This study aims to conceptualize the settlement inclusivity for overcoming social exclusion and the decline in quality of life of older people and to examine its effects on their mental health. The concept of the settlement inclusivity for older people focuses on the immediate environment around the place where they live. We proposed two domains for the conceptual framework; social domain that provides opportunities for community cohesion; spatial domain that provides security of residential area and access to basic services within walking distance. The social domain was represented by participation and interdependence, while the spatial domain by security and accessibility in the settlement inclusivity. Zero-inflated negative binomial regression model was constructed with 2017 National Survey of Older Koreans data to analyze the factors influencing depressive symptoms of older adults. The empirical results demonstrate that increased level of neighborhood network and social participation is associated with a decrease in the number of depressive symptoms. In addition, higher satisfaction in neighborhood environment and good accessibility to public transport/stores are associated with fewer depressive symptoms. Finally, housing condition and home ownership have a moderating effect on the relationship between social network/participation and depressive symptoms level, whereas they have no direct effects on depressive symptoms. This study demonstrates multi-dimensionally and mutually significant associations between settlement inclusivity and depressive symptoms for older people providing implications for urban planning and policies to improve mental well-being of older population.

Recently, the malicious e-mail worm-viruses have been widely spreaded over the Internet. If the recipient opens the e-mail attachment or an e-mail itself that contains the worm-virus, the worm-virus can be activated and then cause a tremendous damage to the system by propagating itself to everyone on the mailing list in the user's e-mail package. In this paper, we have designed and implemented two methods blocking e-mail worm-viruses. In the fist method, each e-mail is transmitted only by sender activity such as the click of button on a mail client application. In the second one, we insert the two modules into the sender side, where the one module transforms a recipient's address depending on a predefined rule only in time of pushing button and the other converts the address reversely with the former module whenever an e-mail is sent. The lader method also supports a polymorphism model in order to cope with the new types of e-mail worm-virus attacks. The two methods are designed not to work for the e-mail viruses. There is no additional fraction on the receiver's side of the e-mail system. Experimental results show that the proposed methods can screen the e-mail worm-viruses efficiently with a low overhead.

Building Ukraine as an independent, sovereign state requires the education of a citizen-patriot, able to live and work in a democracy, ensure the unity of Ukraine, feel constant responsibility for themselves, their people, country, seek to make a real contribution to the reform process. Modern modernization of the education system requires the search for new information and communication technologies that can ensure the formation of a citizen with an active civic position, which involves not only students mastering the rights and responsibilities of citizens, convincing them of the feasibility of democratic transformation of society, patriotic qualities and feelings, but also the identification of motivated civic actions. The pandemic and hostilities have led to significant changes in the field of education around the world, they have caused educational problems in Ukraine. At the beginning of the quarantine in the spring of 2020, all educational institutions in the emergency mode switched to distance learning. Intensive use of information and communication technologies in the life of modern society has led to a rethinking of the content of education and training of future professionals: the main role is played not so much by the information itself as the ability to work with it, critically comprehend and produce new knowledge; the main thing is not the amount of information, but its quality; information is needed for further practical application and transformation into knowledge, and the ability to work with information becomes one of the important competencies of the modern specialist in the new transformation of society: from information to the knowledge society. In this context, one of the main forms of training is distance learning, which is able to respond to the challenges of society. The main methodological positions that are taken into account in the construction of the structure and dynamics of the formation of civic responsibility of the individual during the use of information and communication technologies are highlighted. The structure of civil responsibility as a holistic system of information and communication technologies is outlined, which includes three subsystems that characterize the natural, social and systemic qualities of citizenship, interconnected hierarchically and synergistically.The constituent elements of the structural part of the model of civic culture of the individual are analyzed.

Although Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques have shown impressive performance in various fields, they are vulnerable to adversarial examples which induce misclassification by adding human-imperceptible perturbations to the input. Previous studies to defend the adversarial examples can be classified into three categories: (1) model retraining methods; (2) input transformation methods; and (3) adversarial examples detection methods. However, even though the defense methods against adversarial examples have constantly been proposed, there is no research to classify the type of adversarial attack. In this paper, we proposed an adversarial attack family classification method based on dimensionality reduction and clustering. Specifically, after extracting adversarial perturbation from adversarial example, we performed Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) to reduce the dimensionality of adversarial perturbation and performed K-means algorithm to classify the type of adversarial attack family. From the experimental results using MNIST dataset and CIFAR-10 dataset, we show that the proposed method can efficiently classify five tyeps of adversarial attack(FGSM, BIM, PGD, DeepFool, C&W). We also show that the proposed method provides good classification performance even in a situation where the legitimate input to the adversarial example is unknown.

Modern production requires production staff who have design competence, experience and skills to work in various types of work integrated into professional activities. Possession of digital design methods significantly expands the opportunities for professional activities of qualified workers. The purpose of our study was to study the impact of pedagogical conditions on the formation of design competence of future qualified workers in a group work. We have identified a set of pedagogical conditions that promote the development of professionally oriented artistic and technical creativity of workers in the conditions of curricular and extracurricular activities, which include motivational-target, procedural-semantic, organizational-technological, and subject-oriented. It is shown that the formation of design competence is determined by motivational, informational-active and reflection criteria, which are aimed at motivational-value, cognitive, operational-active, creative, social and emotional components of this competence. The methodology of the research is highlighted, which includes the use of the following methods: determination of the personality's motivational sphere in order to identify strong and weak motives of students activity; multiple intelligence to identify students talents in the direction of practical intelligence, which is important for design competence; determining the level of creative activity to identify manifestations of students creative abilities; identifying the type of students innovative thinking in order to develop motivation for success; factor-criterion model, developed on the basis of a qualimetric approach, which is used to identify the level of design competence formation in accordance with its components. The results of the study showed that the creation of separate pedagogical conditions in the institution of vocational education and training (VET) had a positive impact on the development of design competence, which shows the potential of artistic and technical design in the development of professional creativity of future qualified workers taking into account the environmental approach.

