  • 일반적으로 데이터 베이스를 구축하고 서비스하기 위한 대부분의 방식은 상용 DBMS를 이용하여 정보의 관리를 수행하고 사용자 검색은 정보검색 시스템을 사용하는, DBMS와 정보검색시스템의 연동방식을 채택하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 방법은 DBMS와 정보검색 시스템을 이중으로 운영해야하는 불편함이 있고, 데이터의 관리 및 처리를 위한 과정이 중복으로 이루어지는 단점이 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 과학기술 정보 데이터를 관리하고 원문과 함께 이용자에게 정보서비스를 위해 필요한 KRISTAL-2002 정보검색관리시스템 기반의 DB 구축과 정보검색 및 관리 모델을 제시한다.

  • In this paper, we propose a management system for positioning and indicating the surveyed control point using RFID and UMPC. This system is composed of digital control point, management system and application. The digital control point transmits information of the surveyed control point and the management system receives the data from the digital control points and manages the scattered digital control points. The system offers three services for managing the surveyed control point. The first service is control point monitoring service for identifying the change of location, locating the missing control point and the second service is control point search service notifying selected control point to user, and the third service is control point land management service for editing the control point information in the land. Therefore, this system makes it easy for administrators to access the control point information of the scattered surveyed control point through the country and enhances the managing efficiency.

  • As the development environment is changing with the development of information communication technology, the systems that were used by each service became used with integration. In the process of integrating from existing legacy systems to new system, it should be smoothly integrated or shared, however, it cannot help holding existing technology or component due to significant cost burden for conversion. In this paper, it was not only classified by types with analyzing the various elements that make up legacy system but an approach and monitoring system were developed to each type. After System application results, data's information generated in each process is provided to other system in real time, so that it has not only secured the work efficiency and reliability but also it is made possible by integrating data in various formats for efficient data management, rapid search and tracking to history. With real-time monitoring system developed in this study, It can be very useful in a variety of industries which require real-time monitoring of distributed legacy system data.

자가 건강관리를 위한 데이터베이스 시스템 구축에 관한 연구 - 수지침요법을 중심으로 - (The Development of a Database for Self Health Management - Focusing on the Soojichim (Koryo Hand Therapy) -)

  • Purpose: As Koryo Hand Therapy is generally referenced by a manual, we made a database system to ease. Method: Using the basic theory of Koryo Hand Therapy with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), we tested, analyzed, designed and implemented the system and constructed a database system with MS Access according to the symptoms. Results: We constructed the database system of Handing and the symptoms of Koryo Hand Therapy in 3 parts (Basic Data Management, Disorder Therapy Management, Report) for easy management. This database system will be useful for general users to protect, promote and measure their health. The structured database system was valued on the basis of the students basic knowledge of Koryo Hand Therapy. As a result, 80% of the respondents answered that the "system is well structured", 78% that "it's convenient to search", and 87% that "it's helpful for self health management". Conclusion: These study results provides people with information on the basic treatment of symptoms for the self health protection and promotion with Koryo Hand Therapy by constructing a database.

안전기준의 검색과 분석을 위한 기계독해 기반 질의응답 시스템 (Machine Reading Comprehension-based Question and Answering System for Search and Analysis of Safety Standards)

  • If various unreasonable safety standards are preemptively and effectively readjusted, the risk of accidents can be reduced. In this paper, we proposed a machine reading comprehension-based safety standard Q&A system to secure supporting technology for effective search and analysis of safety standards for integrated and systematic management of safety standards. The proposed model finds documents related to safety standard questions in the various laws and regulations, and then divides these documents into provisions. Only those provisions that are likely to contain the answer to the question are selected, and then the BERT-based machine reading comprehension model is used to find answers to questions related to safety standards. When the proposed safety standard Q&A system is applied to KorQuAD dataset, the performance of EM 40.42% and F1 55.34% are shown.

SRU 프로토콜을 이용한 접근점제어 시스템의 구축과 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Developing and Applying Access Point Control System Using SRU Protocol)

  • 이 연구에서는 접근점제어를 위한 국가적인 협력 모형을 전제로, 자관의 전거레코드를 별도로 구축${\cdot}$운영하면서 서지레코드와 연결하는 방안 대신, 기 구축된 국가 접근점제어 레코드를 자관의 서지레코드와 바로 연계하여 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 ZING(Z39.50 International: Next Generation)의 SRU(Search and Retrieve URL Service) 프로토콜을 적용하여 클라이언트/서버 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 연구에서 구축한 접근점제어 시스템은 로컬기관 전거제어 시스템 구축에 소요되는 비용과 시간을 절감할 수 있으며, 전거형 선정을 배제한 접근점제어 레코드의 이용, XML 레코드 형식 및 SRU 프로토콜의 도입을 통하여 기존 전거제어 협력 모형에 비해 보다 편리하고 융통성있게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • In these days, there is doubt about the effectiveness of ISO-9000 and ISO-14000 which are generally introduced in korean corporation by the consensus and even by corporations themselves. In order to find out the reason about the doubt, we should understand the present situation, and consider what countermeasure shall we take. It's obvious that if there is no doubt about the effectiveness and availability for quality system authenticated and verified by the international, then all the authentication can be made from that excellent system. In that case, it is necessary to find out whether it only exists in Korea or it generally exists internationally. This thesis considers the problems and try to search for a system management project and measure which is suitable for Korea.

  • In addition to documents or technologies at working place, the importance of technology management riese through increasing know-hows. In particular, in the field of construction, a variety of management systems including ERP and PMIS have been introduced since 90's. Therefore, the range of shared information extends to construction grounds, headquarters or even to collaborating companies. It means that the competitiveness of companies depends on the efficient management of technological documents in the field of construction. Accordingly, this study shows the purpose to develop the construction system which save, search and share technological information in order to improve any problem of current construction systems. The construction system offers you both the searching function and the viewing function for various information. In addition, the system contains the highlighting function to know if any information is available. The Construction system is possible to be used with current systems at the same time because is is designed to make up for them. In addition, it is expected to solve their problems and supplement their defects.

  • Players of construction projects proceed with each work process by information gathering, modification and communication. Due to the complex and long-span lifecycle projects increased, it became more important to grasp this mechanism for the successful project performance in construction project. Hence, most project information management systems or knowledge management systems equip information retrieval system. There are two logic to infer the meaning of retrieval target; inductive reasoning and deductive reasoning. The former is based on metadata explaining the target and the later is based on relation between data. To infer the information flow, it is necessary to define the correlation between players and work processes. However, most established information retrieval systems are based on index search system and it is not focused on correlation between data but data itself. Thus, this research aims to research on process of information flow retrieval system for large-scale construction projects.
