Recently, local game companies have been increasingly producing PC-based game that were popular with users among the existing commercialized games into mobile games through remakes. In this paper, we studied how console-based game influenced mobile augmented reality game . Through this process, we extracted five characteristics of mobile augmented reality, then interpreted and classified the meaning of this. Based on released in 2016, the scope of research is limited to console and mobile games previously released. According to the analysis, showed 50 characteristics and borrowed 78% from its existing Pokemon, 22% from its new production, and contained 24% reality. We also found that the Pokemon game series , and the exotic series had much influence on production. Based on this research data, we hope that augmented reality games for mobile will be made more active using existing game contents. It is also hope that such activities will lead to the growth of the home and abroad game industry.
This study is basic research for developing health promotion programs in elementary school and is looking at the effect factor of School nurses perception and school health promotion. This study was conducted with the ACCESS model for school health promotion from WHO. The subjects of this study were 28 elementary school nurses located in the west side of Kung-Nam from the 7th of June to the 30th of June by direct interview. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. the score from obesity, dental caries, health counselling, scoliosis, hepatitis B, immunization BCG items are higher in the low grade but showed significant difference in visual disturbance items. 2. the average score of school health promotion perception is 5.04. The list of school health promotion is composed of school health policies(5.39), physical environments (5.38), school health services(5.34), social environments (5.22), personal health skills (4.92), and community relationships(4.64). 3. after an analysis of the perception of school health promotion from school nurses, the relationship between the school health budget and the school health policy and school health service was shown to be significant. 4. after analysis of the effect factor of perception of school health promotion from school nurses, school health policy, school social environment, personal health skills, and school health service were shown to be significant. 5. The factors in school health promotion are the number of classes and students, school budgets, school nurses' final education and age, health education classes per week, and teaching experience. Particularly the school health budget and school nurses of the classes per week are statistically significant. The suggestions of this study are as follows: 1, as a related factor of school health promotion. the generally characteristics of schools and school nurses should be considered for improving the perception of school health promotion. 2, the period of health education for effective school health management and health education should be an on-going program. 3. the scope of school health promotion and perception should be considered for developing health promotion programs. 4. elementary school health promotion programs should be developed and applied to research. 5. computer system programs should be developed for effective school health projects.

Recently, much studies for providing mobile users with suitable and useful content services, LBS(Location Based Service) corresponding to the change of users' location, are actively going on. First and foremost, this is basically owing to the progress of location management technologies such as GPS, mobile communication technology and the spread of personal devices like PDA and the cellular phones. Besides, the research scope of LBS has been changed from vehicle tracking and navigation services to intelligent and personalized services considering the changing information of conditions or environment where the users' are located. For example, it inputs the information such as heavy traffic, pollution, and accidents. The query languages which effectively search the stored vehicle and environment information have been studied depending on the increase of the information utilization. However, most of existing moving object query languages are not enough to provide a recommendation service for a user, because they can not be tested and evaluated in real world and did not consider changed environment information. In order to retrieve not only a vehicle location and environment condition but also use them, we suggest a moving object query language for recommendation service and implement a moving object query process system for supporting a query language. It can process a nearest neighbor query for recommendation service which considers various attributes such as a vehicle's location and direction, environment information. It can be applied to location based service application which utilizes the recommended factors based on environmental conditions.

Sheaths are arranged in the web and lower part of prestressed-concrete girder bridges, and prestressing wires and concrete are indirectly bonded together by filling interior parts of the sheaths. However, when the filling is not sufficient, water can penetrate the interior parts of the sheaths and, thereby, prestressing wires can be corroded or transverse cracks would occur around sheaths by the freezing and thawing action of the penetrated water. Therefore, it is an important element in maintenance management of structures to find out the sheaths unfilled with grout early after construction. In this paper, in order not to damage bridge members, the impact-echo method with a new approach in application is used to probe sheaths unfilled with grout for real structures. The location of sheaths is first estimated with reinforcing bar probing instrument of radar type and the measurement locations of sheaths are determined. By sending elastic wave to the side of girders and receiving the response, the location of the unfilled part of a sheath was estimated from the difference between high frequency peak and twice the resonance frequency indicating thickness. To verify the location of void estimated by the impact-echo method, pictures were taken by an industrial fiber scope after drilling a hole.
The final report of the Functional Requirement of Subject Authority Data(FRSAD), the 3rd report of the FRBR family model, is announced by IFLA in June, 2010. This model represents the international trends of subject authority control and suggests a direction to the future subject authority record suitable for the FRBR system. Therefore aims of this study are to analysis the FRSAD model in context of the FRBR family and apply the model to the subject headings and bibliographic records of Korean National Library. For these aims, we analyse the model focused on the entities, attributes, and relationships between entities. From this analysis, we have found the openness of the FRSAD, which does not force a certain entity types and has focus on the conceptual aspects of the entity not only the form of the headings. Moreover, we suggest examples by applying the FRSAD frame and facets of the FAST to the Headings of the NLSH and related KORMARC fields. The scope of this study is the additional entities of the FRBR groups, so personal names, corporate names, family names and titles are not included. As a result, it is necessary to determine the criteria for the types of thema and to apply the types consistently in bibliographic records. A follow up research will be needed to suggest more detailed examples.

