The suggestions that follow are about the Qualitative Improvement of private security Industrial. First, in legal and institutional policy, new establishment by law for private security and more support from government is asked. Moreover, the restructuring or M&A between petty companies and the pricing for security service should be performed. Second, in the structural aspect of private security industry, the professional education center for private security guards should be established and the terms of payment and welfare should be improved to the level above standard. In addition, it should be achieved to change the public to have a new and correct understanding of private security and develope the specialized parts suited to the characteristic and ability of each companies. Third, the construction of operating system for private security service should be achieved; recruit system for competent security guards, marketing strategy and enforcement system, widely known confidence to client, normal training system for security guards and post management system for client. This is also to be suited to the characteristic of each companies.

보안관제는 여러 정보를 수집하고 그 정보를 분석하는 과정에서 유효한 결과 값을 도출함으로써 사이버 침해로부터 IT시스템을 지켜내는 것이다. 현재 보안관제는 단편적인 정보만을 가지고 사이버 위협 정보를 분석하는 것에서 벗어나, 많은 데이터를 바탕으로 체계적이고 종합적인 관점의 분석을 가능케 하는 SIEM(Security Information Event Management) 장비 사용으로 매우 효과적으로 수행하고 있다. 하지만, 이런 보안관제도 보안 인력의 수작업으로 사이버 공격을 분석하여 대응하고 있다. 따라서 뛰어난 보안장비가 있더라도, 사용자에 따라 결과가 달라질 수 있게 된다. 본 연구는 정보제공을 포함하면서도 특성 있는 웹 서비스를 운영하는 사이트인 경우, 특성 정보 분석을 통해 보안 관제의 기준점을 제시하고, 이를 바탕으로 단계적인 분석과 효과적인 필터링이 가능한 유형 발굴 및 적용을 통해 집중 보안관제할 수 있는 모델을 제안한다. 이 모델을 사용한다면 효과적으로 공격을 탐지하고, 분석 및 차단 방안을 마련할 수 있을 것이다.

기업들은 중요한 지적 자산을 보호하고, 개인정보 유출과 같은 보안 사고를 예방을 위하여, 사내 보안 활동을 강화 하고 있다. 하지만, 이로 인한 구성원들의 보안스트레스는 점점 증가하고 있으며, 내부자에 의한 보안사고도 지속적으로 발생하고 있는 현실이다. 그리고 기업 내 다양한 정보보안 상황과 활동에 따라 통제수용자가 실제 인지하는 보안 스트레스 강도에도 차이가 있을 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양한 분야에서 인간의 행동결정을 설명하는데 많이 이용되고 있는 합리적 행동이론, 계획된 행동이론, 일반 억제이론 등을 정보보안 분야에 접목한 기존 연구의 이론적 고찰을 통해, 기업에서 시행되고 있는 다양한 보안정책 및 보안활동으로부터 인지된 조직 구성원의 보안정책 특성요인을 탐색적 연구를 통해 분석하고, 이러한 특성요인을 독립변수로 하여, 이들 변수들과 조직 구성원이 체감하는 보안스트레스와의 인과관계를 다중 회귀분석을 통해 설명하고, 궁극적으로는 통제수용자의 인지된 보안스트레스가 통제수용자의 보안준수행동의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 인과관계를 설명하고자 금융회사 조직 구성원을 대상으로 실증분석을 하고자 한다.

세계적으로 개인과 사회의 안전에 대한 관심은 1970년대 후반과 1980년대 초반에 점점 늘어난 국제적 테러와 국내 폭력 범죄들 때문에 나날이 깊어져가고 있다. 특히, 지난 2001년 9.11 테라를 기점으로 경호산업은 전 세계적으로 급속하게 성장하고 있다. 그에 따라 우리나라 보안 서비스의 수요와 공급 또한 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 그 중 요인 경호서비스 보다는 시설 경호서비스가 더욱 활발해지고 있는 추세이다. 현재 우리나라 대부분의 경호${\cdot}$경비업체 역시 시설경비를 주로하고 있다. 이처럼 기계장비, 시스템 등 시설서비스 품질의 중요성이 대두되고 있음에도 불구하고 정작 경호${\cdot}$경비학 연구 영역에서는 서비스 품질과 고객 만족의 관계에 대한 연구가 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 경호${\cdot}$경비업체의 시설서비스를 이용하는 고객에 있어 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 서비스 품질이 고객의 만족도에 미치는 차이점을 비교${\cdot}$분석하고 서비스 품질이 고객만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 우리나라의 경호${\cdot}$경비업체의 앞으로의 발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 경호${\cdot}$경비업체 서비스 품질이 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 어떠한 영향을 미치는가. 둘째, 경호${\cdot}$경비업체의 사회인구학적 특성에 대한 고객만족에 미치는 영향. 셋째, 서비스의 품질이 고객만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가.

