PSD가 설치된 지하철 역사 내 화재 시 최적 배연시스템 연구 (A study on the optimal ventilation and smoke exhaust systems in case of fire in subway stations installed with PSD)

  • 다수의 승객들이 이용하는 지하철은 안전과 공간의 쾌적한 환경관리가 필수적이며, 2003년 이후 기준 강화로 승강장 내에 스크린도어(PSD)를 반드시 설치해야 한다. 선행연구에 따르면 지하철 화재 시에 화재연기의 배연을 위해 배연설비의 설비용량 최적설계가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선행연구의 실험 결과를 바탕으로 3차원 수치해석기법을 이용하여 PSD가 설치된 승강장 내에서 화재발생 시 배연시스템 별로 CO가스와 Smoke의 유동을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 비상시 상부 배연설비만 가동한 경우에는 CO 가스와 Smoke 농도는 653.8 ppm과 $768.4mg/m^3$로 피난 시 승객들의 위험이 큰 것으로 분석되었으며, 모든 배연설비를 가동하고 화재측 PSD만을 개방한 경우 CO 가스와 Smoke 농도 36.0 ppm 및 $26.2mg/m^3$를 보이며 화재연기의 전파범위가 줄어드는 것으로 분석되었다. 모든 배연설비를 가동하고 화재측 PSD를 미개방한 경우에는 화재연기 유입이 발생하지 않아서 대피환경에 있어 가장 효과적인 배연모드로 분석되었다.

도시철도 역사 스크린 도어 개폐에 따른 냉방 기류 해석 및 효율 비교 분석 (Analysis of Cooling Air Current and Efficiency of Air Conditioning in the Underground Subway Station with Screen-Door Opening and Closing)

  • 도시철도 지하역사 냉방 기류 및 냉방 효율을 조사하기 위하여 수치해법을 이용하여 해석하고 현장 실험 결과와 비교하여 분석하였다. 해석 대상 역사로는 지하 8층의 깊이 43.6m인 서울 5호선 신금호 역사를 선정하였다. 전체 역사를 해석 영역으로 하였으며, 공조기 모드는 평상시 모드로 고정시켰다. 냉방 공조를 위하여 대합실 천정에 총 94개의 정사각형($0.6m{\times}0.6m$) 환기구를 모델하였으며, 승강장은 총 222개의 환기구가 승강장 천정에 모델되었다. 대합실에서 급기되는 공기는 $47,316m^3/h$, 배기되는 공기량은 $33,980m^3/h$이며, 승강장에서 급기되는 공기는 $33,968m^3/h$, 배기되는 공기량은 $76,190m^3/h$로 현장의 풍량을 반영하였다. 승강장에서 스크린도어(PSD)는 닫힌 경우와 열린 경우 각각을 조사하였다. 총 750만개의 격자가 사용되었으며, 전체 영역을 22개의 다중 블록으로 나누어서 계산하고, MPI를 이용하여 각각의 블록에서 계산된 결과를 교환하였다. LES 기법을 이용하여 운동량 방정식 및 에너지 방정식을 계산하였다.

  • 기 현재 많은 역사 내에 PSD(Platform Screen Door)가 설치되어 있고, 이러한 PSD의 안전성이 중요시 되고 있다. 특히 운행중인 도시철도차량과의 간섭은 가장 중요한 부분으로 PSD와 차량의 충돌은 차량 및 승강장에 위치한 승객의 안전을 위협하기 때문이다. 곡선구간에 위치한 승강장을 차량이 진입할 때에 차량의 병진운동과 회전운동을 하기 때문에 PSD와 충분한 간격을 가지고 있어야 한다. 차량의 병진운동과 회전운동은 레일상태, 차량한계, 차량속도 등에 의해 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 도시철도차량, 레일, 기타 매개변수들과 같이 차량의 움직임에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 고려한 도시철도차량의 동적 해석방법을 제시하고자 한다.

  • In the modern society various types of transportation mode are utilized, among them the subway system is the one of the main transportation mode which more than 7.21 million people ride a day. Because of interests on the indoor air quality (IAQ) of underground public facilities, concerns on IAQ of subway system by many people are increasing. There are several approach to improve IAQ of subway station, such as installing platform screen door (PSD), frequent tunnel washing-out, and etc, however there has not been any attempt to improve IAQ of subway cabin inside. Most technologies for removing airborne particulate matters are known to be difficult to adopt on the subway cabin since the problem of maintenance cost. Therefore, the ultimate object of this study is a practical development of cabin air cleaning system which can reduce the concentration of airborne particles and harmful gases at the same time. The subway cabin air purifier (SCAP) was developed for removing particulate matters and gases pollutants inside a cabin. The whole system was designed and the roll-filter device was manufactured based on numerical prediction results. It is expected that SCAP could reduce indoor air pollutants in the subway cabin practically and it can be applied to other part of transportation vehicles.

