이 연구는 끓는점 오름에 대한 내용표상화 활동과 모의수업 실행을 통해서 예비교사의 PCK를 분석하였다. 예비교사의 지식을 PCK 요소에 따라 분석한 결과, 대부분의 예비교사는 끓는점 오름에 대한 개념적인 이해를 중시하였는데, 일부는 끓는점 오름 현상을 과학적인 시각으로 이해하고, 수식을 도구로 사용하며, 실생활에 적용되는 경험을 통해 학습 동기를 얻게하는 과학 교수 지향도 보였다. 예비교사는 끓는점 오름에 관하여 가르쳐야 할 중요한 내용의 대부분을 개념 이해를 위해 습득해야 할 지식으로 제시했으며, 과학적 사고나 탐구능력 신장을 위한 내용은 나타나지 않았다. 또한 교과서 내용의 수준과 전개 순서에 의존하는 경향을 보였으며 일부는 교과서 편집상 강조되어있는 용어나 자료를 학습할 내용으로 여기거나, 예제 문제의 풀이를 학습 목표로 보는 경우도 있었다. 학생 이해에 대한 지식은 부족한 것으로 나타났는데, 실제 교수 경험이 없는 예비교사들은 자신의 학습 경험을 바탕으로 학생 수준을 간접적으로 이해하려고 시도하므로, 예비교사교육과정에서 오개념 자료 등을 적극적으로 활용할 필요가 있다. 교수 전략과 평가에 대한 지식은 다른 요소에 비해 피상적으로 표현되었는데, 목표와 연계된 방법을 고민하기 보다는 순환학습과 발견학습 같은 모형의 적용만을 언급하거나 일반적인 평가 방법을 나열하는데 그쳤다.

The key challenges and problematic aspects of the formation of intellectually and innovation-oriented strategies of regional entities at the present stage of their development are considered. The main tasks that arise in the process of strategizing the potential-forming development of regional economic systems in the context of digitalization are identified. The list of key organizational and economic directions of strategic character of providing intellectual and innovative development of regional economic systems is formed, which includes clustering of centers of high-tech development of regions, creation of creative hubs, development of knowledge infrastructure and improvement of interregional cooperation; a brief description of each of the presented strategic organizational and economic directions is given. Based on the analysis, the key strategic guidelines for the development of regional economic entities in the context of digitalization under the influence of potential-forming determinants, which form the content basis for further processes of strategizing qualitative aspects of development of specific regional entities.

State information policy is an important component of foreign and domestic policy of the country and covers all spheres of society. The rapid development of the information sphere is accompanied by the emergence of fundamentally new threats to the interests of the individual, society, state and its national security. The article considers the components of the state information policy to ensure information security of the country and identifies the main activities of public authorities in this area. Internal and external information threats to the national security of Ukraine and ways to guarantee the information security of the country are analyzed. Information security is seen as a component of national security, as well as a global problem of information protection, information space, information sovereignty of the country and information support of government decisions. Approaches to ensure the process of continuity of the information security system of the state in order to monitor new threats, identify risks and levels of their intensity are proposed.

The teacher is considered the cornerstone of the educational process; the quality of education is linked mainly to teachers who perform such a necessary process. The shift in pedagogical thinking has led to progress in looking at the teacher's roles; he is no longer transferring knowledge to learners, but instead, he has become a mentor, a mediator, a planner, an intellect, and a leader. If we analyze these missions from the perspective of mental habits, we will see that they require the teacher to develop the skills of perseverance, listening comprehension, thinking flexibly, controlling emotions, self-confidence, communication skills, and other essential skills. The current research verifies the effectiveness of an instructional program based on web quests in developing habits of the mind of English language students. The study employed a quasi-experimental design. The sample consisted of 46 male students representing two classes. They were assigned randomly into an experimental group (n=24) and a control group (n=22). They were undergraduate students majoring in the English language. The findings showed a statistically significant difference in the mean scores of the experimental and control groups favoring the experimental group. The study concludes with some recommendations to differentiate teaching techniques in EFL classrooms.

The research methodology implies the use of modern methods of analysis. Improving the business processes of an organization is associated with improving activities, the formation of effective management systems and processes, especially the organization's policy in the field of quality, rational use of resources, increasing the responsibility of management, social responsibility of the organization, etc. The modern knowledge economy places high demands on the effectiveness of behavioral models of employees of the organization. The role of the human factor in the production system is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, it is important to study the competence of the personnel of any socio-economic system. Based on the results of the study, the key features of the influence of Agile management on the competence of the personnel of the socio-economic system in the digital economy were identified.