Bridges are a key infrastructure that underpins economic and social activities. In Korea, bridges began to be built with economic development in the 1970s and were built intensively in the 1980s and 1990s. In recent years, as the number of bridges with a service life of more than 30 years is increasing, continuous maintenance is required to ensure the safety of the bridges. In particular, in order to cope with the aging of bridges, research on technology development such as maintenance using ICT technology, preventive maintenance, life cycle cost reduction, and long life bridge is being actively promoted. This paper presents the results of correlation analysis based on the safety evaluation data of bridges as part of the research on the development of a model for estimating load-carrying capacity of bridges. As a analysis result, indicators highly correlated with the load-carrying capacity of the bridge was derived.

The article proves the idea that the protection and development of Ukraine as an independent, sovereign state requires the education of a patriot citizen who is able to live and work in a democracy, ensure the unity of Ukraine, feel constant responsibility for himself, his people, the country, and strive to make a real contribution to reform processes, especially in unstable, wartime. The main goal of educational institutions in the system of educational work of the modern information space is revealed. The tasks of patriotic education of the individual are presented. The content of patriotic education at the wartime stage and the main characteristics of the content of patriotism are substantiated. The main methodological positions that are taken into account in the construction of the structure and dynamics of the formation of civil responsibility of the individual are highlighted. The structure of civic responsibility as an integral system of the modern information space is drawn, which includes three subsystems that characterize the natural, social and systemic qualities of citizenship, interconnected hierarchically and synergistically. The components of the structural part of the model of civil culture of the individual in the modern information space are analyzed.Modern modernization of the education system in the modern information space, which has led to the emergence of a new type of Educational Institutions, requires the search for new pedagogical technologies that can ensure the formation of a patriotic citizen with an active civic position, which involves not only mastering students' knowledge about the rights and obligations of citizens, convincing them of the expediency of democratic transformations of society, the formation of high moral and strong-willed, patriotic qualities and feelings, but also identifying motivated civic actions, actions that are necessary during martial law in Ukraine.

As information security(IS) is recognized as an organization's core value, organizations are making efforts to adopt strict IS policies and technologies. However, strict IS policies can cause negative behavior for employees of organizations who need to apply IS to their work. This study confirms that IS can express the role stress of employees, and suggests a way to mitigate the IS role stress. Specifically, we confirm that organization justice and individual social identity can reduce IS role stress, which reduces IS voice behavior. In the study, we surveyed workers of organizations that applied IS policies to their work and obtained 318 samples. Also, we tested the hypothesis by applying the structural equation model. As a result, IS organization justice increased IS voice behavior through social identity and partially reduced IS voice behavior by mitigating IS role stress. In addition, social identity moderated the relationship between IS role stress and IS voice behavior. This study suggests strategies for achieving internal IS goals by suggesting conditions for mitigating IS role stress from an organizational and individual perspective.

European integration processes have acted as a catalyst for the emergence of a new type of educational environment, which is characterized by competent flexibility of specialists. Therefore, the article focuses on professional training of teachers in the context of European integration processes using information technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists. One of the educational priorities in Europe is to create a new model of a teacher who has an academic education, knows innovative methods, is able to perform functions and tasks efficiently and professionally, adequately, quickly and correctly respond to changes and innovations. The tasks facing education in the European dimension are formulated. The main trends in the education of teachers in modern Europe are described: the need to deepen and expand subject training programs in pedagogical institutions of Higher Education, which will allow autonomy of activity, awareness of responsibility for independent creative decisions, create favorable conditions for the development of professionalism through the use of Information Technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists. At the present stage, various models of teacher training are being developed based on the University and practical concept using information technology and searching for innovative methods of training specialists. On this basis, two different theories of perception of teacher education were formed: as preparation of teachers for work throughout their professional career; as preparation for the first years of professional work, which is periodically repeated in the process of continuous professional training and improvement. Among the advantages that the use of Information Technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists to implement the learning process, it is worth mentioning the following: simultaneous use of several channels of perception of the student or student in the learning process, thanks to which the integration of information processed by different sensory organs is achieved; the ability to simulate complex real experiments; visualization of abstract information by dynamic representation of processes, etc.

Cryptanalysis can be performed by various techniques such as known plaintext attack, differential attack, side-channel analysis, and the like. Recently, many studies have been conducted on cryptanalysis using deep learning. A known-plaintext attack is a technique that uses a known plaintext and ciphertext pair to find a key. In this paper, we use deep learning technology to perform a known-plaintext attack against S-PRESENT, a reduced version of the lightweight block cipher PRESENT. This paper is significant in that it is the first known-plaintext attack based on deep learning performed on a reduced lightweight block cipher. For cryptanalysis, MLP (Multi-Layer Perceptron) and 1D and 2D CNN(Convolutional Neural Network) models are used and optimized, and the performance of the three models is compared. It showed the highest performance in 2D convolutional neural networks, but it was possible to attack only up to some key spaces. From this, it can be seen that the known-plaintext attack through the MLP model and the convolutional neural network is limited in attackable key bits.