Database correctness is guaranteed by standard transaction scheduling schemes like two-phase locking for the context of concurrent execution environment in which short-lived ones are normally mixed with long-lived ones. Traditional syntax-oriented serializability notions are considered to be not enough to handle in particular various types of transaction in terms of duration of execution. To deal with this situation, altruistic locking has attempted to reduce delay effect associated with lock release moment by use of the idea of donation. An improved form of altruism has also been deployed in extended altruistic locking in a way that scope of data to be early released is enlarged to include even data initially not intended to be donated. In this paper, we first of all investigated limitations inherent in both altruistic schemes from the perspective of alleviating starvation occasions for transactions in particular of short-lived nature. The idea of two-way donation locking(2DL) has then been experimented to see the effect of more than single donation in distributed database systems. Simulation experiments shows that 2DL outperforms the conventional two-phase locking in terms of the degree of concurrency and average transaction waiting time under the circumstances that the size of long-transaction is in between 5 and 9.
Two planter boxes were monitored during their initial year of operation to be able to assess their stormwater runoff and pollutant reduction capabilities and investigate on the design factors affecting their performance. One of the planter boxes provided 85-100% runoff volume reduction for rainfall less than 15 mm and rainfall intensities lower than 5 mm/hr. This reduced to 50-64% during higher rainfall intensities and depths of up to 50 mm. Suspended solids, organics, nutrients, and heavy metals were satisfactorily removed at a range of 40-95%. The other planter box, however, did not produce outflow in all the events and allowed total capture of stormwater. The uncertainty regarding the fate of the runoff in that case required an investigation of the planter box's actual drainage and underground conditions which was deemed outside the scope of the study. Nonetheless, several design improvements and retrofits were suggested based on the provisions of current design guidelines to ensure that the hydraulic and water quality goals are achieved without potential damage to nearby structures. Moreover, continuous monitoring data is required to provide more accurate design evaluation and can serve as a guide in the construction of similar facilities in the future.
The economic burden which our society has to take exceeds the benefit that it becomes by the free circulation of information. Problems such as inconvenience or inequality between people can also occur since the regulation task of spam e-mail or SMS is imposed on two organs; the Department of Information and Communication and Free Trade Commission. The dualization of regulation separates related laws, which makes exception according to the $\ulcorner$Law on Information Communication Usage and Information Protection$\lrcorner$ or poses double regulation toward the same case. The spam prevention activity at free hands of information communication network provider such as portal site or mobile communication has many limitations along with comparison and analysis of spam regulations abroad. Therefore, examinations on legal obligation such as service restriction, identification and technical measure to spam prevention is needed. This study focuses on making the scope of spam regulation clear by considering the domestic related laws and the general environment of industry, on enacting law which regulates spam including advertisement and on deducting essential facts in enacting or modifying related laws and thus, deducting the form and contents of spam regulation law which is most decent in our domestic environment.
This paper presents a novel concept of Disaster Prevention Design (DPD) and its derived subjects and topics for the safety of folk villages in both Korea and Japan. Nowadays, design concepts are focused on 'human-oriented nature' as a whole and this tendency fits to be appropriate for disaster prevention against real dangers of a future society, which is expected to have far more complicated features. On the other hand, convergences have performed with other areas in the field of Information Communication Technology (ICT) so that we can easily find examples like 'the strategy of ICT-based convergence' of the Korean Government in 2014. Modern content designs including UI (user interface) and USN (ubiquitous sensor network) have been developed as one of the representative areas of ICT & UD (universal design) convergences. These days this novel concept of convergence is overcoming the existing limitations of the conventional design concept focused on product and/or service. First of all, from that point our deduced topic or subject would naturally be a monitoring system design of constructional structures in folk villages for safety. We offer an integrated model of maintenance and a management-monitoring scheme. Another important point of view in the research is a safety sign or sign system installed in folk villages or traditional towns and their standardization. We would draw up and submit a plan that aims to upgrade signs and sign systems applied to folk villages in Korea and Japan. According to our investigations, floods in Korea and earthquakes in Japan are the most harmful disasters of folk villages. Therefore, focusing on floods in the area of traditional towns in Korea would be natural. We present a water-level expectation model using deep learning simulation. We also apply this method to the area of 'Andong Hahoe' village which has been registered with the World Cultural Heritage of UNESCO. Folk village sites include 'Asan Oeam', 'Andong Hahoe' and 'Chonju Hanok' villages in Korea and 'Beppu Onsen' village in Japan. Traditional Streets and Markets and Safe Schools and Parks are also chosen as nearby test-beds for DPD based on ICT. Our final goal of the research is to propose and realize an integrated disaster prevention and/or safety system based on big data for both Korea and Japan.
The objective of this study was to select world top 20 major container terminals that belong to Korea and China as comparison units to analyze their efficiency and productivity trend. Super Efficiency Data Envelopment Analysis(SE-DEA) and Malmquist Productivity Index(MPI) models were applied to this study. Compared with previous studies, we narrowed down the scope of the comparison units to terminals and conducted more detailed analysis to present more meaningful implications to the actual operation. The different result from existing studies, SE-DEA analysis implied that the major terminals of Busan New Port showed similar efficiency and productivity with China's terminals. In MPI analysis, the average index of Korean and China's terminals is 1.051 and 1.049. The analysis indicates that the productivity was improved 5.1% and 4.9% annually. From 2012 to 2015, the average terminal TCI index of South Korea and China were 1.032 and 1.0318-the main factor which influences MPI. This means improving productivity mainly rely on investment in new equipment and technology upgrades rather than improve operational efficiency over the past few years. Future management decisions should consider more aggressive marketing to increase the volume and improve operational efficiency to enhance productivity. Further research should apply the overall efficiency of the methodology considering the financial diversification, terminal capacity, service levels, and other factors.