이 연구는 민간경비업 종사자의 직무특성이 특성불안 및 과업수행에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 이 연구는 2011년 서울 소재 경찰청에 등록된 민간경비 회사에 재직하고 있는 민간경비원을 대상으로 선정한 후 판단표집법(judgment sampling method)을 이용하여 총 300명을 표집하였으나, 최종 분석에 투입된 사례수는 266명이다. 이 연구에서는 설문지의 타당도 및 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 신뢰도분석의 알파값과 공변량구조분석의 최대우도법을 이용하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법 및 절차를 통해 이 연구에서 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비업 종사자의 과업중요성은 특성불안에 부적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 민간경비업 종사자의 피드백은 특성불안에 부적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 민간경비업 종사자의 직무자율성은 특성불안에 부적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 민간경비업 종사자의 피드백은 과업수행에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 다섯째, 민간경비업 종사자의 직무자율성은 과업수행에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 여섯째, 민간경비업 종사자의 기술다양성은 과업수행에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 일곱째, 민간경비업 종사자의 특성불안은 과업수행에 정적인 영향을 미친다.

산업화와 도시화에 따른 각 계층의 다양한 경호서비스 수요를 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 연구와 효율적인 운영방안이 절실히 필요한 시점이다. 경호업체들 중 상당수의 업체들이 부실경영과 자본력의 압박, 인력관리능력부족 등으로 인하여 인프라를 구축하지 못하고 파산하거나 영세성을 면치 못하고 있다. 민간경호업무의 효율적인 운영방안을 다음과 같이 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 제도적 관점을 통한 운영 방안으로 새로운 민간경호만의 법 제정과 국가적 차원에서 보다 많은 지원이 필요하고, 영세 업체간의 구조조정과 인수합병을 실시, 최저가격제도로 운영하여야 한다. 둘째, 민간경호시장 구조적 측면에서 운영방안으로 경호원을 위한 전문교육기관 설치, 적정수준의 보수확보와 후생복지제도의 확충, 경호에 대한 사회적 인식변화에 노력함과 경호업체의 특성과 능력에 따라 한 분야의 전문영역을 개발해 나가야 한다. 셋째, 민간경호업무 운영시스템 구축을 통한 운영방안으로 우수한 경호인력의 확보, 끊임없는 홍보 마케팅 전략 수립과 시행시스템 구축, 의뢰자에게 높은 신뢰성 구축, 평상시 경호원교육훈련 시스템 구축, 사후 경호의뢰자 관리 시스템 구축, 개별업체의 특성에 맞는 시스템을 구축하여야 한다.

Test temperature is an important factor affecting the measurement results of dielectric response of field power transformers. In order to better apply the polarization and depolarization current (PDC) to the condition monitoring of oil-paper insulation system in power transformers, the influences and elimination method of test temperature on PDC characteristic spectroscopy (PDC-CS) were investigated. Firstly, the experimental winding sample was measured by PDC method at different test temperatures, then the PDC-CS was obtained from the measurement results and its changing rules were discussed, which show that the PDC-CS appears a horizontal mobility with the rise of temperature. Based on the rules, the “time temperature shift technique” was introduced to eliminate the influence of test temperature. It is shown that the PDC-CS at different test temperatures can be converted to the same reference temperature coincident with each other.

This thesis implemented security systems of voice awareness which is higher accessible than existing security system using biological authentication system and is inexpensive in module of security device, and has an advantage in usability. Proposed the security systems of voice awareness implemented algorithm for characteristic extraction of inputted speaker's voice signal verification, and also implemented database of access control that is founded on extractible output. And a security system of voice awareness has a function of an authority of access control to system.

In this paper, we study relationships between zero characteristic properties and minimality of orbit closures or limit sets of points. Also, we characterize the set of points of zero characteristic properties. We show that the set of points of positive zero characteristic property in a compact spaces X is the intersection of negatively invariant open subsets of X.

Sensor networks will play an important role in the next generation pervasive computing. But its characteristic of wireless communication brings a peat challenge to the security measures used in the communication protocols. These measures are different from conventional security methods. In this paper, we proposed a security architecture for self-organizing mobile wireless sensor networks. It can prevent most of attacks based on intrusion detection.