유비쿼터스 주택 거실 가구의 디지털 컨버젼스화를 위한 소비자 요구 분석 (An Analysis of the Customer Demand for Digital Convergence of the Furniture in the Living Space of Ubiquitous Home)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the customer demand for design development of digital convergence furniture in the living space of the ubiquitous home. This study used the individual survey method and was collected from July 1 to 20, 2008. The frequency and percentage were used for data analysis by SPSS window's 12. The results of the study were as follows: The first, a lot of survey targets were 30-40 years old, university graduates, over 50,000,000 won in annual income and 30-40 pyung in house size. The second, what types of activity were carried out in the living room were acquisition of knowledge>entertainment activity>communication activity>household chores. The third, what types of furniture were used in the living room were A/V furniture>table>sofa>computer table>bookself. The forth, customers preferred to picture telephone service in sociality, home-theater service in entertainment and home appliances remote control service in information service. The fifth, the digital functions which can integrate with the living roon furniture, in the item for A/V furniture, was front door control function which recognizes visitors with the screen. In the item for table was function to search internet and for sofa was self purification function. Finally, the digital convergence furniture is not only for one activity but also for various types of activities that can comprehensively function to materialize the concept of comfortable furniture in the living space.

지하철 화재발생시 역사내 화재연기 거동 가시화 연구 (Visualization of Smoke Flow in the Subway Fire)

  • In this study, the smoke flows of the inner subway station were visualized through a numerical analysis and visualization experiment in the subway fire. A transparent acrylic model was designed and installed as 1:25th scale-down as the actual subway station by using geometrical similarity The properties of subway fire were reconstructed according to Densimetric Froude Similarity. The 47 to 53 ratio of the mixed air and Helium was inputted in the inner acrylic model to describe 1MW fire intensity with reference to the experiment paper. For the same time, the fire smoke from a smoke generator was inputted in the inner acrylic model with the mixture. At this time, the buoyancy effect of Helium gas went up the smoke to the acrylic model. When the sheet beam of Ar-lon laser was given out to the top and stair of subway model, the digital camcorder took the images of the scattered cluster of smoke particles when applying the smoke management system and PSD.

  • 지하철터널에서 화재가 발생하면, 열차는 가장 가까운 정거장으로 대피하여 승객들을 하차시켜야 한다. 실제로 대구지하철 화재사고가 이러한 방식으로 대응 하였으나 큰 인명 피해를 초래하였다. 지하철 정거장의 화재배연시스템은 열차화재에 대응할 수 있도록 설계되어 있지 않기 때문에 화재열차의 정거장 진입시 예상치 못한 피해를 유발할 수 있으며 피해방지를 위한 정거장 선로부의 배연계획 수립이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 정거장 선로부의 열차화재시 효율적인 배연방식을 연구하고 승객의 피난 동선 확보를 위해 상층부로의 역류 방지대책을 축소모형실험에 의하여 수립하는 것이다.

  • Current subway station's office employee must perform safety management tasks by monitoring the various safety management systems. But these monitoring systems are limited in effective situational awareness and response to a state of emergency immediately. It is necessary to develop an integrated safety management system display. In this study, we developed subway station safety management system's (CCTV, fire detection & alarm system, screen door control equipment) integrated prototype display with ecological interface design framework and evaluated prototype display interface's usability with GOMS model. The result was that the ecological interface's performance was better than existing safety management system's interface.

서울메트로 접지설비 표준화 방안 연구 (A Study on the Unification of the Grounding System of SeoulMetro)

  • Since the opening of the Seoul Metro in 1974, the electric railway passengers have been increased rapidly and as the advanced equipments(OC,PSD) were introduced, additional power facilities were built in a limited area for the comfortable transportation environment. Present grounding system were built according to old Electric equipment standards and all the electric signal, communication and electronic equipments were built only for the purposes of protecting building structure, people and electronic equipments. Grounding system which was additionally built in the limited area caused problems with the building structure and it caused secondary damages when earth fault happens. One of the problems is grounding system of the building structure; grounding system does not work properly since grounding equipments are not separated from each other. So, existing grounding system needs to be improved and unified grounding system in the building should be established. The purposed of this study is to analyze all the grounding systems that had been built in different year and to establish unified grounding system of Seoul Metro.

수동운전 방식에서의 PSD시스템을 위한 정위치정차 판독방법 분석 (Detection Method Analysis for Train Correct Position Stop in Manual Operation for PSD System)

  • Platform Screen Door(PSD) has been installed in train manual operation section(ATS/ATC) by SeoulMetro since 2005. PSDs are now operating at 17 stations in SeoulMetro lines. As a result, it increases the safety of passenger, makes a comfortable platform and saves the energy of air conditioning. For PSD operation, train shall stop within 600mm of the train stop reference point. In train manual operation section, the detection system of train position is required to notify the train driver of train position and to ensure the condition that train stops the correct position for PSD operation. To detect the train stop position, the optical sensor shall be installed at platform. However, in case of SeoulMetro lines, the detection criterions of the train correct position stop are different because of using various types of trains which have different size and shape of front cars. In this paper, to solve this problem, the precise detection algorithm of the train stop at the correct position is used, and Laser distance measure sensor is introduced to notify the distance form the reference point of the train correct stop to train driver. This system has been applying to Seoul Metro line total.
