In traditional environment, user must search each journal OPAC, bibliographic DB, and full-text DB and E-Journal separately until user finds scientific and technology informations that he needs. The purpose of this study is to build one-click service system of Journals that supports integrating search. This system provides various functions, such as, journal browsing, journal search, article search, alert function, my library, document delivery service by integrating databases and electronic journals. Users search all information sources through journal OPAC and acquire journal full-text by single interface.

This study analyzes the problems of fire qualification information websites and job search websites due to incomplete information in the job search process and suggests an improvement plan. It has been confirmed that the main reason for the cost of job searching is incomplete information required for a job search and job search through existing analysis. As a result, it is suggested to construct a smooth information system for economic entities and to provide easy access to information by mitigating the incompleteness of information. Based on this, analysis of the problems of Korean qualifications in the firefighting realm reveals that there is a qualification holder information and a job information site, and a qualification holder management system is established but only information of either qualification acquisition information or employment information is provided. In addition, it is easy to access information through a qualification acquisition information and employment information site via the Internet, but there are inconveniences that qualification acquisition information and employment information are dualized. In order to improve this, it is necessary to build a new customized integrated qualification management system that covers existing Q-net qualification acquisition information and worknet employment information.

As the World Wide Web (WWW) has become a major channel for information delivery, the data accumulated in the Internet increases at an incredible speed, and it derives the advances of information search technologies. It is the search engine that solves the problem of information overloading and helps people to identify relevant information. However, as search engines become a powerful tool for finding information, the opportunities of plagiarizing have increased significantly in e-Learning. In this paper, we developed an online plagiarism detection system for detecting plagiarized documents that incorporates the functions of search engines and acts in exactly the same way of plagiarizing. The plagiarism detection system uses morpheme analysis to improve the performance and sentence-based comparison to investigate document comes from multiple sources. As a result of applying this system in e-Learning, the performance of plagiarism detection was improved.

As information technologies in construction field get developed, various studies and projects are in progress for improvement of construction industry. Meanwhile, web-basis online system for building materials is tending upward. However, most of the informations about classification system for building materials and specifications are not systematic yet. Most field staffs have some troubles in making full use of the material information, repeating inefficient works from constructional design to the maintenance of it. This study designed auto-categorization system classified by materials, multi-search engines, auto-converting/creating electronic catalog as well as RFID search support to provide standardized building materials information.

This study aims to develope a scholarly metadata information system based on conceptual elements of text structure of Korean studies research articles and to identify the applicability of text structure based metadata as compared with the existing similar system. For the study, we constructed a database(Korean Studies Metadata Database, KMD) with text structure based on metadata of Korean Studies journal articles selected from the Korea Citation Index(KCI). Then we verified differences between KCI system and KMD system through search results using same keywords. As a result, KMD system shows the search results which meet the users' intention of searching more efficiently in comparison with the KCI system. In other words, even if keyword combinations and conditional expressions of searching execution are same, KMD system can directly present the content of research purposes, research data, and spatial-temporal contexts of research et cetera as search results through the search procedure.

The purpose of this study is to computerize street tree management using a CAD program in order to manage the drawing record of street trees systematically and concurrently. The configuration of this program is composed of Reference Data, Data Inquiry, and Cost Assessment. The Reference Data includes characteristics of trees, monthly managements records, damage by blight and insects and usage of pesticides. The Data Inquiry includes an individual search of the tree index, simple searches and multiple searches. The Cost Assessment includes two main components, the data input with labor cost, manure ocst and pesticide cost and the assesment of management cost for prevention of blight and insects, pruning and fertilization. The results of this study are as follows: 1) When there are practices such as transplanting and removing of street trees it is immediately updated with the various situation. By creating an in progress a tree management system, up to the date information can be given to the manager for decision making. 2) To identify individual tree at the site or in drawing, the street name and numbers were used instead of coordinates. Tree tags are attached to the street trees individually. It can make DB management simple and easy. 3) By doing simple or multiple search with constructed DB, data can be provided quickly. 4) The result of this type of search are useful in the assessment of management cost very useful in regards to items such as the pruning, pesticides scattering and fertilization. 5) By using the AutoCAD software and existing PC without purchasing new equipment, the cost of system implementation can be minimized.

Objectives: We propose a method to model and represent formulas in Korean medicine information systems. Methods: All the formulas were codified in the form of graphs representing the relationship between a formula and its constituents. To identify a unique formula in a graph, the formula's name, the book in which the formula was written, the book where the formula was extracted, and the page number in the extracted book are used. All the formulas and the relationship between formulas are modelled as an ontology based on graphs. Results: A formula search system was constructed using our ontology, which can represent formula information efficiently by grouping and filtering of formulas. Our formula model was also constructed as a mobile application. Conclusions: The information in our formula search system depends on our ontology. However, our model or our search scenarios could be extended according to formula information.

As the number of podcast users consistently increases which is rising as a new media along with the generalization of SNS and smart devices, the necessity for advanced search service is on the rise. This study designed and implemented a system which recommends a podcast to the users who search podcast by using their social network information. Suggested social network-based podcast search system (PODSSO) collects necessary podcast information only, analyzes social network of the users and makes the users have reliable and interested podcast search results.

In the Reporting Cell Location Management (RCLM) system, a subset of cells in the network is designated as the reporting cells. Each mobile terminal performs location update only when it enters one of these reporting cells. When a call arrives, the paging is confined to the reporting cell the user last reported and the neighboring bounded non-reporting cells. Frequent location update may result in degradation of quality of service due to interference. Miss on the location of a mobile terminal will necessitate a search operation on the network when a call comes in. We must decide the number of reporting cells and which cell should be reporting cell to balance the registration (location update) and search (paging) operations to minimize the cost of RCLM system. This paper proposes a ranking ant colony system (RACS) for optimization of RCLM system.