본 연구는 수업컨설팅과 관련된 이론과 실천을 연계한 컨설팅 활성화 방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 두고, 학교교육의 문제 해결, 교사의 전문성 신장, 수업의 질 향상에 보탬이 되고자 하였다. 이러한 취지에서 한국교육과정평가원에서는 수학, 과학 및 영어의 3개 교과를 중심으로 교과별 내용교수지식(Pedagogical Content Knowledge, PCK)에 초점을 둔 수업컨설팅 실시 방안 및 그 구체적인 내용을 '수업컨설팅 매뉴얼'의 형태로 담아내고자 하였다. 본고에서는 수업컨설팅의 의미를 점검하고, 설문 조사를 통하여 현행 수업컨설팅 운영 실태 및 문제점을 진단하고자 하였다. 또, 매뉴얼 개발을 위한 수업컨설팅 사례를 분석하여 이를 토대로 수업컨설팅 활성화를 매뉴얼을 개발하고 개발된 수업컨설팅 매뉴얼 활용 방안을 정책 제언으로 제안하였다. 다만, 본고에서는 지면관계상 수업컨설팅 활성화 매뉴얼 부문에서 '처방 및 투입 단계'에 초점을 두어 제시하였다.

이 연구에서는 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 중학교 과학 교사용 지도서의 화학 영역 단원에 나타난 PCK 요소를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 PCK의 하위 요소 중 주제-특이적 전략, 수직 연계, 수업 목표는 대부분의 교사용 지도서에서 체계적으로 다루고 있었다. 그러나 교과-특이적 전략, 평가 방법, 교육과정 변화는 주로 총론에서만 다루고 있었다. 실험 및 탐구, 평가 문항, 평가 측면은 제시된 내용이나 형태에서 구성주의적 접근이 미흡하였다. 수평 연계와 학생에 관한 지식은 관련 내용이 부족하거나 단순히 목록만 제시되어 있었다. 개념 및 이론은 교사용 지도서에서 가장 큰 비율을 차지하고 있었으나 적정 수준을 벗어나는 내용을 일부 포함하고 있었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 교사용 지도서 개발을 위한 시사점을 논의하였다.

이 연구에서는 예비 화학교사의 수행평가 개발 과정에서 나타나는 교과교육학 지식(PCK) 요소의 특징을 분석하였다. 예비교사 8명이 연구에 참여하였고, 이들은 수행평가 워크숍 후 구상 단계, 구체화 단계와 조별 논의 단계를 거쳐 수행평가를 개발하였다. 활동 과정에 대한 녹음 및 녹화와 반구조화된 면담을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 개별적인 개발 단계에서 나타난 PCK 요소는 과학 평가에 관한 지식에 편중되어 있었다. 교육과정, 교수 전략, 학생에 관한 지식의 비중은 낮았으며 학생에게 제공되는 피드백도 고려되지 않았다. 구상 단계보다 구체화 단계에서 평가의 공정성과 객관성을 중시하는 전통적 평가 지향이 강하게 나타났다. PCK 요소 사이의 연계는 구상 단계에서 과학 교수 전략에 관한 지식을 중심으로 이루어졌다. 구체화 및 조별 논의 단계에서 PCK 요소 사이의 연계는 거의 나타나지 않았다. 조별 논의에서 나타난 PCK 요소의 특징은 구체화 단계와 유사하였다. 조별 논의를 통하여 예비교사들이 고려하지 못했던 일부 PCK 요소가 보완되었으나 논의가 주로 전통적 관점에서 이루어졌다.

이 연구는 두명의 중학교 과학 교사의 과학 수업이 어떻게 한국의 독특한 교육 상황에 의해 영향을 받으며, 이러한 수업 경험이 그들에게 가지는 의미가 무엇인지를 알아보기 위한 현상학적 해석 연구이다. 특히 본 연구는 두 과학 교사가 어떻게 교수 방법을 선정하며 외부적인 상황 즉 교육과정, 학교정책, 환경, 문화, 학생들의 학습동기등이 어떻게 과학 교사들의 교수 방법, 수업 실제에 영향을 미치는지에 중점을 두었다. 이 연구는 두 달간 대도시의 한 중학교에서 시행되었으며, 각 참여 교사에 대한 수업 관찰과 수업 관찰 후 이루어진 인터뷰가 주요 데이터로 사용되었다. 연구 결과는 현상학적 연구 방법에 의해 분석, 기록되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 첫째, 과학 수업에서 다루어야 할 과중한 교과 내용의 양과 제한된 수업 시간등의 외부적 요인들이 중등학교 과학교사들의 수업에 대한 신념이나 경험에 상관없이 수업의 형태를 결정하는 중요한 요인이라는 것을 보여준다. 둘째, 사교육을 통해 이루어지는 학생들의 과학교과 선행학습과 학생들이 수업에 참여할때 나타나는 낮은 학습 동기가 각 교사의 교사의 역할에 대한 인식에 영향을 미치며, 궁극적으로 교사들의 교수 방법 선정에 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여준다.
