The suggestions that follow are about the Qualitative Improvement of private security Industrial. First, in legal and institutional policy, new establishment by law for private security and more support from government is asked. Moreover, the restructuring or M&A between petty companies and the pricing for security service should be performed. Second, in the structural aspect of private security industry, the professional education center for private security guards should be established and the terms of payment and welfare should be improved to the level above standard. In addition, it should be achieved to change the public to have a new and correct understanding of private security and develope the specialized parts suited to the characteristic and ability of each companies. Third, the construction of operating system for private security service should be achieved; recruit system for competent security guards, marketing strategy and enforcement system, widely known confidence to client, normal training system for security guards and post management system for client. This is also to be suited to the characteristic of each companies.

The security control is to protect IT system from cyber infringement by deriving valid result values in the process of gathering and analyzing various information. Currently, security control is very effective by using SIEM equipment which enables analysis of systematic and comprehensive viewpoint based on a lot of data, away from analyzing cyber threat information with only fragmentary information. However, It can also be said that cyber attacks are analyzed and coped with the manual work of security personnel. This means that even if there is excellent security equipment, the results will vary depending on the user using. In case of operating a characteristic web service including information provision, This study suggests the basic point of security control through characteristics information analysis, and proposes a model for intensive security control through the type discovery and application which enable a step-wise analysis and an effective filtering. Using this model would effectively detect, analyze and block attacks.

Company strengthen various information security policy and activity in order to protect important information assets that the company has been dealing with and prevents information security accidents such as personal information spill. However, some study said these policy and activity increase employee's information security stress and still information security accidents by employees have happened so far. Therefore, this study will review preceding theories and studies used in many various fields including Information Security areas needed to explain human's behavioral intention and determinants and summarize characteristic factors that have influence on control of human's behavioral intention in the results of the above theories and studies. Secondly, this study will implement exploratory analysis on characteristic factors perceived by employees that has been stemmed from various company's information security policy and activity in order to increase employee/'s information security compliance intention under the its surrounding security circumstance. Thirdly, this study will fulfil multiple-regression analysis in order to identify cause-effect relationship between employee's perceived information security stress and employee's perceived characteristic factor. Finally, this study will explain casual relationship with same analysis methods between information security stress and information security compliance intention based on results of the survey conducted on the financial firm's employees with same analysis methods.

The concern of personal and social security has been increased all over the world with each passing day by the international terrorism and the domestic crime of violence grew gradually in the late of 70's and the early of 80's. The Security-Guard Industry, especially, has been growing rapidly by the starting from the 911 terror in 2001, therefore there has been increasing the supply and demand of Security Service in Korea explosively by the reasons, Actually, the Facilities Security Service is increased actively more than the VIP security Service among them. So, most of the Security-Guard Companies in Korea also have treated the Facilities Security Service at present. Although the importance of quality at the Facilities Security Service, especially mechanical equipments and systems, is on the rise, actually the studies about relations with the Service Quality and the Client's Satisfaction are quite insufficient at the field of Security-Guard Science study in the actual situation. As a result, the purposes of this study are to contribute for composing the knowledge of Security-Guard Science and to offer the basic data for elevating the Service Quality and Client's Satisfaction by consulting other studies. In order to achieve the purposes of this study, we compare and analyze how the Service Quality have affect on the difference of Client's Satisfaction by the client's characteristic of sociology and demography, then we find out the effect to the Service Quality for Client's Satisfaction, finally we try to show the vision of the Security-Guard Company's future in Korea. 1. The study defines the job characteristics anxiety of the private security workers and the effect of the performance. While the study selected the private guards working at the private security companies registered at the National Police Agency in Seoul 2011 and sampled total 300 people by using the judgment sampling method, the final input case number is 266 people. The study used alpha value of the reliability analysis and the maximum-likelihood classification of the covariation structure analysis in order to verify the validity of the survey and the reliability. With the research method and the process the result of the study is as follows. First, the task importance of the private security workers affects the minus influence to the characteristic anxiety. Second, the feedback of the private security workers affects the minus influence to the characteristic anxiety. Third, the job autonomy of the private security workers affects the minus influence to the characteristic anxiety. Fourth, the feedback of the private security workers affects the plus influence to the task performance. Fifth, the job autonomy of the private security workers affects the plus influence to the task performance. Sixth, the skill variety of the private security workers affects the plus influence to the task performance. Seventh, the characteristic anxiety of the private security workers affects the plus influence to the task performance.

Test temperature is an important factor affecting the measurement results of dielectric response of field power transformers. In order to better apply the polarization and depolarization current (PDC) to the condition monitoring of oil-paper insulation system in power transformers, the influences and elimination method of test temperature on PDC characteristic spectroscopy (PDC-CS) were investigated. Firstly, the experimental winding sample was measured by PDC method at different test temperatures, then the PDC-CS was obtained from the measurement results and its changing rules were discussed, which show that the PDC-CS appears a horizontal mobility with the rise of temperature. Based on the rules, the “time temperature shift technique” was introduced to eliminate the influence of test temperature. It is shown that the PDC-CS at different test temperatures can be converted to the same reference temperature coincident with each other.

This thesis implemented security systems of voice awareness which is higher accessible than existing security system using biological authentication system and is inexpensive in module of security device, and has an advantage in usability. Proposed the security systems of voice awareness implemented algorithm for characteristic extraction of inputted speaker's voice signal verification, and also implemented database of access control that is founded on extractible output. And a security system of voice awareness has a function of an authority of access control to system.

In this paper, we study relationships between zero characteristic properties and minimality of orbit closures or limit sets of points. Also, we characterize the set of points of zero characteristic properties. We show that the set of points of positive zero characteristic property in a compact spaces X is the intersection of negatively invariant open subsets of X.

Sensor networks will play an important role in the next generation pervasive computing. But its characteristic of wireless communication brings a peat challenge to the security measures used in the communication protocols. These measures are different from conventional security methods. In this paper, we proposed a security architecture for self-organizing mobile wireless sensor networks. It can prevent most of attacks based on intrusion detection.
