. 넷째, 공항특수경비원들의 보안서비스가치는 고객만족 및 고객충성도에 직 간접적으로 영향을 미친다. 즉, 고객만족은 보안서비스가치와 고객충성도를 매개하는 중요한 변수임을 의미해주고 있다.

웹사이트는 주소, 연락처 등의 개인정보를 포함하고 있어 보안에 대한 주의가 요구된다. 본 연구는 개인정보를 보유하고 있는 웹사이트에서 사용자의 보안인식이 웹사이트 품질요소와 신뢰, 정보품질과 서비스가치 간의 관계에 어떤 조절효과를 미치는지 알아보는 연구이다. 중고등학교 학생 및 학부모 635명을 대상으로 설문을 실시한 결과, 사용성을 제외한 웹사이트 품질요소는 웹사이트 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 웹사이트 정보품질은 서비스가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 서비스가치는 신뢰에도 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 웹사이트 보안인식은 정보품질과 서비스가치의 관계에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구 결과는 사용자들이 보안수준이 낮은 웹사이트를 지속적으로 사용하지 않는다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 웹사이트 이해관계자들을 위한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

The demand for services using digital technology is constantly increasing as new developments in digital consumer electronics and the Internet are made. This is especially true in terms of the demand for IPTV utilizing high speed Internet networks. Research on IPTV threats is important for facilitating financial transactions via IPTV and preventing illegal use or copying of digital content. Thus, this paper analyzes IPTV threats via the IPTV value chain. That is, the distribution system for IPTV service is analyzed along with the components of the value chain and corresponding IPTV security requirements or security technologies, in order to perform a threat analysis and research suitable for the IPTV service environment. This paper has a greater focus on the value chain of the IPTV business than the approach in previous research, in order to analyze security requirements and technologies that are more applicable to the business environment.

사회안전과 질서유지를 위하여 Security를 연구하는 학문이다. 비록 산업계에 비하여 18년이라는 짧은 기간이지만, 다방면의 학자들이 이 분야에 관심으로 가지고 많은 노력을 해왔다. 그러나 지금의 경호학은 몇 가지 문제점들을 안고 있어서 학문으로써의 가치를 인정받기 어려운 실정이다. 이를 위해서 몇 가지 선결과제가 해결이 되어야 한다. 첫째, 학문적인 개념과 범위 설정에 대한 산학간의 합의점 마련. 둘째, 모호한 학문의 정체성을 확립하기 위한 학적체계의 정립. 셋째, 교육체계의 정비부족을 극복하기 위한 교육체계 정립 방안의 마련. 넷째, 산업계와 상이한 연구방향에 대한 비가시성을 극복하기 위한 방안 등을 들 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 경호학이 학문으로써의 정체성과 가치를 높이기 위하여 네 가지 선결과제를 중심으로 그에 따른 대안을 제시하도록 하는데 목적을 두었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of e - commerce technology characteristics and personal values on purchasing behavior by information security importance. The results of the empirical study that examined the university students in 2006 and 2016 are as follows. First, personal value is centered on personal values, such as self - esteem and self - esteem in 2006. In 2016, however, personal values such as self - fulfillment and personal relationship with others are important. Transactional ease and product service serve as the main value of the fun and pleasure of life, but the sense of accomplishment as the core value of information protection. Second, the technical characteristics of e-commerce are as follows. In terms of ease of transaction and product service, technology characteristics are simplified and directly effected over time. On the other hand, information protection works very closely with individual value, There was a strong tendency to enjoy benefits. Especially in 2006, if you want to enjoy transactional convenience through transaction information security or benefit from product service, it has been changed to recognize the importance of information security through payment in 2016.

본 연구에서는 보안서비스 제공과정을 비즈니스 프로세스로 살펴보고, 여기서 나타나는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 융합보안기술의 적용 및 이의 프로세스화를 통한 개선된 서비스 혁신모델을 제시해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 대표적으로 시설관리, 무인경비 등을 제공하는 물리보안 분야를 살펴보고, 여기서 나타나는 한계점을 해결하기 위해 적용 가능한 융합보안기술로 기상정보를 활용하는 방법을 서비스 사이언스 관점에서 제안한다. 본 연구의 기여도는 첫째, 서비스 혁신 관리를 통해 융합보안기술을 기반으로 위험관리 방법을 개선했다는 것이며, 둘째, 서비스의 효과를 계량화하여 위험관리 활동을 정량적 수치로 평가할 수 있다는 것이며, 마지막으로, 기상정보를 활용한 물리보안 서비스 제공 방법론을 체계적으로 프레임워크화 했다는 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of characteristics of hospital choice and hospital service quality on service value, customer satisfaction and hospital revisiting intent and a survey involving patients and their caregivers who used the hospital before was conducted for empirical analysis. Thus, the theory and factors concerning the characteristics of hospital choice, hospital service quality, service value, customer satisfaction and hospital revisiting intent and relevant preceding research were explored after examining the preceding research, the research model was developed accordingly. A total of 459 collected questionnaires were analyze after carrying out the survey on a national scale. The findings of this study have significance since it identified the motivation that affect the choice of hospital and provide information. Also, this study could be utilized as reference data for hospitals to survive in the fierce competition, as it carried out factual survey on considerations when making choice of hospital. Furthermore, due to the low expectation of patients and caregivers for hospital administration, the study indicated that it's linked to a significantly low chance of customer satisfaction and provide the cause. This study was differentiated with other research on hospital choice since it selected security as a factor of hospital choice, though it's not discussed in the preceding research and moreover, conducted the empirical analysis. And the results of empirical analysis revealed that customers felt that service value was improved when the information security was strengthened. In other words, the strengthening of hospital information security could be hospital choice motivation, which means this study provided practical implication.

As the IT service environment grows, it is critical in terms of IT service quality to minimize the occurrence of failures due to changes in applications and to diagnose and recover in a short period of time how failure will affect the business. Thus, the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) has been building and operating ITSMs to implement IT service management in a leading manner. Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) is divided into events, obstacles, changes, versions and setup management to ensure flexibility and stability in service delivery. It is also operated separately from service level, availability, capacity, financial and IT service continuity management to ensure service quality and cost efficiency. Based on ITSM military service history, this study looks at the impact of quality of service on value, satisfaction, and trust. The results of the analysis are highly valuable for future ITSM implementation and operation.

데이터가 새로운 핵심자원으로 주목받으면서 마이데이터가 금융, 의료, 공공 등 다양한 분야로 확산되고 있지만 마이데이터 사용자의 행동연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 마이데이터가 가장 활발히 이루어지고 있는 금융 분야를 대상으로 마이데이터 특성이 가치 인식에 미치는 영향과 수용행동에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 기존 연구를 근거로 연구모형을 제안하였으며, 가설검증을 위해 개인을 대상으로 295부의 설문 자료를 수집하여 AMOS 26.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 금융 마이데이터 특성으로 제안한 자기정보결정권, 금융 편의성, 개인화서비스는 지각된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지각된 가치는 수용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 더 나아가 본 연구는 개인혁신성과 기술적 보안성을 조절변수로 제안하여 변수 간의 관계에 어떤 역할을 하는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 개인혁신성은 자기정보결정권, 개인화서비스와 지각된 가치 간의 관계를 강화시켜주는 것으로 나타났으며, 기술적 보안성은 지각된 가치와 금융 마이데이터 수용의도 간의 관계를 강화시켜 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 금융 마이데이터 사용자의 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 이해하고 개인의 혁신성 수준과 기술적 보안성의 중요성에 대해 이해하는데 유용한 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.
